There is something about Derek Venturi and Casey McDonald that just so reminds me of Peter Pan and Wendy Darling… I even see it in how Lizzie, Edwin, and Martie look up to them for guidance more than they do to Nora and George. Okay, so I just got an idea that Sebek’s mother was Tik-tok from Peter Pan (1953) who used to battle TWST’s Hook and then I imagined that Sebek’s father was Smee and now I have decided this is canon till proven otherwise. Sebek’s father was a pirate who battled his mother, who fought with Hook for his heart, until she was victorious and Smee decided to become a dentist.

Dress up Distraction

"Terrible! Awful! Simply despicable!" Hook yelled pacing around so much Ruby was convinced he would eventually wear through the floor. Peter had ruined Hook's hat yet again, from what she could gather he put a lot of value in his fancy hat. She could see why, big fancy hats were fun.

"Oh don't worry capn, if I could fix it when it was half digested by the crocodile I can fix it now." Smee assured him, taking the few patches of fabric and the purple feather. "I'm not sure how much more of this I can take!" Hook said in that signature overdramatic way he typically showed distress. Ruby sometimes thought Hook would fit well in those overdramatic romance novels he pretended not to care for.

"How come you're the only one who wears fancy clothes on the ship Captain?" Ruby asked jarring Hook out of his ranting. "I'm the only one on this ship who has taste I'm afraid." Hook lamented looking around at his crew in worn out tattered clothes. "However...the very fact you asked the question implies you have taste, am I right correct in my assumption?" Hook asked somewhat Flattered she'd consider him fancy. It's about time somebody noticed.

"I like frills and ruffles." Ruby said not very knowledgeable on fashion but up for a new experience. "I'm sure we have some dresses your size with frills and bows of all kinds." Hook mused already planning outfit ideas in his head. Smee had taken the moment of distraction to slip away and finally fix the hat.

"Odd things to have on a pirate ship." Ruby replied swinging her feet. "Well...I was planning to throw them away once we got to port after picking off all the jewels but... I couldn't bring myself to ruin such an immaculate outfit. You understand don't you?" Hook said placing a hand on Ruby's shoulder.

"I can't say, I never saw them." She shrugged. "Then there's no time to dilly dally! Let's look through them together shall we?" Hook said basically dragging Ruby into his office. She saw a spark in his eye that felt oddly out of place. He sat her down in a chair far too big for her and showed her frilly dress, after frilly dress trying to find one she'd like to try.

He wasn't kidding when he said they had Jewels sewn into them, no wonder they stole them. She eventually settled on a pink one with red gems and white frills. "A fine choice!" Hook approved, it was odd to see him in such a good mood. He handed it to her and left the room before Ruby could say anything else.

With nothing else to do she got changed, it took a while to work through all the layers of skirts, although she found herself having trouble tying the last ribbon around her waist. "Captain!" She called. "Yes?" He replied through the door. "I need help!" She called back. Hook came back inside a tad frustrated, could she really not tie a simple knot? Looking at her he realized the problem was a tad more complicated.

She had tied it in a square knot rather than a bow. "Well you got closer than I thought you did." Hook said raising an eyebrow. It took some effort but Hook managed to untie and retie the knot into a bow. Stepping back Ruby thought something about his expression felt broken, she hadn't known the captain long but he didn't seem like he looked at anything like he found it absolutely adorable often.

"How do you feel?" He asked, doing his best not to squeeze the life out of her in a way that was definitely menacing and not because he was holding back the urge to hug the adorable little girl. No absolutely not, he was a menacing man. why else would he be smiling from ear to ear? Some paternal inclination? Of course not he hated children.

As such he was impressed at her bravery. "Like a rich lady." She replied with curtsey. "Feels good doesn't it?" Hook said screwing on a comb Hook and brushing the girls hair. "Certainly better than rags." She responded, she couldn't help but smile at the relaxed expression of the normally grumpy Pirate Captain as he braided her hair and tied it into a little bow.

Smee soon walked in with the Captain's hat all fixed up. "Ah that was quick." Hook said, adjusting a few more details on Ruby's outfit. "It didn't take me any longer than it usually does." Smee replied handing the captain his hat back. Hook excitedly put it back on, it really did complete his outfit.

"Well I see you two have been busy." Smee said looking at Ruby in her fancy new clothes. "Not the most practical but she does pull it off." Hook said satisfied with his work. Ruby wasn't very used to the attention, she did look pretty.

