“I am very excited, I’ve been wanting to do this since like forever but you guys never invited me, which was sad,” the camera then proceeds to zoom in your faces as you looked at the lens with a very menacing look. 

-So WIRED asked Y/N L/N some of the internet’s burning questions- 

Giggling to yourself, you sat back and took the first board that was given to you.

With a bright smile you said “Alrighty WIRED let’s do thisss!!!”

“Is y/n l/n….related to Sarah Paulson” with a scoff you shook your head and released a very breathy “NNOooooooo”

why i think the star dreamers (zodiac costume set) are possibly deities and strongly linked to moonlight cookie !! (cookie run: kingdom)

i gradually lose my mind during this, but this is taken from a twitter thread i made some time ago. this is some context as to why i believe the star dreamers are deities linked to moonlight, who lost their powers long ago and fell into dormancy.

i may be over-analysing or taking some stretches, but let me go through it with tumblr now!! ☆

first off, going through the costumes individually :

financier cookie ::

financier's costume resembles a justice deity archetype. this is already a pretty strong pointer to what i'm going at. it is stated she weighs out the justice of other cookies and stars, possibly providing punishment to those unjust. like a justice deity!

the quote of “the sight of this cookie judging with her eyes covered is so divine that you do nothing but revere to her” is also quite curious.

revere (definition):

feel deep respect or admiration for something.

rather like how one would respect a deity.

currently, i'm only looking at the costume descriptions, i'll take things through to the bond after this.

i would assume financier has a bit of a supernatural sense of justice, seeing her actions throughout cookie odyssey, giving a further pointer.

wildberry cookie ::

wildberry is the game changer, and the star dreamer with arguably most story.

stated to literally protect the peace of the night?? hello..??

“but finan, isn't this éclair's dream?” i'll go more onto that part later on.

back to wildberry, bringing peace to those feral constellations is quite obviously unnatural. the thing that really pushes me here is “the beginning of a new legend”. another self explanatory thing, really. there's something in there and it's like, are these really just dreams? i'm still stating the obvious but i swear i know where i'm going with this-

i don't have much commentary left on wildberry for now, so taking it to our next cookie.

cream unicorn cookie ::

this is also..a pretty self explanatory one??

“cream unicorn cookie walks along the milky way, soaking up the starlight.” is key..because actually what the fuck??

cream unicorn cookie is also implied to be powerful in canon. they are as old as the stars, and already a guardian.

unfortunately cookie run doesn't expand very much on their character.

notice the common denominator here, the three are described in ways you'd describe a higher being, or a deity. divine, held in higher regard. just like a legend.

now keep walking with me for a sec, éclair's dream is maybe a bit too specific for comfort? dreams are weird and can be that way trust me, but it just feels wrong.

as of currently, i've only discussed what would give the cookies deity-like qualities. what if this had actually happened? long forgotten history..maybe even a vision!

a vision is my key explanation here. let me move on to the bond story.

the basics to the costume bond story is that éclair has a strange dream, with wildberry, financier and cream unicorn being guardians of the night sky in it. éclair wakes up, his dream likely provided by a nightfall butterfly (will be elaborated on later).

rounding back to wildberry, as i've said, inducing peace to these things is pretty impressive. what if he could do this with cookies in reality? after all, it fits him, he's just a chill guy.

also, wildberry's strength isn't normal. supernatural, perhaps. crunchy chip, a dark cacao warrior no doubt trained since childhood, would be strong, has to DRAG wildberry's gauntlet across the ground in cookie odyssey. meanwhile wildberry picks it up as though it is light as a feather. his fighting with bare fists also says a lot.

told you i was gradually losing my mind here because this could be a stretch but THINK. i don't have anything left on wildberry now, so taking it back to financier..

the main cookie i am looking into here.

financier vanquishes the “stars with murky lights in their hearts” via her star scales (resembling the scales of lady justice, also known as themis. themis is the greek deity of justice, law, divine order and custom. she is likely the main inspiration to financier's costume). this can be taken as a metaphor to the actual sinners, well it literally is.

my same question with wildberry, could this be done in reality?

