QUEER DISABLED DND PLAYERS WANTED
Tumblr media
Hi! We are seeking a fourth player for our DnD campaign! The other 3 players are all queer and physically disabled, and we'd love to play with another queer disabled person as well, but that's not required. The important thing is that we all vibe well as a group and that everyone is respectful. Must be available to play Wednesday evenings from 7pm-11pm EST through discord call. Must be over 21 years old, no experience necessary!
If you're interested, please DM me or fill out this form!
Thanks everyone, we found a player!

Looking for a D&D friend group???
I hardly everrrr post on tumblr, but
My group is looking for 1 more DM/player to add to our group! I'm currently the forever DM, and I'd love to be able to play in another campaign with everyone else in addition to my own :).
Info:
Majority of us are unable to meet in person, so we play online using discord, and roll20
We play cameras on because we believe it adds to the roleplay aspect of our game.
We are a very roleplay heavy, theatrical group of people. Combat has it's place, but definitely takes a backseat sometimes to exploration, and roleplay.
Sessions generally cap at 3 hours and we're all pretty happy with that.
Before you go to the trouble of writing a campaign, we can hold a one shot of some kind of make sure our playing styles mesh well with each other :).
Requirements:
be 21+
be a passionate storyteller who loves what they make, and loves collaborative storytelling + world building
All of us are in the EST time zone, so you'll have to be able to work with that
Be able to make time for sessions every week to every other week regularly.
Be flexible, willing to listen, and value communication with others.
Be understanding of mental health struggles.
Understand that we may need to take a break from sessions once in a while! Life happens, yk
Additional assets:
being queer is not a requirement, but we all are so just be aware of that.
Being an artist is also not a requirement, but definitely enthusiastically welcome as 2/4 of us are.
Perks to joining us:
We're all very close, and anyone we add to our group immediately gets drawn in to our excitement and chatter about the campaign.
We love to b stupid
we hang out regularly outside of D&D to play games and watch movies
In addition to being DM for your own campaign, you'll immediately get to join mine as a player :).
I will love u and b eternally grateful for freeing me from forever DM prison.
If this all sounds like it's for you, feel free to shoot me a message to chat! welcoming any questions, no pressure at all!

ONE SEAT LEFT
Now is your chance to play a TTRPG campaign inspired by : 𝘏𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘴 𝘔𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘦, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘦'𝘴 𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘳 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯, 𝘋𝘳.𝘞𝘩𝘰 and 𝘎𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘩.
🜔 - Explore the storybook world of the Apothecary Demiplane & experience the contrasted 1920s Steampunk world in the Material Plane.
🜠 - Manage the Shop, plan the route for the mobile city to follow and solve crisis as they may arise within the 7 Districts
🝊 - Carefully move between the Shadow Realm and the Material to avoid detection while traveling.
🜲 - Uncover the mystery that surrounds the life raft that hosted the survivors of a forgotten era. ──────────────────
You are a Scion of one of the 7 Principle Houses of the Apothecary. Just a week ago you were sent to the Observatory to assist Dr.Locke in the operation of the storefront that serves as a public face for the hidden city as they move from town to town.
It should have been an easy job, after all, The Apothecary is one of the most peaceful places to exist, the last remnants of a magical world still living on.
But, as the Scions’ you are trusted with a secret upon your arrival to the Observatory. The Demiplane had been collapsing for a long time, as magic leaves the Material plane the tie that keeps your city intact is slowly coming undone. Doctor Locke expects that between all of you and herself a solution to the problem will present itself. And while that might be true, time is starting to grow more finite by the moment and decisions will have to be made. ──────────────────

Looking for two more players in my DND homebrew campaign.
Set in a world where the sun had vanished, leaving behind no traces of its being except for the living souls of Sol, you and your party are being sent out to collect relics in an attempt to piece together the long forgotten history of your world. Maybe you'll learn what has been lost, or perhaps find more than what you bargained for..
If this interests you at all, please let me know!

