Ive reread you poison apple au and im in love i just can help but imagine the fun raven and dex have with their kids
And apple who marrys her to continue the story i feel like shes stubborn enough to raise a child on lies of stolen happily ever afters
I cry this got buried in the asks ( I have over 140 TTuTT I'm trying to get through them)
Raven and Dex have so much fun with their kiddos! They love them so much and the family is almost always on Fairytales Scrollazine (Peoples Magazine XD) as they became somewhat local Spellebrities after everything that happened.
They have so many aunts and uncles who adore them and Raven's parents are a constant when the kids are young. Diana tried to play the step-sister card once to visit but that was shut down so fast.
With Apple, yeah, she did find someone who would marry her, but it was purely for her looks, and for her, it was purely to try and continue the storyline. There was no love lost between the two, and it's a known secret that the two have lovers here and there. But both do love their children. A boy and a girl. Darius Charmont Knight (yes, Apple named her son after Daring. She lost him once. Not again.) and Winter White Knight (after her lost birthright. Her husband argued their daughter would be made fun of but Apple insisted and overall went behind his back to name the children.) She tries to raise them to believe in their birthrights as a Prince Charming and Snow White but her husband does all he can to make sure it doesn't stick.
Divorce is not a thing really in Ever After. It's been done, but to do so, it's basically like putting a mark on you and your family. It's seen as shameful. But Apple's husband it basically at the end of his rope when he kids turn 6 and 5, respectively and all but demands a divorce from the Supreme Classic Council who grant it prettily easily once the evidence is presented and once they find out who his wife is.
Apple somehow got supervised visits.

People are using the “Just bad writing/Snow and Grimm made her think that way” excuses for Apple... and yeah, they are true. I totally get Apple from that point of view.
BUT she really was so dismissive of her friends’ feelings! I mean, HAPPILY telling Raven they have happy endings and she doesn’t, the infamous “We all have our part to play, Briar”,  her condescending “reconciliation” with Ashlynn at True Hearts Day, or telling Raven she’s selfish (HA?) Or redecorating Raven’s side of the room w/o asking??
And in the book when Raven says she wishes people wouldn’t judge her for what her mom did/her destiny, Apple privately thinks it’s alright that they do. Or getting annoyed that Ash looks sad as she signs instead of being concerned for her supposed friend!! And of course, telling Raven she will never get her happy ending in a scene that’s much harsher than the bit in the cartoon.
So yeah, however she was raised. it doesn’t excuse how she treated the others. I wish the narrative hadn’t kept doing that “1 step forward, 2 steps back” stuff in the show, and let people be upset with her instead of having it brushed off so she could have a proper arc.

I feel like Apple would have shut up a lot faster about the rebel and royal thing if someone slapped her.
Now who? I don't know. I would say Raven but she's too nice for that. Maybe Faybelle? Duchess? Just someone who is a rebel and kinda mean

