#okay i watched doctor strange 2 yesterday and now im gonna write about it in the tags#i'm going to spoil it so beware#...............................#you gone?#okay so#i kinda feel bad abt it but this movie left me so underwhelmed :x like obviously the spooky stuff is excellent#to the point where i was lowkey scared to go to the bathroom alone afterwards lol#and like everybody else i adored wanda in this#but like......... why waste her like this in the end. why kill her off?? that's outrageous#like you've just rid yourself of one of the greatest MCU characters :( i'm going to miss her#tbh i'd prefer her to stay dead? rather than pulling a star trek disco and *exchange* her with someone from a different universe?#that shit's so tired oh my god#and also the other cameos...............what a fucking waste www#like obviously i cheered and clapped like everybody else bc holy shit!! the people that are in this!!!#too bad they're only in it for like 5min each and then get unceremoniously killed off.......... like#i especially feel bad for john krasinski who i knew would be reed richards but like...... in this???#i absolutely adore mr fantastic and by god john looks so fucking good it's unreal#but to have your first big movie as your character LIKE THIS??? that's so poor marvel please apologise to john krasinski#and haley atwell............... my girl didn't slay in two seasons of agent carter to end up like this#but yeah those were like the biggest points of disappoinment for me. other than that i adored wong and america#america MUST meet with steve like i need this fic asap. she's adorable and her powers look absolutely badass#overall i just wish this movie would've been longer to expand on everything and make it less straight-forward#like i get what they wanted this movie to be.........just then the title *multiverse of madness* doesn't make much sense#and yeah..........spiderman nwh showed what you could DO with cameos.... make them part of the story make them grow make them count#NOT throw them into 5min of the movie just to have something to put in the trailers and build hype#like that's the definition of nostalgia bait right?? anyways#marvel#marvel spoilers#doctor strange in the multiverse of madness

marvel really does miss out on doing the funniest thing and doing a fathers day comic tbh. I want a fathers day comic but its just marvels really fucked up dads. A reprint of that comic that logan kills akihiro, Ultron monologues about how he is his own father since hes walking around in Hank's corpse, Kristoff sending Dr Doom a happy fathers day text and doom texts him back that he no longer considers him a son, Nathaniel Richards contemplates being not a piece of shit and tell Reed he's got a brother (kristoff) but decides against it because fuck them both, Scott Lang spends a whole issue spying on Cassie as ant sized this one is only a little fucked up, Bruce decides to hang out with Lyra and neither of them like it, Mar-Vell comes back to life and hangs out with Genis-vell, Phyla vell, and Teddy and he says smth homophobic and theyre all like 😬

I know Hickman tried really hard to make Nathaniel Richards a good guy who's the reason Reed is the man he is and even intended to retcon it so that only his Nathaniel was actually the real one (even if it didn't take), but TBH, I think he works best as just a total deadbeat.
I agree; there's something much more satisfying about the idea of Reed having a difficult childhood where he didn't really have a strong relationship with his father and was abandoned by him, and him trying his very best to make sure that didn't happen with Franklin and Val, rather than Reed trying to emulate the father who abandoned him at age 14 to essentially look after himself. Plus, I really, really hate the implication that Ults Reed and the other Reeds on the council all suck because they had shitty parents; I know plenty of people who have shitty dads who are great to be around and I know plenty of people from loving homes who are still complete cunts, so that just felt weird.
Anyway, I think that marvel should canonise Nathaniel and Kang being the same person, because it's still really funny to imagine Nathaniel straight up forgetting one of the many kids he's sired over the years and also becoming blue and getting into thigh high purple boots, and just becoming a full on villain rather than just vaguely antagonistic.

