Ya Rab. There's something inside me that scares me. It consumes me. My nafs overtakes me. And I fail you. Again and again. I feel so lonely, Ya Allah, only you know. Only you know my every thought, every saddness, every pain. All my darkness. You see it, only you understand me. Only you. Ya Rab save me from my darkness.
go into sujood on your prayer mat and pour your heart out. He is always listening and there is nothing more comforting and relieving than venting everything out to Allah SWT.
understand that it is okay to cry.
read Surah Yusuf/Surah Maryam/Surah Duha. the lesson to take from these are so comforting and a reminder to have sabr as it will always be okay in the end in ways you can't possibly imagine. because He will make it okay.
breathe in, close your eyes and say 'Oh Allah, I trust that only you can take this pain away from my heart' and breathe out.
having sabr and tawakkul does not mean you won't have bad days where it hurts but it is trying your best to continue and leaving the outcome to Allah SWT. it is trusting that He will bring the ease. because He will.
“what is meant for you will reach you, even if it is between two mountains.” There’s no need to rush nor feel anxious for the future because what’s yours will be yours. So tie your camel and have تَوَكُّل, for الله knows the best & He is the best planner.
You who strive for TAHAJJUD despite the great need of sleep in this cold weather, you are truly loved by Allah. Do you think Allah will abandon you just like that?! Well, let me tell you something, Allah has great treasures for you in both worlds!
