I’m watching this show & there’s an older transfem nonbinary character that’s dating a dad of a 13 y/o nonbinary kid, and I’m on the episode where the kid meets the partner for the first time. and the kid is on my nerves with the typical Kid Hates Dads New Partner shtick. And like I get it when kids have a hard time with parents dating. but because of my own experience with queerness and unaccepting family I’m Annoyed cause iTS GIVING PRIVILEGE!!! Like oh my god if I was in that position I’d be so fucking excited!!! This awesome older queer nonbinary person starting to come into the family, wanting to get close & bringing more older queer people around too!!! That’s so fucking cool!! like God I Wish That Were Me!!!!

The Environment of Yesterday’s Co-working Space was Baneful
Gone are the sick days of traditional office setups featuring rigid hierarchies and employee isolation. Crammed into cramped cubicles, employees were doing tasks and having breaks in isolation. Even amid co-workers, people felt deeply disconnected and alone.
Employees no longer built connections, shared no project ideas and hampered their problem-solving skills. Even when surrounded by colleagues, professionals often felt profoundly alone. The office Dilbert satirized became an unfortunate reality for many disillusioned workers.
But fret not, people have evolved with time and so do these co-working spaces. Co-working spaces have completely changed the way we view work itself.
These modern-day shared workspaces are designed brilliantly to the demands of today’s employees who crave:
An open, collaborative atmosphere
Flexibility and freedom to work their way
Interaction, networking and creative cross-sharing
A sense of community and professional culture
The blog explores how modern co-working spaces have revolutionized the traditional office structures, ones that impacted people’s ability to connect and flourish in an office environment. By adopting a client-centric approach, each point addresses these issues from the perspective of individuals who were unknowingly experiencing the pangs of disconnection and isolation.
Networking and Collaboration
While traditional offices provided clarity and direction in terms of profession, they stifled an employee’s creativity, innovation and collaboration. This limited autonomy is counter posed by the opportunities of networking and knowledge-sharing in modern co-working spaces
F For Flexibility
Rigid work schedules and structures were taking a mental toll on co-workers. The modern co-working space understood the demands and problems faced by these workers and built private offices, meeting rooms based on specific needs and requirements. Earlier employees were required to adhere to strict nine-to-five schedules, regardless of individual preferences or productivity peaks. This lack of flexibility resulted in burnout, stress, and reduced job satisfaction, particularly among employees with personal or family commitments.
Sharing Ideas Over Competition
However, the co-working offices have challenged this isolating workplaces. Today’s co-working spaces are specially designed keeping in mind the problems and demands of clients. These modern workspaces promote human connection, inclusive collaboration and creativity.
Work-Life Balance
Contrary to popular belief, working longer hours does not necessarily equate to higher productivity. Unlike traditional offices with strict nine-to-five schedules, co-working spaces often gives you access to flexible hours. Members can choose when to start and end their workday, allowing them to accommodate personal commitments and preferences. We all know the price of neglecting personal life in favor of work which can strain relationships with family, friends, and loved ones.
Conclusion
In the words of Steve Jobs, “Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity – not a threat.” And that’s exactly what the new, modern shift in co-working represents – an innovative approach to the dead workplace models of yesterday. As we come through this new renaissance of co-working, let’s change our perception of the way we work.

something stupid
Hai my cuties! This is super short I'm so sorry, I've been so tired but I wanted to upload something for you all!
Toji Zenin x Fem! Reader, slight mention of Nanami Kento x Fem! Reader
He cheated on you.
He cheated on you while you were holding his child.
He cheated on you during the times you needed him the most.
“I’m sorry.” He apologized but his face, his eyes, his tone. It showed that he didn’t care, not an ounce of sympathy.
You left him for the better. You tried planning on how co-parenting could work out when Mai gets older. But of course he didn’t help.
Now that Mai was old enough for Toji to take, you’d see a new woman every week. “I don’t want my daughter to grow up in an environment like that Toji.” You confessed to which he didn’t care.
“I’m serious with her. So you don’t have to be worried about Mai.” He confessed as you’ve seen the same woman at his house for a couple weeks now. It hurt, it hurt to see him move on. It hurt to see him with new woman every week. It hurt when he cheated on you.
It also hurt him. It hurt him when he saw a blonde, tall, muscular man carrying his little Mai as you were getting her bag ready. “I didn’t think you were gonna come.” You say rushing to get her things ready for him.
Toji glared at the man as he grabbed Mai from him. “Toji, the father of her kid.” He greeted but it wasn’t very greeting. “I know—I’m Nanami, Her boyfriend.” Toji clenched his jaw. This man was no joke. He didn’t expect for Nanami to sound so serious.
“Papa!” Mai babbles as she plays with Toji’s hair. He looked so unserious compared to Nanami. “Here I made sure everything was in there. If you need anything me and Nanami could always stop by.” You smiled. You smiled at Toji? A smile he hasn’t seen since.
Toji stalked your account that night. Then he stalked Nanami’s account. Business man. Rich? Fit? And his profile only contained pictures of you and him.
He watched Mai sleep peacefully that night. Mai was just as beautiful as you. Lazy as Toji of course.
Toji left the woman he claimed he was getting serious with. He got with her to spite you but now it’s not so funny when you did it. Not on purpose of course because you were never bitter to Toji, even after all he’d done.
Toji’s ears perked up at the distinct giggles of his daughter and you. He looked up from the aisle in the grocery store to see you, Nanami and Mai all together. Even if Mai didn’t look relatively related to Nanami, they still looked like a happy family. A happy family that Toji could’ve cherished if he wasn’t so stupid.

