My Kids with Elliott

Primrose and Salvador!!! Primrose is the eldest. In my head she's about 8, and Salvador is maybe 3 or 4.

Primrose is a rambunctious little child, loves to play pretend, very imaginative and curious!

She LOVES the animals on the farm, tries to spend time with them, sometimes even ends up bothering them lmao she will sometimes get in trouble for stressing them out by trying to play with them I think

Takes a leader role when she's playing with Salvador

Salvador is also super rambunctious, often gets into places he shouldn't 'cause he's just so damn small and fast lmao

Salvador eagerly follows Primrose everywhere, he thinks she's so cool and wants to be just like her.

Sometimes Primrose gets him in trouble or tries to frame him for things she did, the crafty lil kid

Salvador is scared of most of the animals 😂 He LOVES the cat though, and he's the only one the cat tolerates bothering her like that, to the point of cuddling up with Salvador on her own accord

They are loved by everyone in town!!!! Because I yearn for idyllic small town life. Primrose especially likes Haley and Emily, she likes Haley's fashion sense and loves when she does makeup on her. She really likes Emily's energy and the weird stuff she does. Salvador really likes Gus, always wants to get dinner at the Saloon. Gus loves Salvador's appetite and willingness to try new foods, and always gives him free snacks. Salvador also really likes Shane for some reason??? I think he thinks Shane's standoffishness means that he's shy so he wants to make him feel included lmao

My Kids with Sidon

Thresher and Frill our beloved little zora babies 🥺

They exist in the AU where I become a Zora via a Zora mask like in Maj/ora's Ma/sk, blah blah blah

Thresher and Frill hatched together on the same day only minutes apart. Thresher hatched first.

Thresher is a wild child, very loud and excitable like his father

Frill is a shy kid, a little soft-spoken and very clingy to her parents

Thresher is super protective of Frill but also wants her to come with him on his little adventures!

Though I do think Thresher sometimes gets in trouble for picking on his sister. He can be a little shit sometimes, I think lol he takes things away from her so he can look at it or play with it, and plays keepaway

But if anyone else does that stuff to her he gets really upset and might even get into fights with them

Thresher is also super protective of me, I think, even from Sidon sometimes when Sidon and I are roughhousing or he's picking on me for being short or something pffft Thresher run in like I'LL SAVE YOU MAMA

Thresher thinks his dad is SO COOL and he's right but yeah FDSFH SUPER IDOLIZES HIS DAD !!!

Thresher looks up to Dorephan too, and loves to hear his stories about his feats as the previous king. He loves to hear about Zora history. He probably asks Sidon to recount his own experiences as a bedtime story.

Frill is so creative and so smart, she loves to make her own little pieces of jewelry and she loves gemstones. She collects rocks that she finds, whether or not they're gems, she just has a rock collection and she loves to talk about her rocks and what she named them and makes up stories about them. Of course, we all listen super intently.

Possible Kid with Demyx???

I've had a thought about having a child with Demyx ahfkdjsh he means so much to me and I can kind of imagine us having a kid eventually...

I remember having a fankid designed when I was in high school and selfshipped with Demyx lmao and his name was August, inspired by the film Aug/ust R/ush... idk if I would do that again but I'm considering it..?

They would be such an imaginative little child... with two artists for parents, I think they are just downright wacky and creative and fun and we just absolutely love them and we encourage that creativity so much.

They eagerly learn music and how to play instruments with Demyx!!! Maybe even write him songs and get super excited to play them for him!!

They are genderfluid like their dad!!!

thinking about....... salmonlings.........

two main ideas, ones that evolved naturally and ones that evolved with help from the Alternian liquid crystals after the events of story mode in 3 (maybe there was some shit on the rocket idk i just wanted to design bitches lol)

im gonna reffer to them as

Salmonling - Left, evolved with help

Salmonidling - Right, evolved naturally (and if anyone can think of a better name , feel free to suggest PFFH,)

the little fresh guys, salmonlings! their hair usually has that main fin down the middle, but does not continue down their back. kind of hard to describe how the fins work, maybe I'll illustrate that later if ppl like these guys

their swim form is fucking adorable (scientific term) and they're closer in appearance to a regular, non-spawning salmon. because they had the aid of the Alternian liquid crystals, they can change their ink colour, unlike their natural counterpart. their fins change colour, including from about the forearm down. they have three fingers, a thumb, index, and a large flexible chunk.

tbh i love the way these guys turned out, the silly (i still might make some changes tho, not exactly 100% on these guys)

salmonidlings are much more clumsy than their Alternian counterparts, but also stronger in some ways. like inklings, they can only swim in their own ink, and to counteract the constant onslaught of enemy ink, they can jump pretty damn far in swim form. I'd say they can swim a very short distance in enemy ink, and unless they end up in their own ink on the other side, they're forced into bipedal mode with a bit of damage already done. they have weapons that spread ink as well, I've been thinking of a few (the ladle was a last minute decision, i drew the left arm before the weapon 🫠)

their middle fin is much more pronounced than Salmonlings' are, and it continues down the back. in swim form, it peeks above the ink, but you'd be really lucky to have one swim close to you, their clumsiness mainly comes into play in their bipedal form. switching from swim to biped is much slower than ink/octo/salmonlings,(so they'd tend to swap farther away) but I'd be willing to bet their weapons make them something to be feared (perhaps you could pick them up once they're defeated.....🤔)

they have two fingers, thumbs and then one chunk, like a mitten. swim form of course, looks closer to a spawning salmon.

