this day's productivity was more on completing my team's research:
acknowledgements
technical revisions
progress report submitted to the university ethics committee
surprisingly, just these 3 resulted into taking up my whole afternoon 😅 but it was very nice to complete our thesis. we only need to publish it and display it in our faculty and library, haha
also here we have bobby, habitually laying down on the books i read.

༻`` 22 & 23 Mar 24 — Friday and Saturday
100 days of productivity 65 & 66/100
For some reason I kept thinking today was Friday.. I didn't finish all my chemistry notes but I finished 1 booklet and highlighted previous notes and I'm really happy with that anyway! Also, I did 25 pushups practically in 1 go!!! It's my goal for this month (which I've been building up to since January, around which I could barely do 1 pushup!)
Journalled today too and here is my plan:
I will keep micellar water and nail things by the sink (to improve and encourage general skin care)
I will keep my dog's leash on my desk (to encourage walking them more often —3x a week)
And I will get up to do something at 4.30 every day, even if only to sit back down after (to get some momentum and energy for other tasks)
For the remaining days of my 100dop I will report on my progress, as well as on my sleep schedule (🌙 10.30, ☀️6.30) —I was gonna say that it's 10.25 and I can actually still hit that goal today WOO!!!! But no its 11.25 TvT....

🐚 Monday 15|04|24 🌊
I had planned to resume my routine in full, with related exercises, however I decided to simply take the day as it came, and this also since my head was spinning a bit. Basically I didn't give up much, I postponed the focaccia I wanted to prepare for dinner tomorrow and avoided training.
What I am satisfied with is that despite these "renunciations" I managed to see improvements in my writing exercises, I studied the theory for the driving license profitably, while the quizzes didn't go very well today, perhaps I need to do more of them or I don't read with pay enough attention to the questions.
At least yesterday I managed to finish reading "Obsessions, phobias and paranoia" by S. Freud; quite interesting book in itself, for those who appreciate or share Freudian thought, and for those who are interested in the topic. I can't say I share everything I've read and learned, but it has allowed me to reason and develop my thinking on the matter. This morning I advanced in reading Twilight, although I admit it isn't taking me as I would have hoped it would.
Lunch clearly lifted my spirits, how could mum's ragù not have done so? Too good and immediately afterwards I rested a bit, I needed it, but I didn't rest that much. For a snack I decided to use one of the two brisées that I had purchased on Saturday with a Lidl promotion to make croissants, 4 chocolate and 4 empty, and I used the other for dinner to prepare savory ones with salami and cheese. Not the dinner I had planned, but not bad. Tomorrow I hope to be well enough to be able to prepare the focaccia and maybe even the frias since I have fresh brewer's yeast.
Tomorrow I count, or at least I hope, to be able to make foccia and donuts, as well as make up for the exercises I skipped today; maybe I shouldn't be so sorry, I accept the fact that I also have to rest or do what I can, but I don't like being distant in things; at the moment I'll enjoy my Supernatural rewatch and having a chill evening.

11.11.2022 100 days of productivity: 2/100
Today I was up before my alarm but was unexpectedly held back by the collapsing of my bike. This is not a great start for this feminine outfit, but I managed to reach my office anyway. Then, my PC decided to fry itself and after wheezing for an hour, I could finally start working. Thankfully this extra time allowed me to start my first bujo spread in a while! I hope to share it with you on Monday 👀
Please find my office corner, which I only livened up a bit for now with the scraps I have lying around in my room.