Well Furnished Office Space For Lease | Qubexpro Business Centre
Being a business owner, it is inevitable for you to want to rent or buy an office of your own whether your business demands one or not. However, it is important for you to take a handful of factors into consideration before you set up shop.
Look Into These Aspects Before Doing It Up
Space Management is Imperative
The first and foremost aspect of planning to set up an office is utilizing the amount of space that you have to the fullest. Prioritizing necessities over wants should do the trick. Take out a few hours of your time and list down the furniture, gadgets, and other important things that your office should see. Do your homework on the various kinds of smart furniture that you can implement in your office, in order to avoid congestion.
Invest in Your Employees!
Just like you prefer a comfortable work environment, similarly do your employees. In order to help maintain employee morale it is important to plow money into those aspects of your office that ensure the comfort of your team. Investing in ergonomically correct products that are also long-lasting may seem monetarily extravagant, but is definitely a good bargain for the longer run. Apart from being an advantageous investment, it will also make your employees feel important to your organization. Offering poor quality furniture for them to use can cause a damper in making them feel that they are needed by the company.
A Clear Picture for Better Judgement!
Your office should represent you and your business. It should project your ideas, your vision, and any other of your professional concepts. If you can represent a part of your business with the right décor and furnishings, it can be truly captivating and can help people understand your way of thinking better. For example, if you’re an interior designer, you may want to set up your office according to a trend that you strongly believe in.
As They Say- “Peace is Always Beautiful”!
The majority of people today have issues apart from work-related stress that demands them to reach certain targets. Some may have relationship issues, the pressure of household chores, unfavorable ways of commuting, etc. With all the hustle that the world sees today, it is important for a business owner to make life as easy as possible for his team at work. Also, since one spends a decent share of their day at their workplace, it is fair for them to desire a comfortable and peaceful environment. A serene surrounding is always a great motivating factor for employees to get on board, be methodical and stay for long in your company.
Make Your Office a Tech-Savvy One!
Technological support is very important in today’s world in almost every field. Depending on your business, it is necessary to implement the right technology. Note down the products that may come in handy for your firm and work towards implementing the same in your office. For example, if you own an IT firm, the right kind of commercial equipment that utilizes electricity efficiently is advised for you to consider before making a purchase. Do check for the warranty and quality of the product you plan on buying eventually.
Go paperless!
With global warming taking a major toll on the environment, our number-one priority should be to go digital! Apart from that, it is undoubtedly a better way of maintaining records and keeping track of things. So, even if you are far away from needing technological equipment similar in number to that of an IT firm, it is still a great idea to avoid using too much paper, which is when gadgets come into play.
If you’re looking at renting an office space, brands that are hesitant about a change can hamper your idea of a perfect office, which is not something that anybody wants when looking at investing in something for the long run. Choose a brand that customizes its space for it to look and feel like your own!

Heres a reminder for you that being dissociated isn't limited to the common misconception where you are frozen in place, incapable of doing anything or even thinking, or experiencing a significant time gap,, those things. (This is a very important post, read till bottom so im happy!)
And while its hard to spot the milder signs when you're dissociating, don't worry i got you covered by bringing awareness, im showing what those signs could look like:
Dazing/blanking out several times
Hands looking weird (depersonalization)
Surroundings also looking weird (derealization)
Feeling detached emotionally, physically, or both
Light-headedness
Less reactive in responding
Forget things more often
Unable to focus or keep concentration straight
And many more..!
When you have multiple of those signs at once, then chances are you are dissociating (extra note that it can also co-occur with derealization/depersonalization). While it can be caused by various factors, i would like to add that it may or may not get worse as time passes and no one wants that thing to snowball until it got too bad (remember, preventing now is better than dealing later) so having a few tips would help:
Grounding (sensory): listening to music, feeling different textures, paying attention to things in your surroundings, trying different fragrant or scents, have some snacks to occupy your senses
Grounding (physically): feel your chest as you breathe, get your body moving to redirect focus, splash some cold water, hold something you can squeeze (such as a stress ball)
Practice being mindful. As it can help you re-anchor back to reality faster, regulate better, building more resilience, increasing awareness of oneself's state
Sometimes we go do our day without giving a thought that were detached from reality, usually by going autopilot and scrolling through social medias without being aware (well, atleast for me) and forget lots of things while being dysregulated at the end. So by being aware of the mild signs and incorporating grounding skills im sure memory gaps and those funny aftermath stuffs won't be a problem anymore, have a good day peeps.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that another sign is your hearing feels muffled, that you can hear sounds feel more distant despite close, i thought it could be grouped with the “less reactive” before.
EDIT 2: It is true that sometimes these techniques will not work,, so it's recommended to create a peaceful environment in hopes of going away sooner when waiting it out. grab some videos to watch, put some of your favorite musics or cuddle your soft pillows (if any, pets) and stay comfy! Do not stress about it because it'll be counterproductive. Full explanation at here.