DND 5e HOMEBREW, RP Heavy
THURSDAYS 11am PST / 2pm EST / 6pm GMT
The Isle of Kings, known for its many kingdoms that have been allied in peace for a long long time, senses catastrophe on the horizon. Luckily their ancestors had plans for when champions were needed. An ancestor of each of the original kingdom's royal families had a special weapon crafted for their descendants to use in time of need. These weapons of incredible power were hidden deep beneath the kingdoms in the bowels of the isle, and only their kin can find the way and open the path.
You are all descendants of those royals - be it still part of the current royal family, deposed and living in hiding, or living a blissfully normal life having no clue who you are descended from. You are called upon by the central kingdom, whose young king and his elder princess sister inform you that you are the one to inherit your kingdom's great weapon in the coming time of need, and that he wishes to band together to retrieve these weapons as allies, and for safety. For there are those who believe they deserve these weapons and will interfere.
The game would be a healthy mix of political intrigue, exploring each character's backstory/kingdom (ie going to the zora's domain before you do the dungeon), and a small "dungeon crawl" to wrap up that character's/kingdom's arc. i say "dungeon crawl" because it's my game and well. you know there's gonna be more rp, and plenty of chances to rest and talk, etc.
Each character will receive an incredibly powerful weapon at the end of their arc, but won't have access to it without consequences. It is meant to be an endgame weapon in design, and will take a great toll on you once used. That being said, you CAN absolutely use it. You would also be more than welcome to help shape your character's kingdom and how it's history has changed it, politically, culturally, and physically. Or you can leave it in my hands. (: Currently, each of the 8 kingdoms has inspirations from different cultures and ethnic groups of Asia, without being shitty stereotypes or caricatures.
Additional note: I know how stupid the name is but hear me out. While I was spitballing name ideas, I noticed the acronym for Champions of King is CoK. I, having the sense of humor of a 12yo, stuck with it.

European player looking for a DM/players
I'm 28, preferably looking for other adults to play. I'm only interested in 5e currently, I don't want to learn a different system.
I live in GMT+2 timezone, currently any day is free,
I'd prefer to play over text but voice call is fine too,
I have no particular limitations about classes, so if you need a specific class to fill a spot I'm down,
I'd prefer to play less humanoid races (tief, orc, dragonborn and other beastfolk, warforged, etc.)
If you have a campaign starting or just need a +1, feel free to reach out 💕

I want to play CoS so bad, I'd even join a pay to play if I had the money (I don't, I'm broke without a job, and I’m only 16 years old).
:(
Anyways I’m legit serious about joining a Curse of Strahd campaign if anyone’s looking for a player to join. I’m looking to put my Drow Warlock/Artificer to use. If I need to change nothing to fit the DM’s choices here is her D&D beyond sheet https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/118139467/fyGuSB.
I would use roll20 if I knew how it worked, I can and do use discord. I can’t do video as of the moment, but I’m working on it. I can however do voice. If you think I’m a good fit or interested in having me join your campaign pm me for my discord.
EDIT: I found a DM, in need of more players. Pm @/mimudraeg to join :3