DS:MOM Thoughts [heavy spoilers beware]
I’m literally still processing the movie but here are just some jumbled thoughts of mine. (mostly of palmerstrange)
1. Defender Strange... you will be missed.
2. When I saw Stephen watching Christine get married in the trailer I thought yes, this is absolutely saddening and nothing could be worse than that (in terms of palmerstrange). Little did I know that that was only a fraction of how much harder Stephen took it in the movie. I mean just seeing him there and talking to Christine and wishing that things had went differently literally BROKE ME. Right person wrong time tbh.
3. America Chavez is amazing. The way people are hating both her and the actress is horrible and shouldn’t be condoned. She’s a great character and I can’t wait to see more of her in future movies/shows. Love how she and Strange really bonded, it was heartwarming. Makes me even sadder about him and Peter.
4. WONGGGGGGGGG THE OGGGGGGGGGG ; I had worries that they’d kill him off but he’s alright and being iconic as per usual.
5. Wanda. Dear Wanda. She was an absolute menace in the movie lol and I mean it literally. We knew she was as powerful as Sorcerer Supreme and just in general but damnnnnnnnnnn. I was legitimately terrified of her at certain points. I get why she became like that, I mean everyone should know. I feel for her I really do, but damn. Also... I’m pretty sure she’s not dead :)
6. Not Stephen’s significant memory being the one with him and Christine having dinner and Christine giving him THE watch. *crying in palmerstrange feels*
7. THE ILLUMANTI!!!!!!!! I was expecting the others (especially Professor X since we heard him in the trailer and Captain Carter as well as Monica Rambeau being Captain Marvel) but what really made me internally scream and pump my fists in the air was John Krasinski as Reed Richards. He was the perfect fan casting as him and I’m literally over the moon seeing him in the suit/character. I’m expecting him to come back in the new F4 movie and when he does I will literally lose it. Actually I’d lose it even more if they cast Emily Blunt as Sue Richards. Besides that, it was quite gruesome and sad that the heroes of that world were killed off so easily and brutally like holy crap. RIP
8. The music fight between the two Strange’s was just absolute *chef’s kiss.*
9. “I love you. I love you in every universe. It’s not that I don’t want to care for someone, or have someone care for me, it’s just -- I get scared.” *cue the sobbing* I lost it when Stephen said this, absolutely lost it. I will never EVER climb out of the Palmerstrange hole I’ve dug for myself after this. I just can’t. Then the way 838-Christine caressed his face like Christine did in the sacred timeline in the first movie..... that was it for me. Rachel and Benedict. You guys destroyed me, but I’m entirely grateful for it. The fact that in every universe Palmerstrange were a thing but could never get the endgame they deserved hurts me sm that just thinking about them makes me want to cry forever. WHAT DID THEY DO TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS????????!!!!! On sidenote: I want someone to love me in every universe too....
10. The watch. THE WATCH. Seeing the watch Christine gave Stephen now will just be giving me trauma and heartbreak. I do like the fact that at the end they had Stephen fix the watch and put it away as a sign of him moving on. I mean there was always going to be a point where he moved on. I’m happy for him. But ofc, my sad Palmerstrange heart always had hoped for a happy ending for them. It is what it is now.
11. They introduced Clea [pretty sure that’s her in the first end credits although the casting is not my favorite] so she’ll be a very important character in the next film (or whatever else she’ll be in) and will most likely be Stephen’s love interest [since yes they are married in the comics.... Clea Strange....], I don’t hate her. I’m looking forward to what her character will bring, but it doesn’t mean I’ve recovered from Palmerstrange and that Rachel/Christine should not be in future films. If they want to erase her when Clea comes in, sorry that’s not it. I won’t have it. If they can’t be a thing anymore fine, but at least let her still be in Stephen’s life as a close friend, a confidante even. It’s the least that could be done at this point.
12. No cap but all the multiverse stuff made my head spin lol, but that sequence where Stephen and America were going through all the universes’ was really cool though, props to Marvel for that.
13. Marvel really made me wait like 20 minutes to see the second end-credits scene and then proceeded to troll everyone by showing us that pizza-donut thing seller guy finally stop punching himself in the face. Thanks for that Marvel.
Overall really great movie, I had a great time being in the theaters and watching it (seeing as how I haven’t been to the theaters ever since COVID started), absolute stellar performances from the whole cast, love them all!!! I have more rambles/thoughts about the movie but I think I’ll stop here and spare anyone who reads this from anymore lol.

