Gemini moons have very unstable opinions and values. They usually change what they believe in based on their social environment. It’s very easy to convince them it’s this and not that if you’re convincing enough. These constant changes can make people confused in what they actually believe in. Very rare they have fixed beliefs about something. They contradict themselves a lot.

Gemini suns if underdeveloped can be big copy cats. I think they do it as a way to fit in so they’re more susceptible to changing their style or mannerisms based off of others they inspire to be like

Aries suns get triggered by everything very easily. If you say something they don’t like or that offends them they can take it from 0-100 real quick. They can be very mean at times but that’s usually their defense mechanism for feeling hurt. They can let wayyy to much things get to them they should learn to not take things so personally even if they are offended (this goes for Aries moon as well!!!) Controlling their reactions to how they deal with bs can help their mental peace a lot. When they learn not everything needs a reaction they can really become some bosses fr

Pisces/12th house placements show different versions of themselves based off of the persons vibe their interacting with. Which is why some ppl can see them as quiet and reserved and another person can see them as hot headed and loud and another can see them as sweet and outgoing etc. They can read ppls energy very easily which is why I believe they’re able to subconsciously change their personality to certain ppl as a defense mechanism to sorta see if that person is safe enough to be their true selfs. This can be why a lot of ppl see them in so many different lights. (Ex: my brother has a 12th house stellium and with family he’s extremely awkward & reserved but I’m his school he’s extremely popular & social and gets in trouble for talking too much). Learning to be more comfortable showing ur true self to others (other than the people they see as safe) can help others pin point better the person you are.

Cancer moons are so emotionally intelligent it’s insane

I notice your moon sign acts more like the stereotypical sign then your sun sign (ex: Scorpio moons act more like stereotypical Scorpios then Scorpio suns)

Leo moons are very passionate ppl. They want to live the intensity of life & they live it like that. That’s why ppl mistake their behavior for exaggeration & drama. These are actually their feelings they don’t exaggerate they truly feel that intensity. They’re only playful with selected people which is why others can see them as cold at times. If underdeveloped they can act like know it alls a lot, they can be very defensive and hard headed to others advice bc they believe they know better. Can result in big ego problems if not checked. But overall genuine hearted ppl.

Virgo moons get the “ick” from people easily that don’t value what they value

Sag moons do you guys deal with deep emotions at all? Everyone I met with this placement is abnormally very jolly & nothing usually bothers them much. How do you guys deal with emotions?? I’m lowkey jealous of this moon placement because of how well you take negatively. They’re able to transmute negative energy into something positive with such little effort. This can be somewhat stressful for deeper signs however to really see under all that joy. This lack of depth can make it harder for others to relate at times. This placement is the definition of golden retriever energy.

Ppl with Aries mars in their chart gain muscle VERY easily (especially in their arms) these people actually enjoy working out and going to the gym normally. As kids they had a surplus of physical energy. They were usually always running around or climbing stuff making obstacles courses, arm wrestling ppl etc. this placement is a blessing in terms of energy levels and health.

Taurus placement can sit around and watch tv all day if u let them. They really love TV especially movies. I notice this more with Taurus mars as well, they’re more likely to watch movies all day or binge watch shows for hours. It’s usually their happy place (and when u add food to it they’ll never leave lol)

Taurus moons usually always grew up loving fashion and clothes. Even as kids they can be very creative with the outfits the wore. They were usually too stubborn to have their mom pick out their clothes cuz they wanted a certain “look” (I’m guilt for this) they are also very fond of thrifting! Can be big shopaholics lol

Pisces moons tend to ghost ppl they’re close too with very little warning. They’ll just randomly decide to move to another state without informing anyone which can catch ppl off guard a lot. They do this especially when they feel overwhelmed with life and responsibilities. These are the hardest ppl to keep in touch with (unless you’re a love interest) they tend to put their love interests before everyone.

Pisces suns fall in love with some of the most psychotic/mentally unstable ppl ever lol. They tend to have very chaotic love life’s and tend to go for people that need some sort of mental help.

Out of all the Venus signs I feel like Taurus Venus’s have the easiest time in relationships. They tend to go for very stable people that usually treat them well. They have the ability to attract very helpful partners. (Cries in aqua Venus 🥲) however they can be more likely to take their partners for granted and don’t realize how good they have it.

