This OC of mine doesn't even have a name in my game--@ninjaofthepurplethings has her running around in the background of her legacy save, rather modernized (and looking incredibly cute) because I couldn't figure out what to do with her. At the moment, she's mainly vibing and collecting dust in my Simbin.

Anyways. On with the meme.

I had a plot for her, kind of, but I was stymied by the lack of hair and clothing meshes. (Alasdair was involved for a minute until he protested that he couldn't possibly be at Versailles.)

Mainly the hair, because the hair fashions of Iberia, at least for the ladies, were so deliciously strange. Like, look at this. It's such a perfect triangle. I do love the hurlupee, because it's also so wacky, but it's such a shape.

So,,, are Roger persona OCs a thing?

Well, if they're not I'm making them a thing. The doctor is in I guess. I like to think that it's a toss-up when you make an appointment if you're going to get an actual doctor or Roger in a white coat with a fake medical license because he ''knows'' the person in charge. Anyway, she doesn't have a name yet, but I love her. A hot mad scientist Roger was certainly needed. Also, more red-haired personas for sure. I know it doesn't look much like him, but he's hard to draw. I can't really get a mental image of what he would look like in a different style, especially in disguise.

This took me 5 hours.

wanted to make a dn oc then had the idea to take one of the many female characters in dn and make her my oc

so i stole the girl that light went on that one date with and made her my own. She’s inspired by the fact that i want to see light get played by a girl for once

she’s so good in the manga… in the anime they cut the scene where she just watches the bus jacking and light is like “well looks like our date is over because of that trauma and all” and she’s like “WYM? we’re still going!” like a crazy person

anyway i have a bit written up for her i think she pretends to be one of light’s friends bc she’s a bit obsessed with him but not romantically at all. obsessed in the way that she wants to be him and like steal his skin and wants what he has. but she’s jealous and kinda hates him too because he’s perfect and has it all/everything’s lined up for him unlike her (maybe she’s got no parents or uninvolved ones). idk. and she feels like no one else can see through light but her— she can see his people suit because she also wears a people suit #bpd #autism. so that makes her want to study him more. and to study him from up close she pretends to be a stupid girl with a crush on him because she knows that to light that makes him a moth to a flame

also she follows light to college so she sees all the Hideki Ryuga shit go down. maybe she starts investigating on her own when light literally disappears and doesn’t come to college anymore

ALSO i don’t know if it’s actually canon but i think she was also the girl that light saved from the motorcycle guys in the beginning. i imagine she was stalking light when that happened and doesn’t realize he saved her until later when the bus jacking happens and she realizes that the dangerous men from both scenarios died in the vicinity of light. so then she’s like Oh he has magic powers too now?! the bastard?! and eventually connects him with kira on her own

Another little lad for RayneKloud’s six hour character design contest on twitch. They where made based on the prompt cyberpunk. They’re my favourite design so far and idk if I’ll top this one boys. I considered selling them but I got too emotionally attached so I’m gonna use them as a second sona. But this design is the final one after I spent a good four more days on it.

This is the version done in six hours I submitted.

Yeah the original colours are really bad and only god herself knows why I looked the six hour time limit in the eyes and decided to design and draw a motorcycle and a gun.

I was gonna call them just Z but I knew Americans would pronounce it “Zee” instead of “Zed” which is way less edgy. You can also tell that they’re mega inspired by the aesthetics of borderlands with a very dirty cyberpunk look. And I was elated to find out that punk mfs love making punk fish because the fin looks like a mohawk.

"The Red Means I Love You"

BEHOLD! My design for an I-LOVE-YOU computer worm for the universe of Deltarune Chapter 2! I actually had a fun time making this little beast, it's based off of a pork tapeworm (whose larvae causes afflictions to the brain that inspired one of the uses for these ILOVEYOU worms)! More information on this species that I spent far too much time on under the cut!

~~ILOVEYOUs used to be far more common in Cyber City, but the development of better anti-virus technology has largely made their populations die off. They have a commensal relationship with ViroViroKuns, gaining hosts via whoever a ViroViroKun decides to infect, and the ViroViro being unaffected.

~~The virus would spread via magic attacks from either their host or a ViroViroKun, and would slowly feed on their host's energy. Not many deaths have been caused by these viruses, but if left for long enough they can do major damage to a host's systems. Symptoms of an infection include glitches that get more severe as time progresses, headaches, a common state of confusion, and blackouts where the uninfected don't remember gaps of time - these gaps of time are usually filled by the parasite attempting to make the host spread the virus.

~~Larvae are far more dangerous than mature worms, and they do most infections. A larvae is classified as a worm that has less than 6 heart segments on its body (not including the base of the tail), and they start with two or three hearts, gaining one every 3 months and living up to 5-6 years. Once matured, they gain a fully functional head and mouth, but their effectiveness lowers substantially.

~~The adults do, however, still have a use, although not a legal one. With the diluted effects of their infection, the worm itself can be destroyed and used in love potions. There's still a demand for love potions to this day in Cyber City among its residents, although they were made illegal.

~~Symptoms of a love potion have some similar effects to the more intense infection of the larvae. These include small blackout periods when not in proximity to whoever the love potion is supposed to work on, minor glitches from time to time, and headaches, combined with the usual lovey-dovey-ness and eagerness to please commonly seen in any love potion. Users can become addicted to using them on their chosen target, and if the infected's systems are suddenly drained of the potion, their minds are normally very paranoid and clingy for up to a year after the potion effects have worm off.

meet Janka!

created in 1921 and commercialy released in 1936, named after a character in a famous song, Janka was intended to be the first fully inteligent record-playing machine for personal use. With her creator, Stanisław Lasota, basing its design on popular barrel organs, she was equipped with many different accesories to make her blend in with the enviroment. The most popular one was a folk-based look, inspired by traditional clothing of people of Łowicz, but many different options were available, with some owners even sewing it clothes of its own.

Although the company producing record players promised all of them would be able to change the songs by the voice command, it seems that only the original prototype of Janka retained that function. That's why, while the other copies went on to become just a fancy gimmick, Janka's value skyrocketed, providing Lasota with a great sum of money that allowed him to retire early and comfortably. After his death in 1937, the original designs were found. It seemed that there were no differences between the commercial versions and the prototype - except for the material that the top of the table was made of. In the original, an undefinable green matter has been used, that studies have not been able to replicate. It is suspected that the substance, mixed in with molten glass, was a gift Lasota brought back from one of his travels.

Once an unique antique, original Janka lost value over time. The amazement over her ability to change music at request and memorising entire symphonies after playing them once disappeared, replaced with annoyance, and sometimes even horror, as it seemed the machine gained a mind of its own.

Owners reported music playing in the middle of the night, suspicious movement and the needle skipping over certain words in song, forming a new message altogether. After the last owner, Jerzy Sójka, claimed "the goddamn machine, [it] has a mind of its own, [it's] the devil! devil is speaking to me!", the fate of Janka had become unknown. Many suspect that it has been abandoned in a basement or an attic, with some even claiming they still hear her song being played at night.
