'If you think you knew me a year back, you don't know me at all, My growth game is very strong, Allow me to reintroduce myself..' 2016, was a year of change, a year when something drastic had to be done, a year when things had to fall apart so that better things fall in place.. Being a fat kid is not exactly what I had planned, but stress eating, high thyroid levels, a metabolic disorder , PCOD and low strength levels can really mess up your health to an extent that you can never imagine.. To top it all, people around are not exactly kind to the fat/thin ones.. I will never forget the taunts, mockery and jokes that I was a target of when I was heavy.. These are my fuel I was not looking at just a weight loss, I was looking at an entire transformation of mind and body.. I stalked my Coach @onlinetrainingcoach for months and then met him exactly a year back. The patience and belief that he shows in you makes you believe that you can move mountains. I didn't question him because I knew that I was in the safest hands.. Every month we came up with a new challenge to face and a new obstacle to overcome.. There were times where I felt like giving up but that was never an option.. I had to change and change was outside my comfort zone.. As I write this, I am so overwhelmed because weight loss/gain is never just about the numbers.. It's the person you become on the other side of the journey.. Thank you Sir for giving me the best gift this year.. I will try my best to keep delivering.. My Mom - She's been the most patient and resilient woman I will ever meet.. She made sure that I got my food on time, every single day, no matter how tough it got.. I don't have anymore words to describe your efforts..Thank you Ma.. Karan.. If you wouldn't have driven me down to Sir's place that day, I wouldn't have known what I am capable of.. Thank you for being the best.. Dad and Bhai for bringing me all the food and keeping up with my temper eruptions all through the process.. For picking me up every time I was down.. My transformation is not just me alone.. It's a Teamwork of my Coach and My Family.. All I can say is today I am born again.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!❤❤ #birthday #january (at India)