Looking for Players for an SW5e Game!
Hi! I'm an experienced DM looking for players to join an SW5e game.
To begin with, what is SW5e?
SW5e is a Star Wars hack of DND 5e. It has the same base components as normal 5e, but with a Star Wars and generally futuristic twist. The classes have been adapted into the world of Star Wars and are more customizable than base game. Casting is split between two systems: force casting and tech casting. Force casters are the more traditional Star Wars casters (think force choke and jedi mind tricks) while tech casters "cast" using devices and gadgets.
If you're interested, click here for more information!
What's the deal with the game?
Currently, I am between two options set in the Star Wars universe.
Option 1
You are a part of a special forces unit working for the Empire. You could be some variety of stormtrooper, ISB operator, or even an inquisitor in training. While you are working for the Empire, this campaign doesn't necessarily have to be an evil campaign. It will be up to you and your party to decide whether you embrace the ideals of the Empire of if you will strive to challenge their grip on the universe.
Option 2
You are members of a powerful Sith's retinue in the Old Republic era. This campaign would focus more on tracking down ancient artifacts and furthering the goals of the individual that you work under. Think political assassinations and tomb raiding, all against the backdrop of intergalactic war. Like Star Wars Indiana Jones. There will be less debating over small issues like ethics and morality and more of a focus on exploration and intrigue.
Yo, who the eff is this?
I've been seriously playing DND since 2020 and have been DMing that entire time. I've dabbled with 3.5, Pathfinder 1st edition, 4e, and other indie games here and there as well as other TTRPGs. I'm a really big fan of homebrew and am an avid homebrewer myself. I like to run player driven games that focus on drama and hard hitting choices. I love to build arcs around each player's backstories to really give everyone their fair share in the spotlight. I'm looking for people who enjoy interacting with their fellow players and will collectively work together and with me to create a fun and interesting story. I genuinely believe that DND is a collaborative effort, so a love of roleplay and player interest and input are things that I really love having at my table.
Final notes!
I'm looking for around four to five players. Timing is currently flexible, although weekday nights are preferred. This campaign will be hosted online using Roll20 and discord. I do want to put a disclaimer that I already have a player in my group. She is my girlfriend, but she will not be receiving any special treatment and is already very well aware of that fact.
If you're interested, please fill out the google form linked here! I'll get back to you if I feel like you're a good match! Thanks so much for your interest and I'm looking forward to reading your submission.

Hello Tumblr land!
٩(̾●̮̮̃̾•̃̾)۶ ٩(̾●̮̮̃̾•̃̾)۶ I would like to announce that I am starting another online SwanQueen table top role playing campaign over on my Discord!! ٩(̾●̮̮̃̾•̃̾)۶ ٩(̾●̮̮̃̾•̃̾)۶
The campaign's story will take place just after Emma arrived in and decided to at least for a time stay in Storybrooke, only this time the breaking of the Dark Curse happens exponentially, instead of gradually, as it did with cannon.
As the curse rapidly crumbles, the cast of players, roleplaying both as character's from the show (including our favorite couple!) as well as original player created characters, will be whisked away to parts unknown, and be forced to learn how to work together if they have any hope of surviving.
I will be acting as Dungeon Master/Game Master for this very exciting adventure. This will be a OUAT season 1 AU campaign, using a basic form of 5e D&D as the rule set, and with level 1 characters.
Anyone who is interested in possibly joining the campaign feel free to reach out to me via my discord @ grtmnick.