fun fact, they don't have ears, those points are extended gills. i dont know if salmon have ears to begin with! (probably in the splatoon universe at least, otherwise omega-3 would have a hell of a hard time selling) [i imagine they have ear holes, like some birds. maybe behind the extended gills?]

theres still some stuff im trying to figure out, like wether or not salmonlings can enter water. i imagine if they can, and participated in turf wars or the like, in order to keep it fair they'd have a bursting pack of enemy ink for if they fell in like in some of the Octo Expansion levels. either that or those liquid crystals fucked them all up i guess

i was also thinking about a salmonling specific ability, because salmon have amazing senses of smell, if they're standing still in swim form and press R, they can see everyone through walls, like Thermal Ink. The drawback would be a subpar sub weapon, like a splat bomb but smaller or something.

part of me doesnt like this though, because then every salmonling would be forced to use a small splat bomb. maybe it could be a main ability attachment to headgear? or maybe be its own sub weapon(anyone can use it this way, which I'd been trying to find a workaround for anyways), and while you do it, you can't recharge ink. I'm digging that last one

since there's no serial star wars until august and it's a series i'm not sure i can sit through i'm gonna turn this into sentai brainrot.

i like kingoh this much i've watched every episode at least three times and trying to piece together all the information. i love rita so much i'm planning kingoh FLT and dissecting their costume and sewn a plush and possibly will buy a toy during its run

now i'm just racing to finish kingoh brainrot before May 4 so I can concentrate on Visions vol 2. After Sixth debut I probably had to put things on hold for real to do school work. I hope.

it's plot-heavy and serial unlike your typical sentai but almost typically anime/shonen with a heavy fantasy setting and character designs. but do you need more reason than 'rita kanisuka' to watch it. and the tokusatsu action/direction is so good.

i started a toku sideblog @mofffun anyway so i will be free-r over there. kinda wanna post opinions here and gifs over there lol. maybe polished gifsets here and random gifs over there. my queue is low in the tens but i certainly have many SW stock. i won't remove that completely just, not actively going for it? i'd still do regular tag searches on top of what came on my dashboard, but i might not write/talk about SW for a while? i still have a couple books to read

it feels weird because i became an SW centric blog since I came back 3 years ago. Not to say I didn't have other stuff chimed in but it's been 95% SW running non stop for 3 years. It's weird to have a sudden shift that stays. It's even weirder when you think when i first started this blog in 2012, it's as multifandom as you can get with 5 regular ones. so fuck it. i care about followers and feel a duty to provide? like an editor to a magazine? but probably just overthinking it. i won't force anyone to continue following if they are not into what i'm putting out. it feels weird but i'm just gonna talk about kingohger as much as i want to now. maybe change the blog description in a bit so that i don't feel disconnected. it's MY blog.

Talking about fixating on kingoh. I love the thrill of collecting clues and unraveling its plot. I love thinking again. I love that it gave me a reachable goal to work towards. Though half the time i'm just shouting RITA KAWAII/KAKKOUI i don't really pay attention to what's being said. It's been saccahrine the past 48 hours and i'm exhausted and elated. they got me crawling my ass up sunday at 8 to watch nitiasa live again.

compared with star wars it's just, ₻₻₻ (<- scribble). Mando s3 was a letdown and nobody cares about tbb. i can't stand how hype ppl are for the ahserka series and it feels like a minefield getting to know others with that hanging. sometimes i had to listen to ill-informed forum bros dissing, and when i look at official stuff, i begin to question who's actually keeping the lore.

it's not all negative. i still haven't done a totj!togruta analysis (even though i don't really want to think about totj itself because all it is to me is episode 5). i'm still super excited about SWC2025. i still love ahsoka (yes holding that throne against rita). I know I will be blown away by Visions as well. But I've been letting that define and govern me for too long it's time to let somebody else have a chance.

I'm crazy scared i won't be able to finish work this time. i'd hate that. i'm working the courage to tell my fam i need some space but, every time i actually said that, it's no use anyway. because i'm special. i'm responsible. what i do will never be enough.

i also try not to think to much about the society or where i will be in five years. it's like, some of the things i ultimately want can't happen unless you give it a few years of effort but i don't dare to dream that far. eh

well good thing ko let me think all that. i like thinking. i like writing.

BJD Dyeing: Soulkids + DiM Hybrid

In early August- I, queen of Nervousness, suddenly really wanted to try doll dyeing. Something I've researched billions of times because I have several projects that require it- but setting a day to actually do it was daunting because there was no promise that I wouldn't suddenly chicken out (and then feel bad for weeks.) So, I seized that moment of worry-free clarity! 🤪

Pre-Setup?:

First, I did a "mockup" setup in the kitchen to get a feel for the flow and what supplies I needed at the ready, and then after dinner, armed with my notes and two trusty assistants, I jumped into it. I figured since it was just a hue-shift it would be relatively safe as a first attempt (though a full body doll is still a bit ambitious lol... I think dyeing just a few parts would be even less stressful, like fantasy parts/wings or something.)