ugh. ik EVERYONE says this, but s1 dean was just like soo perfect. too good to be true. he was cute, charming, and kind. i think he was a good 1st bf for rory. besides the fact that he freaking dumped her just because she wasnt ready to say "i love you back" and didnt respect her opinion on donna reed. and theres more. s4, took advantage of her and took away her virginity (im not fully blaming him, rory made me really mad too). like dude, he was MARRIED. poor lindsay didn't deserve being treated the way she was also. she just wanted to be with her husband. and then he based their (rory and dean) little relationship on sex. LIKE HUH?? when he was drunk the night before his wedding, he was saying how rory could fix the world, he loved her, and how she was so smart. what happened to that like what.. overall, i think he was great for a while until he wasn't. he also didn't have any character development at all.

AND LETS TALK ABOUT SEASON 6. "wHy did you drop out of yAAleE?" iconic. okok so i absolutely adore that he was being totally honest with her. he was just real. like "rory, wtf are you doing?" he got her head back in the game. omg i saw this one post that was saying how when logan bought rory that birkin bag, she thought it was nice but didnt really know how to respond, but when jess gave her a copy of his book, she was really happy. because she has something special with him. ALSO did anyone else notice how jess was the only bf she didnt have sex with?? not really too important, but just wanted to say that. in AYITL, he gave rory the idea to write a book. i feel like he was always there for her. always. as a friend, bf, ex, and then friend again. through her ups and downs, he was there. fight me all you want, they shouldve been endgame. i was a upset when he got all angry when rory didn't want to have sex with him in another person's house. ik that he was moody or wtv but still. AND THE FACT THAT HE JUST LEFT WITHOUT TELLING RORY. im not saying he shouldve stayed (well i kinda am) but i was so mad that he just left her in the dark. also totally not necessary, but here are some of my fav quotes from him.

2nd fave bf. he was meh. sometimes he was an absolute jerkk but i do like how he pushed her out of her comfort zone a bit. AND how he tried the whole boyfriend-girlfriend thing because he liked her so much. and personally, when jess went to visit rory in s6 ep8, i think he had a valid reason to be upset. like he literally pulled up to richard and emily's to see rory with a random dude going out. and the first thing she said to him was "when did you get back? i thought you were coming home tomorrow?" i mean i could totally see why he thought something was going on. (but he did overdo it a little. at first it was understandable but as the night went on, he was just being plain rude). on the other hand, he was kinda boring to me. i feel like he didnt really have much of a personality besides being rory's bf. BUT I HATE HATE HATEEEEE that he was hooking up with rory and ENGAGED TO ANOTHER WOMAN in AYITL. its like dean all over again smh. tbh im glad rory didnt end up with him. BUT HES HER BABY DADDY (im pretty sure) LIKE NOOOO

my thoughts on doctor strange multiverse of madness
i honestly believe that the visuals and raimi's direction was the highlight of this movie. i loved the horror elements but it obviously wasn't enough to classify it as a horror film.
the plot is fine, i guess. strange is a passive protagonist and despite the film posing some interesting questions towards him, he doesn't actually develop as a character which is especially problematic when the movie is named after him.
the visual effects were mostly good but there were a couple times when it was jarringly bad
SPOILERS BELOW!
what. the. absolute. fuck. did they do to the members of the illuminati! i don't know much about reed richards but i do know that he's supposed to be an extremely smart character and tactician and NOT SUPPOSED TO REVEAL BLACK BOLTS SECRET POWER RIGHT IN FRONT AN ALL POWERFUL WITCH
charles repeating his iconic line from days of future past to stephen... really doesn't make sense and now it cheapens the original scene!
peggy is a flop lmao but once again maria deserved better!!!
regular mordo should've been included in this film because his inclusion would've better threaded together the first DS film to this film but no we got his multiverse version being friendly and that plot thread from DS 2016 is still left dangling
america chavez, on top of being light washed, is literally a plot device here. idek how i feel about her tbh
wong is such a king ugh. but they severely underpowered him when he was dangling from mount doom when he's supposed to be sorcerer supreme smh
wanda... no comment. literally no comment. but i guess she doesn't care that much about vision since her only motivations here are billy and tommy. im just glad they didn't even bother hinting at her being alive or returning
the music battle scene between regular stephen and supreme strange was lame af
that scene where stephen dreamwalks in defender strange's corpse and harnesses the dead souls to help him was cool as fuck
rintrah (the big green bull) deserved better!! he was in so much merchandise only to get one line of dialogue ugh
charlize theron already looks great as clea and stephen already looks whipped af when she opened a portal to the dark dimension
this film definitely deserved to be longer and for the plot to be been rewritten in a way that at least has stephen develop as a character