DND Campaign: L.A. Numinous
The Pantheons of the World are not as fantastical or mythical as you might think. They are around us, always hiding in plain sight. They hide from the Mortal Realm, having forgone most of their earthly attachments after the Great War, the World War, the Last War that they would put themselves through.
They hid their World, their mythologies, their fantasies from the Mortal Realm, between the cracks of what can and can't be seen. There in the unperceived, the lives of fantastical creatures, of ogres and fairies, of kitsune and deities, they continue to survive.
It's 2028, just 6 months before the Summer Olympic Games starts anew in the City of Angels, Los Angeles. You scroll through your X feed, look at the current trending topics: Articles about Whales and Dolphins taking over the sea; The Olympic Flame being ignited in Greece; And the death of an Instagram Model with no leads. It's almost banal and boring as you flick through tweets.
Perhaps, just at the corner of your eye, you see a little miracle, a trick of the light or a creep of a shadow. But something/someone tumbles over you, a friend, a loved one, a mentor you've known for some months, weeks, or maybe only a few days. They're blood soaked and their eyes are pleading, worrying, and saddened, as they look at you, clutching at wounds that only look seconds old.
"Aphrodite is dead. This was not how I meant for this to happen but I'm sorry but I must pass my Eidolon to you before it's too late."
Light flashes before you could even ask. You find yourself engulfed with it, bathed in it and then... nothing.
Now there's a dead body in your hands and an ominous feeling in your chest. Your phone beeps and rings to life with a spoken message. You're pretty sure it didn't have that feature before.
"[Player Name] , you are summoned before the Divine Council to be condemned for the Assassination of a Deity and Usurping their Status. Cooperation would be most advised."
ART CREDIT: Tony Sart, Javier Charro
Hi, hello, Name's Kiri or Hex or Vai! I hardly ever post on Tumblr anymore or advertise any campaign ideas here due to school but this one has been nagging me just a little bit more after listening to Stray Gods, watching American Gods, and rewatching the Percy Jackson films, so I needed to just write down the blurb and the pitch in case anyone is wanting to play some DND in a Divine Urban Fantasy kind of setting.
INFO
The game is set in contemporary Los Angeles, a few years into the future, a few months before the Summer Olympic Games. You have been accused for the assassination of a Deity and usurping their power and status, their Eidolon. Through the Eidolon, you gain power and are now able to perceive Los Angeles in its truest form, a City of Mythical Creatures living in secrecy.
During Character Creation, you will choose a Deity from any Pantheon (Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Egyptian, Norse etc) whose Eidolon has been passed down to you.
This is going to be a Human-centric campaign so, despite the advertisement of other races in the game world, physically your character will be Human. Through the power of the Eidolon, they can be reskinned with the capabilities of other DND races.
Gameplay will be roleplay heavy, debating on either PBP semi-live text or just Discord VC with a separate channel for Texting RP. But there will also be combat involved of course.
The DM, me, hi, has a flexible schedule but I am in PST so applicants who are close to that would be preferred.
Current Allowed Resources are PHB, Xanathar's, Tasha's, and Mythic Theros
Depending on interest, around 4-8 rotating players can be taken.
If interested, DM me or like this post for more details so I can get back to you.

Hey....do you like DnD?
Hi there, I'm Bee. Recently I had a friend tell me she wanted to play some good ol' Dungeons and Dragons. I agreed to run a game for her. Then I realized, I need more players. That is where you come in, hopefully.
The game I plan to run will be 21+, LGBTQIA+ friendly, POC friendly, neurodivergent friend, and beginner friendly modified Curse of Strahd campaign. We will be using Discord and Roll20 to play. I should also mention I would like to record the session strictly to make taking notes a little easier. If you are uncomfortable with this, we can discuss that. Though the only people who would be hearing these recordings are myself and the players should you want them.
What I'm Looking For:
Four players the age of 21 and older.
Availability on Saturdays 9 or 10pm EST. (Start date TBD)
Communication is key! Both in and out of game.
Things To Keep In Mind:
• CoS is a game with a serious tone. It can get dark. Even though this is modified.
• There will be combat, though this will be a heavy-RP campaign.
Please message me here if you have any questions or if you would like to join.
Hope to see you in Barovia!
Thank you all for the interest in the game! Stick around to hear how the sessions go? I'm sure I'll be updating :)

