Hello everyone, long time no post.
This years been a hell of a rollercoaster. Nearly dying, a bunch of blood tests and meds, several injuries and a global pandemic later and we’re already in December!
I’ve decided that I’m gonna set myself mini “30 day challenges” each month for the next year. None of them will be extreme, and they won’t all be fitness based. Every 30 days I will either evolve a habit or change focus.
I’m starting in December because why not do a trial run! This month will be walking at least 30 minutes everyday (3000steps). Nothing intense but just to get me moving a wee bit more. If it goes well my habit for January will be to get 10,000+ steps everyday.
You’re welcome to join me on any of my challenges, just reach out to me in my in box if you are and we can chat and cheer each other on. Or you can do your own challenge! (Still reach out if you need a cheerleader)
If 30 days is a big commitment try a 21 day one spread out over a month, so you have a couple days leeway.
Here are some examples of things I may be trying:
Learn Chinese [mandarin] (my goal is learn a couple of phrases a week)
Walk 10,000 steps a day
Walk 8km a day
Learn to do the splits (this may take a couple months)
Save £100
Go to sleep at 10pm
Do a page of a colour in book a day
Learn a dance

This may not look like a big deal but just a few weeks ago I was still smoking 1/2 pack of cigarettes a day (33 days to be exact) and walking an average of 3000steps per day. If that. So for me to hit my 7000step goal every day this week is a big milestone for me. Work From Home
Terhitung tanggal 18 Maret, kantor mulai berlakuin WFH. Dari edaran sebelumnya, kita dibagi dalam shift dan harus ngantor seminggu sekali.
18 maret 2020, dapet surat edaran baru. Yang men-state kalo seluruh balai kota harus work from home terhitung tanggal 19-31 maret 2020
Anjuran buat 14 hari #dirumahaja (kalo di saya sih #dikosanaja). Segala tugas dikoordinasi lwt whatsapp, kerjain sana sini, target dilaporin di akhir jam kerja lewat e-kinerja. Dan gak ada tatap muka sama orang kantor.
Keliatannya emang enak, jadi saya bisa hemat 1-2 jam commuting, karena semua dikerjain dari kosan. Hemat waktu kaan.
Jam kerja masih normal 07.30-16.00. artinya seluruh kerjaan hari itu wajib nulis report sebelum jam 16.00
Stop commuting, stay at kost.
Gak bisa dipungkiri, commuting ini salah satu bentuk "olahraga" buat saya. Jalan ke halte. Atau kembali ke kost dari halte flyover karet yaah itu setara 3000steps. Lumayan.
Sekarang sih muter otak, gimana caranya tetap aktif, meskipun gak commuting.
1. Tips buat bergerak (karena awal feb, sempet berniat buat start 5000steps sehari)

Buka youtube, ikutin workout atau streching ringan aja. Harusnya pagi sih. Tapi kebanyakan sore. Disambi beberes, bikin craft, marie kondo-ing juga 🤣
2. Lebih produktif:
a. Selain buat ngusir bosen, weekend g kemana2 weekday apalagi. Coba baca2 ulang tulisan di evernote. Ternyata banyak.
b. kalo bosen lagi ya nonton film, film2 jadul huhu
c. Kurasi foto: cek-cek foto lama, dipilih mana yang bagus, pengen diupload aja. Tapi ntaah kapan 🤪
d. Terus mulai rutin lagi journaling. Ya 1-2 hari sekali. Kadang doodling iseng2. And this doodle also describes me well #dikosanaja
