Truly truly upset about HBO Max and Warner Bros Discovery deleting so many animated shows on their streaming service. I feel horrible for both the creators, animators, and the fans. All that hard work thrown out the window…It’s like they’re pushing for people to pirate things at this point. I especially feel bad cause one of my faves Infinity Train got axed. >:(

For fucks sake I'm so sick of sub!readers.

I'm looking at the straight fem!sub writers and the straight male!dom writers.

Stop whining about how dom!readers make the characters submissive. Search up any fanfic and the reader will most likely be submissive. You guys seriously ruin some characters and write fics that are basically breeding grounds for SA, r4p3, and misogyny.

I'm so done. This may not sound completely correct in some contexts but I just need to put this out there.

Tag your damn fics and leave us dom!readers alone. We are out here struggling to find fics and discussing our opinions because of the amount of complaining.

This goes for the harassment of queer blogs too. It's MLM, WLW, NBLM, NBLW, or NBLNB for A DAMN REASON. Go be straight somewhere else.

rant bc i feel like im losing my mind

i dont mind sharing my f/o with another selfshipper, in fact i feel happy sometimes cus that means people feel the same way like i do.

But one thing that i absolutely despise is my f/o's canon ship. In my opinion they have an unhealthy relationship (that led to them divorcing) with them destroying each other's lives. i love romance and seeing a couple breaking up breaks my heart too much. i do like them separately but together they're a disaster.

And the biggest reason why i dislike his canon ship is because of their fans. on Twitter i got attacked and harassed by them because i said i "prefer my selfship more than the canon ship" and boy I got called misogynist bc they thought i erased his canon partner and replaced her with my s/i, which is also a woman. they kept harassing me for months and even called my s/i 'ugly', 'blank', 'boring'. some of them even made a poorly drawn art of my s/i getting sh0t in the head.

i have never said anything bad about the canon ship at all. i just said i like my selfship.

twitter is such a scary place i dont recommend going there at all especially in my situation.

I'm so tired of productions catering to the internet popular culture of criticisms and controversy. It's so sad watching very promising stories, or remakes of beloved classics, trip over their feet and fall on their face trying to avoid every possible thing that could cause any sort of discourse online and be the Most Morally Pure and Least Criticizable they can be. It's honestly made ME rethink how I deal with storytelling and art, because it's so bad that not even the most basic and beloved stories are avoiding feeling like they have to change everything in order to appeal to everyone in the widest possible demographic, and thus making the blandest art known to man.

I think the reason voting discourse bothers me so much is that, as a Puerto Rican, seeing people argue about disregarding such an important right that I don't have, in a situation where their action or inaction will definitely affect me makes me feel helpless and angry.