Dye subject: 

I am dying my Doll in Mind Laia HCE hybrid. She's on a Soulkids New body (from 2021), and both are in normal resin. I believe the head is from 2018 or 2019. For anyone wondering- the default match of these two is excellent! 95+% match with the head being paler, only slightly noticeable in photos. In my opinion, a faceup would be enough to close that gap.

So this doll is shelling a fantasy character of mine; Naelia, an elf mage that has a bubblegum-pink skintone. (Artwork for reference)

Dye Supplies:

- A dedicated "not-for-cooking" stainless steel pot. I got mine at Walmart for 6$ (I have also seen ceramic recommended; avoid non-stick coatings, aluminum, or anything damaged.)

- A long dowel (or in my case, two chopsticks taped together...) to rest across the lip of the pot. This is to hang pieces off of.

- A metal spoon (for measuring dye and some stirring. A longer spoon is welcome but I didn't need it much!)

- The Rit Dyemore colors of choice. I had purple and blue on hand in case the pink hue wasn't right on the peachy resin. I didn't end up needing them at all.

- 1 glass bowl of cool water (I have seen ice water used but I opted for regular cold tap) This is to cool the pieces and pulls off excess dye.

- 1 glass bowl of warmer soapy water. I just used my on-hand palmolive dish soap. This is for- or was for- if I needed to magic eraser excess dye off any of the pieces... I didn't end up using this bowl at all for this project. I was dying a pretty light color though, so I will still set it up every time- better to not use it then not have it in an emergency.

- Cotton balls, magic eraser, & rubbing alcohol- again, on hand to remove access dye, spots, etc.

- Emergency acetone, if I needed to strip a piece completely. I did not have acetone free nail polish remover but I would say based on what I've read, I'd recommend that far more- its safer on pieces and does the job just as well. But in a pinch (or if all else fails) if you rinse your piece REALLY WELL with soapy water very promptly after acetone wiping it should be alright. (I do occasionally use this for removing stubborn faceups and I haven't had any issues, but it pays to be cautious.)

- A clean designated dye towel to lay rinsed parts on (I find this less messy than paper towels, and cushier) I also had some clean washrags handy for drying parts if they needed acetone cleaning so minimize cross-contamination on the towel.

Preparing the doll & dyebath:

First order of business was to unstring her and carefully lay out the left and right sides. (Souldoll kindly marks almost every piece as R or L so I didn't have to worry as much)

I filled my bathroom sink with warm/hot soapy water (palmolive dish detergent again) and laid a washrag in the bottom of my sink to cushion parts from clinking about in the water. I gently washed every piece with a magic eraser, and tried to be as even and thorough as possible to remove any surface dirt, oils, and even out any possible nicks she may have acquired while being my sewing model. Since souldoll does have sanding lines on one side that are pretty noticeable to the touch, I went over them lightly for the hell of it. I accepted that dye may gather here. I laid her out to dry on a towel and went to eat dinner.

After that I strung her left side in white string and her right side in yellow. I tried to pick string that was a lighter color just in case of any color bleeding, and I chose a woven string instead of yarn just in case of any possible melting. (I haven't seen cases of this or anything, its just me.) I ended up threading wire through a few of the pieces (feet, torso) to try out preferences (I don't think I like wire in this case, it kinda dug into her hip joint at one spot.)

At the recommendation of a few tutorials, I initially filled the pot with 3 quarts of warm/hot water. I was measuring the length of the string and pieces in the pot as I went, and ended up adding about 4 more cups of water. This did not have any negative effects that I could see. I don't know if this matters, but I brought the clear water to an almost boil first- that setting is about a 6 on my stove. Then I added 1 tablespoon of Rit Dyemore Super Pink, and turned up the heat to 7 (medium-high) to keep an active steamy boil. I added one drop of dish soap to the top- it's reportedly to disperse surface tension and break up any dye that may be floating, but this dye is liquid so it shouldn't have as much of a risk of that as powder dye would.

This next part is important- I had help! My two assistants (my roomie @dolliesanddelights/Caiterprince and my partner Naf/@dyemelikeasunset) were present. Cait was helping me document everything, taking videos, and checking the color-match of dyed pieces in photos as we went. My boo had a stopwatch app open and also ended up helping me hold pieces when I was busy. This probably is the biggest recommendation I can offer to anyone dyeing dolls, for the first time or not. Taking photos of the progress while I was in a mad dash between dipping parts would have significantly slowed me down and disrupted my process, and having someone help me time and hold pieces while I ran other pieces along the assembly line was SOOO helpful. So if you're intimidated to do it all yourself, you'd be right and you shouldn't have to! If you have a friend or relative that you trust then I recommend recruiting them. If you do not, then don't be obligated to make yourself take photos, and maybe do a pretend run-through of it yourself so you know what you need and how much time it takes to rinse or photograph a part, etc. It might be over the top, but being prepared helps my anxiety immensely, haha. (Also! Even though I had everything set up, I reminded myself that if it went awful at any point, I could always just stop!) So that being said, the assembly line went like this: Dip the parts with a timer going, to help figure out how long everything would need. I would bob the parts up and down to check the color change every 10 seconds. After the desired color was reached, I would pull them over to my cool clean water and dunk them, then lay them on the towel and check the color and for any discrepancies. If it was good, I would grab the next pair of pieces and my boo would reset the timer. I opted to do all my parts in pairs of the same type- ie both the left and right shins, feet, elbow peanuts, etc. So I decided I would test the flat feet first, on wire. I ended up dipping them again later as they were a touch lighter than the rest of the other pieces!)