This would be the second time Rosie had met Namor , courtesy of Tony Stark's summoning and Doctor Strange's insistence that she attend as his pupil. By the second round she had even received a personal invitation from Tony himself , under the pretense that having a girl among them would have
"balanced out the testosterone" -- or so he had said.
Perhaps having something to do with the way the Sphinx had gotten along so well with the notorious sub-mariner at the end of that secret illuminati proposal
And now she had to take advantage of that well- received perception following the showdown over Bruce Banner's fate :
Four hands raised for his banishment into the depths of space without warning.
Only the two of them seemed to disagree to the cruelty.
Tony Stark just didn't know when to shut up. He nearly drowned for it
And it was beautiful.
Watching Strange emerge from the murky waters with Tony and Namor shrouded in a bubble of magic, the exchange was muted and distant from her spot among the rocks. But it was angry, a warning of what was to come, then Namor dove free from the hold , true to a a fish returning to water.
She had made no attempt to come to Tony's aid as he crawled upon onto the shore like a drowned dog, into the awaiting hands of Reed Richards and the silent oversight to Black Bolt. The Sphinx attends these at the urging of her teacher, she reminds herself, because she isn't really one of them. A mere observer, to take in chaos and make record of defining moments that would change the course of the world as they knew it.
Somewhere off in the waves she spots the vague ripple of a dark shape beneath the polluted city waters and exhales slowly with the thought to soothe the vengeful sea king for the sake of keeping peace. If they were the only two with the sense of mercy to see the injustice of sending a mentally ill man into space for something he could not control because of the doing of another, then they had more in common than she could say she had with the rest of the illuminati. Namor was lingering for a reason, then she should at least extend the courtesy to soften the personal blow.
She's pulled from her thoughts by the gentle billowing of Stange's cloak as he settled beside her on the stone.
" Well that went terrible..."
Without the presence of the others, Rosie pulled the hefty metal helmet from her head and tucked it beneath her arm as she regarded her teacher glumly.
Strange looked just as defeated as he sighed,
" It went about as well as I expected it to... Namor was always going to oppose it no matter what was said."
Rosie scowled,
" This is all wrong... Its not fair whats going to be done to Bruce. Its cruel... No matter what way you try to paint it. Somebody is always gonna have to lose.."
To that, Strange stood silent. Because that was exactly it, and there was nothing else that could be said to make it better. His eyes followed that same dark shape as Rosie, a hand scrubbing along his jaw. The doctor glanced towards the cat, then back towards the water.
" Something tells me you are going to try to make some sort of amends here..."
A small smile quirked at the corner of Rosie's lips.
" Yeah... anything you want me to say on your behalf?"
Strange could barely find it in him to smile back, with the residual weight of guilt for what awaited them. His arms fell limply at his sides before he started away towards more stable shore, Rosie's head following his departing image when he breathes out his reply,
"...That im sorry that it has to be this way.
Bruce was my friend too..."
" Thats because it was."
Still clad in her Sphinx armor, Rosie followed behind a waitress while disengaging the gauntlets from her forearms and carefully sliding each her hands out. The helmet was already tucked away within the safety of a pocket dimension, now she wore her face out freely with hair undone to have a small semblance of normalcy among the crowded sports bar. She peered back at the sea giant to make sure was not offput by the environment, or the nosy eyes that almost immediately turned to follow the pair.
All too used to the eyes of the media and public alike, Rosie slid into the booth unbothered and laid her gauntlets besides her, grinning.
" I can appreciate good form in a fight, and then how you dove into the water afterwards? Would put Olympic swimmers to shame."
It was a stupid thing to say to a water mutant, but it was for that exact reason she chose her comparison -- gaging a sense of humor and boundaries as she slid a menu to his side and picked up her own with bare hands. Her fingers flex in adjustment to the gloves absence, quietly cracking at each joint for relief. She tucked her head down into the menu almost dramatically to hide behind it and skimmed its pages,
" I hope you dont mind the location. I worked up an appetite watching you fight, and bar food doesnt quite compare to sports bar food. You have any preference of restaurants here on the surface?"

MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS SPOILERS
so in conclusion i wore my pink floyd shirt and silver leather jacket for nothing.
i enjoyed the movie, but i feel like it was overhyped by both myself and marvel. it was underwhelming tbh. i feel like they couldve done a lot more with the whole “multiverse” aspect. that part was underwhelming
also wanda’s character just felt,, off. i mean i get that the darkhold had corrupted her, but i felt like she was the villain way too quick. the beginning felt rushed imo. parts of the whole movie felt rushed
spider-man: no way home feels more like a multiverse movie than this one did. i was really excited for the multiverse after seeing loki and nwh, and it was like a let-down
all in all, i enjoyed the movie, but it was just underwhelming. i was really hoping that the x-men would be introduced but at least we got the illuminati for a few minutes. until wanda killed them. also black bolt’s death was the most brutal imo. also love the fact that they cast john krasinski as reed richards. also hate the fact that we got patrick stewart back as professor x only for wanda to snap his neck. we have now seen patrick stewart!charles xavier die three (3) times. loved america chavez though. can’t wait to see more of her in the mcu

I’m going to start with the positive stuff cuz that’s the majority
First off being the main movie hype woman was such a vibe. I’m usually a loud commentator for Marvel movies but there’s usually somebody else over me. This time it. was. me. I was the main bitch and that was def a proud moment of my life. I somehow managed to beat @janetsnakehole02 with my reaction game, provided I was always the slightly louder one, and also was probably more emotionally affected by the stuff that happened compared to her for once but hey, there’s a first time for everything
BENEDICT CUMBERBATCHHHH I loved Strange and all his variations. I loved the depth they gave to his character and tbh the way they showed him getting closer and closer to America. However I do feel like they could've spent more time on him.
Lowkey also LOVED how for the majority of the movie he was all about finding The Book of Vishanti as the solution to Wanda and then ACTUALLY USED THE DARKHOLD HIMSELF. HOW DOES SOMEONE COME UP WITH THIS GENIUS
Not just that but the full circle of him first burying the first Dr. Strange variant they show ONLY TO HAVE MAIN DR. STRANGE TAKE OVER HIS DEAD BODY AND USE THE FUCKING DARK SPIRITS TO BEAT WANDA
AMERICA RUNNING TO STRANGE AND HUGGING HIM I FUCKING LOST IT
America and the Latino representation!! It wasn’t huge or anything but seriously it was something AND HER PARENTS WERE LESBIANS GTFO RAIMI UR WINNING
The scene where What-If Strange and main Strange fight with musical notes was so fucking aesthetic and ngl funny
The moment when they were running in the tunnels of like the futuristic realm and then they closed that big door that Wanda didn’t cross AND THEN THEY J FUCKING PAUSED. I had a moment shouting things that essentially sums up to wtf, stfu, are we seriously trusting these people with the multiverse, yeah then we’re fucked, etc. And ofc this was that golden moment I got this other dude in my theater to turn around and give me a thumbs up which gave me a major confidence boost
Can we just talk about Steven’s maturity in the romantic sense? The way people kept asking him if he was happy without Christine and then built up that beautiful beautiful realization that he had so much to be happy about and even after being with the futuristic realm version of Christine, they both gained the confidence to a) admit they loved each other but b) respect the fact that they had responsibilities to their realms that neither could give up.
And with that I also need to plug Christine cuz she was such an interesting character from seeing the way she passively moved on from main Steven to seeing the futuristic realm Christine have moments of her own closure with main Steven after everything
Now Wanda. She had such a perfect story arc that flowed so well from WandaVision. I think it’s always been her thing to obsessively chase after a perfect life between mind controlling an entire village to be with Vision and then willing to kill another child to be able to be with other realm versions of her kids but this time I think she finally got the fact that she really can’t change her reality. I do feel like her ending was kind of left in the air and a part of me hopes she didn't actually die?
She lowkey looked so badass hot too
Mordo damnnn the arc they got between calling Strange his “brother” and that final realization that Mordo was, is, and will always be jealous of Strange was brilliant and I think all of us trusted him to some extent after that initial hug so were mildly shocked when the tea actually was spiked.
