Shit this is almost 2 pages shjavsns I def failed at summarizing this I'm so srry shjsvsjsvsbs you don't have to read it tho shsjvsnsvsbsvsbssvbsvsbs
But okay, first, for context, I guess you have seen my oc before? But here's normal Polar
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They were basically in the role of the Y/N before they were killed by Vanny (wrong place wrong time) and ended up accidentally and unknowingly possesing an animatronic and losing most of their memory
So I kinda tried to adapt their story/situation to the Sleuth Jester's universe
This was back when Time to Bow was the latest chapter released I think? So I mainly thought up to that point hsjsvsjsv but basically, first, they needed to know Sun and Moon beforehand, so started looking for roles they could have worked on alongside them, trying to avoid detective bc variety is more fun, but bc of the time and a lot of positions being condensed in like only one or two still landed on that lmao, so ex-detective (yeah I did research for this don't look at me SHJSSVSKCDNSVSNSVSSJ) (also that's it, that's the doodle, their design as a human for this au, that's the only decent one I'm srry Naff shsjscsnscsjshjsbs I was thinking of doing more since you wanted to see but I'm still not sure of their design so A) But yeah, as a human, they would have been a detective, ocassionally working together with Sun and Moon, the three of them eventually becoming good friends
Here sgsjvsjssvsns the real thing I'm giving you is the info bc hsjssvsbsbsvnsvssbvs
Tumblr media
Anyway, their inevitable death should have come from the inside, soo what I was thinking was that, again being in the wrong place at the wrong time, probs with their guard down, they happen to catch one of the corrupt cops doing smth incriminating and, having been spotted, are taken out before they can actually do smth
Nnot sure if their cause of death would have been faked or what (I guess???), but their body is found and they are pronounced dead. Sun and Moon finding out later
Now, wasn't sure how to go abt the whole possesing an animatronic body bit bc in the pizza plex it can happen a lot more easily than in this setting dvsjvdsj (and there's also their celestial design oops) but I basically thought of 3 possible scenarios: since Eclipse has parts just in case and has to get them from somewhere, was considering the possibility of an animatronic body being transported to extract them or even worse, going off of that one ask, a scenario in which he does plan on keeping y/n alive after they die and, actually finding out abt the ineffectiveness of scooping them beforehand, decides to get a body built for them. Polar's animatronic design is a celestial one, so since idk what eclipse would actually do in this scenario and I'd need to justify this anyway dvsjdvnsvd let's just say that in this case he decided to go with that to make it more likely for y/n to stay with him bc of the rarity of the parts or to match or some shit idk lol. Going with either of those would mean, however, that Polaris, by accidentaly possesing the body and escaping before it can get to Eclipse, stole smth from him (the scenario in which it was supposed to be y/n's future body making it muuuch worse and I bet personal, but in the other one they'd still have stolen a good bunch of valuable parts so dvksvdkd) and soo I bet he'd be after them.  Scenario number 3 and the most unlikely, is that maybe there just happened to be an animatronic body around there somewhere for some reason vssjsvsjsvs and a celestial one at that SHJAVSNSVSMVASNV yeahh I don't think so lol But anyway, like in the original version, they'd only remember bits and pieces from before they died, but in this case I think they might be able to put together that they at least had worked closely with the police at some point, aaand, even if they can't remember who or anything specific, that a cop tried to kill them (killed them but they don't know that vdjdvj) So, I'm guessing they'd end up going into hiding just to be safe and try to figure stuff out from there
Bc of their sense of justice and desire to help but distrust of the police, I think eventually they'd start stocking up on stolen medicine, parts & tools, and the like to be able to help (to the best of their abilities) those that need it but, for one reason or another, can't get help anywere else; after some time starting to be known by some as a safe space where one can get some medical help (and even some information and more particular supplies, but even less people would know abt that part ;) ) They probably thought abt more direct/hands on work, but decided against it to keep a low profile (specially if they actually stole from eclipse vdjdvdj)
Soo eventually they'd meet y/n through this and I imagine they'd become someone y/n might go to on ocassion
They'd probably wear smth to cover their face so their identity isn't as exposed, and here's where I got kinda stuck with the design, bc depending on the scenario it'd be how and how much it'd vary from their original one (for example, normal Polar's rays aren't retractable, so those would have to stay uncovered, but in this version they might be??? Idk) But anyway, I imagine at some point y/n might have gotten to see them without the mask or smth and, after finding out abt the rarity of parts like the celestial wire and seeing as Polar looks similar to the three celestial animatronics they know, I bet they would have gone to them before actually risking going to Eclipse, they wouldn't be able to provide them with it tho and y/n would still have to go to him (I'm... not even sure if they would know what that is vjdvdjdb it would be smart to, but idk how easy that information is to find?)
So basically, the main storyline would stay p much the same, they'd just be an added bonus lmao
I imagine y/n wouldn't mention Polar to the detectives? At least at first and not in any significant/traceable way, bc of the the way y/n works + the secrecy of it, but idk
In theory, at some point they'd find out abt eachother and eventually learn the truth abt Polar's identity, even thought they could also just not find out depending on how everything were to play out vsjdvsj idk but Polar would probably get a sense of trust and familiarity from them that contradicts the way they feel abt the police, being kinda ???? abt it
(In the scenario that the body was made for y/n, if Eclipse were to mention smth identifiable abt it, y/n could internally be like "wait, isn't that..." which could eventually lead to questions abt how they came to be if the body was in theory just that, a body)
And I'll just leave this here and scuttle under a rock ahjsvsjsvssncsnsvabs
Oh my gosh, I love them!! That's such a tragic tale but I find it very fitting for the Sleuth Jesters story!! Oh man, that would be so cool to have Polar and Y/N interacting, and even see Polar with the detectives!
This is just my two cents, but I really dig the animatronic body being meant for Y/N, commissioned by Eclipse but gets unwittingly taken by Polar!! I just find that super compelling and a story just lying in wait right there! Not to mention the lost memory!!

Vanessa developing a cigarette addiction because of William? I gotta say, that’s a new one. And me being a freak, I’ve explored a LOT of Vanessa angst.
Anyway, I’m kinda torn on the whole Patient 46 thing. I can’t disagree with your evidence, but this is FNAF we’re taking about. There was a time when the evidence we had overwhelmingly pointed to the phone guy being the purple guy, and to all of it being a dream. Another point of evidence to Vanessa being 46: she did hack into the Pizzaplex in the AR emails, which are canon even though they were cut. 46 is described as a hacker, and Luis says something along the lines of “I didn’t know you were into IT stuff.” 46 is also female, according to translation provided by Steel Wool themselves. On the another hand, I’m sceptical Steel Wool would throw in TWO red herrings about Vanessa, the first being the rooftop ending. Furthermore, 46 talked to someone with rabbit ears, and William doesn’t have a physical form. To me, that suggests she was talking to Vanny. Maybe 46 is another follower of William, which would set up the next story quite nicely.