This photo doesn't even do it justice- it was already lovely!!!! 😍😍 I had only read one report about dyeing Souldoll resin and that it didn't take dye great, so I was extra vigilant. But it looked good, so onward we went- a 30 minute rush!!! I worked my way up from the feet, doing shins, knees, thighs, etc. I ended up dipping all the body pieces for 45 seconds- even the torso pieces!

The DiM head took dye significantly faster- around 25 seconds. Since it was a faceplate, I threaded string through the eyewells- it did not have any ill effects!!! I decided to leave her faceplate a half-shade lighter so when I blush her, she'll have a natural highlight in her cheeks... no idea if this is "correct", I just really didn't want to risk it being too dark. Another important highlight: Someone had recommend using nylon socks or a fishnet to dip parts, especially small pieces. I grabbed one of these at walmart to give it a go.

I LOVED this thing. if it was bigger, I would've used it for everything. I used it on all the peanuts, hands, heeled feet, and my boo even fit both the forearms in it with no consequence. I was very attentive about any mesh imprinting on the resin, but nothing like that happened- even if the parts didn't move around much, they all dyed evenly. This thing could probably hold everything for tinies, and most pieces for YOSD except maybe the torso/head. I preferred this way more then trying to string them- the little pieces made me nervous because this pot is deep so this was a blessing.

Finally done! (The lighting in my kitchen is affecting the final color a lot, so read on)- The outcome was: her elbow peanuts, flat feet, and face are a touch lighter, but not enough for me to care about. The tops of her hip peanuts have a darker hue from the friction in her hip socket, so that's fine- and absolutely no dye collected on any of her seamlines. Well ok then! 😵

Some things I learned: - Between wire, string, dowels, fishnet, and free-handing- I liked string, it gave me a lot of control. Wire was ok, but I noticed afterwards that it had dug into the thinner resin around her hip socket, so I probably will use it less- wire works well for small bits so they don't get thrashed around in the boiling water, but IMHO the fishnet was awesome and way faster.

- The water WILL evaporate!! 😂 Even though I filled it even more than needed, I started to notice pieces that were formerly submerged started to peek out when hanging on the dowel. This is when my boo and I started to just hold the strings above the pot- but the steam WILL get to you after a while. (Don't be me. Bad bee.) Hook the string onto a piece of wire, hold it with forceps or tongs- whatever you can find. - Keeping up a quick pace is important. The water is evaporating, the dye to water ratio will change over time. This might get complicated if a part gets splotchy or has residue- but I think it's better to run through and dye everything in one pass, then go through and clean/strip the parts that didn't turn out and redye those. (Unless you have an assistant! but I can't speak from experience yet. Guess I have to dye more dolls and find out! 👀) Anyway, without further ado-

I can't believe how lucky this first attempt was lmfao. I keep having moments of "but is she TOO pink?" but then immediately marveling in how lovely she is in all lighting conditions. I need to get apoxie for her elf ears and start on her faceup, and I'm still hunting eyes and a wig to modify for her, but she's sitting on my craft desk in all her pink radiance. 

I was ALMOST tempted to jump into another dye but didn't want to soil my good fortune so quickly, LOL! That being said, I have several other dye projects planned- one girl that needs to be blue, a dip dye, a deep dark elf purple, and a few dark brown hues, so I will do my best to document those too. I find this kind of resource very precious so I'm happy I can finally contribute. 😭 If anyone has any questions I didn't think to address here, feel free to ask. okay so, it's slightly convoluted because its a Society With History:tm: so some things i'll only mention in passing instead of making this post like, a mile long, but:

doll modification laws are mostly put in place due to old social hierarchy of faeries. dolls aren't exactly dolls as we Know them (as toys lol) and are in fact faeries to a degree. they used to be able to do a lot more magic than now and were much more powerful, but over time that dwindled for Reasons (illegal. magic is illegal) but many more high-society folk consider it Important to portray faerie history (ie. horns, pointy ears, certain tattoos and cloth designs) minus the magic bc they literally just dont know how to do it.

so as a result the laws aren't exactly strict in every aspect and more linked directly to unfairly locking historical portrayal to class + wealth. since magic is illegal they don't want to risk people getting more interested in finding a way to Get Into magic by having faerie history more accessible being the reason why they start looking, but people with social standing are what they are. things get waived every now and then. so now faerie traits are ALSO associated with wealthier people and you KNOW how wealthy people just Love to keep Their Things Theirs and not Yours if they dont deem you Worthy

other reasons would include "easy to be used illegally" and "It Just Would Kill The Vibe On My Opinion",

ex 1. sewing pockets into yourself is illegal because you can easily do that to Commit Crimes, since pockets are easy to conceal under clothes and as long as you dont overfill them, youre putting stuff Inside You under your flesh . nobody will know unless it literally just makes you lumpy.