Miraculous Ladybug/Ever After High Crossover Idea
Since I already posted an idea for Miraculous and Monster High, I thought to also post an idea for Miraculous and its sister series, Ever After High. I am a big fan of both of the shows and I did not like at all that both of the shows were canceled even when they were both amazing.
The idea starts with how the world of Fairy Tales would actually be known to the mortal world. Something that would not be that much of a shock given that magic was already known because of Ladybug, Cat Noir, Hawkmoth, and every other miraculous-related magical event. Plus, because of White Wolf, Beautifly, and Eagle, it was also shown that there was magic in other areas of the world as well. So, all of that would show that the Fairy Tale world would only be shocking at first, but then everyone would just accept it.
The students at Dupont would actually be given the unique chance to have a field trip to Ever After High. Their school was chosen because they lived in Paris, which was the most magical city in the mortal world because of the magical heroes and villains in the city.
The students were definitely all excited to meet the sons and daughters of the stories that they all grew up with. Rose was especially excited to meet anyone from the Sleeping Beauty tale because Sleeping Beauty is sometimes also called Briar Rose. Plus, if there is anyone that loves fairy tales, it would be Rose.
Chloe was the only one that was not allowed to come since she would be under house arrest from her actions as Miracle Queen.
Adrien would also be someone that would fall in love with the magical place. Because he had basically been raised by Disney films because of his neglectful father, he had been really excited to see a world of fairy tales. It was definitely something that made Vallia, Kim, and Juleka all tease him for being so adorable in his excitement. Lyon called it cute.
Of course, given that the place is both amazing and full of basically famous people, Lila basically has to lie. As soon as she would hear how the most loved stories were Snow White, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty, she would pick one of those stories to lie about. So, she chooses Sleeping Beauty and starts claiming to be a direct descendant of a past Sleeping Beauty. She wanted to choose Snow White at first but decided against it since she doubted that even her class of sheep would believe a girl with her skin tone could be related to the woman that was literally known for being "white as snow."
And as usual, the class would eat it up as if it was their last meal. The only ones not believing her were the ones outside of her circle of sheep. Which was basically the entire school, not that she even knew that since she believed herself to be beyond being exposed as the liar she is. Adrien, Lyon, Vallia, Kim, Juleka, and Nathaniel would all also not believe her since they were the circle of friends against Lila.
They would have included Marinette, but Adrien was not comfortable around her. Vallia and Juleka used to be part of the Girl Squad until both of them disagreed with how Marinette deals with her crush. They both thought that it was creepy and that she was obsessed with Adrien. As soon as they both saw her schedule of his activities for the next three years, all the presents she had for him until he was fifty, her wall of pictures, and all the other things that she had done because of her crush, they both left that toxic group. They had to tell Adrien about everything Marinette did since he was her target. Adrien immediately started avoiding Marinette after that. He did not want to have to deal with another stalker. Not that it actually made Marinette stop obsessing over him since she was convinced that he would love her one day.
So, once they all got to Ever After High, the group of friends with brain cells instantly separated from the sheep. They did not want to have to deal with them obsessing over Lila and her lies. Not that they actually thought this lie would make it very far considering that the actual son or daughter of Sleeping Beauty was probably in the school somewhere. And whoever they were probably would not want anyone to lie about being connected to their mom.
Plus, as the group separated from the sheep, they actually found themselves drawn toward the Rebels rather than the Royals. The Royals that they talked to were really focused on the whole "destiny" thing that their world was supposed to be all about. The group did know about the whole thing where the children would sign their Storybook of Legends in order to re-live their parent's story.
But, at the same time, they did not actually agree with that idea. It was one thing for the Royals to want to get their "destiny" since they were the ones that wanted to live happily ever after. But, the Rebels that they talked to were almost nothing like their parents. It made sense why they would not want to sign away their freedom to live a "destiny" that they were not happy with.
Probably the first person they thought of that made them not believe in the "destiny" thing was Raven Queen. The girl was really sweet and kind, the opposite of her supposed destiny as the next Evil Queen. And she also really hit it off with Lyon given that just like her, he was often stereotyped as well since a lot of people label him as the Ice Prince.
And all the other Rebels that the group meets are also great people as well. Nathaniel is really intrigued by Ceder and her honesty curse, especially since she does not even want to try and lie just to be like her father, Pinnochio. Marc bonds with Hunter and Ashlynn because is a sucker for their entire Royal-Rebel love story while also getting roped in by Hunter for some archery lessons. Kim actually becomes friends with Darling since he actually loves that she wanted to break stereotypes and become a hero rather than a damsel in distress. Juleka also becomes friends with Cerise as the two of them were both shy as well as both having a hard time letting loose around anyone other than their closest friends. And Vallia actually becomes close with Ginger since the girl was literally sweet as sugar as well as so focused on never being like her child-eating mother.
Probably the most unexpected friendship of all was between Adrien and Maddie. But, Adrien actually really liked Maddie's eccentric personality as well as her never letting anyone else tell her how to act. She was the exact opposite of how he always had to be perfect in every way or be punished by his father.