…y’know, things like this are why I’m tempted to stop the theorizing and just go along for the ride. Thank you for reading all of this.
I'M GLAD THERE'S MORE VANESSA ANGST LOVING PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!!
AND YEAH, I agree w all the points you made about Patient 46 potentially being Vanny (also I didn't know about the female translation thing!!!! Interesting!!!) well as that is again, how you said, FNAF and I wouldn't be surprised if they were gonna make it someone else entirely out of the ball park
I've heard some people think Patient 46 could be the girl from the new Ruins DLC that's coming out next year
Tbh I hope it's not, not even just because it would disprove my theory but because I dunno how much sense it would make. I doubt Steelwool knew they were gonna get DLC when they made Security Breach so to add a smei-important tidbit like the tapes just for it to be a character we haven't even SEEN yet would make no sense. But they might try to add and change the sorry to fit this new character being Patient 46, who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But I also like what you said at the end. How sometimes we should just take a step back and just enjoy the games instead of theorizing. of course that we wouldn't have these games if it weren't for the fandom's theories and conspiracies but enjoying the game is half of what I love about FNAF, aside from overanalyzing it!! I wouldn't make art and talk about FNAF for as long as I have (which is YEARS) if I didn't love the games!!!
Anyway, thank you very much for the ask!!! And don't apologize for it being long!!! I LOVE long asks!!!!!

Finally made a Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach OC!
Sadly they are a major WIP ^^’
Tumblr media
They are female sheep animatronic, would work in the gift shop area, and are smaller n more petite then their fellow robos but there is a reason for this. They have a shepherd’s staff for reaching high up stuff btw.
They are from another smaller pizzaplex in France/Italy with them being either a gift or a testing prototype for another type of robo
I can imagine them missing their previous home a bit but trying their best to make the most of things, won’t stop the occasional depression hit tho.
Once settled in the gift shop, sensors are set up so she can prevent shoplifting and keep the plushe’s n other merch in order.
Also it helps pinpoint attempting soon-to-be-banned-thief’s since most would think having such a dainty robo means easy pickings, kinda like a wolf in sheep’s clothing thing.
Due to them being smaller they need to charge more often, hence why a crude charging station is placed in a secluded corner of the area, it sadly can’t be used by other robos and due to it being new it has a few charging issues even for themselves.
They can wander around the nearby area but won’t unless lured since the fear of running out of power is terrifying to them.
Powering down like that is like being sucked into a nightmare that leaves no memory other then a cold fear… so ye but sleep mode is fine so she’ll often ‘snooze’ unless disturbed/triggered.
Their fluff is often used for advertising n had various buttons pinned onto them n such, some other things are occasionally sneaked on by children n cheeky bastards when her back is turned.
This fluff is removable for cleaning tho they are very bashful about it since they feel exposed. Thankfully the ‘sheering’ is only done at night so by morning they are ready to go!
Due to them being smaller they are quicker n able to snag falling mugs n stuff like a ninja of sorts n zip short distances should the moment call for it, also they are very good at stacking things n take pride in their work… messing it up or damaging stock is a quick way to get them annoyed.
In the game she would mostly act like a security bot in the beginning, their confusion or annoyance being what attracts the other animatronics to the player.
However (I haven’t seen the whole game yet so sorry if this makes no sense) at some point Vanny messes with them resulting in them becoming much more hostile. Tho instead of a jumpscare the player get’s smacked upside the head with the staff either resulting in a game over or putting them into a daze making the player vulnerable to other attacks.
Misplacing items or flat out knocking them over would make good distractions regardless tho only after the hacking will they become more active in searching for Player.
Due to their limited charge you can wear them out to a point they are too weak to chase or even grab you. The fear of powering down making them huddle beside their charging station that might not be working for added angst.
I like to think there is a choice Player can make where they choose whether or not to help should the lamb’s power run too low leaving them vulnerable. If ya do you would get something helpful, otherwise you can simply watch them panic/beg before eventually powering down.
I’m not sure whether to ship them with wolf girl or croc boi like both seem so neat… tho I imagine Sun/moon drop being a good friend. Also you know how you can be scared of so,etching but still like it? That’s her with Moon, tho no worries she won’t break the rule n turn the lights off… won’t stop her from trying to peek at them from a safe distance tho~
When startled she baas due to a small stubborn glitch and oml does she hate it, sucks that she’s so easy to spook too hehe
When happy her lil tail wiggles n for a while se won’t notice it til mentioned then she’ll be genuinely confused n flustered since apparently that would be the first time it’s happened.
When surfer flustered she’ll hide behind her ears, btw she hates her ear rings but had to get them to fit the asthmatic better.
They have a soft french accent and when really giddy they slip a few French words.
Her fav plushes are… well all of them, tho her first best friend would be the lil wet floor sign robo they keep in her area, their a bit broken but she still adores keeping them company. Even snuck them a few plushes too help keep them from feeling lonely.
When really stressed they tend to tug on the wool on their head, a nervous tick that led to a few problems.
She actually has lil hooves but the look of them didn’t vibe well with kids so she is forced to wear the boots at all times.
She is very curios n sweet wanting to be a people pleaser… what a bean uwu
There’s some more but I gotta brainstorm a bit lol
(I’ll likely edit this every now n then as she develops to feel free to keep tabs on this!)

Setting the Stage - Part 2
Here’s the next part, as promised! Last chapter was setting things up, now we get to the good stuff.
Summary: Gregory had always dreamed of going to Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizza Plex and meeting his heroes. But he somehow ends up getting more than he bargained for, and dreams start to turn into nightmares.
Link to Part 1 here!
Also available to read on A03 here!
Enjoy!
“How much farther now?”
Gregory flinched when those red eyes bore down on him as if to dare him to ask that question one more time.
“Not much!” Came the cheery reply, despite her glare.
An uncomfortable silence settled between them as Vanny continued to lead Gregory down an ill-lit tunnel, save for the tinny footsteps that echoed as they walked along the metal walkway.
She had said that the staff used this underpass as a quicker way of getting around the mall and that they would be at the Fazer Tag arena in no time, but they had been walking for what seemed like hours now.
A faint but vile odour of damp and rot clogged Gregory’s nose as he scrunched it up in disgust; the air was thick and soupy with wet must that seemed to stick to his lungs with every breath.
He stole a quick glance up at Vanny before immediately looking back down again in fear that she might catch his eye. She had been so excitable and nice to him before, but there was a different air about her now. More... reserved.
