Inarazaki lost today.

and im meeting my boyfriend kita.

"hey suna!!" i called.

"hey (y/n)..".He greeted back.

"did you see kita?" i ask.

"oh i think he went at the restrooms" he said as i nodded.

"Kita!!" i called."oh (y/n) hey.." he said."come on kita dont be down now lets go home and rest ill cook you dinner..." i smiled at him as he smiled back but i can see he is still hurt.

i cooked him dinner and went to bed.

I heard sobs as i went up and saw kita.

"kita are you oka-" he cut me off

"HOW? how can i be okay..? (y/n)?" i became silent.

"..my team lost and its my last year..and im the captain how can i be okay with that..?" he teared up.

"kita its okay you can try it next time-" he cut me off again.

Waiting You From Season to Season [Kitsune Atsumu x Reader]

(Reader's pov)

As a shrine maiden myself,i usually just stay from the shrine cleaning it everyday,watching the foxes pass by.Its been a family tradition,But who am i to complain? Adjusting my kimono and went out to brush the leaves of the blooming cherry blossoms,A familiar orange fox walks beside her and sits staring at the falling leaves of the cherry blossom.

"Oh.. its you again,do you want to go inside and have some tea with me?" i smiled.Even though the fox wont understand me,i would treat them like an equal human with love.

I set the broom at the tree and walked inside the shrine,i glanced at the fox who's patiently sitting."Hmm.. ill be back for a sec.." I went inside and grabbed left over onigiri's and some tea for myself.I walked back to the patient fox

"Sorry i took awhile,here.." i placed the treat at the ground and the fox slowly walked up to the treats and eat.

I took a sip of tea and stared at the sky. " Looks like winter is about to come.. its gonna take awhile to see the cherry blossoms once again.."

(Atsumu's pov)

Day and the day next i would visit the shrine caretaker and become their companion,I would always feel bad watching them talking to no one else but themselves. As usual i came to see them once again,but they were not out,the white snow was slowly falling from the sky,as the path through her shrine was slowly getting packed by snow.

I peeked through the small door as she was drinking as usual

"Oh..its you,come in its snowing outside" They called,their sweet smile plasting through their face.

Being her company everyday isnt boring at all,listening to their rants,thier stories,and the feeling of lonelyness

One day i decided to finally show them who am i,My tail happily swaying as i walk to the path back to their shrine.

As i knocked through the door,no one answered,I knocked again and again,i waited patiently.Worry got into me and decided to go inside.I saw them laying at their futon,face was beatroot red.. Theyre having a fever.I went to her small kitchen and boiled water,and grabbed a rag to clean them up.

"..Huh.." they called out

"Shh,just rest.."

" I gues.. my fever are turning worst.." They tried closing their eyes and stared at mines again

" Shh.. dont worry ill take care of you "

A snow storm went pass through the nights as i tried to put effort giving heat that (y/n) needs.It was hard trying to cook food,i have no idea how human cooking works,does she even now im a kitsune..?

As few more days passed,the snow started to melt as (y/n)'s fever went down they become more responsive.

"So youre that fox?"

"Yes"

"Why are you here"

As the spring went by,their pale skin was visible,but she still continue to clean the shrine,and i decided to help.Even though their fever dropped,she would often cough here and there,But i make sure she stills eat her proper meal,and take care of themselves.

"I can do it myself tsumu.." i held the spoon infront of her

"Just say ah lil cutie" i teased

"Shut up!"

Summer came,and the hot season didnt help (Y/n) at all I patiently cutted the melon and gave it to them,"Eat" I said as she replied "Alright alright"

As the gods above didnt become generous today,the water circulation through the shrine stopped working,And i would bring buckets of water everyday to keep her hydrated,Luckily theres a near river.

Finally the summer passed by as the Autumn went,Their condition become worst.

"*Coughs* *coughs* I-ill be fine.. i promise" they stared at me and smiled,I couldt hold to stare at them in this stare,their once pretty skin was pale,their blossom lips where dry,and their usual glowing eyes were dull and out of life.

I cant do anything else but to hold them and stare at the sky.

"Tsumu..,thanks for keeping me company.. this year" they smiled.

"Its.. no biggie"

"If i were to disapear one night,will you wait for me to come back?"