ex 2. man like stuff like giving urself multiple arms or legs or whatever just. while its cool, it also just feels wrong to me in this specific case bc outside of lore reasons, the focus i wanted for them was originally how tiny hands use small human objects as large ones, pixie hollow style. i was obsessed with the joan stiener look-alike books too. theyre Little Humans made of Cloth and thats the Point, makin them look more fantastical Will shift that focus more towards that and i dont want it to :(

anyways, stuff thats less strict would apply to health purposes like sewing up an injury, cotton replacement, replacing broken buttons, etc. (usually free), or stuff considered more Basic Cosmetics like changing your buttons for colour or material, adding or removing tity, sometimes making yourself Taller or Smaller, etc. that all costs money bc of material worth on non-essential alterations, but i won't go into that Now bc like. doll economy is weird since its not capitalistic and their view of Whats Important is complicated

but for both of those the laws are more defined as your tailor are required to register what was used both health and cosmetic, especially if it Was cosmetic in exchange for currency

Queen Of The Ring. The amount of female talent available on Raw, SmackDown, NXT and NXT UK is quite something. It's clear that this is the richest women's division in WWE history. They really should do something with all those workers. The 'Mae Young Classic' tourneys have been fine, but people would trip over themselves to see a fully-fledged 'Queen Of The Ring' epic staged across multiple nights. If booked correctly, this tournament could help establish a new contender for top titles. If she isn't Champion by then(though she should be) the perfect person to become Queen Of The Ring would be Bianca Belair! Bianca Belair would have unparalleled credibility for her 'StrongEST, FastEST, ToughEST' mantra if she whipped a bevy of skilled workers to become the first 'Queen'. WWE could also get creative by linking the event in with Charlotte Flair's nickname and spinning off into a feud between her and the winner afterwards.

Form Full-Time Female Tag-Teams and keep them around. The Women’s Tag Team DIvision is a mess. Keep creating makeshift Tag Teams and breaking up established tag teams and your tag team division is dead. The current champs and their predecessors haven't even been "proper" full-time duos - Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler were shoved together awkwardly in the summer, and they've since been replaced by the unlikely Asuka and Charlotte Flair combo. This cannot be allowed to continue. It's damning that WWE don't have more fully-formed pairings ready to go. The Riott Squad are perhaps the only actual twosome who are presented as a tight-knit collective weekly. Other than that, who is there? Considering the belts have been around for a few years now, that's unacceptable. The IIconics split, so did Sasha Banks and Bayley, and the scene is littered by 'odd couple' tandems like Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke, Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce, and Billie Kay teaming with the likes of Natalya or Tamina when it suits.

Ensure NXT is treated like a proper third brand rather than a quasi-development league for Raw and SmackDown. NXT has been on USA Network for over a year now, but it's still very much behind both Raw and SmackDown as a priority. Need proof? Look at the way Keith Lee was handled when he was "called up" after SummerSlam 2020. The former NXT Champ had to start all over again, and he's had several teething problems on Monday nights. It'd be nice to see WWE move away from positioning NXT as a 'feeder' for the other two shows. Changing someone's gimmick when they leave makes the brand look less-than, and there's simply no need for that anymore; NXT should be an equal to Raw and SmackDown, not a development league. Sadly, it still comes across as that. Lee's stop/start plight and the (mis)fortunes of others like Aleister Black and Ricochet should be a lesson to WWE. Some workers are better off rocking the black and yellow, not the red or blue.

The Women’s Division is improved. The girls get more time to shine on Dynamite. Your champion actually appears(shocking, I know) and build feuds and stories for your women’s division. There’s still some time to do what’s right for your women’s division, but the only thing that remains to be seen, does the powers that be of AEW even care?

Get a new title design for the Women’s Championship. It looks like a toy for a child. It’s plastic, not gold.  It should be as big and beautifully designed as the men’s titles. It should be as big as the NWA’s title or even the WWE’s title. The title is symbolic as to how AEW treats it’s own women’s division and that needs to change with a fresh new design.

Sign Thunder Rosa. It may not fix everything with the women’s division, but it gives you your needed star power. Tony Khan should be begging on his hands and knees to sign Thunder Rosa in 2021 after her time with the NWA is up, his women’s division is getting their asses kicked by what his EVP refers to as a “developmental brand”

If you can’t sign Thunder Rosa. My solution is Push Anna Jay and  Britt Baker as the top face and heel of the women’s division and either of them dethrone Shida.

Leave whatever that monstrosity of a creative team they have for RAW is. Let the Wrestlers dictate what they want their characters to be. Ditch the scripted promos. Let promos feel organic and real. Let the wrestlers be characters who feel real and genuine. Get rid of a “Creative” that isn't creative and let the wrestlers be creative and let them be free of terrible creative.

Get rid of the Gimmick PPV. WWE has ruined gimmick matches by turning them into themed PPVs. none of these matches are organic or special anymore. The matches themselves are great but are booked to fit a theme of a pay-per-view, when they should be used organically at the height of feuds. no one cares about the name of PPVs, so i don’t understand why WWE does this. the only one that actually works is MITB, because it makes sense as storylines reset after Mania.