"Thank you." She responded shyly. "Well I'll go see if the tea is read, don't have too much fun you two!' Smee said closing the door behind him. Hook smiled, perhaps he was having fun.

For the Descendants kids with horrible and trashy names, how would you name them? From books and movies.

So I'll just go ahead and give how I changed each name for My Canon Descendants AU, to make them feel more like their own character/fit better with the og movies time periods/cultures. I didn't give them all unique names as the point of the project was to translate the Descendants kids into the actual movies, not make full OCs, (though I did end up making a few of those anyway xD) but I tried to at least adjust them.

Mal--Mallow (to go with the Nature name theme the Three Good Fairies had going on with their own names/Briar Rose)

Audrey I kept as it was actually a Medieval name!

Evie-- Eva, it's a pretty easy fix to more period accurate/Germanic sounding

Doug -- Doleful, to fit better with the Dwarfs Attribute names, plus he seemed kinda down in the first movie so the meaning felt like it fit

Carlos I kept because honestly I felt like it could fit in universe if Cruella's husband was a Spanish man, which he conceivabley could be

Jay--Jaamil, and no not because of Twisted Wonderland that just happened by accident xD

They orginally had Aladdin's deleted sin be named Aziz but there was already an Aladdin character named that in the TV show who was a villain so I changed it to Ahmed, like one of the other Arabian Nights heroes

Ben--I changed from Benjamin to Benedict as that was more French/period appropriate

Honestly I could 100% see Gaston naming his sons after himself so I kept Gastons 1 and 2 but I changed Gil to Gilbert (French pronunciation of course)

Lonnie...oh Lonnie. I changed her name to Chi, as with her patronymic of Li she would be Li Chi, which sounded similar to Lonnie but would actually be Chinese and is the name of a girl in a Chinese legend who slays a dragon, which was what I based her hypothetical movie plot on

Chad I changed to Charles, easy enough. Much more elegant and formal

Jane I just changed to Janet to make it a little fancier/Frenchier as well xD

Dizzy I changed to Daisy (though I suppose since she's French based, it really should be Marguerite...eh Daisy can be the nickname)

Uma I kept cuz honestly its a good name and her song is a banger 👌

Harry is fine, good pirate name, short for Henry, which also works. Harriet was fine too, just made her and Harry twins and made CJ go by her first name only of Calista.

Honestly with a pirate dad named Smee Squeeky and Squirmy also work, though they're definitely nicknames.

Celia works fine, it fits with the time/culture of 1920s New Orleans, though I did change Freddie to Frederique.

Getting into some book characters now:

Artie I changed to Amhar, a lesser known son of Arthur (could have done Mordred but as the kid was meant to be heroic I decided to go with Amhar, plus it started with A x)

Mad Maddy honestly isn't a bad name, but I did change it to Matilda to be a bit more Medieval sounding, plus linked her to Matilda of the Night, a Medieval witch legend.

(And apparently there's gonna be a son of Morgana Le Fay in the new movie named... Morgie. My gosh. Well we'll change that right back to Yvain. Her actual son, no she's not Mordred's mother no matter what the movies try to tell you she's his aunt and I will die on this pedantic hill)

Hadie I instantly changed to Zagreus. He's the literal son of Hades and goodness its such a better name. Same with changing Herkie to Hyllus. Also an actual son of Hercules and doesn't sound like a euphemism for throwing up.

Allie I changed to Mary Jean after the Real Alice's grandaughter, and when I made my Queen of Hearts Kid D4 hadn't been announced yet so I named her Aceline (a pun on Ace of Hearts)

Ruby and Anxelin weren't terrible names so I kept them, just made Anxelin a Dark Kingdom name xD (and apparently they're giving Rapunzel a third daughter in the new movie? Her name is just Zellie though...so I think I'll just keep these two. Zellie could definitely work as being short for Anxelin and hey, Rapunzel had twins in the actual fairytale so two just works)

Wrapping it up:

Claudine isnt too bad and fits the time period but I changed her parent from Frollo to his brother Jehan cuz that man should never ever get to be with any woman.

Clay Clayton I changed to Cecil after the actual Clayton character in the books who wasn't that bad of a guy.