Turning back had crossed his mind once or twice, but given how tight her grip was, it didn’t seem like an option anymore.
He was really starting to regret this.
“Here we are!”
Gregory snapped out of his thoughts as they came up to what looked like a large elevator shaft with rusted doors that slowly creaked open when Vanny pressed a button. The boy swallowed and looked up at the bunny when she gave his hand a little squeeze.
He couldn’t tell if she was really smiling at him behind that large crooked grin, but he forced a smile back regardless.
It took a few moments but when the elevator finally started moving upwards, Gregory’s heart fluttered a little as he looked through the glass down towards the arena. It was quiet and empty, which made him wonder just how much time had really passed.
There was no sign of his mom either.
A sharp, high-pitched tone suddenly rang out as they made it to the VIP room. Gregory cringed and had to cover his ears but Vanny didn’t seem bothered at all as she silently took his hand again.
Pushing all his doubts to one side, Gregory beamed as he prepared himself to finally meet Glamrock Freddy. He had gone through a bunch of speeches in his head but they all sounded dumb as hell, so he opted for a more natural approach, not that that was going to be much better.
But there was still one thing he needed.
Just as he was about to ask Vanny to get his picture back, the doors slid open.
Gregory’s look of joy twisted into one of horror as he wasn’t greeted by Glamrock Freddy, but by four knocked out boys tied up on a sofa; the biggest one mumbling in his sleep.
Rob.
Before he could even register what was going on, Gregory was shoved to the ground with his arms forced back as Vanny dragged him towards the back.
“V-Vanny?!” The little boy yelped as she started tying his wrists together. “What are you-?!”
“Shhhhh...” she gently hummed as something sharp and metal barely pricked his throat. “I promise I’ll make this quick, okay? No need for tears, now.”
He hadn’t even noticed he’d been crying before she gently wiped the tears away with a tut-tut. The tall rabbit then set aside her knife – much to Gregory’s relief – and pulled out a small box with a familiar crescent moon on the cover.
“Told ya I’d get ‘em with Moondrop’s Sleepy-Time Candy!” she said, a hint of that cheerful tone creeping back in. “Though I’m not sure why kids would want sweets that would put them to sleep...”
“I-I thought the exact same thing...” Gregory weakly replied.
“Weird, right?”
“Totally...weird.”
He wasn’t even sure why he was having a conversation with this psycho, but desperation made him think that he could maybe appeal to her better nature.
There was a moment then, in which she appeared to be wistful as she tapped her finger against the box, almost as if she were carefully considering her next move. Gregory decided to jump at this chance.
“Please... p-please let me go.”
She stopped tapping and looked directly at him. He tried to look past those bulging crimson eyes and see her for what she actually was: a fellow human being. A person. With feelings. Like him.
With another tap, a white piece of candy dropped into the palm of her hand.
“Sorry, kiddo...”
His vision suddenly went dark as she grabbed onto his face and tried to force his mouth open. The little boy kicked, thrashed and even managed to bite her at one point. He couldn’t fight back the tears streaming down his face as she quickly managed to get the upper hand; by using hers to block the airways of his nose.
“Don’t fight it...!” She hissed. “It’ll be a lot less painful that way-!”
There was a sudden shriek as something pummeled her to the floor, and Gregory gasped for breath.
His eyes widened when they locked with Rob’s, who was lying on his side, still slightly dazed. Next to him, Vanny groaned and clutched her head.
Gregory took this fleeting moment and just about managed to slide his skinny wrists out of the loosely tied ropes before diving to Rob’s side and tried to undo the knots on his ankles first. His whole body screamed at him to run but he couldn’t just leave without trying to free the others.
“Awww...” came a sickly-sweet voice that made their blood run cold. “Are you two best buds now?”
Both boys looked up to see Vanny standing over them, her body oddly crooked as she brandished her knife.
“It’s amazing what can bring us together, huh?”
“Run!”
Rob’s shout spurred on Gregory’s legs as they propelled him forward, barely managing to dodge Vanny’s knife as she swiped at him, though she did manage to nick him on the cheek. As she tripped over Rob’s body and into the couch, Gregory used this valuable time to dash into the elevator and rapidly push the button, ignoring his guilty conscience pleading for him to go back.
As the door’s finally started closing, he mouthed “I’ll come back for you.” Though one look into Rob’s terrified eyes had told him that the older boy had already accepted his fate.
Gregory yelped and fell back as Vanny made one more plunge for him, screaming and howling in anger and despair when her knife clashed with metal as the doors sealed shut.
Stunned into silence, he could only stare ahead as the elevator slowly descended, not even flinching when that sharp chime announced his destination. The doors opened to the eerily quiet Fazer Tag arena, meaning that he must have pressed the wrong button, but that didn’t matter now.
Adrenaline was the only thing that managed to get his jellified legs to work as he managed to get himself up and out of the elevator before it was recalled.
Muffled footsteps invaded the stillness that hung around the arena like a cloak as Gregory quickly crept towards the neon archway that led to the reception desk. The little glimmer of hope that he held was dashed when he saw that it was empty.
Gregory’s heart sunk even further when he wandered out into the mall as he was greeted with nothing but a hush. The noise and laughter and music that had been blaring just hours before was painfully amiss, along with the brightness and warmth of the sun that beamed through the glass ceiling; now replaced with cold moonlight beams cutting through the dark.
“Mom...?” he couldn’t help but weakly croak out.
No answer.
“Mom!”
Despite the fact that it was likely that Vanny had heard him and was probably already tracking him down, Gregory shouted and pleaded and even screamed for his mother as he ran around the mall, each call becoming more and more desperate.
Why wasn’t she here? She should be here, kneeling and embracing him with open arms. Had she just left and forgotten about him? She wouldn’t do that. She couldn’t!
Hysterical and in tears, he somehow managed to loop back to where he had been before Vanny had taken him away. All the show rooms had their curtains drawn as the animatronics had likely been retired for the night.
Slowing to a stop in front of Glamrock Freddy’s room, Gregory sniffed and sat on the floor with his knees hugged up against his chest. He tried to take slow and deep breaths as he attempted to muddle through the fog in his brain for any kind of smart idea on how to survive through the rest of tonight.
“Gregory...”
A sharp pain jabbed up from under his ribs as he quickly got to his feet, spinning around to try and locate the source of Vanny’s voice as it echoed through the mall.
“Your friends are worried about you,” she said, tone disturbingly calm and soothing. “They’re here with me. Please come out...?”
Backing up against the drapes of Glamrock Freddy’s room, Gregory slipped behind them and into the darkness of the room, peeking through the slit for any sign of movement.