Of course, being around the Rebels also means that the group would end up seeing the conflicts between them and the Royals. Those like Apple are always hounding them to accept their destinies no matter what they were. Apple specifically goes after Raven in order to become the next Evil Queen no matter how many times Raven tells her that she wants her own happily ever after rather than just being a villain.
There is also how the Royals are constantly trying to get those like Adrien and Vallia on their side. They believed that since they were both obviously the most "royal" of the group, they would like to be friends with the Royals. Especially since Adrien is known as the Sunshine of Paris while Vallia is also called the Flower Princess. Except, their efforts only make Adrien and Vallia want to avoid them even more since they were definitely not comfortable with them trying to basically force them into seeing things how they see them.
Plus, the Royals also happened to have befriended Marinette. She had apparently befriended them since she liked the entire Fairy Tale stereotypes that they believed in. Such as the typical "love at first sight" cliche. And those like Apple seem to have teamed up with Alya for their "Adrinette" plans since she liked the entire false romance that Marinette and Alya had made up. Not that it was made up to those two since they actually did seem to believe that Marinette and Adrien were made for each other.
It was probably the one thing that could get Marinette to ever focus on when she was not slowly going crazy over Lila and her lies. But, she currently would just ignore the Italian liar as long as she did not try and get Adrien for herself. Plus, it also fed into Marinette's obsession with Adrien when he would constantly avoid Lila as well as scold her whenever Lila would try and latch onto his arm. To Marinette, that was Adrien trying to save himself for the right girl, which was her in her mind.
You also can not have any kind of trip without Hawkmoth doing something to ruin it. He takes advantage of an argument that breaks out between the Royals and Rebels. Especially when Vallia slaps Daring when he would not stop bothering her as well as telling her "every girl falls for me, they can't help it." And Vallia also did not like it when she told him that she was dating Kim, which made Daring insult Kim by calling him "an ugly gorilla."
Vallia's VERY big rejection of Daring was what got him akumatized. Hawkmoth made him an akuma similar to Reflekta and Dark Cupid, but with a twist. Anyone he zapped with his powers would either turn into a copy of him if they were a boy or would make them fall in love with him if they were a girl.
This ended up actually being what exposed Marinette as Ladybug to Adrien. She was hit by the love beam, making Tikki take the earrings from her to keep Marinette from giving them to the akumatized Daring as a "gift to show her love." Adrien happened to see Tikki take the earring, so he put the pieces together for him to find out that she was Ladybug. Tikki noticed Adrien and went over to him, giving him the earrings and apologizing for Marinette's behavior regarding her obsessive crush on him. He did not blame Tikki.
But because Ladybug was affected by the akuma, Adrien knew that he needed some backup. So, he used the portal between the fairy tale and mortal worlds to go back to Paris in order to get the Miracle Box from Marinette's room. He figured that she would have it since Ladybug was named guardian and Marinette was Ladybug. Plus, he was definitely not going to let her keep it now knowing about her horrible behavior.
He ended up giving the fox to Nathaniel, the turtle to Marc, the bee to Juleka, and the monkey to Kim. They had all managed to avoid Daring's powers. But even with all of them as well as White Wolf and Beautifly, it was hard with the number of people under Daring's control. So, Adrien took the chance and gave some of the miraculous to their Ever After friends. Raven got the tiger, Hunter got the ox, Ashlynn got the pig, Ceder got the goat, Darling got the dragon, Cerise got the dog, Ginger got the horse, and Maddie got the mouse.
They were able to defeat the akumatized Daring. Adrien quickly hid so that he could de-transform and then use the ladybug to become Mister Bug again. He knew not to use both miraculous at once. He cleansed the akuma and fixed all the damage.
When Marinette snapped out of the spell and saw Mister Bug, she could not believe it. So, Mister Bug took her aside and told her that he knew who she was. But, when she held out her hand to have the miraculous being given back to her, he denied it. He then told her that as the chosen user of the black cat, he was stripping her of the ladybug miraculous and the miracle box because of her horrible behavior.
Of course, Marinette denies ever doing anything wrong. But, Mister Bug lists everything she had done to Adrien and to others. Such as breaking into Adrien's room using her Ladybug powers, using her lucky charm just to stop Adrien from slow dancing with Chloe, stalking Adrien, invading his privacy, teaming up with Chloe to sabotage Kagami just because she was on a date with Adrien, and many other things. Marinette, of course, says that she loves Adrien and never did anything wrong. She placed all the blame on those around her while also saying she never stalked Adrien or invaded his privacy.
Mister Bug glares at her as he says that just because she is a girl does not mean that she is never in the wrong just because her victim is a boy. He says that her believing that he has to love her back just because she has a crush on him was wrong and that she needed to stop being selfish with her desire for him. He also said that if she ever tried anything to get back the ladybug or the miracle box, he would reveal her actions to all of Paris.
Adrien never thought he would have to do anything like that and it hurt him for having to do that to someone he used to think of as a friend. But, he stayed strong as both Plagg and Tikki told him that he did the right thing.
As he collected the miraculous from the others, he told them all that he hoped they could team up again in the future. And if he and Raven happened to blush after they looked each other in the eye, that was something for matchmakers like Ashlynn and Vallia to worry about. Lyon, Juleka, and the others all just prepared for the headache that was going to happen as they would watch the two of them dance around each other.