Yzla works fine as a name for Yzma's daughter. I just changed Zevon to Yzon to match better and not sound so much like he escaped the 23rd century

Ginny Gothel I just lengthened out to Ginevra to sound more fantastical

I didn't actually do anything for Pocahontas as it always kinda controversial to touch. But if I did I'd of course just make her descendant her actual son Thomas Rolfe and apparently they gave Ratcliffe a son named Rick? So...we'll change his name to Richard or--well one sec let me see if Actual Historical Governor Ratcliffe had any kids.

OK! Looks like he didn't but he did die horribly. My Gosh.

Evil Queen used Evie as a servant for most of her life, only stopping when she realized how dirty Evie was getting

Cruella tried to train Carlos with a dog whistle and a spray bottle - but with the water on the Isle being so dirty and likely toxic it caused Carlos to get sick. While Cruella didn't care about that, she didn't want to get sick, so she stopped with the spray bottle, and then with the whistle after finally realizing that he couldn't hear it. (The Isle made her a lot more unstable)

Jafar has tried to arrange marriages for Jay with those on the Isle who might be able to have wealth in Auradon, such as the Evil Step-Granddaughters and the Queen of Hearts daughter, but it never worked out. He's tried multiple times to pair Jay off with Mal.

Gaston takes his boys out "hunting"... make of that what you will.

Gaston also managed to bribe one of the Auradon guards to bring over some chickens and a rooster so each of his boys, and himself, can have five dozen eggs a day.

Hans is actually a pretty decent father. If you ignore the fact that he's taught his kid(s) all his manipulation tactics. That aside, he's also taught them how to read, write, mathmatics, history, etiquet, etc.

Smee loves his kids, but he isn't exactly always there for them. Because of this, Sammy took care of his brothers growing up more than his father did.

Anastasia is a good mom. Along with taking care of her own kids, she takes care of a lot of the orphans on the island. And Dizzy has practically become hers.

On a similar note, Drizella is not a good mother and has A LOT of children, all girls. Some of her girls are as high-strung and rotten as she is, but the younger ones (like Dizzy) have become little "Cinderella's".

Surprisingly, Lady Tremaine tried to stop it, but never succeeded.

Ursula taught Uma all the Greek myths and legends, and would repeatedly tell her that one day they'd get off the island.

While he's an amazing father to Celia, Dr. Facilier wasn't the greatest dad to Freddie and does regret it (even if he won't admit it)

Like Hans, Captain Hook made sure his kids knew how to read and write. He also taught Harriet and Harry how to read maps, create maps, as many constellations as he could remember (many drawn out on paper), swordfighting, and pretty much everything that goes along with being a pirate. (He would have taught CJ, but after his wife's death he pulled away from her - CJ looks the most like the siblings mother)

Mother Gothel treats Ginny like a maid, but isn't the worst parent. The worst she's done is drag on Ginny's appearance to make herself look better (which is bad, but on an island of villains, better than a lot of kids get). Somewhere in her, she might love Ginny, but at the end of the day Mother Gothel is an incredibly selfish woman.

(A similar headcanon that can also be true is that Mother Gothel is actually Ginny's grandmother, and Ginny is Cassandra's daughter only Cassandra willingly let her mother raise Ginny in order to protect her as Cass isn't the most popular on the Isle)

The Huntsman has taught his kids everything he knows and they do animal control - they can't really harm the original hyenas who were thrown on the Isle, but they can take care of the never ones.

Morgana kept having children in hopes that eventually one would transform while under the barrier, but it never happened. Over the course of twenty years, she managed to have 15 children and had to open up her own school.

Edgar lives quietly in his very run down apartment in the square where he and his son run an animal grooming business. With how many "evil animal sidekicks" there are, it goes surprisingly well. He has to leave the room whenever a cat comes in, though, so Eddie does a lot of the word.

Yzma tends to conduct very dangerous experiments in her attempt to do magic.

The Stabbington Brothers have raised their children together, so the Stabbington Cousins are really more like siblings. With that said, the brothers have been determined to raise children who will become better thieves than Flynn Rider, and better fighters than themselves. The fighting has gone good, but the they're never satisfied with the Cousins thievery thanks to Jay always managing to beat them.

This story is about Killian Jones. Him and Emma are together but he has a past with a girl from the Enchanted Forest that he long forgot about.

Y/N POV

I grew up in the Enchanted Forest when the curse was cast I was left in the forest. But I got separated from my husband I don't know if he went where everyone else did but I'm determined to find him again.