“Gregory,” she tried again. “I may have lost my temper earlier...but it was just a glitch...”
He gasped slightly as her voice started to distort, how was she even...?
“It won’t happen again.”
As soft footsteps grew closer and the shadow of a pair of tall ears materialized near the statue of Roxanne, Gregory slowly stepped back and let the gloominess of the room envelop him as he tried to control his erratic breathing.
“It’s been such a difficult day for all of us.”
Gregory could just about make out a small twinkle as her knife glinted in the moonlight.
“Why don’t you come out, and we can play a game together?”
Barely registering the stinging pain as tears ran down his face and through the small gash on his right cheek, he kept backing up until he hit something hard and metal.
“It won’t happen again.”
The little boy tried to cry out when he was suddenly yanked up by the collar of his shirt and shoved into a small, dark space. He was dazed for a moment before beads of sweat started to trail down his forehead as he felt around the four enclosed walls of his prison. It had a cold and almost plastic feel to it, and there wasn’t much room for maneuvering.
His throat felt like it was being squeezed as he choked and struggled to breathe.
“...It was just a glitch...”
She sounded so close now, the distortions in her voice seemed to reverberate through the cage he was in. He had to escape. Run away from this place. Look for a way to free Rob. Phone the police. Find his mom.
He had to get out now.
With trembling legs, Gregory tried to kick the walls down. He didn’t know what way was up or down but all he could do was kick. Kick. Kick!
“Gregory.”
Flinching at the different voice – deep as thunder but gentle like a breeze – the boy slowly ceased his kicking and let out sharp, shallow breaths.
W-was this...? It couldn’t be...
“Be still.”
A beat of silence followed.
“I think she’s found us.”
Gregory held his breath when he heard the curtains swing open and a flick of the switch as the lights buzzed to life. He could hear Vanny moving about the room, pausing every so often to look behind the arcade or the sofa. There was even a brief moment where he swore she had found him when he heard heavy breathing dead ahead. He grimaced as a light tapping of metal upon metal suddenly rung out within the hollow space.
Vanny made a sound of frustration before storming out, but Gregory didn’t dare breathe before he was sure she was gone.
He was probably starting to become blue in the face before his prison suddenly opened up. Without a moment’s hesitation, he tumbled out and landed ungracefully on his face, but he didn’t really care at this point. He was just glad to be out of the void.
There was a soft “Oh!” behind him before a pair of large metal hands carefully lifted him up from under the arms and held him steady. Staring ahead at a large blue lightning bolt upon a light brown chest, Gregory’s wide eyes slowly trailed up to see Glamrock Freddy staring right back down at him.
“Are you okay?” The animatronic asked.
The boy tried to swallow but his throat had dried up.
“I apologize for acting so abruptly,” he continued, taking off his hat and sheepishly shuffled it between his hands. “I didn’t know any other way to get you to safety before she came. But I didn’t mean to be quite so rough.”
“It’s...okay...” Gregory managed to rasp out, still not quite believing he was talking to the Glamrock Freddy. He would have been ecstatic if not for the dire situation.
“Thanks for...um...s-saving my life.”
The bear seemed to brighten up a bit at that as he put his hat back on and held out a hand.
“Well, it’s very nice to meet you, Gregory! I do wish we could have met under more...pleasant circumstances but here we are. My name is-”
“Glamrock Freddy, I know,” he interrupted, before quickly adding, “I’m...a big fan.”
Timidly, the boy took the robot’s hand, almost yelping when it was shaken rather vigorously.
“Always a pleasure to meet a fan!”
Vaguely reminded of when he met Vanny, Gregory berated himself for being so immediately trusting. But...this was Freddy. Surely the robots weren’t kidnapping kids too?
His eyes wandered up towards the chest compartment that he had been in just moments before. It was...quite an oddly specific function to have.
“How uh...how do you know my name?” Gregory asked, pulling his hand away a bit too quickly, though Freddy didn’t seem to mind.
“She was calling out for you.”
Alright. That was fair.
“Oh! And you also left this behind,” the robot said as he pulled out a piece of paper, smoothing out the creases before handing it over. “One of the stewards found it and brought it to me. It has your signature.”
Gregory took it and stared down at the colorful picture, snorting a little when he recognized it as his own. He should have known that those compliments from Vanny had been nothing but empty, honeyed words just to lure him into her trap. His own mother had warned him about such types of people.
The boy almost smiled at how downright stupid he was.
“I really like the cape,” Freddy suddenly said, making him wince. “The colors are so vibrant!”
Gregory wanted to thank him for stating the obvious but couldn’t find it in him to do so. Hours ago he would have been on cloud nine hearing such praise from his hero. Now they just seemed so...hollow and meaningless.
He frowned at the picture for a few more moments before something sharp poked him on the cheek, causing him to hiss in pain and scoot back.
Freddy also recoiled and withdrew his hand, looking guilty at having hurt the boy.
“You’re bleeding...”
Absently putting a hand to his cheek, he felt the wound that Vanny had inflicted on him earlier, and scowled when his fingers came back wet with fresh blood.
“Come with me.”
Gregory blinked in shock as the robot stood up to his full height and towered over him, realizing that he barely made it past his knee joint. He couldn’t help but feel just a tad bit intimidated.
Moving towards the back of the room, Freddy opened the metal door behind the stage curtains and made his way in. Suddenly feeling nervous at the prospect of being left alone, Gregory got up from the floor and hastily followed.
He was hit with that musty stench from the underground tunnels again, though here it wasn’t quite so strong. It was a basic room with a red carpet and brick and mortar walls with a few chairs and what seemed to be some kind of charging station – most likely for Freddy.
Gregory watched as the animatronic pulled out a red and white box from a cabinet and carried it over, opening it to reveal medical contents.
“This will sting,” Freddy stated as he knelt down and held out an antiseptic wipe. “Can you be brave?”
“I’m not five,” Gregory mumbled back, trying not to wince when the gash started to sting.
“How old are you then? If you don’t mind my asking.”
The boy narrowed his eyes slightly, still wondering if he should even be here instead of running for the hills. Though clearly that hadn’t exactly worked out the first time.
“...Eleven,” he eventually answered.
“Hm,” the bear hummed, as if mulling over something. “You’re very mature for your age.”
“T-Thanks.”
He wasn’t really sure if he was so mature as he had just been running around screaming and crying for his mother like a lost fawn while a psychopath was on the loose just ten minutes ago, but he didn’t argue.
“There, and we’re done!” Freddy said as he smoothed a band-aid over Gregory’s wound. “How does that feel?”
“Better, thanks,” the boy replied as he lightly touched it. “And thanks again for saving my life back there. If you hadn’t, she...she would have...”
