I know Fritz is a popular headcanon first name for Medic, but I need you all to know the objectively funnier headcanon is that his name is Friedrich which is what Fritz is short for and Medic just lets everyone on the team call him Fritz so they don't butcher the pronunciation.

#ive talked a lot about helmets lately oops #i guess i just rly have an obsession with how they're an extension of the driver #and a representation of them and their only sense of personality and individuality when theyre all geared up #so theres something to me about the separation of helmet from driver like in these pics #of course theres pics of the helmet on its own for model kinda pics(like all the pics i used for my past project posts) #but this is its own genre. helmet doing its own thing. helmet away from the vicinity of its owner #helmet being protected from the elements. it has its own carrying bag. it gets an umbrella. etc etc #the first pic made me on the lookout for pics w a similar vibe. finished another cat from the loner group!

lore:

oma kirsche hasn't been with the loners for long, only a few moons. they are skittish, nervous, and not very good at normal wild cat activities. they were taken in on a whim after being found all alone, and hurt. the loners fixed them up, though have had some trouble communicating with the cat because they seem to not know cat-speak very well. still, oma kirsche has been living with them just as normal, and was one of the cats who helped decide they should make camp on the edge of snakingclan's land. they are less good at fighting and hunting, and better at mending to cats & the camp. prey wise however, they are quick to work with prey-- stripping feathers from birds for kits to eat, or butchering them into different parts for equal share.

they're quite mysterious, with no cat being able to get a past out of them, or why they were injured. it's only obvious that wherever they are from, they don't want to go back. as the days have gone by, oma kirsche has been mentioning a kit they're looking for.

As a bear, Sebastian has periods where he doesn't remember he is human. Sometimes he wakes up covered in blood. He can change at will but he can't seem to suppress the change, to force it down. If he waits for too long, the outcome will get worse, days, sometimes a full week gone from his memory. The anxiety of checking the news after waking up naked, smelling of pine needles. The bear pelt he changes into always makes its way into his field of vision sooner or later and sometimes when he puts it on he finds himself consciouly letting go of his memories, fanning the flames of instinct to take over. On those occasions, he isn't scared of losing himself anymore, it's like he was always meant to be a bear, like the man's life was a bad dream. He cries when no fur covers his weak, naked body anymore, sometimes out of relief, sometimes mourning the loss.

Right at the very beginning of 2x01, when Ava gets to the bar late for her shift and Hans tells her she’s late? And her reply is “my roommate forgot to set the alarm” and Hans’ reply is that super sarcastic “yeah, okay”

The somewhat hidden layer here is Ava incorrectly uses the masculine form of “my roommate” - mein mitbewohner instead of meine mitbewohnerin

So maybe Ava just has bad beginner German (highly possible) but also maybe her German is decent and she’s trying to hold up some ridiculous cover story about her and Beatrice not living together. Except Hans has 0% fallen for any of this and clearly knows who actually runs Ava’s life schedule and now it’s turned into an inside joke because Bea still doesn’t want to break the cover story

#so as it turns out I've been learning german for the better part of 2022 and it just lucked out to make this scene even a tiny bit funnier #and his reaction when he sends ava up to talk to 'the boss' and then also comes in like that when they're up there alone? #adkfjhskdfjhsd he is absolutely sure there's something going on between them and ava knows and isn't changing her behavior at ALL #also I wonder if she could have picked up a basic level of quite a few languages just watching tv shows #and btw Hans is basically IMMEDIATELY vindicated because it’s what? #the next day that Ava talks Beatrice (while she is at the Height of Uptight) into staying at their workplace to get drunk for the first time #and they literally spend an entire evening wrapped up in doing shots and dancing together and being super touchy #warrior nun #they're fucking idiots in love #avatrice