I say mildly cuz listen it’s still Mordo, I was still pretty suspicious
I FUCKING SCREAMED WHEN REED RICHARDS CAME IN I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES THERE WAS SO MUCH JOY IN ME IT IS INDESCRIBABLE
Him AND Professor X!!!! I can’t anymore I love life
BENEDICT WONG SIR I LOVED YOU, LOVE YOU, AND BELIEVE I WILL FOREVER LOVE YOU. The way he covers for Steven all the time and even when they aren’t together physically they somehow manage to work together. The final scene between them where Steven was just like “I’m so glad I didn’t have to go through all this alone” MY HEART
The mid-credits scene??? Oh my god??? Pls don’t tell me I was the only one with so many questions
AND THE POST CREDITS SAM RAIMI U FUCKING GENIUS HOW DOES ONE SET UP A POST CREDITS SO PERFECTLY
Ok there’s def a lot more that should be in the liked list, but here’s a very short list of things I didn’t like/wanted but didn’t get cuz tbh I rly can’t think of many things rn
The pacing felt a bit off? Idk but it went by so quickly. It made sense in the moment but afterwards I was like it’s only been 20mins tho??
I hoped we’d get to see some Loki for this movie (without sylvie pls) but at the same time I feel like it was fine without them? idk

Just some other final thoughts
I rly can’t compare this movie to NWH just because they both were absolutely amazing in two completely different ways. MoM fucked with my brain made me think a lot about the plot as opposed to NWH which was a lot of doing what the fans wanted neither of them being bad but they just aren’t things that I can fairly compare on any scale imo
So many things came full circle in this and I’m honestly in love with that
I loved the Wandegore temple and was low-key kind of disappointed when it was destroyed. It was honestly so pretty and I had a moment when I noticed Sanskrit inscribing on the walls ngl
One more plug for Sam Raimi cuz why the fuck not. Sir I love you <3

m.o.m thoughts. spoilers under cut.
i can foresee the fandom reactions already and uh. let’s just say i’m glad my dash is very curated.
overall a pretty fun movie. i like the premise. i remember reading a post a while ago about how the cinematic universe now resembles the absolute chaos of the many, many comic universes, and i think it holds up. it’s a very good cinematic take on the overlapping universes of the comics. i like the idea.
a strange comment (ba-dum tss) to make this early on in the list, but you have no idea how happy i am that marvel remembers that hk speaks cantonese and actually hired someone who knows how to speak canto to play the hk sanctum leader. granted her pronunciation is so deliberate it sounds like she spent her entire life in a drama school/disneyland, but hey. i take what i can. we love them for that.
the cameos were god tier. we know hayley and lashana are in it. and i will say, if you liked lashana in no time to die, you will love her captain marvel ‘fit.
(reed richard was arguably the most underwhelming cameo tho, tbh)
peggy. my beloved. it’s been a long long time.
That Being Said.
i think i heard that scarlet witch was supposed to be a villain in the comics, and i can respect that.
but couldn’t we save wanda? she never asked to be the scarlet witch. couldn’t she have been more than a tragedy?
especially when you’ve brought out the Big Guns of reclaiming mind powers. you brought out Chawl, dammit. and yea i think in the comics chawl couldn’t save wanda either? but seriously. did it have to be like this?
also bringing back peggy and maria only to kill them like five minutes later was really bad form, marvel. i will die for both of my captains. answer my calls dammit.
not that i did not enjoy every single second of those five minutes, and peggy in that cap suit with a shield cleansed my soul cleared my skin and watered my crops. but dammit.
i can’t believe that for an inhuman ref they went with inhumans the show instead of aos. rip to the og marvel/abc shows i guess. marvel studios be like ac/aos who.
i like america chavez. yea. i don’t know how to expand on that but i like her, yea.
christine palmer. my underrated queen. i have missed you so much.
so when they first started making the movie they said they incorporated horror tropes yeah? they definitely delivered on that. it was a very good balance of a marvel movie and horror tropes. i cannot do horror movies at all, but i enjoyed those moments.
i like the theme of exploring the idea of ‘there’s only one way’. the idea of consequences of a superhero’s choice, especially in relation to people who have universe-bending powers like strange.
overall: not marvel’s best, but most certainly not the worst.