His chest tightened up a little. Freddy refused to meet his eyes as he put the box away.
“Do...do you know her?” Gregory asked. “Her name’s Vanny and-”
“No,” Freddy cut in. “I have scanned her, and she does not come up on my database. She is not staff.”
It was that sentence that starkly reminded Gregory that he was really talking to a walking, talking machine. And that took a little bit of the magic away for him...
“Yet she has access to all areas of the complex,” Freddy continued, tilting his head with an almost baffled look. “It has confused myself and the others; her skulking everywhere.”
“The others?”
“Chica, Roxanne and Montgomery.”
“Monty,” Gregory corrected.
“Hm?”
“You call him Monty in the show.”
“Ah. Yes.”
Gregory frowned a little.
“But alas, we cannot do anything about her.”
“What uh...what do you mean?” Gregory asked, suddenly feeling his blood run a bit cold.
“It goes against our programming,” Freddy bluntly replied. “We cannot harm adults.”
“You can’t...ah...” was all he could say. That just pretty much blew all of his plans out of the water.
“We tried to warn the other staff members but they wouldn’t listen, and they had the gall to complain about fixing our mainframes-”
Freddy’s ramblings just turned into white noise as Gregory stared ahead; all those cool montages of him riding in the animatronic’s chest while he kicked Vanny’s ass and rescued Rob and the others was slowly becoming less and less likely.
It was only when a metal pair of fingers snapped in front of him that brought him crashing back down to reality.
“But...!” Gregory stammered as he tried to come up with a more plausible plan. “But even if you can’t hurt her, can’t you just carry me to the front door or something?”
“Gregory-”
“Or just take me to a phone so I can call the police! You know she’s kidnapped other kids, right?”
Freddy held up his hands in an attempt to calm him down. “I did not. But-”
“Rob’s the reason I even managed to get away, we have to go help him...!”
“Gregory.”
A heavy weight on his shoulders and Freddy’s tone finally got him to shut his mouth.
“I wish I could do all those things for you, but the fact of the matter is...I can’t.”
The boy raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”
“Myself and the others are confined to our rooms at night.”
“I’m...I’m sorry, confined? By what? The curtains?”
“Security protocols.”
“But I saw you wander around earlier!”
“We are allowed to during the day, but at night our security protocols-”
“I don’t care about your security whatever!” Gregory blurted out as quietly as he could. “There is a psycho dressed as a freaking rabbit out there who is trying to kill me right now!”
He tried to push away the hands on his shoulders but was unable to as Freddy looked down upon with a sympathetic frown – one that was strikingly akin to his mom’s.
“And she’s taken these other kids hostage a-and now I have to rescue them or she’ll kill them and I just...I just want...”
His vision suddenly blurred, and he struggled to hold the tears back as he furiously wiped them away, angry at himself for getting so worked up.
Gregory’s breath hitched when he felt himself being gently pressed up against Freddy’s chest, with one hand on his head and the other on his back, steadying him. He had seen the other kids getting hugs from the animatronics before, and while he had been envious, he couldn’t help but imagine it feeling cold and a little uncomfortable.
But it was nothing like that; instead, it was warm and inviting, and it was enough to open the floodgates for Gregory as he clung onto the robot.
“I just...want...my mom...”
They stayed like that for a while, with Gregory quietly sobbing as Freddy tried to console him, rubbing small circles along his back in a soothing motion and gently patting his head as the boy eventually managed to get it all out of his system.
“Gregory,” Freddy started, making him look up as he wiped his nose. “While it may go against my programming...” the animatronic paused for a moment before smiling down at him. “I will do my best to override it.”
“Really? You mean you’ll help me?”
“Yes. I will assist you in evading that ‘psycho’, as you put it – and get you out. To the best of my ability.”
Gregory smiled back, before adding, “And the others too? I can’t leave without them.”
“The... others too,” the bear reluctantly agreed.
Wiping away the last of his tears, he nodded gratefully, perking up when Freddy opened up his chest apartment and offered his hand as a step.
Climbing up and settling in, what had felt like a claustrophobic prison now felt like a safe haven from the dangers that awaited him out there.
“Oh, before I forget,” Freddy mulled as he re-entered the show room, bending down to pick up Gregory’s drawing. “Would you like to do the honors?”
Grinning from ear to ear, he leaned out and took the drawing and a small pin from Freddy, the robot keeping him steady as he stuck the drawing up with the others. He could feel himself swell up with pride in a fleeting moment that made him forget about the horrors that awaited him.
“Now,” Freddy started as he closed his chest compartment and peeked through the curtains to check if the coast was clear. “We may need some help. How would you like to meet the others?”
xxx
A wash of light flooded across the polished checkered floors and shone up towards the golden statue of Freddy as a woman entered through the security barriers. Brushing back her golden hair and securing her cap on, she sighed as she pulled out a photograph of a young boy with messy brown hair and a huge toothy grin.
His mother had been hysterical when she entered the security office, claiming that it had been her fault for leaving him and thinking that he wouldn’t just wander off. They had looked through the camera feed but given how busy this place was during the day, it was a needle in a haystack situation.
But now that it was empty, her job would begin. She had six hours.
“Alright Gregory...” Vanessa said, putting the photo into her pocket. “Let’s see if we can find you.”
xxx
And that’s the end! I’ve decided to leave the ending a bit vague because of the whole Vanny/Vanessa debate. I’d love to write more at this point but I’ll probably wait until the game comes out (hopefully soon!) Hope you enjoyed and let me know if you did!

genuine question. what the heck happens with FNAF after 4? what order are we supposed to play the games in/read the spinoffs for after that? is there anyone who makes lore summaries for the series that isn't Mattison Pattison?
You came to the right man. Explanation below
Order
G: 1, 2, 3, 4
B: The Silver Eyes, The Twisted Ones
G: Sister Location, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Sim, Ultimate Custom Night, HELP WANTED, then the AR one I haven’t played or seen yet.
Alright, so. Scott Cawthon has said before that the first 4 games are kinda meant to be their own story, with the other tie in stuff coming in as another whole thing. The first books, The Silver Eyes and Twisted Ones and the other one, are like... a canon AU, with the first 2 books sticking very closely to the first 4 games. Same general events, just... shifted around a bit. Some of the stuff in it shows up in later games and here’s the parts that matter
1.) The Killer, the Purple Guy, has a name now. His name is William Afton. He’s a mess and I love him. Used to be a kinda jolly chunky guy who co-owned Freddy’s, killed kids, almost got found out but got away with it, comes back into town years later with a fake identity looking all skin and bones to... be a security guard at a mall, and I guess go into Freddy’s every few nights to just taunt the animatronics? He does a funny bunny dance. Also he’s obsessed with his co-owner, and wrote rambling diaries about him. Also he killed that co-owner’s daughter but shhhhhhhhhhhhhh
2. That Co-Owner, Henry. He’s... sad. His daughter is dead and he’s sad. Book Henry does some real weird stuff about it in book land, but, that doesn’t matter. Just know, Henry is Really Sad, doesn’t like that Will killed his daughter and also 5 other kids, and is not feeling the best right now.