The lively tapestry of Alderheart's marketplace weaves through the exposed roots of the Great Tree with ease, the rich and colorful awnings of storefronts blending in naturally. Here, the Humblefolk appear to be doing business as usual. Among the gaggle of anthropomorphic animals: a gecko dons their spectacles and bends low to consider the price tag of a turquoise suit on display, a fox in a flower patterned dress attempts to haggle a pigeon shopkeep (and from the wrinkle of her snout, it doesn't appear to be going well), a cat on all fours leisurely stalks the street searching for the source of the smell of baked goods wafting through the air, and a frog and hedgehog child are racing each other to their favorite toyshop. One figure, however, seems to be far away from the boisterous and spice-fragranced streets. They stand with their eyes towards the sky, considering the light filtering through the leaves of the Great Tree. Somewhere in the upper boughs, King Cyrus and the Council are meeting, perhaps debriefing about the escalation of The Bandit Coalition. The figure's eyes snap towards some swift movement - the children racing each other, weaving in and out of the crowd with glee, laughter dancing on the wind. A paw drifts up towards the strap holding the cylindrical container on their back, and they detachedly wonder what it would sound like to see the streets of Alderheart ablaze. They shake themselves awake, and proceed down the street. Not yet, but soon.
Hi there! I'm Alice (she/they; 25), and I'm going to be running a new campaign spanning level 1-20 soon - a modified Humblewood inspired by Guardians of Ga'hoole, Redwall, Warriorcats, Watership Down, D20's Burrow's End, and Animorphs (kind of)! I have a handful of friends lined up as players, but I'm looking for 1-2 more to add in before we start.
🌳 Setting:
Everden isn't like your typical fantasy world; devoid of the presence of humans, elves, dwarves, or other typical fantasy races, Everden is entirely populated with anthropomorphic animal people called Humblefolk. Cats, bats, rabbits, birds, hedgehogs, frogs, foxes, coyotes, owls, snakes, eagles, ravens, otters, you name it! These creatures can speak, walk upright, wear clothes, use magic, and utilize medieval technology.
They also retain some of their animalistic charm and abilities. Birdfolk can fly, and therefore rely on their nimble feet in lieu of hands. Nonflying birdfolk, such as chickens, have evolved to have hands at the end of their wings. Additionally, being 3 feet tall in Everden is roughly the equivalent of 5 feet tall here - meaning there is a slightly realistic approach to animal sizes relative to each other. There are some exceptions, for the purpose of D&D rules and proportions; the mice in Everden might be particularly tall, and the herons might be particularly short, for instance. However, due to this, animals that are taller than a fox are not playable (i.e. no deer, wolves, goats, tigers, lions, etc.).
🌟 Campaign Premise:
It's been 20 years since the end of The War of Iron and Claw threatened to cause another Great Calamity; since then, Everden has returned to normalcy. However, as Humblefolk prepare to celebrate the anniversary of this peace, something restless stirs in the shadows. An evil power is soon to emerge, threatening the fate of Everden itself.
This game is a modified version of Humblewood from Hit Point Press - homebrewed and modified to fit a larger scale and campaign.
Ideally this will have the vibe of a YA novel that's surprisingly deeper than what you were anticipating. You know those books from elementary or middle school that you picked up because there was a cool animal on the cover and so you read it, only to find out it was about the horrors of war? That's what I'm trying to go for!
While we'll have moments of lighthearted fun, I'm hoping for an overall serious tone and good story to be told in this campaign.
⚔️ The Game:
I'm intending for a level 1 - 20 adventure lasting at least several years.
5e D&D, with homebrew races (based on animals); no druids (since I think wildshape will take away from the fun of being critters already), but will have alternative homebrewed subclasses.
We use Roll20 as the VTT and Discord for voice chat.
Time negotiable currently, but most of us live in PST.
Ideally, this game is a weekly commitment, with us picking a day and time to meet and playing then once a week. While we get things happen, if you are unable to reliably meet once a week this might not be the game for you.
The game is anticipated to start sometime late March or April.
🍃 About Your Tale-Weaver and Their Table:
Hiya! I've been playing D&D for 10 years now, and DMing for 8 of those. This campaign has been a bit of a pet project for me in the past few years, and as my current campaign wraps up, we're looking to move forward with this one (which I'm very excited about :3).
I'm pretty dedicated to the campaigns I'm in - making playlists, Pinterest boards, things like that. I'll read poetry and be like "that reminds me of one of my PCs" like that's a normal thing to do. My players and I also like to goof around about the campaign by sending and making memes and stuff outside of session.
I plan (a lot), but improv is the name of the game. I love working with players to incorporate things from their backstory / the story they want to tell through their character into the world I have already. I also love the party leaving their mark on the world. The setting is dynamic, and your actions as the players will have consequences - for better or for worse.
I'm a firm believer that the players are the main characters of the campaign - and that means all members of the party! While I have no qualms with (and love!) making character arcs or character-specific quests or story moments, I try to do so with everyone.
The table is also beginner friendly.
🐾 The Ideal Adventurer:
18+. We are all adults (specifically 21+), and would like to play with our age range!
Respectful & Kind. All of my players and I are some manner of LGBT, and any kind of bigotry or hated will not be tolerated at this table. Additionally, we'd ideally find someone chill to hang with even outside of sessions from time to time. We also are friendly to BIPOC, people with disabilities, and women. Yeehaw!
Lovers of Roleplay and Story. We're here to forge a great tale first and foremost (well, and have fun - but that's interchangeable for us!). We're looking for players who try to get in their character's mindset, love character development, and are also able to differentiate between in-character thoughts and feelings from out-of-character ones!
Active & Curious Explorers. We want people who get involved! Chase down plot threads! Be determined to solve that puzzle! Make those conspiracy theories! Take those detailed notes! Ask questions of the NPCs! So on and so forth.
Collaborative Team Players. You are not the only main character here - involve everyone else as well! Be mindful of the spotlight. Sometimes your PC will be the focus, sometimes they'll be supporting cast members as another PC gets time in the limelight.
Dedicated. We are looking to play this game once a week for at least the next few years. This campaign is intended to be a level 1 to 20 adventure, so that will take a while to tell! We want people who think this premise is cool, who are excited about playing this campaign, who want to have fun playing D&D with us, and are interested in their character and others'.
Know that D&D is a Dice Game. You roll dice in D&D. Sometimes your character will fail, as is the nature of probability. That's okay! If you're not a huge fan of the possibility that rolls will not always be in your favor, this is not the game for you.
🌱 Application:
Here is the link to apply!
My players and I will read over applications slowly over the course of the next few weeks. Then, if we decide to move forward with your application, I'll be contacting you on Discord to set up an interview. Please make sure you are accepting friend requests and that your Discord username is accurate! Additionally, if you'd like to apply as partners, apply separately please!
Thank you for reading! Have a great day! :>