It was like any other day in the forest I was at a tavern drinking rum before I had to get back to the ship. Yes, I'm a pirate the sea is my second love. That is when I seen him walk in. It can't be true. I must be seeing things. I've been looking for him for so long and here he is in front of me.

HOOK POV

"Luv you must be crazy! You can't just walk into a tavern wearing the clothes from the other world. People will think you are crazy."

"Hook I'm going to look crazy regardless! I'm looking for the pirate who is Jack Sparrows daughter and ask her for her blood so we can get home."

Then she just walks in though the doors. I just grit my teeth and follow her. No matter how much I love her she just loves putting her self in danger.

As I walk in I see a girl at the bar with y/h/c and y/e/c. She looks like she's seen a ghost. She looks very familiar to me but I just can't put my hook on why.

"Excuse me we are looking for Jack Sparrows daughter. We need her help with something."

Then I see her stand up and walk towards us. "It's Caption Jack Sparrow. I'm his daughter how can I help you?"

That voice it sounds so familiar almost like I know her. Made it's Because I was on her dads ship when I was young lad. She just keeps looking at me.

"Hi my lady, My name is Hook we-"

"Yes, Killian I know your name. Do you not remember me?"

"I'm sorry lass. I assume I know you from your fathers ship."

Y/N POV

H-he doesn't remember me. My own husband the man I grew up with doesn't know me. I've have been searching for him and I finally have him in front of me and he just looks though me.

"What do you need my help with?"

"Emma here needs your blood to take us back home to Story Brook."

Emma that's her name. The women he showed up with. The women he is staring at so fondly. I found him and I already lost him.

EMMA POV

I've seen her in Henry's book. A lot of the pages was ripped out about her. Almost like someone didn't want anyone knowing about her.

"All we need is a drop of your blood to open the portal."

She finally looked at me and all I seen was sadness in her eye's.

"I'll help you. Just give me something to put my blood in."

"Well we need you to come with us."

She nodded her head and threw out her hand for us to start walking.

"So luv tell me about the time I was on the Black Pearl my memories are foggy."

I watched a light come into her eye's. Like she just got asked to see the Queen of England.

"Well you and my dad use to get into a lot of trouble. He taught you how to sail and what loving the ocean was about. But to never trust anyone but your right hand man Mr. Smee."

"Sounds like I owe your father a thank you."

We finally reached where we was going. All we needed was her blood.

Y/N POV

"Do you think I can come with you?"

They both look at me and then look at each other before nodding. I pricked my finger and the portal opened. We closed our eyes and jumped in. When I opened them up I see that I'm standing on a road.

"Well I have things to do. Hook do you mind showing her around?"

"Sure I don't mind love." Then he leaned in and kissed her. That hurt but he is with her. I just hope he remembers me. He turned around to me and flashed me his famous smile. It made me melt inside. He offered me his arm.

"So I never actually got your name Miss. Sparrow."

"It's Y/n."

He showed me Granny's Dinner and helped me get a room. He intruded me to several people.

"So luv why did you want to come with us?"

"Well I'm looking for someone and I was hoping I would find some leads here."

"Well there is a whole book of our story's that someone wrote. Maybe we can look and see if your story is in it?"

"What do you mean-"

"Well if it isn't Hook and Sparrow. Mrs. Sparrow I wondered what happened to you."

"Leave her alone Gold." Then he grabbed my arm and kept walking.

"Who was that Kill?"

"Huh? Oh that was Rumpelstiltskin he goes by Gold here."

I just nodded my head. So he remembers me I'll have to talk to him. He must know something. We walked around for a little longer before he took me back to Granny's.

"Well that ends our tour my lady. Maybe tomorrow I can take you to my friend and we can look at the book."

"Sounds like a plan. Noon?"

"Sounds like a plan."

He walked away. As I watched him I seen Emma come around the corner they talked for a minute before walking away. I walked into Granny's and sat down. Ruby walked up to me.

"You hungry or thirst?"

"No, I think I'm gonna go lay down."

I got up and went into my room. I took off my boots and pulled my necklace out from under my shirt and looked at Killian's wedding ring. Tomorrow I'm gonna talk to Gold. Then I laid down and went to sleep.

Okay, so as I was talking to Evie about the other day, I was going through one of my old notebooks and found a whole extended universe of Descendants OCs I had planned from middle school. I obviously don’t plan on formally introducing or doing anything with all of these OCs, because there is a lot of them, but I still thought it would be fun to share them with you guys! They’re not all in their original versions from my notebook, because a few of them did require a little changing and revamping, but I still hope you guys enjoy these little ideas from twelve-year-old me’s brain.