3. Henry’s daughter, Charlotte, or Charlie! I... like her book version. But I’m not even touching that stuff and how she’s a character while being killed when she was, like, 3. Game canon, she’s dead puppet kid, that’s all that matters.
4. The Nightmares from 4 were just weird, kinda-hallucinations. If the kid had shot them with Gun it’d have been fine. The twisted ones are just alternate nightmare animatronics and they follow the Gun Rule so I assume that applies too.
5. If you know anything about Book Michael, ANYTHING at ALL, just forget it. There’s too many Michael’s and Mikes in this series, we don’t need the dead 7 year old getting mixed up in there.
So, that’s the two books that matter, and the one that doesn’t, boiled down to their essentials. Onto the games.
Sister location is next. It’s a stunning game, if you at all feel like you’d enjoy watching it, do it! But, the PLOT!
William Afton killed a kid Remotely with Robot, but accidentally killed his daughter Elizabeth! Oops! Years later, his son, Michael Afton, goes down to the storage area that the robots that his dead kid sister is possessing are being housed and tries to put her spirit back together... somehow, I think.
Anyways, Lizzy is smart, and puts herself back together by mashing all the animatronics together into a spaghetti thing called Ennard, but doesn’t have the best eyesight as an animatronic.
So, she mistakes Michael, her brother, for her Murder Dad, and scoops out his internal organs, crawls inside his boy, and walks out of the facility wearing her brother’s corpse like a skin suit. So, Ennard’s existence is an “innard” pun.
At some point, corpse rots, Lizzy and Animatronic Co vomit themselves out of his body and into a sewer to become a Sewer Spaghetti Animatronic. Michael picks up his Boneless Body and walks home, Somehow Still Present In His Rotting Corpse, and gets so mad at his dad over it that he spends 5 nights at each Freddy’s trying to hunt his dad down and chew him a new one for Everything He’s Done.
Elizabeth gets kicked out of Body Spaghetti, builds herself a better Baby animatronic, and also becomes a punk rock goth teen. Michael, meanwhile, finds his dad at Fazbear’s Fright from 3 and torches the place to kill him, but that sadly doesn’t work. Michael doesn’t know that though, so thinking he should get a nice, relaxing reward for a job well done, invests all his Corpse Money into staring a Freddy’s franchise of his own.
Enter, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Sim. Also idk if I mentioned it yet but this series takes place in Utah (at least according to book land), but the Aftons are all very posh british accent wise, and you need to know that.
So, LONG STORY SHORT. Henry, that co-owner from the original Freddy’s in the books that never showed up in a game before? He’s here now. Basically, Henry put up ads for making a new Freddy’s, knowing Michael would be the only person reckless/dumb/brave/indifferent enough to sign up, and simulated a fake pizzeria filled with fake children, to attract all the remaining animatronics (who want to really murder those fake kids) to it, so Henry Could Finally Finish This, for once and for all.
As Michael designs his dream pizzeria from his little office in the vents, Baby, Spaghetti Ennard that is now 100% Funtime Freddy (aka best freddy) Controlled, Springtrap (now Feral and called Scraptrap), and this Cool New Guy Called Lefty show up to much on those kids! Lefty is... well, it’s Henry forcing the puppet, his daughter, into a Beartrap. A Bear Suit trap. So, animatronic-inception.
Once they all get there, if you learn all the secrets from the creepy attractions, Henry decides to call the series quits, and sets literally everyone, you included, on fire. Also himself, he was in the vents too. He tells Will to go to hell, then lets you all peace out in the flames together, like One Big Happy Afton Family + the man your dad was obsessed with for years and his kid + a screaming bear
And then Ultimate Custom Night. it’s just William Afton in hell. He’s not like, alive or anything. No. He’s just dead, in hell, and suffering.  There’s not that much plot tbh. It’s just hell. It’s a nice hell.
The Vr game, Help wanted, is... i really don’t know what the whole plot consensus is on this one yet? You Play Game, but Uh Oh, William Afton cursed a floppy disk and now he’s in game in fursona ai form trying to take over your mind so he can do more murder. He succeeds with one lady called Vanny, and like, idk much from there. I like the art of him acting as like, a sleepover-delirious best friend to Vanny though. Also Vanny is also a furry. Her fursona is white rabbit.
I have to stop it there because i can and will ramble about this for forever. If you want I can ramble for longer if need be. Let me know if the need is be.

Bigotry Parking
Game: Kingdom Hearts
Characters: Xion, Leha Strife, Vincent Strife (OC parents for the Strife family!) Olette, Vanitas, Iris
Pairing: Vincent and Leha technically
Rating: Everyone
Author: The Usual Spot Cafe
Word Count: 1256 Words
Notes: I wanted to write something that first focused on some of the parents we created for this universe (Leha and Vincent being my favorites) and secondly one that focused on something that people with unseen disabilities deal with a lot. Stuff like this happens more often than it should. Everyone is fighting a battle that you don’t know about, while yes some people are awful and use the handicapped parking spaces without needing to, most people who use it do. Some people who have had a prosthetic for a long time are able to use it without much difficulty. On a side note, Leha is a member of the Al Bhed tribe, a heritage that her boys take very seriously so look out for a fic about that coming soon!
Leha put the car in park and sighed, “I hope Cloud is okay.”
“Sweetie I’m sure he’s fine, you worry about him too much!”
“Well maybe if your father hadn’t been a part of the Mako experiments, we wouldn’t have Geostigma in our family.”
Vincent gave her a disparaging look before reaching into the glove compartment and pulling out a blue handicap sign. He put it on the rearview mirror and opened the door. “I don’t want you bothering him too much about this Leha. He just needs his family right now.”
“I know Vinny, but I am glad Zack called us ahead of time. This way we get to spend time with the whole family! I can’t wait until we see Prompto! I haven’t seen him in forever.”
Vincent rolled his eyes at his crazy wife as he slid out of the car. “You saw him a few months ago.”
The Al Bhed woman glared at him, “I meant what I said.”
Vincent sighed and walked over to the door of the café, holding it open for his wife. “Be calm, wait for them to come to the café before you attack them. They live busy lives.”