Me and my BF are LFG - DnD 5e on Discord!
Hey there! Me and my boyfriend are looking for a DnD 5e game on discord. We’ve had some experience with DnD in the past, more me than my bf. And after going through a really rough period in our lives, we were interested in spreading our wings again with getting involved with one of our favourite pastimes. And hopefully make some friends along the way!
Me and him are both trans, and over 18 yo. We’re looking for a campaign that accommodates queer and neurodivergent people, y’know the types who’d also be looking for new people to meet.
I go by AEST (timezone of Sydney, Australia) time, and we’re both in the same sleep-wake schedule. We like creating stories and characters with in-depth histories that weave within the world of their respective campaign. We love campaigns that are intricate and detailed.
I’ve included a list of some other requirements/asks that may help a prospecting DM see what we like:
Here are some clear lines in the sand for our campaign:
Queer-friendly and/or queer-centric
Neurodivergent friendly
DnD 5e based
Game times in-between 11 am - 11 pm AEST (There is a bit more wiggle room if needs be)
Gameplay is done over Discord
We have some preferences in play, but these by no means are absolute. They do not need to be instated, and if you don’t have them in the campaign we won’t demand them:
18+ but not pornographic (like so I can make a sex joke but any sexual act is FTB)
Story/Character driven (i.e. less concern over gameplay but on the narrative)
Noob friendly
Uses DnD Beyond
Allows content from TCoE (e.g. Alchemist classes)
Allows CR content
Allows Homebrew (with DM permission)
Death mechanics is significantly less emphasised or avoided
Full campaign up to level 20
Scheduled on Friday/Sunday AEST
If you’re interested, then please hmu on reddit DMs/Messages (u/Olivex727), tumblr dms (@oliviax727), or discord (oliviax727). And tell me where you found me out (tumblr/reddit).