i don't know what i'm trying to say but my point is how the flying FUCK are they doing this??? for a dream it's so precise. how is éclair getting this so vividly? could his mind even come up with such a thing? what could he have been looking at beforehand to spark it?

okay but, cream unicorn has the most likeliness to being a deity, considering their natural self. their light seems to pacify the other elements of the night sky.

you get what i'm saying...

now to the point of the source of éclair's dream, and why i think moonlight may have been able to induce it.

the source to this dream may have possibly been the nightlight butterfly, though it isn't quite confirmed. it only hints at it.

the nightlight butterfly seems to be awfully similar, or the same as the nightfall butterfly. it also takes place in the hall of nature, which is probably the natural ecology wing.

even the wing patterns resembling the night sky appear to be the same. plus, the eight pointed stars upon it's wings are a motif between the star dreamers. it's probably the nightfall butterfly lmfaoo

was that rawly the source, however? it could have been any cookie receiving a dream like that! has it even given out such a dream before? nothing else has been confirmed as of currently.

which is why i think this is probably a vision or a sign instead, specifically for éclair. a sign pushed by moonlight herself.

and then, if we look at the nightlight/nightfall butterfly's other alias, it is the star jelly butterfly. there's a pretty blatant motif between the city of wizards and star jellies... it even takes place on moonlight's clock tower.

(i can't put anymore images after one more but if you look through the city of wizards decor set and at milky way, you'll get it. also the star jelly powder scales relic imply star jellies have a dreaming link!)

and this gets us directly to the next point,

moonlight cookie ::

it's pretty obvious she has something to do with all of this. back to the butterfly, what if it has a link to her?

what if moonlight is channelling the dream to éclair through the butterfly?

moonlight's “crescent guardian” costume has attire akin to the star dreamers costume set. this makes way to a possibility that they're not just dream figures!!

i at least think moonlight is awake when unlocking this form? though, she must be awake in her costume bond with sea fairy (the sea and the dark side of the moon).

moonlight is pretty much what you could call a deity, and her whole business is dreams, definitely making it possible for her to grant certain cookies certain dreams.

though, in episode 16, moonlight only unlocks this form again after linking with stardust. which is why the star dreamers may be dormant! without stardust, moonlight couldn't be the crescent guardian. so basically, stardust is kind of the key.

it could be ASSUMED that éclair's dream took place around the time of the city of wizards arc, meaning this'd actually make a lot of sense if it did! éclair is like the chosen one pretty much. he'd probably be chosen and trusted due to his knowledge on history and that kinda stuff... and because the nightfall butterfly was within his range kinda thing

I mean it's reasonable. Given growing up in a hellmurder island, defeat can equal great bodily harm or even death, being cautious about getting too far outside of your comfort zone and quote being a hero endquote will kill you.

A lot of people fail to realise how Jake was affected by living in such circumstances because it just comes down to gungho boy wonder who loves adventure!! And is. A coward. When flight is the thing separating you from living to dying etc, it can affect a lot of life choices like that. For example, hes perfectly up for the idea of plundering tombs, because its territory hes familiar and accustomed to. But he doesnt deal with being tossed a curveball or into new circumstances well.

And yet again Hal brings up a good point. If you bank on victory or defeat and not about the journey it gets to take there which leaves you stranded at the starting line overcompensating for the lack you never worked hard to make, you won't get anywhere, which is why Page class suits him well. Dirk and Jake have this thing in common where they are often too future thinking to the point of being narrow minded, they think they're being realistic when realistically.. these personal pursuits are needed to be fought with undying human spirit so as to conquer and further their self journeys.