Leha gave him a heartbroken look, her swirled eyes swimming with tears. “But Vinny! My Cloudy needs me! Not to mention I haven’t see my Vanni in months…”
“You skype with him nightly.”
“I also haven’t seen Sora dance in weeks and I haven’t tasted Roxas’s cooking in forever!”
Vincent rolled his eyes and pushed her lightly inside of the café. “I hear you woman, just act like a normal mother for once.”
“I’m warning you Vincent, one more comment and I’ll send you back to the frontline!”
Vincent grinned, “In your dreams woman! I was honorably discharged with medals!”
“Aw, sweetie I know that.” She reached up and pinched his cheeks making him growl. “You’re too cute to go on the frontlines. Now what do you want to drink?”
“They sell beer here?”
“Vincent, I swear to Shiva it is two in the afternoon.”
“Fine! I’ll take green tea.”
“Okay.” Leha walked up to the counter, eagerly greeting an excited Xion who leapt over the counter to hug the woman. Vincent eased down into one of the plush armchairs, rubbing his left knee as he sat down. He closed his eyes and groaned as a dull pain settled into his thigh and knee.
“Excuse me sir?”
Vincent opened his eyes a crack, looking up at a woman who was glaring at him with such malice behind her eyes he raised an eyebrow in surprise. “Can I help you?”
“How dare you park in a handicapped parking space? I think you should move your vehicle this instant! Clearly you are not disabled, so how dare you sir!”
Vincent’s eyebrows shot into his hair line. “Excuse me?”
“You heard me! You are not disabled! Move your vehicle!”
Leha turned to the sound of raised voices, gasping quietly before rushing over to her husband, Xion and Olette in tow. Olette held up her hands in a surrender gesture. “What is going on here?”
The woman turned her angry gaze onto Olette, “and whom might you be young lady?”
Olette’s eyes flashed darkly and she crossed her arms. “I happen to be the owner of this establishment and I don’t take kindly to people waltzing in here and disrupting my customers ma’am.”
The lady smiled and pointed at Vincent, “Perfect! You are just the person I would love to see. This man here parked in a handicapped zone when clearly he is able bodied.”
Leha glowered at the woman, nearly spitting with anger. “How dare you assume my husband is able bodied! How dare you treat a SOLDIER first class veteran in such a way!”
Xion put her hand on Leha’s shoulder, “Mom calm down…”
“I will not calm down!”
Olette opened her mouth to reply to the woman but was cut off by Vincent holding up his hand. “Ollie, Leha, Xion. It’s okay.” He turned his blue gaze onto the woman, a sharp meaning behind them as he lifted up his left pantleg. “Clearly you need to be reminded that not all disabilities are visible.” He pulled his pantleg all the way up and undid a few things on his thigh. “Clearly you have no respect for people or for, like my wife said, SOLDIER veterans. I was on the frontline in the Nifelheim and Lucis war and refuse to be treated in this way.” He paused as all the straps were undone, pulling off his prosthetic leg and holding it out to the woman who looked absolutely mortified at this point. “Especially since I lost this leg guarding my friend’s corpse from the enemy.” He set his leg down on the floor, his left leg ending just below the knee. “I would very much appreciate if you left this lovely establishment now.”
The woman looked down at the ground, “I am so sorry sir…”
“Save it for someone else.”
The woman nodded and hurried away, looking horrified at herself. Once the door closed after her departure Olette breathed an audible sigh of relief. “Mr. and Mrs. Strife I am so sorry that happened to you in my café! Please anything you order is on the house! You shouldn’t have to deal with that!”
Leha gave her a sad smile, “Oh honey, that’s okay. You would be so surprised at how often this happens.”
Olette shook her head sadly as Vincent grunted and began working on putting his leg back on. “It’s how good I walk with it.”
Xion nodded in agreement, “Yeah it took me two years before I found out you had a fake leg!” She paused and walked back to the counter, “Plus even then I only found out because he had it off one time at movie night.”
Olette wrung her hands together. “It still shouldn’t have happened here, I’m very sorry please accept my gift as a form of apology.”
Vincent gave her a weak smile, “Thank you Ollie. It’s very appreciated.”
The door jingled again making the four look up, half expecting the woman to be back but instead was met with Vanitas and Iris staring at his parents in shock. “Mom? Dad? What are you doing here? Why is your leg off?”
Leha squealed and ran forward to wrap her arms around her son, “Nevermind all that honey! Oh, how are you? It’s so good to see you!”
Vanitas smiled and hugged her tightly. “I’m okay, but that doesn’t explain why Dad took off his leg and it just flashing his stump to the world.” Iris giggled at that while Vincent just glared at his son.
“Really Van?”
Leha sighed, “Vanitas, I said nevermind. Now how about you tell me about everything that’s been going on between you and Iris!”
“Ugh Mom? Really? Right here? Now?”
Leha’s face grew sour, “What? Do you not have time for your mother anymore? I see how it is! Get a girlfriend and suddenly I’m old news!”
“No that’s not what I meant!”
“Now you’re lying to your own mother!”
“Mooooom!”
Iris and Vincent locked eyes and both shared an eyeroll before chuckling. Iris walked over to Vincent and sat down, quietly talking to him while Vanitas and Leha argued with each other in the doorway. All in all, it was nice to have some of the family reunited after those long months apart, even if Vincent had to deal with annoying people before seeing his son.

Lonely Netflix Movie Binge
6/21/18
In my boredom with Baby being gone on his business trip and needing something to watch/listen to while I pack up our apartment, I have been watching random Netflix movies that were suggested to me based on my interest and past viewings. I never watch new movies alone. I can re-watch anything I want by myself but I like seeing new stuff with someone else. Over some intense self-reflection the past few years I think this is because I have always had company in some form throughout my life. I was rarely alone. I never had to do anything myself. My mom was very social when I was growing up and she always had friends over. My siblings were also always with me. Then as I got older, I was usually in a relationship. When I was single, I had a roommate I was very close to. I’ve become used to doing things with someone else. Going out to eat, watching new movies, going to events, even just hanging out. It’s not to say I can’t do these things by myself, I have grown to appreciate my alone-time. But. I prefer to have company when doing certain things. I like sharing experiences with people; talking about what we are doing, making memories, having someone else to enjoy time with. But with Baby being away, I forced myself to watch six whole new movies by myself! These are the ones and what I thought about them. (I tried to pick unique and understated ones but that were still specifically recommended to me by Netflix and that went… Not so great).
