"BuildLauncher is a frontend for Build Engine games inspired by nstlaurent's DoomLauncher
It can download all major ports for Build Engine games, as well as mods, custom campaigns, and maps and launch them with the port of your choice.
Another goal of this project is to create a unification standard for Build Engine mods, campaigns, and map, so they can be launched with supported ports without any additional tweaking by users."
BLOOD. Legitimately one of my favorite games of all time. Greatest shotgun ever, maybe. We're going to be PLAYING IT, RIGHT NOW!!! A new fan-made expansion came out, and it's been getting some pretty good buzz 👀
I'm using EDuke32 as a base for this game I'm working on. If you don't know, EDuke32 is a source port for Duke Nukem 3D. Something I realized is that none of the weapon, enemies, or items are defined in the source code, it's all in the .GRP file Duke Nukem comes with. So, I'm gonna have to do the same for this game if I want it to work.
Tomorrow [Tuesday],
The only good Duke game I've ever played was on the Commodore AMIGA. I
wanna see what one of the holy trinity of Build Engine games has to offer.
"After a decade of searching, the long lost original MIDI version of "Wendt - Doug Wendt", the only Lee Jackson track cut from Rise of the Triad in 1994, has been found!"
"And it was right there in Duke 3D: Kill-A-Ton Collection's Autorun all along."
And the text tweet:
"You know what to do, @RiseoftheTriad! Which, if you don't happen to know what to do, is to put this cut Lee Jackson track back in Rise of the Triad where it always belonged as part of the brand new Ludicrous Edition release!"
Potential end of the Ion Fury run AND start of Dusk?
The loaf ended yesterday on a big hype moment before Christmas events and he's back with the will to finish what he started!