Another question for other astrologers does the house of ur Venus give the same affect as the sign? Like for example ( does having a 5th house Venus give the same effect as having a Leo Venus in a way? Or is it not as strong?)

Hellooooo I’m back!!!!!

🌬Gemini suns are the epitome of golden retriever energy.

🌬I’ve noticed a lot of people in the psychology field or with psych degrees tend to have Cancer and/or Virgo placements in their big 6. Either that or strong 4th and 6th house energy. Makes a lot of sense. 4th house= emotions. 6th house= service for others.

🌬Cancer suns are underrated for being leaders, I’ve had so many bosses and higher-ups who have been Cancer suns.

🌬I’ve noticed that homewreckers tend to have a lot of fire/water dominance in their charts, which I think is due to their passion ruling their decisions. I’ve noticed this with cheaters as well. I also think with water placements it comes from insecurity.

🌬Cancer sun women are underrated in terms of sex appeal. My mom said the same thing too so it’s not just me tooting my own horn. Let’s think of some popular Cancer sun celebrities- Pam Anderson, Ariana Grande, Lana Del Rey, Sofia Vergara, Selena Gomez. All have sex appeal and have been sexualized a lot. Cancer sun women do get sexualized a lot. I’m realizing this as I type it. I only notice this in women though, sorry Cancer sun men LMAO. I’m a Cancer sun and I get sexualized for no gd reason.

🌬I’ve noticed that Taurus Venus and Taurus Mars people tend to go for more curvier/voluptuous women.

🌬Peak Aries moon energy is losing interest in someone because they’re not giving you enough attention.

🌬I feel like Cancer suns care a lot about politics and this quality is often overlooked.

🌬I feel like Taurus rising women+ feminine presenting people have like the ultra divine feminine energy. I think it’s because Venus rules their chart, but a lot of Taurus risings I’ve noticed are VERY feminine or have feminine qualities.

🌬Taurus risings and Sagittarius risings tend to be thick LMAO or at least very curvy.

🌬Not really an observation but other aspects in your chart can be very powerful and overshadow qualities you’re “supposed” to have. For example I have two friends who are Aries suns with Libra moons with earth rising, and they are so different. I will say both do have feminine qualities though, like personality wise and physically. Other than that though they’re very different, one is the stereotypical Aries and the other is more like a Pisces.

🌬Idk what’s been going on but I feel like I’ve been encountering so many Libra suns with Sagittarius moons. I don’t know if that’s a common combo, but I’ve been coming across a lot of them lately. (I also work with one). I’ve noticed the men with these aspects are such fuckboys, the women usually aren’t, but the men? Oof.

🌬I’ve noticed a lot of people with Bipolar disorder or BPD tend to have harsh aspects between their sun and moon. I think it’s because those are the two most personal parts of our charts and having them clash can create conflict within.

🌬I feel like a lot of prominent Sagittarius placements get tattoos or wanna get tattoos. P much every Sag placement I’ve known has tattoos or wants to get them.

🌬Libra sun women have nice asses. I SAID IT OKAY. Even if it’s not big it’s a nice shape.

🌬Libra Mars and Cancer Mars tend to have stomach issues, I feel like it’s because we bottle up our anger and it affects our bodies 😂

🌬️I feel like people with their Venus and Mars in the same sign can balance their masculine and feminine energy very well.

I think that makes sense since the 12th house deals with illusions, unclarity, etc. It’s such a deep connection too, when it works it works but when it doesn’t, it really hurts.

🌬️The house that your Midheaven ruling planet falls into can tell you a lot about your career. My midheaven is Virgo which makes the ruler Mercury, and my Mercury falls in my 8th house. This house deals with a lot of taboo and intensity, which makes sense because I work on an inpatient psychiatric unit. I also want to be a psychologist. So there ya go lol.

🌬️Nessus in the 1st/aspects to the 1st can indicate ab*se in the native’s life, whether it’s giving or receiving. It’s very heavy energy. It can also indicate being into some freaky ass shit in the bedroom, alot of adult actors have this in their chart.

🌬️Going off of that, Nessus aspects in a positive manner can make someone who wants to help victims of ab*se, whether they’ve been ab*sed or not themselves.

