De har nylig startet podkasten Fakk skrivefeil. Begge har dysleksi og dyskalkuli, og de sier at det er på tide å eie egen diagnose. De gir gode råd om hva vi som lærere og foresatte skal se etter av tegn på dysleksi og dyskalkuli. Vi får også høre om deres egen skolegang og hvorfor de mener at skolen er med på å skape tapere. Anxiety I am distant from the signs of electrons sending me valuable information. I act as always, in light speed without any acknowledgement of the obvious warnings. I am afraid of the development of this sensation that I do not want to comprehend. I am running with the speed of light, too frightened to even move. I feel the power of the long-overdue thunderstorm raise within. I am electrocuted by the seemingly sudden shock of my body. I attempt to escape this paralysing inconvenience. I usually fail at my attentive escape plan for these shocking situations. I take notes of the increased power of the bouldering thunder within. I have no choice than to feel the painful electrical waves that currently pulsating through my body. I am shown the mistakes that have to lead this energy to be stagnated. I am fried alive by the waves of information that I still want to refuse. I am dead, everything I acknowledged as myself is fried to ashes. I conclude that I am no more than a pile of burned filth. This is not the first nether the last time the thunderbolts of death will rampage trough me. I am unable to count how many times the ashes has burned out. I suddenly one day listen to what my body had to say. I didn’t go far away, instead, I faced the storm that day. I have decided to listen to the electric sensation that screamed for help. Now I acknowledge that the screams of help were myself. I raise from the ashes, now that I comprehend how my flames must change. The pain that once was for so long has faded away. I wonder why I didn’t do this sooner. I look my self in the mirror and say I acknowledge you, I will listen and I will change for you! Thank you! Tusen Takk! :) Hvordan det føles å ha en læreforskjell Den 28/4/20 blir det online presentasjon, hvor Mads deler sin historie om dysleksi og dyskalkuli, finne læringsmetoder, samt snakke om mental helse. Foredraget fokuserer på å formidle hvordan det kan føles å ha en læreforskjell (lærevansker) slik som dysleksi og dysleksi igjennom skolen. Mads Johan Øgaard er animatør / illustratør samt spesialpedagog, og er kjent får å lage kunst om hvordan det kan føles å ha lære forskjeller. Mads has since 2016 held presentations all around Norway and other countries sharing his experiences. Mads is an animator / Ilustrator but also a special education teacher, he is known for creating art about how it feels to have a learning difference in today’s world. Mads is especially known for being the director of the student short film I am dyslexic that is used around the world as an educational tool to help students. Nytt foredrag i Oslo 5 Feb kl 18:00! Dysleksi Oslo inviterer til medlemsmøte i forbindelse med årsmøtet. Se egen innkalling, samme dag, samme sted. Å mestre livet med Dysleksi og dykalkuli gjennom kreativitet og teknologi Mads Johan Øgaard har både dysleksi og dyskalkuli. Han har en bachelor fra England innen animasjon og en master i spes ped. Mads tar deg med på et spennende foredrag om det å ha læreforskjeller. Han forteller om hvordan han har gjort vansken til et redskap ved bruk av gode læringsteknikker og han forteller om hvordan dette har hjulet han til å takle sin mentale helse. Mads bruker ordet læreforskjeller istedet for lærevanske. Han snakker om at det ikke er en vanske så lenge man bruker sine styrker for å kompensere sine svakheter. "Vi lærer på en annen måte, derfor må vi tenke på en annen måte. Det gir andre innfallsvinkler og ofte andre måter å løse problemer på.