Scrap the Brand Warfare/Brand Supremacy. WWE should scrap the tired brand warfare format at Survivor Series and move away from Raw vs. SmackDown completely. Booking around a calendar has become company law in WWE over the past decade or so. Perhaps McMahon always formatted things this way really, but it's more glaring now that gimmick bouts like Elimination Chamber, Hell In A Cell and Money In The Bank have their own pay-per-views. Survivor Series, with it's played out Raw vs. SmackDown vibes, also needs a rethink. "Brand warfare" is boring now, and it has been for several years. Although 2020's event was fun, it's nonetheless true that the month-long build to Survivors feels like a repetitive slog fans are forced to sit through every November. Hopefully, 2021 will change that. It is possible to book traditional elimination bouts without some sort of false show loyalty - WWE did this almost every single year until the first brand split in 2002. Their over-reliance on Raw vs. SmackDown is plain lazy. Survivor Series should be revolved around great rivalries between stables/factions. It’s really not that hard. Or at the very least if there IS a Smackdown vs Raw themed Survivor Series, at least add a damn reward. Give the brand a head start in the Rumble,, give the winners of the match number one contenders for their brand’s respective titles or ANYTHING better than just “brand supremacy lol”

Get rid of the 24/7 title. It has run it’s course. R-Truth is funny, but even he can’t make it work anymore.

Stop. Breaking. Up. Tag Teams. Stop killing your Tag Team Division. For the love of god just stop!

Stop killing pushes because Vince changed his mind

Enough with “creative has nothing for you” if your “creative” has nothing for a certain wrestler, then they are not creative. Either let the wrestlers appear on the show or release them if you don’t want them anymore, it’s simple as that.

Do. Not. Put. The. Title. On. Goldberg. Goldberg should not have beaten Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' for the Universal Title at Super ShowDown in February - that was a huge mistake, one that set Bray back and felt totally unnecessary. In 2021, WWE should outright avoid any temptation to repeat the trick and give ol' Billy another go-around with one of the top titles. If anything, Goldberg's only purpose should be to play victim for a quick Roman Reigns squash. Get through that elusive match then turn Bill into a company ambassador. He doesn't need to pretend it's still 1998 all these years on.

Leave the overabundance of spots just for the sake of spots and enough with the false finishes. Jim Ross was right, like it or not, the spots for the sake of spots and the false finishes need to end. This is my major problem with AEW and why I can’t stand The Elite in general. Everyone just needs to  get their shit in. Everything looks fake. No one can look strong or credible and we have to see garbage Indy wrestlers and the spot monkeys make everything look fake and phony. The champions never look credible and everyone is on the level of job guys. This needs to change

Stop leaving your Women’s Champion off the show. It is downright insulting how dirty they are doing Hikaru Shida. She deserves as much time to shine as the other champions deserve.

Stop putting the NWA Women’s Champion as more of a priority than your own Women’s Champion

Enough with Brandi. Why is the women’s division given absolutely 0 screentime and barely anytime to develop their stories, but Brandi is ALWAYS THERE! Everything has to be about her. this is my proposal for a gay flag, specifically meant to represent everyone who falls under the G. ive seen mlm flags proposed before but i wanted to make one specifically for gay ppl that's also explicitly inclusive of nonb gays. my goal with this flag, if it gains any traction, is both to give gay ppl a flag to represent our community, as well as encourage people to use the rainbow flag for the entire lgbt community again, since that's what gilbert baker designed it for in the first place

some notes on the color scheme: the green tones were chosen bcuz green carnations r a long-standing symbol for gay men. i chose blue and violet tones because blue is a traditionally masculine color, and purple is a color historically associated with both lesbians and gay men/ppl. purple is also used in part as a subversion of expectations regarding traditionally masculine/feminine colors; subverting expectations is another thing i feel our community excels at

Summary: Y/n goes to the park with Iwaizumi and finds a shapeshifter friend. Mizuki wants to know about this guy Y/n has been spending time with.

Part 7: We Could Be Friends

Y/n and Iwaizumi made plans to go to one of the forest parks nearly a week ago. But due to busy schedules, they didn't have any free days line up until now. This was the first time in awhile Y/n had been to a park in the forest in a long time. Which meant she wasn’t exactly the best guide. Luckily the park had marked paths through the area versus her usual running wild anywhere between the trees. Seeing sunshine through the trees may have been even prettier than the moonlight at night, tucked behind the treetops.

Used to the quietness of nocturnal animals and lack of any people, this area felt like another world even though they weren’t too far off from one of her frequented nighttime spots. Walking alongside Iwaizumi, she found herself almost constantly catching the sounds and movements of birds and small critters that she wouldn’t normally get to experience. She tried not to get distracted too much anytime Iwaizumi started talking. But with the new sounds and different scents through the trees, she couldn’t help but get distracted some.

“I thought you said you’ve been out here before,” Iwaizumi questioned, breaking her trance of the world around her.

“Huh? Oh.” She realized she had really slowed down her pace but quickly sped up again. “Yeah, but it's been a minute. It’s so.. alive here.”

“Alive? Isn’t fall kind of the opposite,” he said, crossing his arms. “And I mean, it's nice out here, but the way you keep looking around.. It’s like you’ve never seen such a place before.”

She laughed nervously. “Well, the last time I was out here I didn’t notice so many animals.”

He looked around, trying to spot something in the trees or fallen leaves, but other than a squirrel and a couple of birds he couldn’t find anything that could possibly be so interesting. But he decided not to argue. “Right,” fingers tapping his left bicep.

Soon they came across a stream off to the side of the designated path; likely the same stream that ran through where she sat with Sakusa a couple of weeks ago. Y/n took it upon herself to lead them off the path towards it. As she sat down in the leaves, Iwaizumi stood next to her, eyes narrowing. “Aren’t we supposed to stay on the paths?”