🌬️If a person has both Nessus and Dejanira in their chart, they may have been a victim of ab*se and maybe ab*sive towards others. With this played out in a more positive manner, it can make someone who was a victim of ab*se want to help other victims. ^^^

🌬️Mutable risings really are chameleons when it comes to their appearance. They can manage to make themselves look like completely different people, i.e. Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian.

🌬️Algol 26° Taurus aspects to NN can make an individual very stoic and able to handle chaos & negative situations well.

🌬️Prominent Virgo/Mercury placements tend to pick at their skin and enjoy things like popping pimples and stuff lol.

🌬️Asteroids Messalina (545), Swindle (8690), Sirene (1009), Tantalus (2102), and Lie (26955) aspecting Mercury and/or in the 3rd house can indicate someone who’s very good at lying and manipulating others.

🌬️Asteroid Sappho (80) in women/feminine people and Asteroid Ganymed (1036) in men/masculine people having harsh aspects to NN or personal planets can indicate LGBT+ people who heavily struggle with figuring out their sexuality (more so than usual lol).

🌬️I have Asteroid Achilles (588) conjunct my North Node, and that’s the asteroid of where we’re most vulnerable and where our weaknesses are. I feel like that makes sense for me... lol. I tend to let other people tell me how to live my life, and struggle with making decisions for myself. I also have it in the 8th and I tend to struggle with my sexuality. (Kind of a part 2 to the previous bullet?) I also have it in Cancer and I have mommy issues LMAO. I guess this one’s more of a self observation...

I watched from the kitchen door, with a wide grin on my face, as my previously combative, nerdy Stepson watched his laptop, eyes glazed, for the umpteenth time these last 6 months. Nobody would ever remember tiny, snarky little Theodore. They’d only ever see Theo, this bulky, sweaty brute, lifting and fucking his way through college, just like any red-blooded young man should. And it was all thanks to my buddy Sarge’s “attitude adjusting” self help videos, he custom designs for a slew of shady clientele after he retired. Mostly foreign governments, some loony cults here and there. But for me, he’d done a personal favor. I filled out a details chart, every last trait, from his voice to his hair, posture, everything. I thought about everything he’d said about “those sweating, grunting behemoths” that all got into school with free-ride scholarships for athletics. Theo was going to helplessly, desperately, insatiably grow, eating and grunting his way to 215, the weight I’d maintained all through college. He’d also dress, walk, and talk like the testosterone (and a slew of supplements Sarge gave me with the videos) filled cocky young male you see frequenting college courtyards, throwing footballs between bros and chasing pretty sorority girls like lovesick puppies. Their dumb, dopey demeanor would seen pour from Theo’s mouth, his shoulders back, pecs out casually. He’d grope and adjust himself, sitting down with his legs wide no matter where he is. His diet would change, adding raw calories and protein, chuckling dumbly with the other gym rats as he gulps down creatine powder, dry, and chugs a shake to wash it down. The supplements Sarge gave me to add to his meals, ensured he’d bulk up fast, and solid. As long as I fed him enough, which I was warned would triple our groceries, at least, He’d gain the weight, and the thickness I was looking for, while his body would be thrust through a second puberty, allowing for the subliminals to work on other, aspects, of his masculinity. Let’s just say, we all know what they say about dudes with big feet. And his will be a hefty size 14. Too bad for his mother, our house is also going to reek like a Varsity locker room, because those feet, and the rest of him, will be all raw male, all the time. Pumped and ready, brimming with energy, like a Golden Retriever, if it were a 6’2” behemoth. The toughest bit was straightening him out. Giving him that good old fashioned, hot-blooded straight male instinct, making him drool over the coeds and cheerleaders, chasing girls like every young man should. The videos worked their magic well, the supplements setting his balls ablaze, churning out testosterone to fuel his primal need for aggression, for hard work, and effort, and sweat and sex. He fought it until his best friend Jenna, without realizing what her playful teasing was doing to him, had been on the couch with him, and had leaned over, and nibbled his ear one night while watching a movie. He'd lost his gold star that night. Quickly, and with all the confusion and passion that comes with young love and first times. Jenna had been stunned when he’d practically pounced on her, and from there, hours passed, and they wore themselves out right there on the couch. The next morning, he was mortified, but he couldn’t help but kiss her when she woke and complimented him on his… performance. It's been 6 months, and you’d never know he wasn’t always a muscled up, sweaty, straight boy, chasing girls at school, slacking off in class, and riding his new Lacrosse Scholarship that Sarge so nicely arranged when Theo got big and dumb enough to join the team. It seems Sarge knows quite a few coaches, Alumni, and Board members with a good bot of influence. It also seemed the school’s Jock population was skyrocketing, coincidentally at the same time as Sarge added a pool, an extension, and a garage full of classic cars to his house…