Like yes, there's always the prospect of failure. Dirk feels resigned, doomed to the fact he will turn out terrible and therefore he should fuck off. Jake feels daunted by the task of actually living up to the expectations he feels are built upon him by his friends and himself, and chooses to isolate himself rather than build on the hope that maybe he can be known and loved regardless, and acknowledge the hurt he may undoubtedly cause. But with every prospect of failure comes a prospect of success and sure being resigned to failure doesn't hurt but even so you should still strive and claw your way to a happy ending otherwise whats it worth more than pointless self suffering and guilt? Because if you look at it everything is doomed everything is going to fail or fall out of touch eventually but if you turn it on its head, you see that means that unequivocally for a brief moment in time everything will be okay, that bad things will turn out for the better (somehow) in the end. It's the chicken and the egg question, which came first? It's a neverending circle. I got carried away there. Whoops. Anyways.

what if... you told me all about your fansession (i would love to learn more about it)

no way the real moss guy in my inbox... heehe... im actually really excited to ramble about this!!! =D back when i first read hs i made many fan characters but i got an idea to make a fansession where, instead of the 12 zodiac signs it was the 22 major tarot cards..... and it kinda went from there!

because obviously 22 character session would be insane i at some point formed out 6 kids who were having The Session, and the rest of the characters were "npcs" made by sburb. but yknow, more humanlike than the carapacians, so kinda akin to the trolls. oh yea i changed some of the sburb worldbuilding for this, so i suppose its an alternate version of the game.... ;p also the session would take place around 2019.

okeeey anyways heres the players!

ester olsen (the star) is a knight of hope from sweden who's foolish and hyperactive but also very hopeful and loyal like a dog, she's internally a deviantart kid who draws exclusively on ms paint and sburb's quest for her is to become a typical hero. her land is a field with a country town inhabited by animal people.

her older brother emil (the chariot) is a rogue of breath who moves trough life very fast and always thrives to make progress by any means, and also takes care of ester... because hes awesome... his land is a giant sea of energy kind of similar to terezi's.

elio cassini (the sun) is the heir of light, he's just a really lucky boy who likes jrpgs and magic spells. he's anxious and keeps to the rules but well meaning; best friend of ester. he learns to accept the dark sides of the world instead of escaping from them. his land is an orange desert full of broken glass, ancient bones and mysteries.

elio's sister is nastia the maid of space (the empress)! she's kind of a snarky girl next door who likes art, gardening, fashion and baking but she struggles with persistence. her land is a field of giant flowers.. and frogs of course ;p

selene's the mage of void (the moon). (no surname i thought of for these two..... whoops....) she's the oldest one and also very lonely, although she isn't expressive she tends to cling to other people. she used to like weird and fascinating things, her land is a broken apart mountainous area flooded by dark water!

then selene's younger brother rasmus the prince of time (the emperor)! hes your average delinquent scriptie kid who tends to get into fights (usually with ester), but he's never completely malicious. his land is a fiery lava pool that's hard to navigate.

the goal is still to make the next universe via a frog, but theres no derse and prospit and instead dreaming just teleports your ghost self to a random location. there's still a fight between dark and light though, but this time it's the magician card (light) and the high priestess card (dark) who have their forces battling it out, which is pretty much everyone else, on a skaia stand in which is no longer a chessboard and now just a black and white planet. they're also the final bosses in place of king and queen, and they get stronger the session goes on so the party needs to act fast!!!

idk how to summarise the whole duration of the session to be honest because too much stuff gets involved.. but basically they do make it out in the end! (with some major character deaths though... hehh..)

Tao is smart wise and intelligent, often shocking people with it(even leona sometimes wow. He’s reliable when he wants to be. not mention he’s strong and brave, always up for a challenge. He’s very easy going and open minded, not really caring for stuff, unless it causes a big problem(not the overbolts though huh?). He’s actually really funny. He can actually be really mature at times, though it’s very rare. He’s quite charismatic and social to others, and trustworthy. He says things as he sees them, making him really truthful. You both were once genuinely in love. Key word, was. When both of you got into a relationship, it was much different than being friends. When you guys first met, you were just innocent children you saw the world as nothing but cupcakes and rainbows. That was until Tartaglia fell into the Abyss. When he came back, he was different. No matter how many times he tries to act like his old self, there was always that lack of light in his eyes and all his words were all just lies.

Still, you love him and he said yes because he does have some sort of feelings for you. He knew that he’s still fucked up and he knew the dangers of being involved with you but at the same time, he needs you and so he hid everything. He continued to deny his past and every single day, you wake up to a cold bed and a cold house, wondering, worrying where the fuck he is. 

When he’s home, he genuinely tries to make you happy and even when he’s away he would send you expensive gifts. As much as you loved being spoiled by him, what’s the point when he’s not there? 