"I will.."

Its been years,seasons keeps cycling,And ill wait for you from season to season.

Its been months now after i left (y/n),I guess she coulve guess that were over now.After the monhs of missing her presence made me realize how special she is,Its fool for me to say that i actually regretted the decision of leaving her behind without any context.

Spending my days to work,drink and night,and heavy hang over in the morning,But there was never a day that i wont think about her,and miss her more.

Laying at my bed and staring at the ceiling as usual until someone knocked at my door,I sitted up and walked to the door and a familiar pudding head greeting.

"Oh...kenma-"

"Can you hold yourself up and move on,youre the one who left her,the one who hurt her,and he one who cheated at the relationship,so get a hold yourself together." he cut off

"Heh.. your.. right" i looked down

"You should check on her if you want to make things right,running away from your problems wont solve anything." He replied.

Hes right.. i cant keep running away from (y/n).I stand straight and ran to get my coat and ran off ,This is it,im gonna apologize,everything is gonna be okay,everything's gonna be like before.

Waking up,seeing her bright smile,greeting me after work,weekly dates every weekends,imagining having a bunch of cats.

I reached to the old apartment were used to be i was grinning like a madman until she walked out having a bright smile,just like that smile who greets me afterwork.

i smiled at him and say goodnight to the young prince and went to my room.

"she's asleep..." i informed kenma when i came back.. "good and kuroo-san can i ask you a favor.." i look at him at confusion he never ask a favor.. kenma began to speak "as im saying your main deatintion is the celestial caslte but you may encounter the queen's pawns so that why im sending off kuroo to protect you on your way and beware of the hawk he is the queen's left hand.please (y/n)-san be safe and i will be informing prince shouyo from the karasuno kingdomn one of the three ruler of karasuno." i nodded "ofcourse ill be carefule same to you.." he smiled and kuroo spoke "shall we..?" he held his hands to me and asking me to hold them i hold his handa shyly and nodded."im ready".I gave my goodbyes to the young prince so as yaku-san and lev-kun.

We exited the castle and prepare to go prince hinata's kingdomn

I made an letter and attached at the back of a cat to deliever the message to shouyo and so as the other kingdomns.

i wish for (y/n)-san's saftey i went outdide and freed the cat.

i went to the library and and covered painting was on a stand i carefully removed the cloth and to see the old queen's painting i made befor she passed."i promise to bring back peace your majesty.." i told to myself looking at the old painting.

"So how far is this karasuno kingdomn are..?" i ask while walking at the woods with kuroo... "hmm tired already chibi-chaaan~ he purred."No im just curius.." i replied.Theres a long silence beetween us."so what's your story..?" i broke the silence.

"so what's your story..?" she ask. "hmmmm..." i hummed,"Long story short chibi-chan i was a streetcat..."

so i became a street theif...

while i was walking a saw a royal carraige there was a boy who had a black hair its quite long for a boy. i keep glancing at him and he glance at me we stared for long untinl... 'bingo' i thought

i ran as fastest i can i grabbed the boy's golden crown and run as fast as i can i went to an dead end and i was catch one of his guards.

"Ouch! let me go!" i squirmed at the guy iron grip on my arms i dropped the crown and before i reach it the guy throw me to a bunch of barrels.

it was raining in that day its cold. suddenly i felt no rain drops the boy sheild me with his cloak we are both wet now he went to the guards and they was about to grab me i growled at them when the boy patted my head and scratch my ear i felt like it.

he brought me to his castle we both play his toys he even gave me food and my own room he doesnt want to be adressed as 'master' not like anyother guys.

he teach me how to write and read and i was known as a theif so i basically had hand-to-hand combat so i know how to protect him im always at his side and few years i became his personal guard and i have a well known team as i where adressed 'The prince's lap cat' or 'The prince's cat' but usually its different than they thought kenma's a different guy his a kind one but still my friend.

Im always the bullie's target in school since im always quiet and always trying to get away from people but its just me..

But the bullies got worst since they bullied me physically now.

I just got beat up and i was running through the halls until i bump into someone.

I looked up and saw a guy which looks like a third year and hes big...and scary.

As usual he isnt still home and im scrolling down my insta feed until i heard the door opened.