or could it just be Pedro who isn't locked yet because his schedule is extremely tight and they have to make a lot of accommodations for him to accept the role? they apparently want to announce all 4 actors at once and I think he's the one they're betting the biggest on due to his popularity (even though many don't like the idea of him playing Reed Richards, I don't think either that they care about reactions on the internet tbh)
it could be? But we did discuss that we don’t think he’s probably needed on set of the Mandalorian. So that might open up some more availability for him. On the Mandalorian, he really only has to use his voice.

1) lulu by metallica & lou reed: i am very much aware that it is considered one of the worst albums ever created but i PERSONALLY think thats cuz people just dont understand the concept of it. & are not familiar w/ lou's work. i think its a masterpiece i think its a very unique and poignant album and listening to it makes me go insane. i think its really just a phenomenal album and i will literally die on this hill. my #1 album of all time
1.5 (2) bummer by cleopatrick: i sometimes cite this as my favorite album of all time when i don't feel like causing drama over lulu. more often i'll cite it as my favorite album of all time because i am the hardcore cleopatrick fan ive been listening to them since like. 7th grade and i love this album so MUCH its literally so good, the lyrics are flawless the flow is phenomenal the drumming on this is LITERALLY unparalleled. and the guitar tone is SO good. and all the songs are sooooo good like 2008??? literally one of the best songs ever. great lakes is a masterpiece and so is vic park and the drake and…its just SO good. instantly lifts my mood
3) welcome to hell by venom: i love the evil vibe plus ppl take it so seriously when venom literally wear the sluttiest outfits possible
4) blank generation by richard hell: my first introduction richard hell was an article by lester bangs where he talked about how he thought richard hell's music is incredible and how he thought that richard hell had a great grasp of the problems of being alive in the 70s but his solutions were absolute dog shit. which made me want to listen to the album, as a good review will, and now its one of my favorite records. forever mad this is the only proper LP they did. i love his delivery, the guitar work is so unique, and i think the lyrics are still so real & relevant
5) pretty on the inside by hole: sooo raw im a big courtney fan tbh i love her work. holes best album was for sure live through this (nobody's daughter is a close second imo!) but pretty on the inside is my personal favorite cuz its pink! & bc i think its the rawest of holes discog. i like the discordantness of it its so exciting to me
6) welcome the plague year self-titled: PHENOMENAL scramz album its so raw & i think its the best album from that era of scramz & i just adore it.
7) germ-free adolescence by the x-ray specs: prob the only british punk band from the 70s or 80s id cite as a favorite, i just adore everything abt this album
8) lets take it to the stage by funkadelic: groovy! funky! rocking! also i love bootsy collins
9) are you experienced by the jimi hendrix experience: cures headaches somehow?? not complaining though
10) rust never sleeps by neil young: first neil young album i listened to, hes definitely my favorite singer/songwriter of the 70s :)