When he left for a whole week, each night you would stay awake in hopes that you’d be able to catch him when he walks through the door and give him the biggest hug. Unfortunately that never happened. As the days past, the more you lacked sleep and the more you lost hope.

The night he finally came back, he caught you in the living room with you back to him. You heard him though. “What type of job takes you a whole week without coming home and always leaving you all bloody and bruised?”

“It’s just some hustle, Y/N. No need to worry,” He laughs it off and once he makes his way in front of you, it was no longer a surprise that he had cuts and bruises and his past scars. 

“I don’t understand why that side hustle leaves you coming home on the brink of death,” You say, your voice never changing yet your eyes say all the emotions there is. “Are you part of the fatui?”

“No.”

“Don’t think of me as stupid because I know, Tartaglia.” You know his job is wrong. He may have killed people and that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. You have values and despite your love for Childe, you can’t handle the fact that he’s dangerous.

“So what if I am? Are you going to go like everyone else?” 

“Yes.”

“Wait no I can be better. I’ll be better for you! I love you Y/N!” He begs but once your mind is set, there’s no turning back.

Fruits Basket AU for the S4 crew.

Maybe in this AU they’re cursed to turn into animals when hugged by anyone, since there aren’t that many girls around XD Imagine Munakata as like a high ranking member of this super powerful family, the family deals with various different government agencies and Munakata is specifically in charge of this police force type entity. He’s also one of the members who has been cursed to turn into a member of the zodiac when hugged by anyone, Munakata is the Rat and for that reason he’s always been seen as like this perfect entity, the one who arrived first at the feast. Munakata accepts all this praise and pretends that he is faithfully serving the family head, Kokujouji, but really he has a poor opinion of the curse that’s been laid on the family and has been secretly trying to find a way to end it.

To this end he’s begun gathering up the other members under his service, like Awashima is the Boar and works as his right hand. Akiyama is the Sheep, Benzai is the Tiger, Kamo is the Dragon (and cute li’l seahorse), Doumyouji is the Monkey, Enomoto is the Rabbit, Fuse is the Snake, Gotou is the Ox and Hidaka is the Dog (obviously). He also finds Yayoi, who is the Horse, and Zenjoh, who is the Rooster. The strange thing with Zenjoh is that there are rumors he isn’t even cursed anymore after all, but came along when Munakata requested it. Zenjoh was a companion of the previous Cat, Habari Jin, who was cursed to be locked away all alone, and according to rumor it may have been Zenjoh himself who killed Habari and that’s why he died young.

Of course as part of his quest to figure out how to break the curse Munakata also needs to seek out the person cursed to be the Cat. He’s heard rumors that it was the child of this branch family called Fushimi, except that the person indicated as the father is dead and the mother, Kisa, claims she has no child. Eventually of course Munakata finds out that Fushimi Saruhiko has left the family compound and been living with this other influential family group that’s at odds with theirs, a group known as Homra. While Yata knows that Fushimi turns into a cat he doesn’t know the real curse on Fushimi and why Fushimi never takes his bracelet off, or why Fushimi always goes quiet when Yata says they’re going to be together forever. Fushimi’s been told since he was a child that he’s a monster and he’s afraid that if Yata finds out Yata will reject him. That’s when Munakata appears, knowing full well what Fushimi is and what his fate is supposed to be, and makes him an offer: come with me and we will find a way to break this curse.

Fushimi goes with him, feeling like Yata cares more about family head Suoh Mikoto than him anyway, and maybe he even reveals his true form to Yata after the whole betrayal scene. Yata pulls back in surprise and Fushimi takes that as a rejection, assuming they will be enemies from now on. But maybe Homra in general play the Tohru role, like Mikoto and Munakata are also butting heads a lot and Mikoto knows about Munakata’s secret (maybe he was also once part of the larger family and rejected them to make his own) and figures someone needs to make sure that guy doesn’t do something he’ll regret. Meanwhile Fushimi joining Munakata’s police force leads to him interacting with more people who know his secret and who initially are wary of him because of it but then start to become close with him, and soon everyone is trying to find a way to break Fushimi’s curse in particular.
