First attempt with Bob failed, so he arranged for a cultist to crash a car into her when she was out drinking with her friend.

The would-be killer missed their target by an inch, instead crashing the car into the truck parked near the sidewalk, where Jaune's husband was at the time. His life was taken in an instant.

Jaune was next to Lila, and she watched as her everything was taken away in a fiery explosion.

The trauma left her completely unresponsive, crying non-stop every day until she bled from her tear ducts.

Now a shell of her former self, all she can do is stare into the distance with her strained eyes, as Lila does her best to care for her.
