It's been over a year?!?!
So it's been over a year since I've posted here on Tumblr.  I actually can't believe it. 
Life's gotten busy.  So much has happened.  My partner suffered a debilitating injury.  We bought a house and moved.  My mum got really sick.  I started studying a Diploma. 
Unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes.
Some of the weight has come back on.  I feel it will always been an ongoing battle!  I've been battling this entire year to get my eating under control and get a proper gym routine happening.  I've dabbled in F45 on and off.  Goodness I wish it wasn't so expensive!  But I think I've finally got myself back into a routine.  I've dropped kilos and centimetres in the last two weeks and I've sent my self a goal to reach by Christmas. 
I'm going to try and take you one the ride with me!  Here's to a healthier, happier Christmas!

The next chapter in my journey #hyperdbs I've been following @nickcheadlefitness for a while and I have his #iifymbible - I totally resonate with everything he and his girlfriend @becchambersfit stand for I'd love to have personal coaching with them but if I want to have nice things like trips to Bali and one day a house, I can't be spending that kind of money! - So when Nick released his HyperDBS program I was interested. I was also hesitant... purely because I've signed up to workout programs before and not liked the style or training or meal plan. - I'm super glad I took the plunge! The workouts are exactly the style I enjoy and I can't wait to get stuck in and see some gains and loses! My Tumblr game has not been strong lately.  I just haven't been feeling it and have been a lot more active over on my Instagram... also called @shrinkingcourt
But I'm going to change that. Things are going really well for me at the moment.  I have my head in the game and I'm back to dropping KG's.  This updated before and after from last week blew my away.  I often forget where I have come from and how much I've changed as a person.
Weight loss isn't only about a physical change but also a mental one.  In fact I'd say the mental one is more important. In focussing on your physical appearance you give yourself time to focus on just you, on improving you and making you better.  There aren't a lot of times in life that we give ourselves that kind of devotion! 
I'm so proud of how far I've come.  And I can't wait to see how far ago.  I know that there are even fitter and stronger things out there for me. And I'm going to chase them!

Check in this morning! Crappy lighting but it’s so dark in the mornings at the moment so have to rely on the down lights! Weighed in at 91.7 this morning and I’m stoked! A week ago I decided to embark on an #iifym journey after watching @dedikated_lifestyle YouTube channel! I was so inspired that she eats ice cream every day!!! I’ve known about iifym for a long time but always thought it wouldn’t work for large #weightloss and was more defined for people competing who only had a few legs to drop! But the flexibility is amazing and I’ve manage to drop big numbers this week while still eating my favourite salsas chip burrito and some chocolate! I have also been more active this week but that’s just because I’m feeling so good! I’ve also found myself making healthier decisions because I want to “save” #macros for other meals! I am curious, what did you do with the clothes that are too big for you now? Did you keep them or did you get rid of them? I'm thinking I want to get rid of mine to make sure I don't make it easy on myself to gain the weight back. You're progress is amazing btw!
Thanks lovely! I donated the majority of them to charity. A few pieces I sold. And I kept one pair of jeans because looking at them know it honestly blows my mind that I ever wore them!

Obsessing over my work outfit today!  I've had this top for a while and I've never worn it before because it showed too much!  But today I felt I could pull it off!
Super proud of myself because my boy wanted junk for dinner and I stayed strong and convinced him to have meal prep with me instead!  And turns out I must be a little bit serious about this at the moment because there were cakes put out at work and I didn't even go and check them out.  When someone asked me if I knew what was there I surprised myself because I'd actually forgotten all about them.  Normally I would dwell and obsess until I ate them!  Winning!

Week 2 Update
How exactly is it Wednesday already?  Time is flying and I can't believe we are a third of the way through January already!  It'll be Christmas again before we know it!
So last week on The Bod program went well until Friday.  Had a huge day of purging and packing and as a result ended up having a pretty unhealthy dinner.  Then it was my friend's 30th Birthday celebration on the Saturday so a bit of eating and drinking was involved and well Sunday, might as well top off a bad time.  Even through all of that indulgence I still managed to be 1 kilo down from my start weight so I achieved something at least! 
This week so far so good on the nutrition side of things!  Have kept it 100% clean.  At this stage the only cheat is going to be a planned one for Saturday night.  I hope to stick to the plan for all other meals!
My shoulder bursitis is giving me a bit of grief which sucks though!  And I'm back at work which is less an ideal! 
Mostly feeling good though!

Can you tell that I'm totally obsessed with this sports bra? I think you'll be seeing a lot of it! Day 3 of The Bod today and I jumped on the scales this morning out of curiosity... 2.6kgs down in two days! Like always my water retention levels are insane!! Feeling healthier and less bloated for sure though! And I thought I was going to struggle with the food but it hasn't been so bad!