Soha Pride, daughter of Simba and Nala, Carlos ship. Able to attend Auradon Prep thanks to a spell from Fairy Godmother that allows her entire family to shift between their lion and human forms. Very dedicated to her duties as a princess of Pride Rock, but sometimes feels overshadowed by her older sister Kiara because she’s the oldest and the heir. Doesn’t believe any of the stuff Audrey and Chad say about the VKs and makes it her mission to be friends with them. Formerly a Jay ship. I am going to be introducing her formally in a little bit, so look out for that!

Josie Sparrow, daughter of Jack Sparrow, Evie ship. Auradon kid because it could never be decided whether Jack was a villain or not, and now he sails all around the seas surrounding Auradon and the different kingdoms. Has the ability to visit the Isle in her dreams, and it’s later revealed that that’s because her mother is Calypso. A huge troublemaker and prankster who’s constantly in trouble with Fairy Godmother, and becomes quick besties with Mal because of it when the VKs first come to Auradon.

Jackson Kelly-Jacobs, son of Jack Kelly and David Jacobs, OC ship. Son of Jack and Davey because I am a Javid shipper for life. A dancer and gymnast who’s on the R.O.A.R. team, and used to be friends with Chad before he turned into a bully. Really flirty and charming like his dad Jack, but still a total sweetheart. He and Evie quickly develop a WLW/MLM friendship when the VKs come to Auradon, and he definitely punches Chad during the Family Day thing.

Steven Smee, son of Mr. Smee, OC ship (Jackson’s boyfriend). Comes to Auradon with the VKs even though he’s not friends with them after Ben lets his dad persuade him to invite the child of a sidekick along with the children of villains so the people of Auradon are a bit “more receptive”. A complete shy sweetheart who loves his dad and brothers and misses them terribly when he leaves (because Smee is actually a really good dad) and is the reason the twins get to come to Auradon in the third movie. Kind of sensitive because he got bullied a lot as a kid on the Isle, but still has an inner strength that not a lot of people expect.

Maile Montunui, daughter of Moana, Uma ship. President and pretty much only member of the Auradon Prep Sailing Club, which the Sea Three join after they come to Auradon in the alternate post-second movie story that I had in my head. Incredibly courageous and not afraid to speak her mind, but sometimes gets herself into trouble from being too confident. Frequently curses and insults people in Samoan. Bisexual disaster who falls in love with Uma instantly, even if it takes Uma a while to feel the same about her.

Haven Hearts, daughter of the Queen of Hearts, Harry ship. Member of the VKs who had a sort of Romeo and Juliet romance going on with Harry, but has to break it off when they leave to go to Auradon. She wants desperately to be good and break away from her mother’s reputation, and dedicates herself to being better once the VKs choose good at the coronation, which causes some tension between her and Harry when they meet again in the second movie. In the alternate post-second movie story after the Sea Three come to Auradon, though, they reconcile and get back together. She’s fierce and sarcastic by nature but not mean, and she shares Mal’s love for graffiti.

Cierra Chernabog, daughter of Chernabog, Ben ship. Outcast even on the Isle because her father is a demon, doesn’t come to Auradon until after the second movie because so many people were against bringing Chernabog’s kid to Auradon the first time. Super shy and doesn’t talk a whole lot, but incredibly smart and loving. Has a demon form that she isn’t able to access until leaving the Isle, but it’s big and terrifying and still kind of cool.

Celeste Frollo, daughter of Judge Frollo, Audrey ship. Claudette’s twin sister, very religious and God-fearing due to her father’s teaching, so she has a lot of Catholic guilt over liking girls (picture, like, Carrie White with no telekinesis and if she was a lesbian). James and Home (Pirate Peter au)

As the ship rose from the sea James felt sure for the first time in a long time. Zarina stood on his shoulder with a proud look as Smee watched Peter to make sure he didn't do anything stupid.

He was starstruck and in a sense couldn't believe he was finally going home. The floorboards creaked and Peter jumped around excited to see what was beyond, James smile only grew wider as they flew into the star that had mocked him ever since he got lost on the Neverseas. No more pirates no more hardship just him, Peter, Smee and Zarina finally finding a place to belong. A place of civilized people who wouldn't kill them on sight.