She looked up to him and smirked before bringing her attention to the water. “So? What, we might get yelled at? It’ll be fine.”

He watched her for a moment, then sat beside her. “I really don’t want to get kicked out of a park.”

She snickered. “Do you think this is any worse than showin’ up after dark? It’s fine! Just sit here and listen.”

He followed her command. “..The birds?”

“Hmm. Yes, but not just those. You can hear the water move, the breeze shuffling leaves, and there’s either squirrels or chipmunks running around the trees and ground.. Just sit here and relax, listening and being in nature.” She looked around to where she heard each sound as she spoke.

But he can’t hear every sound that she can. “Yeah, I guess I can do that..”

She took the chance to stubbly take in the new sights and sounds, getting better attuned with her lively-to-her surroundings. They stayed like that for a few minutes, before she looked over to him and realized he had been staring at her. Her eyes widened for a split second. “Come on.” She shoved his shoulder with a playfully grin before standing and dusting off her pants. “We’re like what, half around this trail?” She grabbed his arm and dragged him back towards the path with her.

They walked along the path for a while. Watching squirrels run about and climb trees, listening to everything Y/n had pointed out.

Her phone started buzzing repeatedly, so she slipped it out of her pocket to check what’s going on.

He raised his eyebrows and slid his hands in his pockets. “You talk about me to your friends?”

“Mmm.. Well, it's hard to keep things from her. It seems like she always finds a way.” She crinkled her nose as they passed a plant that had a strong odor to her, though Iwaizumi didn't seem phased. “That and she saw me texting ya the other day and had to ask questions.” She shook her head. “The ever curious, Mizu’.”

He laughed. “She sounds.. interesting to have around.”

She giggled. “She’s high energy, but she means well. She’s just curious.”

“If I do that she might drag you on last minute adventures. Which could range from running around downtown or staying in. But mostly out.” She gave a half shrug.

“That almost sounds like a complaint,” he said.

She waved a hand defensively. “Don’t get me wrong, I love the city and coming out here, but I prefer staying in more than she does.”

“Maybe we should have stayed in then.” He looked her over, noticing she was no longer looking around constantly. “Though you seem.. Not so overwhelmed now.”

She blushed in embarrassment. “Ah- Hmm, I’d say more like.. Deeply enjoying.. This place.”

He looked unimpressed by her poor explanation. “Uh huh.”

She cleared her throat and their conversation paused as they made their way to the end of the path. Enjoying the sights and sounds around them in the process.

“But really, I do love her and love having her around.” She giggled quietly to herself. “There’s not a dull moment with her. I may have to raise her spirits from time to time, but she can do the same for me.”

He smiled softly. “Sounds like you’re good friends.”

She hummed an agreement. “Maybe I will introduce you sometime.”

Approaching the parking lot, they stopped to chat. Not having plans for if their little outing stopped here or not.

“Do you ever do anything other than go for walks or to bars in your free time?”

“I go out to eat,” she said matter-of-factly, then looked around the lot in front of them until she spotted her car. She found Iwaizumi’s green Tacoma several cars down from hers in the process.

He nodded slowly. “Okay.. but if those three things suddenly didn’t exist what would you do?”

She shrugs nonchalantly. “Guess I’d die.” She smirked.

He rolled his eyes and pointed to his truck. “So you don’t want to go to grab a bite then?”

“You have found my one true weakness,” she says dramatically with a hand on her chest and a sarcastic grin.

He shook his head. “Come on, follow me. There’s a little cafe not far from here, if that’s your thing. I can give you the address.”

She happily agrees at the promise of food and they head for her Civic. She drops into the driver’s seat and leaves the door wide open while Iwaizumi gives her the address. Once she has the GPS ready to go, he walks around the car to head for his truck. Kicking one leg outside the car, she texts Mizuki, deciding to entertain her with a selfie of the two from the beginning of their walk.

“Hmm?” Blur of orange to her right catching her interest. A gorgeous red fox had appeared while she was preoccupied, walking around the open driver’s door. Her eyes widened at the sight. Foxes typically stayed away from her, but she was almost only ever out here as a wolf, so that’s only to be expected. The fox sat on the pavement, giving her a cheerful tail wag. She cooed, “Hey there lil’ fella.”

Immediately the fox’s ears pulled back, and she swears its face scrunched. Not a minute later the fox swiftly hopped into her car and onto her lap, completely catching her off guard.

“Ho?” She squinted. How strange. She would have never imagined such behavior from a wild fox; though there is a shifter that looks oddly similar that probably would crawl in her lap if given the opportunity. He does have the same set of face markings..

The realization of the situation hit her. “Oh! No no, hey! I’m not alone here!” She quietly scolded the shifter in her lap, looking over to where Iwaizumi had parked but she couldn’t spot his truck passed the other cars from here. “Ah shit, do you need a ride home?” She asked the fox shifter just before he hopped into the backseat.

“Okay, uh, hold on.” She quickly dialed Iwaizumi, “Hey, uh, sorry, um.. No, no.. A friend just got a hold of me and needs me to take them home.. Ah, no! He’s fine, just- ..Actually, can we just change locations? ..Yeah, no, he's remotely close to where you live, kinda, so if you want to go anywhere around there, I can meet you when I’m done or something.. Yeah, yeah! I think I know that place..” She peered into the backseat at the fox. Cupping the microphone and sighing, she whispers to the fox, “You’re lucky I love you.”