Humans are weird: Poop Crystals

The pace in which human technology progressed over the millennia was rather standard for a class 4 species. Even when accounting the periods of scientific degradation which resulted from natural plagues or religious persecution; it was expected that humans would not achieve advanced space travel until another 2-3 thousand years had passed.

Scientifically speaking human scientists were well more advanced than the society they lived in, but due to the technological limitations of the human race they were held back from implementing their designs. A primary limitation was the lack of a sufficiently powerful power source. They did have many different forms of power generators ranging from solar to nuclear, but to power larger machines often required equally large energy sources. To power their ships alone around a third of their vessels were dedicated to the power cores.

With these restrictions in place travel between stars for humans often relied on decade long journeys in cryo sleep; which ironically required even more power generators to maintain. Their large size made them easy targets for natural disasters such as space debris or prowling space pirates seeking an easy profit margin at the slave markets. These dangers became a standard for human travel until the Terran civilization encountered the planet Nolla 987 and the species that called it home.

During a long duration colonization trip the human ship “Midas” was struck by the trail debris of a rogue comet and knocked off course. The robotic caretakers tried their best to maintain the course, but with the damage done to the ship their primary programming to maintain the lives of the crew kicked in and diverted the ship to the nearest habitable planet for debarkation. Nolla 987 was the closest planet with a stable atmosphere. Originally charted several years earlier but deemed unsuitable for colonization or industrial expansion, it was not ear marked for either and left alone; until the Midas incident that is.

The landing was not a smooth one. Several engines had been damaged and multiple hull breaches resulted in portions of the ship being shredded away during the entry process. It would be safer to say that the Midas crash landed during the final stretch of the maneuver, but with a 73% survival rate of the crew a rather acceptable crash landing.

One by one the crew and colonists were unfrozen to find the ship a burning wreck and only a handful of robotic assistants still functioning. The industrial printing machines were relatively undamaged but without the ships power core they could not be used to print components or tools needed to make the necessary repairs. The crew was then forced to ration its remaining power supply and divided into two teams. The first team would comb through the wreckage and salvage what they could of the wreck while also building shelter. The second group would scout the surrounding area for anything of use and then report back.

It did not take long for the second team to stumble upon a nest of the dominant species of the planet. An insectoid called the “Sectar” which ranged from the size of a house cat to as large as a two story building. These insects digested their food and excreted the waste into a dense crystalian substance that they then used to build massive hive like complexes.

The occupants of the hive had been driven from the hive by the crash landing of the Midas leaving it almost completely empty save for a few eggs and new hatchlings who were not strong enough to flee on their own. Several of the second team members had been scanning the crystal structures while interacting with the newborn Sectar’s. To quote a journal entry of one of them, “They were like insect golden retrievers. Extremely derpy with at least four times as many sets of eyes. They followed us around on their legs like we were their mothers and clung to our legs when we began to return to our ship for the night.”

At least one of the second team was confirmed to have brought a hatchling back to their camp. There was a debate amongst the survivors on if they should try and eat it, but the notion was quickly squashed as they still had food reserves and no one was brave enough to see how the alien’s bio matter would react inside the human digestive system.

The same human who had brought the hatchling back offered it a portion of food which it eagerly ate. Not long after the hatchling excreted a hardened crystal roughly the size of a thimble. When the human made to pick up the seemingly beautiful gem they recoiled as an electrical discharge shocked their hand. This immediately drew the attention of the rest of the crew who began carefully examining the crystal substance. After some rather rough jury-rigging, the crystal was wired into one of the printer machines and to the surprise of everyone powered the machine. The crew quickly learned that the older Sectar’s would produce larger crystal excrements but were extremely hostile and territorial. Smaller Sectar’s were deemed more desirable for the time being as they were easier to train and harvest crystals from.

Within a matter of days the crew had not only collected enough crystals to power all of their machines and send out a distress signal, but also used the new found crystal power to create a full settlement on the planet complete with water filtration, crop fields, and a sizeable wall to keep out the native wildlife.

