okay might sound a bit dumb but like are some of your characters turkish??? im kinda new to your account but i never really see people make turkish characters so thats really cool! also are you going to make a comic or something with your characters/story because id love to see that.

Yes most of my ocs are Turkish (especially outside of Sim Spring) because I am also Turkish! And yes I'm planning on that!

On that note please don't take these characters as "representation" though. I don't like generalization.

I always struggle with writing Turkish characters because i like writing flawed and bad characters but there's always a voice in my head telling me to not do that because we're 'under-represented' already outside of the country. Most Turkish characters I know are either outright villainized or an extremely Orientalist depiction that further fuels hatred and bigotry or even fetishization against us.

I like giving my characters nuances. And you'll see with Sim Spring my mantra going into it is "you can empathize (or not) with these characters' struggles, but they do not justify their actions"

Carmen took a deep breath as she took in her surroundings.

She was in an old building, no, more like a mansion, the air here felt strange and somewhat too overwhelming.

There was a strong energy here.

'This place has a history and if my instincts are right it isn't a good one' she thought, concerned.

She has been walking around for about an hour, trying to find some sign of life here.

She knew that they were probably still busy introducing themselves to Yui, that's what he said was the girls name,but she couldn't help but feel impatient.

She was just about to turn around, when she head on bumped into a man.

She instinctively put her hands on his chest, to keep herself from falling.

Infront of her stood a tall dark stranger, thats the best way she could think of describing him.

He was beautiful in a haunting sort of way. 'That's exactly how mom described them'

She immediately removed her hand from his chest and took a step back.

"Merlin, I'm sorry, I didn't see you" she said softly, smiling slightly.

She once again, took this appearance in. He was tall, his dark hair slightly falling over his glasses.

The suit he was wearing was spotless

'he looks like a painting from an artist with serious OCD' she thought, amused.

"I'm Carmen, you must be one of Karlheinz sons. It a please to meet you" she halted for a bit contemplating whether to shake his hand or bow. She decided for latter.

"You must think I'm so rude" she exclaimed embarrassed.

She slightly soothed her skirt, suddenly worried she looked messy from the flight.

"I have been here for a while, I just thought It be rude to disturb"

Her mind immediately drifted towards Yui

"She has arrived already, yes?"

There was a familiar presence in the mansion while he was busy introducing. Of course, the introduction just had to turn chaotic from the triplets. In the break, he searched the source of the presenceー only to find a young lady. Just as he was about to reach out to her, she suddenly turned around, resulting in him holding her up. Though he doesn't find such impression pleasant.

“It's Reiji. Reiji Sakamaki. Do not compare to lowly wizards”

Taking the nickname 'Merlin' personally. However, he'll keep a gentleman profile as of now. Standing tall as he fixes his coat: the wrinkles from catching her. The white gloves to contrast to the dark suit he was wearingー though she had a completely different feel of aesthetic. Just as the girl earlier, bright and soft light waiting to be tained.

“You must be quite an important person to adress my father lightly. A pleasure to meet you, Carmen”, having his significant scowl on his face, he continued, “Indeed you are. To not report right away or even alert us that you'd be arrivingー matter not. Yes, she is here. Though she is in quite a mess”

“If I may ask you, are you also of the same role as her in this household?”