As soon as they entered the star a kaleidoscope of images flooded all of them. Whispers of Voices none of them recognized flooded their ears. A strange mix of terror and wonder of the unknown settled in James. Zarina didn't seem bothered and Peter looked more amazed than any of them. Smee looked a bit shaken and eventually they left the star to see London bigger than any of them remembered.

The vast expanse of city asleep and dark, for the most part none of their expressions changed. "What's next Captain never scared?" Zarina asked teasingly. James blushed embarrassed realizing how terrified he must have looked. "Now we find a place to stop." He said pretending he didn't know why she was teasing him. "Is it always like that?" He asked. Zarina looked at him confused. "Like what?" She responded. James decided it was a question better left unanswered and stopped the ship by an abandoned part of town.

He felt the certainty that everything was okay suddenly vanish as the place he used to live looked unnaturally different. It didn't quite feel like it used to, how long was he away? "Jamie why did we stop here?" Peter asked. "I need to check something, how about we meet back at the ship in a few hours?" James said ruffling Peter's hair. "What's an hour?" Peter asked. James rolled his eyes. "It's a measurement of time take Smee with you and he'll tell you when to come back." James said a bit annoyed. Peter gave James and excited salute ready for a new adventure.

James pulled Smee to the side as Zarina gave the cook a bag of pixie dust. "Make sure he doesn't kill himself exploring." James said. "Of course Capn." Smee responded with a warm smile and a pat on the back. James flinched at the sudden contact but allowed it as Smee was walking away anyway to join Peter.

James used some pixie dust to float down focusing on his hope for a certain place to still be around. When he landed he was surprised to see Zarina following him. "Why aren't you with them?" He asked. "You expect me to believe you'll be fine without me?" Zarina replied pretending to be insulted.

James didn't respond and started walking, too tired to protest. Looking around he saw a few strangely dressed people walking by, James suddenly felt very outdated looking at his own clothes. He eventually stopped at a familiar house just as run down as the rest but a bit more extravagant.

The royal family spared no expense when it came to keeping secrets. Zarina fluttered behind looking concerned as James became more and more hopeless looking. Like he was watching his childhood die in front of him, he went through the creaky gates of the manor and into the home. It was strange to see it so run down. The garden was dead, and when he entered rotten floorboards creaked beneath his feet.

A few tears escaped his eyes, he wiped them away quickly and continued down the hall to his old room. Looking inside was once again a depressing experience. It was exactly how he left it, a bed too small for him and a toy box in the corner. The dresser and mirror were covered in dust, he opened the drawer and saw clothes fit for a young boy he couldn't quite remember.

He picked the clothes up amazed they were still intact. He jumped at the jingling sound near the toy box and whirled around to see Zarina looking concerned. "What?" He asked defensively. "Why are we here?" She asked. "Clothes for Peter, he won't be eight forever." James said dismissively. "Why are we really here?" Zarina asked flying closer to James who was doing his best to avoid her gaze.

For a moment James considered telling her, and the thought of the way things were when he was boy was enough to break him down. He began to cry unsure of what to do, his home was gone. Life had moved on without him, and suddenly all the years he spent in Neverland rolled over him crushing him like a great weight.

He was only twenty two and he felt centuries out of time, he had hoped he could find comfort in an old familiar place but it was far to different now. Zarina settled on his shoulder as he cried trying her best to comfort him.

Once he calmed down enough he decided it was better to tell her, it wasn't like it mattered. "I was hoping to find this place in better shape, I realize it was foolish to hope for it to look the same as it was when I was a naive little boy. Before I went off to boarding school, before the Neverseas. Now it's all just a blurry memory." He said still not looking at Zarina. He expected her to laugh or maybe gently tell him he shouldn't be so soft.

"It wasn't stupid, hope for something better is never stupid. Maybe what your looking for is somewhere else?" She suggested doing her best to comfort him. In that moment James felt a warmth toward the fairy he hadn't considered before, he smiled a bit letting hope in once more. "I suppose being lost isn't so bad when you have friends to be lost with." He said getting up and picking the clothes he dropped on the floor.

"Well find where we belong eventually." Zarina assured him. James nodded and he left the manor with feeling assured once again. He wasn't sure where he belonged, or where any of them belonged but a new hope allowed him to move forward again. Even if they never found their way he would be happy if they stayed together. He wondered how many others were lost like them.