It would not be for another thirty years before a passing human shipped picked up their distress signal and went to investigate the planet. When they arrived on Nolla 987 they were astonished to find a fully functioning colony complete with limited orbital facilities. Nearly every human settler and their descendants had a Sectar in their household that they would take care of and feed and in exchange use their crystal excrement to power nearly everything they needed to live.

From there it was only a matter of time before the entirety of human space was aware of the events of Nolla 987 and the Sectar species. Within the decade the colony on Nolla 987 became the capital for a fully settled world with dozens of cities and communities. The Sectar species were transported throughout human space and began being implemented in all aspects of society.

There was initial resistance to the new power source by existing power blocks which realized Sectar power would be far more efficient than nuclear powered engines, but unlike other power sources they had squashed in development the Sectar power option had thirty years of trial and error to back it up with research as well as a fully functioning model with the planet of Nolla 987.

Sectar’s became a common sight on every human planet and were treated like common pets. It was even studied that when introduced to different food sources the energy output of crystal excrement could be increased resulting in certain food industries booming overnight. The composition of spices, cooking technique, and flavoring became an entirely new and highly prestigious academic field with the most successful of its practitioners being highly sought after by companies.

The technological capabilities of humanity experienced a massive surge in advancement within fifty years to the point humans no longer needed cryo ships to travel between stars. Those who had been studying humanity found themselves now being introduced to them as humans winded up on their doorstep with a Sectar on their shoulder and a perverse obsession with collecting its bodily waste.

“Puppies!,” Evelyn clapped her hands excitedly as the door to the studio opened and in came 4 overexcited puppies racing toward the five members, “They’re so full of energy.”

“They’re so excited,” Seokmin commented as the puppies raced back and forth.

“They remind me of us when we were younger and always running around and playing.”

The brown and white spotted puppy raced right toward Evelyn, jumping from her lap to the floor and back again, playing with the tan puppy.

“Our bond with each other and carats,” Evelyn smiled, petting one of the black and white puppies, “I think it’s a really special and unique bond that we all share. We have that trust and we understand each other.”

“Evie, what do you think?” Mingyu nudged her, pulling her back into reality. She was too focused on receiving puppy kisses that she hadn’t really heard the question to begin with.

“They are a loyal and trustworthy breed too,” Minghao nodded along with Evelyn.

Before he could continue, one of the puppies decided to start barking. At the same time Evelyn and Minghao barked back causing them both to burst out into fits of giggles when the puppy barked back at them as if they had understood.

If you could speak to your teenage self, what would you say?

“It might be hard and you want to give up now but don’t give up hope. Good things will come your way and to just give it time,” Evelyn flattened herself to the floor to be on the puppies level. She was rushed by two of them licking all over her face and she instantly regretted ever laying down.

Every member seems to be working out quite often. What’s a must-have song for the gym playlist?

“I don’t typically listen to music that much, but when I do it’s usually just one of our faster pace songs. They always put me in a good rhythm.” Evelyn leaned her face down to pretend she was tugging on the toy with the white and brown puppy.

“One time when we went together, Evelyn turned on ‘HIT’ and was walking in time with the beats on the treadmill,” Chan let the puppy he was petting go as they raced off to be with the others, “I was think wow she is really cool with not tripping and keeping the beat going since it’s a really intense song.”

What are some songs from your older discography that you think newer Carats should listen to?

“Don’t Wanna Cry and Pretty U are good! I would also recommend Campfire! It’s a nice song to turn on when you just want to relax.

Minghao reached over and grabbed Evelyn’s arm, forcing her to look at what he was freaking out over. One of the puppies needed an urgent bathroom break and went on the floor. All of the boys screeched when all of the puppies decided to go investigate and walk over the pile. Evelyn became their shield as Minghao, Seokmin, and Mingyu forced their way behind her.

“Guys, don’t step in it!,” Evelyn reached forward to pull the puppies away from the pee spots, “They’re definitely going to need a bath after this.”

If you could only do Dark or Cute concepts for the rest of your career, which would you choose?

“I’ve always loved our cute concepts, they’re so refreshing and bright!” Evelyn threw the bone toy, giggling as two of the puppies tackled it.

The brown and white puppy picked it up and dragged it back over to her, causing her to squeal over her cuteness.