EAH x TWISTED WONDERLAND AU by @sayuricorner
“Everyone keeps telling me how my story is supposed to go. Now I made my own story that would guide me to a new path. A new beginning. One that my new friends have help guide me and had shown me what a true Snow White is supposed to be. One with a Heart of gold.”
To be honest, Apple White is one of my favorite characters from Ever After High but what put me off was how Snow White came off as. She seems to egotistical and too self-centered. Also, one thing that would make Apple kinda spoiled is the way others have told her of her destiny which can play into a part of her personality.
In the EAH x TWISTED WONDERLAND Au by sayuricorner, Apple White has an overbolt of negative emotions. As Duchess had commented to Apple about how Raven could be the Snow White instead of her in which had made Apple spiral out of control.
One thing that stood out to me was how Apple White had said that her mother, the headmaster Grimm, and everyone else told her it was HER destiny.
It’s a really good au and I highly recommend reading their head cannons of the au.
To be honest, I actually want a story in the perspective of Apple White’s how her mental state had worn down to the point of a mental breakdown and her path towards recovery including managing to forge back the friendship with the EAH students that had transferred to NRC. Including a small friendship with the NRC boys as well, it’s a slow progress but I will love an Apple White salt turn redemption.

Unpopular opinion: Apple White is the “Adrien with better writing”. Why? Well:
- Both are charcters depicted as perfect flawless and defenseless princess. Apple White during the whole show and Adrien in some episodes (specially Gabriel Agreste).
- Both are the secondary protagonists of the shows.
- Both have harsh parents that force them into follow their families’ legacies.
But the two have big diferences:
- Apple, even if the show shows her the reasons behind her actions, and says that she is a good person that cares for others, also shows us how selfish her actions can be, by telling us how Raven feels about her destiny and by that argument with Briar during Thronecoming. Which means that they know she has flaws and are not scared to tell the viewers that. Besides, she has development across the seasons, specially in Dragon Games.
- Adrien on the other hand has his flaws basically never acknowledged, every mistake he makes is completely justified by his problems with his father and social skill, and, the biggest difference, never learns anything after 4 seasons.
- Besides, one is definitely more deeper than the other…
Sing it louder for the people in the back.

Quinoa salad with hummus and cabbage (aka. did somebody say plant protein)
Ingredients for 4 portions:
1 dl white quinoa
2 dl black quinoa
1 dl green lentils
6 dl water
1 red pointed cabbage (or regular, i doubt it matters)
2 avocados
4 tsp olive oil
2 tsp apple vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
Hummus with sun-dried tomatoes:
240g boiled chickpeas (can be canned)
1 dl olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tahini
3-4 sun-dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
0,5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
0,5 teaspoons ground cilantro
Cold water
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
Boil quinoa as per the instructions on the packet. I boiled my quinoa and lentils in the same pot and it turned out fine.
Chop your pointed cabbage into appropriate bite sizes. In a glass or bowl, mix olive oil, apple vinegar, mustard and honey into an even consistency vignarette. Taste test with salt and pepper, and then mix it well with your cabbage.
Cut avocado into slices.
Hummus:
Blend all ingredients together. I use one of those food chopping things you have to pull like a lawnmower, which... does the job, lol.
Add cold water until your hummus is the desired consistency. I've heard that adding this water in the form of crushed ice actually makes the hummus more creamy, but I haven't tried that out yet. Cold water works just fine.
Taste test with ground cumin, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For serving, arrange the salad in layers in your bowls, starting with hummus at the bottom, then quinoa and lentils, then avocado slices, and then topping off with a healthy layer of cabbage.
Enjoy!

How do the narrators + Brooke react to the whole Evil White and Poison Apple fiasco?
Oooo it's been a while since I've gotten a Poison Apple question!
Brooke's parents are shocked at the events, to some extent the narrators know what will happen so they can narrate, as they have their own book they read from but this was something they never expected. Her parents were so in shock at what happened that Brooke had to take over narrating.
Brooke was shocked and yet not. She had seen how Apple was acting and unlike her parents, Brooke actually sees the characters as people that are living these things out and her parents are just so used to seeing them as characters in a story, nothing more.
Brooke doesn't get to narrate often so she watches everything so she knows and sees a lot more than her parents and she understands more because of it. She knew what Apple was doing was wrong and she hoped she wouldn't get away with it just because she was the " destined hero" of her story. Turns out Apple didn't get away with it and Brooke is actually happy about it. She thinks this is a new opportunity for a new story and it excited her.
Her parents on the other hand don't like it. Nothing like this has happened before and they don't know what to do. They know these stories forwards and back, this is uncharted territory.

Apple Walnut Cake
Chef’s Note: Reminds me of carrot cake, but isn’t.
Original recipe link
Makes: 9x13-inch, about 24 pieces
Ingredients
Cake
1 2/3 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract (4 tsp imitation)
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
4 apples, unpeeled, chopped (~4 cup)
1 cup chopped walnuts
Frosting & topping
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 to 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
(opt.) 1/2 cup chopped walnut, for topping
Instructions
0. Chop up your apples.
I cut into 12 slices, top to bottom, then each slices into 4 or 5 pieces. Makes for a lot of apple
0. Preheat oven to 350°F
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs together.
I used a hand whisk, and that worked fine; you don’t need electric beaters
2. Add oil and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Add in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Stir in apples and walnuts.
You do have enough batter to coat everything. Try to make sure there are no large spots of pure dough, but that most dough is stuck to apple.
5. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish
6. Bake at 350°F until a toothpick comes out clean, 50-75 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Baking time will depend on the moisture in your apples. My apples, gala, needed the 75 minutes
7. For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar until the frosting has reached desired sweetness / spreading consistency.
8. Frost cooled cake. If desired, top with additional chopped walnuts
