Request: 🎐🤍💿 can i get a Kyotani Kentaro x Male reader, where the reader is Aoba Johsais manager and nobody on the team knows that they are dating yet—and Oikawa keeps making moves on the reader and it makes Kyotani jealous? (sorry for not good wording, very sleepy rn lololol) 🎐🤍💿

You and Kyotani had been dating for a little while, you had met him when he came to the gym to practice late one night and you had just managed to kick Oikawa out, you complimented him and even asked that he tried out for the team but he shut you down said he didn’t work well in a team and no one even wanted him there, you didn’t believe that for a second, with how dysfunctional the rest of the boys were you had no doubt that he would fit in. In the time that it took you to convince him to join the team you actually ended up dating him, you never told anyone, you assumed that he would want to keep his private life private and you had no problem with that.

You were laying around in your bedroom, he was on his back with you draped over him as he played with your hair “they asked me to join.” He mumbled. “Hm?” You hummed moving your head so your chin rested on your hand to connect your eyes with his. “The team… Well, Iwaizumi asked me to join the team, something about needing my help to beat the teams that they’re going to be facing.” He said lowly. “Well yeah, we really need someone like you, you’ll confuse them no problem.” You nodded and he raised an eyebrow. “Is that supposed to be a compliment?” He asked. “Yes. You know your way different than anyone else on the team.” You explained and he leaned down to press a kiss to your lips. “You’ll be there the whole time?” He asked. “Yeah.” You answered with a nod. “I guess I’ll see how it goes then.” He shrugged. “Thank you.” You smiled as you pushed yourself up to straddle his waist leaning down to press a kiss to his lips.

Practice went about as well as you thought it would. He clashed with almost everyone on the team, no one more so than Oikawa, who believed himself the highest authority. You knew that Kyotani was never going to listen to him and you could definitely see that he was getting aggravated, you wanted to go over and talk to him but you weren’t sure that he was even going to want that. Your eyes were still trained on him when someone else came over to you. “Scary Mad Dog don’t worry I’ll protect you.” Oikawa said having seen where you were looking. “What?” You asked looking at him, confusion clear on your face as he giggled. “I protect you from the scary new player, do you need to tell him something?” Oikawa asked, looping an arm over your shoulder, “What are you staring at him for anyway, I’m right here.” “I don’t know how many times I have to tell you that you really aren’t my type, pretty boy?” You asked as you looked at him and laughed. “A few more times I’m still not getting it.” Oikawa smiled. “Get back on the field.” You ordered. “The only reason that you are a star player is because I can’t play.” “Of course.” Oikawa smirked before going back to practice with the others.

Later that evening, you were sitting in the gym waiting for everyone else to leave so that you could lock up, almost everyone was out, Oikawa being dragged away by Iwaizumi who was closely followed by Hanamaki and Matsukawa, all the others leaving of their own accord, the only one that you hadn’t seen was Kyotani, you decided to go into the changing room and make sure that he was okay. “Ken!” You yelled through the changing room. “What?” He asked, you walked towards where you heard his voice and saw that he was still getting changed. “Are you okay?” You asked. “Fine.” He answered as he dried his hair. “You don’t seem fine.” You frowned. “Look I really don’t need you fussing over me alright?” He asked. “You're going to want to revise your tone if you still want to call me your boyfriend tomorrow.” You warned him and you heard him sigh as he let his head drop, his shoulders dropping. “I’m sorry I just don’t like the way that he talks to you and touches you.” He finally said. “Who?” You asked. “Oikawa.” He answered and you smiled as you walked towards him looping your arms around his neck smiling softly. “Are you jealous?” you asked as you leaned up your mouth a breath away from his. “You know all we have to do is tell them that we’re dating.” “I never said that we were keeping it a secret.” He grabbed your waist pulling you closer to him, his naked chest pressed flat to your clothed one. “Oh really?” You asked, he smirked and pressed a kiss to your lips only tightening his grip on you as you attempted to pull away from him. You slipped your phone out of your back pocket snapping a picture of the both of you. Kyotani finally pulled away from you to see what you were doing. “What are you doing?” He asked, watching you pull up Oikawa’s text thread with yourself. “Just sending a message to Oikawa.” You answered, attaching the picture with the caption ‘really not my type, pretty boy’. Kyotani smirked before pressing send for you and pulling you into another kiss. “Come on get changed, we can finish this back at my place or something, I have to lock this place up.” You reminded him and he gave an annoyed groan before doing as you asked.

Oikawa let out a distressed noise as he looked at his phone “Why would he send me this.” He whined holding his phone up for the others. “Because you don’t take no for an answer.” Iwaizumi answered. “He has told you before that he’s not interested.” Matsukawa shrugged. “You're still trying.” Hanamaki smirked. “Iwa-chan my heart is broken!” He whined. “I’m sure you’ll find someone else by this time tomorrow.” Iwaizumi muttered as he continued to eat. “You don’t care?” Oikawa asked. “I’ll care when you’re actually hurt.” Iwaizumi muttered, slapping Oikawa’s hands away as he tried to reach out for him. “You really think he’s going to be okay?” Matsukawa asked as he watched Hanamaki tease Oikawa about something. “He’ll be fine.” Iwaizumi waved off the question in favour of finishing his meal and getting as far away from the star setter as possible.

if you sweet talk him for just a little bit, push all the right buttons. if you call him things like baby or bubs. if you work around an ‘i love you’ but say it a million ways. and you do all it with a smile, he’ll be in a puddle in minutes.

hinata, tanaka, LEV, oikawa, semi, aran, osamu

as soon as you see him give him a kiss on the cheek, then on the nose, then on the lips. hold his hand in public and hug i’m at games. lean close into him in front of all his friends to let them all know you’re his. a little goes a long way.

IWA, daichi, yamaguchi, yamamoto, yaku, konoha, tendou

listen to everything he says. not in an ordering way but just be attentive. all he really wants is for someone to listen to him ramble. give him input every so often. he’ll be gushing about you to his friends later.

rest with him. don’t force either of you to work or think to hard. just laying down and fiddling with his hands is enough for him. if you’re lucky he’ll let you braid his hair. and when you fall asleep in his arms, he’ll be thinking of you.

if all else fails and you still can’t seem to clearly have his heart in your hands, sit him down, tell him you love him more than anything in the world, give him a hug and tell him how proud you are of him and everything he’s done. tell him he can rest now and that he’s safe. and soon you’ll notice the blush creeping onto his face and the smile he can no longer hide. then you know you have him.
