A little white bird is locked in a small cage
I struggle to live
Like birds singing on tree branches
Like stars shining freely outside the window
Maybe it'd be better if I stayed clueless
It's my fault for being too soft and weak
I was told I'm pretty because I'm white and small
But now I want to erase everything
I paint my white body with black ink
And imagine one more flight
I paint my white feet black
Here comes another claw

In ‘LayoVer’ limbo By V:
In the transitory phase of Chapter Two, the last member of BTS ventures on his official solo debut with ‘Layover’ an alt-R&B five-track EP that features a pixelated picture of Kim Taehyung’s beloved pomeranian ‘Yeontan’ on the cover.
‘Rainy Day’ starts with a tender melodic piano, and sounds of typing text messages; the lyrics reveal regret and longing— a lofi track that sounds like a modern dreamer’s idea of jazz, eccentric like V himself.
‘Blue’ is an atmospheric, melodically sophisticated track that compliments the richness of his voice—colors are the primary source of the lyrics.
‘Love Me Again’ is the record's central point of view; lyrically landing an honest confession of the record’s most prominent theme “Love, Regret, and Yearning” The song has 3 particular shifts that capture the attention and make it addictive!
‘Slow Dancing’ is deceptive in a hazy limbo; the music video follows V as a scientist who creates a virtual reality where he is on a vacation with friends, yet, in reality, solitude persists; the artistic choice to include a long flute solo intensifies the deceptive illusion of the wishfully oblivious lyrics!
The all-English lyrics track ‘For Us’ is an intense lush ballad that brings the theme of wishful thinking to the record’s culmination point.
‘Layover’ offers a reality lost in translation, deceitful creative imagery in contrast to the tangible emotional subject of love, longing, and regret for a bygone romance.

It's the solo debut for me. It's everything about her for me. She's just...beyond words.
The best way to describe Halle is like the embodiment of the Moon on Earth: soft but still powerful. Radiant. Magical. Alluring. She literally radiates an allure. It is impossible for me to look at her and not be entranced. I just want the best, all the happiness for her.