What phone app do you use the most?

“I use YouTube the most,” The others nodding along as Evelyn spoke, “One of my favorite things to watch is Carat’s videos of our funny moments. Whenever I’m not having a good day, I always turn to those kinds of videos because not only are they of us but Carats made them, so they make me happy.”

Out of the foods you’ve tried so far while on tour, which one would you choose as your favorite?

“That steakhouse we went to was phenomenal,” Evelyn agreed with Seokmin and Chan, rolling one of the puppies over to rub at her stomach.

“I could eat there multiple times and not get bored.”

You have to form a new unit! Who would you choose and what would you call it?

“What if we made a sub-unit with the five of us?” Seokmin suggested, looking around at all of the members.

Dino nodded in agreement, turning to watch the puppies, “That would be cool!”

“Go ahead and name us,” Evelyn smiled at him.

“We are ‘Buzzfeed and Time Square’,” Seokmin was confident, feeling instant regret at everyone’s disgusted faces. He laughed awkwardly, slowly falling backwards out of embarrassment.

“Okay, it’ll just be the four of us,” Evelyn smirked, trying her best to hold it together but failing as Mingyu leaned on her as his laugh echoed.

Do you have any personal goals unrelated to SEVENTEEN?

“I’m with DK, there’s so many places we haven’t visited yet in the states that I think it would be fun to stay in each state and explore the area and go sightseeing.” Evelyn watched as the puppies were getting rowdy, running back and forth in front of them. She couldn’t help but to play with them when they stopped in front of Mingyu, clearly wanting attention.

“So you step in your own poop then step on me? On me?” He matched their every, grabbing Evelyn’s hand and shaking it, “Evie is sitting right here, yet you want to walk all over me?”

“Of course! As the puppy man, they want to be with their fellow kind.”

Carats have been getting creative with their concert signs. Are there any signs that stood out that you still remember?

“There was a sign all the way up on the 3rd floor that had my name on it, but it was glowing and even all the way down on the stage, I could still see it.” Evelyn looked over to Chan as he began to speak.

“Can you even see that far away?” His eyes grew wide that she could even see it with her bad eyesight.

“It was bright enough that I could make out what it was.”

What was the most difficult situation you faced during your debut?

“I joined much later than the other members, and I was always nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with them or that I wasn't a good enough fit for the group. Especially with being the only girl in the group, I didn’t want people thinking I would slow their progress. So I definitely felt huge pressure to not let anyone down, the guys especially.” Evelyn welcomed the brown and white puppy as she climbed into her lap, settling down to watch the other three run around.

She pouted when she realized the puppy had fallen asleep, slowly raising her arm up to grab the other members' attention.

“You were quick to pick up though, don’t be hard on yourself,” Minghao reached his hand across to pet gently at the sleeping puppy.

“Yeah, you blended in so well it was like you had been with us the entire time,” Seokmin smiled at her with Chan nodding in agreement.

“Wah, Evie is so cool,” Mingyu pinched at her cheek, eyes sparkling.

Which Kpop group would you want to see do the puppy interview next?

“Our other members! I think it would be fun to have everyone here!” Evelyn looked down at the puppy waking up from her quick nap, wanting to jump back into playing like she hadn’t stopped at all.

“We have a lot of dog lovers!” Dino nodded.

“Or even let the members who are cat lovers come play with the kittens!,” Evelyn scratched behind the puppy’s ear that was closest to her, “That would also be a lot of fun!”

Once the camera’s cut off, the members were allowed a little extra time to be with the puppies before the end of their schedule.

“I’m gonna take this one home,” Evelyn pouted, holding the brown and white puppy in her arms, “I’m gonna miss hanging out with you and your friends, but I hope you get adopted into a good home.”

“I take it you want your own,” Seokmin rubbed the back of the tan puppy, watching as he ran after one of the toys Chan had thrown.

“Really badly,” Evelyn let the puppy go as she started to squirm, “I just haven’t had time to start looking.”

“I’m sure when the time is right you’ll find the right puppy!” Minghao spoke, reaching over to tap Evelyn on the knee.

Some Brett Hand Headcanons because I Binged Inside Job and Brett is Rotating Around My Brain Like a Potato in a Microwave. (Mild nsfw warning)

ADHD is what this man has, this isn't a controversial take. That being said the Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria that Brett has literally punches you in the face like the axe body spray he wears.