Back to the phone, “Okay! I’ll see you there! Sorry, again!” Hanging up, she started the car. “Stay down until we hit the highway. Don’t shift yet either.”

Since I outed myself with an ask to phoenix about an event I’ll go ahead and post something about my schedule for three wishes here. I won’t put this under read more just for visibility, so sorry ahead of time for clogging your dashes.

As a note ahead of time THESE ARE ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE, I DO NOT GIVE ANY DATES CAUSE I’M NOT PUTTING MYSELF ON A DEADLINE. I’m doing this for my own enjoyment and hopefully, others as well but please don’t rush me. I’m sharing this just to be open about my plans and what I’m working on, and perhaps for the motivations / reminders it’ll give me - not to give anyone a reason to come at me. Okay? Okay.

Not counting small comics or misc posts of art and info or fics:

First order of business is for me to finish drawing all of Silas’ outfits and Design the Enchantress. I have Silas almost completely done sketch wise, so I’ll work on the sketches of the Enchantress next and then line/color and post those. I might also do some side character designs as I have a few that might show up here and there (but they’ll just be like the ghosts in canon, occasionally there and then you don’t see them for fucking ever). I WOULD do outfit design sheets for EVERY character BUT....that would be a lot of work. I might end up just making polls like ‘who would you like to see outfit references for’ and then work on them at my own pace. That way you guys get what you want first and I still have fun designing everyone’s outfits regardless.

Second order of business is my event I mentioned in the ask to phoenix, BATTLE OF THE BANDS! I accidentally went full game dev on the documentation (because if I’m not gonna use all that documentation homework I did for that game art degree NOW then when am I going to??), but I’m actually pretty far along planning wise since I’ve been working on it when I needed break from art things. Right now I have about half of the main story of the event outlined. My order of doing things is Summary of Story > Outline of items / mini games > Figure out what characters were going to be in the event > Main story outline > Card Story outlines > Finalized story and Card Stories > Art Assets. So it might take awhile before I post any art for it. But if people show interest in me posting some of the in progress things feel free to send me an ask every now and then and I can update you! Because of the ask and permission given, Evonie from @phoenix-manga ‘s Diamond Crown Academy will make an appearance in the event, as well as Three Wishes OCs made by @tsukikoayanosuke (Bridgette) and @missnekonyan (Donelle) as the clubs their characters are involved with the event overall. I’m really excited I got permission from all of them to be able to reference their characters! They won’t be big rolls but I’m happy to give all of these creators spotlight by adding in their characters.

Third thing, Regular Card Stories and Art for Cards! I am already making documentation to have these noted down, Will probably do them one dorm at a time but I do have a few ideas already. I will say that my R-SSR order of the cards is a bit different from canon. R’s are School Uniforms and PE outfits (will be slightly different depending on which PE course is taken by the student, since there’s three at three wishes), SRs  are Dorm Outfits and Fundraising outfits - as Dorm outfits are different per person i didn’t think they were special enough for SSRs but still worth some highlight, and Fundraising / Volunteering is a mandatory class at Three Wishes so that gets another SR spot. Then lastly their SSRs are their Ceremony outfits. These are also different per character but they will all have a matching color scheme so that’s why i wanted these to be the SSRs.  I also already have like four future events planned and which characters will be getting cards / what rank the cards will be for those characters! None of these events have any kind of outline yet, only general concepts and characters possibly involved, so the characters may change but I have them written down so I don’t forget and I can add to the event outlines as I find inspiration.

Maybe the fourth thing is actually designing the dang school. I SUCK at environment art, I’m not going to lie. It’s why alot of my comics up until this point has had minimal or no backgrounds at all. But one of the reasons why I’m drawing comics is to maybe get better at backgrounds cause I’m already sick of them not having one so progress I guess. But this is why this is kind of last on my list, as I definitely need the practice. If there’s a dorm or location I have listed that you would like to see art for or just described in better detail, Feel free to send me an ask!

And the thing I’m kind of working on while all of that is going on is of course, the Main Story Outline! I have all the chapter names picked and I have at least the Prologue - Second chapter bullet pointed as a first draft - I already know some places I wanna go back and change things but for now I’m just trying to get the general ideas for each chapter down. As of now there are eight chapters in total - including the prologue and the finale, so six major story chapters over all.  I’m still not sure how I want to tell this story in all honestly. Part of me REALLY REALLY REALLY wants to make these full blown comics in all honesty. I’ve been wanting to draw actual comics since I was a kid and I’m closer now than I ever have been to being able to do so. But I also know how much of a time sync that is and know that I haven’t quite grasped all the shading tools in CSP to really give it the effect I want to have - which is one of the reasons I’m working on the mini comic pages here and there so I can slowly improve - but I can’t promise anything. If nothing else, I’m semi confident in my writing skills so I will maybe end up writing it out.

As a treat TM, I’ll list the chapter titles I have down below. THESE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, but I am pretty happy with them right now - they’ll only likely change if I end up changing my entire idea for the chapter or changing the order of chapters. Anyone care to give me some theories on what you think each chapter is about? :thinking:
