Day 5 of 5 day workout week:
Finally made it to Friday! I’m exhausted. 😫 Didn’t have to get up early today, thankfully. But, my body definitely feels like it’s at day 5. Heat is starting to creep in now and this may be my last breezy feeling morning for about a week. Got out with the pup for about 15 or 20 minutes and it did feel good to get moving. Tomorrow is the start of the Big Ten season! 🙌🏽 Let’s go BLUE!
Kickboxing in the Body Shop today! (Trying that one out for a while! 😉) I didn’t feel up to using the heavier gloves, so I went with my sparring set. I really had to push through, but I got it done! Only did about 35 minutes of cardio. But, I also hit the weights for 20 minutes! I hit shoulders, bis, tris, quads, hammies, glutes…that’ll do for the week! Enjoy the long weekend! Take a break! Do we show up on Monday??! 🤔 TBD…