We all see him as the biggest golden retriever boy they have in this universe but almost everyone undermines his achievements. I'm almost 100% sure he got into Yale because of nepotism and him being from the most comically evil old white conservative family this show could muster, but Brett still did graduate from Yale. That's no small feat.

The crew took a trip to Brett's apartment one day. It's a small, modest, but very modern 1-bedroom apartment in DC. Brett apologizes for the place looking like a mess but to everyone's shock the apartment is spotless. To the point that it looks like he vacuumed before leaving the house. Everything cabinet in his kitchen is labeled and everything is organized. His spice cabinet is alphabetically organized.

Brett actively has a planner and bulletin board/calendar that has important dates written down. Brett has the type of ADHD where if it isn't written down and it isn't in front of him, it doesn't exist. Brett has everyone's birthday written down, every major meeting and every spontaneous trip to the bar is added to the planner.

So I am budding astrologer and I get heavy HEAVY autumnal birth chart energy from Brett. He absolutely gives me Libra sun energy. The jawline gives me Virgo rising. Plus a Sagittarius Moon. Plus he has 3 very favorable placements in his inner planets (Virgo Mercury, Libra Venus, Scorpio Mars)

So we're all just gonna ignore the fact that Brett physically assaults the team via the proxy of Puppet Brett at the end of his episode in S2 E4? It's off screen but Puppet Brett is throwing hands. Brett may be a cripplingly chronic people-pleaser and will go through the hazing of 38 different fraternities just so he will get the validation he craves, but when you do finally push Brett off that edge. After many, MANY days of Brett holding it in, Brett is going to maim.

I have a feeling Brett does want to be a father one day. However he's agreed with his therapist he is not emotionally ready right now to have a child. Plus he also agreed with his therapist that he wants his siblings and parents to have next to nothing to do with his child.

Brett has such a praise kink it's not funny. I'm like 90% sure if you look longingly into his eyes, tussle his hair, rub his inner thigh, and call him a good boy he'll melt into butter. It's that easy.

Also we know that canonically Brett is kinkier than he lets on. When he swapped bodies with Glenn and had sex with his wife. Glenn's wife admitted that Brett had done "Dark, Erotic things." Also Myc read his thoughts aloud and admitted to the group that Brett thought Reagan's mom was hot. So I headcanon that Brett has a bit of a mommy/older women kink but also Brett has the body and the stamina to get you off. Add that to his insane people-pleasing tendencies and Brett is going to rock your freaking world.

Attached to Brett's apartment is a whole fancy expensive fitness club. That was one of Brett's priorities in looking for an apartment. He was a successful personal trainer for the state department and on Brett's days off he does still help train his old clientele. He's just one of those people who really likes to exercise and he gets cranky/upset even if he doesn't get some physical exercise in. Do anything long enough and eventually becomes a habit.

Brett is bisexual but has an emotional/physical preference towards women. Brett definitely experimented and realized he actually liked doing the deed with men. However it isn't his first choice.

I also believe Brett hasn't had a serious committed relationship. While Reagan has had a few relationships Brett hasn't had much in the way of S/O's mostly because he'd much rather friend zone himself than risk becoming hated by someone because of something he did. Poor guy. Plus Brett hasn't had many people who have wanted him beyond just a one-night stand.

Brett is a bomb-ass cook. He picked it up naturally since even though he had a butler being a child of nepotism without all the benefits kind of sucks. But Brett learned how to cook and is a surprisingly healthy one too. I can very much see Brett being like "Whole Foods isn't that expensive if you're just buying produce and fresh ingredients!"

Brett isn't afraid of spiders but he HATES cockroaches. Brett has broken a lease on an apartment because they just weren't doing enough to solve the roach problem in his building.

Brett was an emo/goth in high school as well as being on the high school football team. Brett also is in his early 30's when the show aired in 2021. Plus even though he was born in the 90's he's a huge fan of 80's sitcoms. Which means Brett was probably born in 1990 or at the latest 1991. All this to say Brett is a fan of early 2000's emo and you can't fight me on this. Brett was into My Chemical Romance, Wheezer, Thursday, Panic! At the Disco, Paramore.

I'm still on the Lee Do Hyun obsession train and i just finished The Glory. And oooof, What. A. Ride.