• 8/100 days of productivity
The past few days I’ve been working on my sewing projects on top of my regular subjects (math, physics & chem). I’ve successfully made a beautiful, well fitting top with a butterfly sleeve. Honestly, it looks soo amazing and I want to make more variations of it in different colours.
I used old fabric in my own home but now I ran out. Might visit thrift stores to see what they have.
I’m still new to pattern making and sewing in general but it’s soo fulfilling to see it form into something so beautiful.

sooo... on monday, i hoped that i can submit my assignment today and... about that. i went to a screening for all the short films from uni this semester and because of that... no submission. it's just gone midnight and i've only got round to starting about an hour ago. anywho, i've still got plenty of time!!
today is the day that i finish the 100 days of productivity challenge. time flew by. i couldn't update daily but i managed to stay consistent during the final few days.
yes this was meant for yesterday but i forgot to post it lmao

everything i got done today!! separating this into WORK, PERSONAL, and SCHOOL WORK
negotiated and closed several offers
drafted 4 contracts
wrote some submission material
reviewed some materials from a client
i have a couple of larger ongoing projects that i did not get to but i have decided that is fine

found the article for my next paper
PERSONAL
I folded my laundry which is huge AND i ironed it
i started off the morning with 10 min of yoga and no screens
i am going to take my alphasmart to bed and outline a fun little christmas romance
I'm feeling a bit under the weather today so I didn't get as much done as I wanted but I had several nice naps with my cats so that is great
tomorrow my big ticket items are dishes, building a grocery list, doing a discussion board post, and outlining my developmental psych paper

What are three opportunities for learning and personal growth that I can pursue today? - I can start with some online courses about psychology, pedagogy, and clinical psychology as well as read a chapter or two on "Readings for Writers" or "Behavioral Sciences Review". I can also add in a couple of articles (20 or 30) place notes on Notability.
How can I prioritize my physical health and incorporate movement into my day? - I could do 10k steps at the new road just across the street. Brisk walking to get my heart pumping.
What steps can I take today to move closer to my long-term goals or aspirations?

how to stay motivated long-term
trust, me i know that long-term motivation and consistency is hard. long-term motivation might be difficult to maintain, but there are effective techniques to help you stay focused and determined. whether you're seeking personal ambitions, academic achievements, or professional success, here are some strategies to help encourage motivation:
understand the reason behind your goal ☆ does your goal contribute to personal growth or meaningful relationships? ☆ how does your goal impact others? ☆ is your goal meaningful to you? if your goal lacks meaning, it may be hard to maintain motivation.
positive and negative motivation motivation can come from different places ☆ positive motivation: the desire to experience pleasure ☆ negative motivation: the desire to avoid something (an outcome) both types of motivation have their place, so learn to recognise what type fits in where. (post on this coming soon)
set up systems use your initial motivation to set up structures: ☆ create routines, systems and habits that help you towards your goal even when your motivation fluctuates ☆ when your emotions wane, rely on these systems and disciplines to maintain momentum

had a 12mn deadline for the 13th on a research commission project and me and my partner delivered by 6pm.
really happy all the groups I helped out alone and with my partner got great results with their presentations !! did a survey with some of the members of the groups and basically I was just happy and proud of them and me + my partner because we all delivered :)
anw !!
productivity list:
submitted last research project for the week at 6pm (deadline was 12mn)
had a consultation with a research group regarding their last sem's research paper - i read their paper and listed down edits, revisions and additions they need to add + what to expect with ethics committee for the termination report +++ as preparation for binding
picked up my national ID
sat in a board review + reporting of 3rd years on pulmonary rehabilitation
did jog progressions for about 2km !!

Semi productive days. I finished rewatching TFATWS, watched a few Hermitcraft vids and painted a bit, but I also started coursework (library computers didn't work with it either so.....) and made a few revision notes. Pretty happy with that! Plus I drew out a study planner (doing traditional, sorry Notion) on a bullet journal page and I'll plan it out tomorrow.

I will try to be kind to myself so I'm trying to pamper myself as well as build my personal routine.
After breakfast and the usual journaling I did my writing exercises and studied my driving license;the training sessions after yesterday were less grueling and after that I dedicated myself to preparing the taralli.
It was the first time I tried it, although not very colorful and not too tasty, I can improve.
I spent a relaxing afternoon reading and gaming; the program for the evening the forecast is Supernatural and rest.