Adore
“Two lifelong best friends each begin a steamy affair with the other's son, but trouble begins to brew when one of the two young men desires a lover his own age.” I have seen the cover art for this movie for a long time now, maybe a year. I don’t know why I have skipped over it every time until this week; maybe because I never read what it was about. The synopsis intrigued me enough to start watching it though. Seems pretty risky and taboo, doesn’t it? That always makes something enticing. I will say, though, it is odd. It has a soap-opera type of feel to it. Instead of being really cliché, it turned out to feel a little deeper than that. I am not sure how believable the whole plot is, but who watches a movie to see a boring realistic story? I was pleased with the cast and the acting. I think it was scored well, too. There is tension and drama, but it’s a calm flick. I wasn’t sure what to make of this movie until I found out it’s actually a French production. That changed my perspective a bit, considering the difference in culture. The setting made it easy to watch; the beach is absolutely gorgeous. I was genuinely interested to see how in the world this unique situation would turn out. The reviews aren’t very good, but I didn’t hate it, my any means. I thought it was interesting to see how everything played out for them all.
Open House
“A teenager and his mother find themselves besieged by threatening forces when they move into a new house.” This one I was excited for initially when it was new. I like thrillers and I like the main actor, Dylan Minnette from 13 Reasons Why. But man oh man. This movie is so slow. Not until half-way through the film did I actually feel some excitement or anticipate what comes next. The whole beginning half I was just kind of waiting. The “build-up” didn’t build me up at all. I was bored watching this. The real excitement did start until there was 22 minutes left in the movie. A lot of wasted time, if you ask me. The same “scary” weird things happen through the entire first 3/4 of the movie and it was just redundant and anticlimactic. But once it got going, HOLY COW. I will say I was so confused because there didn’t seem to be anything in the movie that would point me in any direction of guessing what was happening once the action was going down. So, that also frustrated me. It was a pretty intense last 20 minutes or so, but that is not to say it was good. Thumbs down for sure.
Below Her Mouth
“Jasmine is a successful fashion editor living with her fiancé. On a night out in the city with her best friend, she meets Dallas, a roofer recently out of a relationship. Surprised by the confidence with which Dallas pursues her, Jasmine turns Dallas down but can't get her out of her head. When Jasmine finally succumbs, the two women embark on a steamy affair that forces them both to re-evaluate their lives.” Okay. I didn’t expect this movie to have so much sex in it. Again, I watched it out of intrigue for the taboo nature of it. And taboo it was, oh my goodness. There was no limit to nudity or openness of sexual scenes. I have no issue with intimate scenes, but I was surprised to see just how much there was involved in the film. It seemed to be overkill at some points. I was fascinated by how these two women acted with and towards each other so early on in knowing each other. I guess I can’t judge. Baby and I felt like we were together forever by the time we were a week into seeing each other. We acted like it, too. Anyway, this movie just seemed like a lot of erotic moments with little substance. I did need to know how this affair would unravel, though. Not sure how I feel about the ending. All of that being said, I wasn’t sure how to rate this.  It is rated pretty poorly overall. A lot of people attacked the main focus being on sex. Which it was. It got in the way of getting to know the characters. There was nothing to invest myself in. The acting was also dull until the erotic scenes. The more I type, the more I realize that I was unimpressed, as was everyone else. I’ve read that this is a crappy version of another movie on Netflix, “Blue is the Warmest Color.” Maybe I will watch that next.
Friend Request
“Laura is a popular college student who graciously accepts an online friend request from Marina, a young social outcast. To everyone's shock, Marina takes her own life after Laura decides to unfriend her. Soon, a disturbing and mysterious video appears on Laura's profile and her contacts slowly dwindle. When her friends suddenly begin to die one by one, the frightened young woman must figure out a way to stop the carnage before it's too late.” I remember seeing the trailer for this in theaters back when it came out 2 years ago. I did NOT want to watch this movie. I thought it looked ridiculous, to be honest. I have never been interested in the social . I know I shouldn’t watch anything remotely scary if I have to sleep alone (I have issues with a type of nightmare/sleep disorder but we will get into that another time) but beyond my better judgement, I watched it anyway. I was actually very interested the whole time I was watching. I did think the kills were different. The reviews are horrible. People have ripped this movie apart. Maybe I’m a broken human being (LOL) but I didn’t mind it. I also actually really enjoyed the ending. I wasn’t sure how this could end up, but I like the way they did it. Again, I’m on the fence about rating it. I wouldn’t say it was great, but I wasn’t struggling to watch it either.
Inconceivable
“Angela develops a friendship with a mysterious woman named Katie and offers her a job as a live-in nanny. The natural bond soon turns into a dangerous obsession as Katie becomes overly attached to the family's young daughter. Enduring lies and manipulations, Angela and her husband realize that sweet Katie is actually trying to destroy their family from within.” This started off with a bang. It also revealed the twist within the first half of the movie. I was pretty interested in it the whole time because I liked the story-line. You get enough information at the right pace. It didn’t drag and it didn’t bore me at any time. I was a little apprehensive with how all these movies have been underwhelming this week, but I liked this. I didn’t find it predictable. The reviews, you guessed it, are bad. I actually rarely agree with reviews on movies that aren’t huge. I didn’t this movie to have crappy reviews though, to be honest. I recommend this movie.
Dismissed
“An optimistic, straight-edged teacher finds trouble when a star student is willing to do anything to get an A.” Alright. First of all. Dylan Sprouse acted the hell out of this role. I was thoroughly impressed with him in this film. He was so believable! A great film about psychopathy. I was hooked right away, even with the vague synopsis/summary. There was so much potential for this to be so cheesy but it wasn’t at all. They didn’t hold back in this film; the incidents that occurred. Some reviews said it was predictable but I highly disagree. Reviews also said it was low budget (is also said that they did well with such a low budget) but I didn’t see it that way. I don't want to give too much away because really liked it and I recommend it.
I wish I had better suggestions for you guys, I really only recommend Inconceivable and Dismissed out of these six movies. I guess I’d say watch Adore if you are bored and wanna throw something on for background noise; something to catch every now and then while cleaning maybe. Friend Request might have been something I liked just because I like scary movies, but watching those can be fun. Below Her Mouth, honestly is just super erotic. Take that as you may. And lastly… Please, I beg of you, never waste your time on Open House.
In other news, I have decided to take this day to myself. If you are not my fiancé, I can't promise I will be talking to you today. I have packed a lot (which I wouldn't have gotten done without the help of my sister Vanny, my best friend from work, Ryan, and his best friend named Cal), slept less than I've wanted to, been to the bank too many times, and have seen my mortgage lender too often lately. It is time to shower, sleep, watch better movies for sure, and lay around without having to answer ANYONE. If you feel like you've been stretched too thin or you're stressed, you should consider doing the same. I've been non-stop going at it for about six weeks now and I deserve this. I love you all, but I need today. Comment away, just expect a response tomorrow. Xoxo.