I think i have a thing for watching good people do bad things. And i love sweet puppy faces indulging in absolutely unhinged sociopathic behaviour (looking at you Yeo jeong).

This show had such a crisp and gripping storyline, there were very few dull moments. The nonlinear storytelling really worked in its favour, snippets of the past revealed at perfect moments. Even though it's a dark, disturbing revenge drama, there were SO MANY character dynamics that had my heart:

1. The OTP of course, Dong eun and yeo Jeong. They were what looks like the grim reaper x golden retriever trope on the surface but both hurting victims of violence underneath. It is slowly revealed why they're fated to be in each other's orbit, but even in the process of the unraveling, it is believable. I love them together, i love how silently unhinged they are, i love how they love each other and i love how they get to end up together, happy in each other's company, able to confess their feelings.

2. Imo-nim and Dong eun: their relationship made me cry. They both made each other so happy and although it was meant to be just a professional relationship, it was truly so much more. It was a kind of sisterhood that dong eun had never had in life, perpetually betrayed. It made me so happy that her daughter got out and i hope that someday she gets to go the US and be with her daughter and have the lovely dinner she always dreamt of.

3. Do yeong and Dong eun: ooooof, these two. SO. MUCH. CHEMISTRY. simply over a game of Baduk?? These two were impossible. Yeo jeong was right to be jealous/insecure coz the daddy energy in this dude was off the charts. I think dong eun unlocked something in do yeong that he didn't know existed and once he acknowledged it he found his lie of a happy life disintegrate like a house of cards. Doesn't help that he was married to an actual psychopath, evil incarnate, pathological liar who would leave no stone unturned to protect her ass.

4. And finally do yeong and ye sol: the best dad-daughter relationship ever. The little girl was too cute and i was surprised she wasn't insufferable thanks to her mom. She had more of a moral compass/spine than the entire group of bullies and their families put together. Glad to see her to fly out of the dumpster fire, hand in hand with her appa, shining that bedazzling smile. 💃

What a great show, overall. The villains were truly hate-worthy and it made my heart full to see their ends. Each one of them was insufferable, and glad they got what they deserved. The good people gave you hope in this otherwise dreary plot and they got happy endings! So much yes for that! This show is a win for everyone involved and especially for Song Hye kyo who had not really impressed me with her acting until now. She did a fantastic job as dong eun and i hope she continues to do challenging roles in the future!

you’re goddamn right i will, bestie. he is so boyfriend. and this headcanon list is gonna have no general theme, so bear with me. they’re all under the cut!

first up, this man is a worrier. he worries over everyone and everything that matters to him. but it’s endearing, really.

he owns an obscene amount of polo shirts

and sweatshirts, but i digress

he was never really close to either of his parents, but oddly enough, that’s what makes him so loving and generous to his loved ones

his favorite colors are blue and green. i can’t explain this one, it just makes sense.

this man is so touch-starved oh my god

no seriously. someone please give this man a hug. or ten. or twenty.

has absolutely shit taste in movies, tv shows, and music. (sometimes he has decent music taste though. sometimes.)

he’s such a rule-abiding driver, almost to the point that it’s annoying. never speeds, refuses to do anything but a complete stop at a stop sign, will never ever run a red light. yells at people who don’t use their blinker.

he absolutely loves to instigate stupid arguments and debates between his friends. like he knows whatever he said makes absolutely no logical sense, but he loves seeing everyone be so divided over it

okay this one’s kinda sad, but i felt the need to include it. there are times when steve wonders if he’s just purely unlovable.

on the rare chance he gets rejected or stood up, he starts to think that there’s something fundamentally wrong with him that makes him unlovable.

but there is absolutely nothing unlovable about this golden retriever of a man.

he is a certified snack cake lover (he’ll never admit it though). zebra cakes? loves ‘em. christmas tree cakes? will eat an entire box in one sitting (me too, steeb. me too.). nutty buddys? he’d do some questionable things for a box of those.

he’s a horrible liar. can’t lie to save his goddamn life.

he always smells so good (designer colognes baybeeee)

despite him being the designated fighter of the party, he’s really a lover

no seriously, he’s so sensitive and sweet

god i love him

his emotional intelligence is really off the fucking charts. sure he’s not super nerdy or book smart, but this man can read emotions so well
