Hello I've gotten around to updating my inprnt again!

I only draw as a hobby so I have no plans to open commissions or paywall my drawings to keep it as stress-free as possible, but a little bit of extra income would be nice if anyone would like a print.

I've realised something potentially important.

So up until now myself, as well as a lot of the Fandom probably, have considered s1 and s2 of Good Omens to be separate stories almost. This being largely down to all of s1 conflicts being resolved and s2 mostly being considered a bridge for the hypothetical (very real to me) s3.

However, I was thinking about the intros and how they pretty much hint at everything that is going to happen during the show - with us for the most part not being able to join the dots till after. This got me thinking. And then I realised that if you play the s1 intro and the s2 intro back to back they are a continuation of one another.

S1 starts with Crowley and Aziraphale already walking and following the path of the great plan:

Fast forward the the end and we see the fall. Now seen as Aziraphale and Crowley are the ones literally leading all the characters in the story, we can assume that they each jump off the cliff when they get there:

Now. That's important because s2 starts with Aziraphale and Crowley each meeting in the middle (their own side) after this fall has happened - the fact that Crowley climbs up makes me believe even more that these two moments follow on from one another:

While that's interesting to examine it's not the important point I'm getting at. Fast forward again to the end of the s2 intro, everyone is walking up to heaven:

Now if this continuity proceeds into s3 then it means that everyone is going to start off in heaven, possibly meaning that the main story line will do so as well.
