Banana pancakes recipe♡
Ingredients for 5/6 pancakes
1 egg
5 tablespoon of flour
1 ripe banana
All you need to do is mash the banana with a fork, add the egg an the flour. Mix everything together and cook over low heat in a non-stick pan(or put oil or butter in a regular pan). When bubbles form on the pancakes, turn them over and cook them for about 1 minute. You can also add a sweetener in the dough ( like honey or sugar), i don’t do this cause banana is already really sweet and usually i eat them with some jam on the top and other fresh fruits ♡

4 large portobello mushroom caps- 1 tablespoon olive oil- 1 small onion, finely chopped- 2 cloves garlic, minced- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Clean the portobello mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and gently scrape out the gills with a spoon to create more space for the stuffing. Set the mushroom caps aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.

282 for the whole thing (around 500 ml)
This is soo tasty and I only ate half cause it was so filling. Pls try this!
Recipe:
200 g greek yoghurt 0% fat (115 cals)
200 g blueberry yoghurt low fat (70 cals)
100 g frozen blueberries (36 cals)
0,5 tbls vanilla sugar (29 cals)
30 g low cal sweetener (make sure u use one that is the same ratio as sugar, i uses Nick's use like sugar.) (32 cals)
Mix everything together and pop in the freezer.
If you want it more sweet you can add more sweetener.
282 cals for the entire thing. Enjoy!

There seems to be one universal truth when it comes to dieting. No one really enjoys the process though we all eagerly await and anticipate the results. The problem is that far too many men and women around the world focus so much on dieting and perfecting their external beauty that they forget the beautiful people they are inside along the way. Our culture is becoming obsessive about the perfect body and the perfect body image.
If there was one message that should make it out to everyone dieing it is this: dieting should be more about health than beauty. You should not need to conform to some preconceived notion of what is or should be beautiful. If we create a world where everyone looks alike it would be rather boring in the end.
You need to focus on being happy with who you are in order to achieve the greatest dieting success you will have ever dared dream. Many of use eat out of emotional need or a simple need for comfort when we are depressed, hurting, uncertain, or simply in unfamiliar territory. There is no solution that will work for everyone when it comes to making peace with who you are and this by no means indicates that you should no longer seek to be the healthiest you there is. It simply means that your focus should be more on coming to terms with who you are as a person than in creating a new person or imagine behind which you can hide.

Danny, due to his biology of being half dead, can eat very questionable things and not die. He decides to start a youtube channel with this.
He buys obvious shitty supplements online, clear and obvious scams, and takes them as directed for a month.
Then he reports what they did to him, and sends the samples to get tested. He's gotten more than a few scammers arrested by providing solid evidence that they used hazardous materials to make their product.
He gets away with this by claiming to have the power of abnormal metabolism, or an "iron stomach", so toxins aren't as likely to hurt him.
One of his viewers sends him an unmarked bottle of pills, saying that if he doesn't take the entire bottle on a livestream, they'll blow up a city.
Danny does his livestream, and goes out of his way to use the entire bottle of pills in extravagant recipes. By the end of it he's created a five course meal, all with the pills cooked/melted in, and it's become a mukbang.
The villain who sent it is watching the livestream pissed off, because they didn't specify how to take the pills, so this technically counts. The heroes they have trapped are losing their minds with concern.
