please and thank you <3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
— SYNOPSIS ; With Hajime’s unexpected strength, he manages to hold you up into a certain position through orgasm.
CW ; NSFW, overstimulation, creampie, manhandling funnily enough, Hajime is aged up
WORD COUNT ; 474
PAIRING ; Hajime Shino x Male!Reader
A/N ; I love getting requests where an innocent looking character absolutely destroys the reader, haha! Definitely my favorite type of request to write.
FEMALE ALIGNED DNI.
Tumblr media
Hajime lifted you off the ground, letting you lean back into his body. Because of the fact that he’d already been fucking you before, Hajime effortlessly slid his cock inside of your ass. As he slid inside, he let out a long sigh, followed by a high-pitched whine from you. Hajime didn't spend any time lounging around and enjoying the warmth, going in to move his hips at a quick pace right off the bat.
You responded so positively, constant sounds of ecstasy sounded out from you in reaction to each thrust, “Fuck! Mmh-! I can’t—!” You attempted to grab onto something, anything to stabilize yourself. Each time your hips met, your ass bounced against each other. Hajime went rougher, harder, and faster by the minute. The harsh slaps of skin making contact each second hand turned your ass red by that point.
“You can take it, bunny~ Ah! You feel so good sucking me in like that!,” Hajime cooed into your ear, the heat of his breath against your ear nearly had your back arching away from him. You never would have thought he’d have it in himself to fuck and manhandle you like this, but by god did you love it.
He moved his hands away from your hips, sliding them up your thighs and holding you up by under your knees. You had to admit you were a little afraid he’d drop you, you were still so shocked he was even able to fuck you in a position like this.
Your walls seemed to fit him like a glove, as if he belonged inside of you, fucking you so well. The both of you were moaning in pure euphoria as Hajime was practically rutting into you and chasing for release like a rabbit in heat.
Hajime switched his legs over to hang over one of his arms, using his free hand to stroke your cock. You threw your head over his shoulder, your volume increasing as your walls tightly squeezed around him. All it took was just a few more strokes and you were coating his hand and your tummy with your cum. You were sobbing with delight as Hajime still hadn’t stopped thrusting into your ass.
“Close— Gonna stuff you full of my cum,” Hajime’s moans gradually increased and so did his desperation. His pace had begun to grow sloppy and he buried his face into your neck. Hajime yelled as he thrusted inside of you a couple more times before burying his cock deep inside. His cock stayed inside of you as he ejaculated copious amounts of cum. After a minute, he slipped his cock out of your hole.
Cum spilled out of you, your hole fluttering in response as you whined. Hajime softly giggled, sitting down and letting go to let the both of you relax, “So cute~”

“What’s not fair?”
You snapped back to reality, not even realizing that you had zoned out into your salad.
Shino sat across from you, a single elbow on the table as his lips steadily drooped back into a scowl. The little moment you thought the two of you had disappeared in an instant. The silence in the air was about as palpable as the tension. The lights blared down on your head as the clock ticked by slowly.
You sat still, avoiding Shino’s gaze as you wondered if it would be worth fighting about in the first place. The whole drama was beginning to feel so childish. You confronted him about your mutual past twice now, only to be met with unwarranted hostility. You wondered if you weren’t as much of the problem as you always assumed. In the silence, you only grew more sure of yourself.
You cast your gaze down to the floor, half of you unsure of yourself while the other seethed with annoyance.
“Let’s just get through this mission. I want to prepare for the wedding as much as you do.” You quickly packed up the food container, pushing it gently back towards Shino as you suddenly lost your appetite. “Thank you for dinner. It was unnecessary.” You stood from your seat. You turned, hardly noticing Shino also rise from his chair.
“What’s not fair?”
You shook your head, not wanting to engage.
“I’m too tired to get into this. I have a report to write.” You pushed in your chair with your foot, still reeling from your interaction with Shou. Shino swiveled his head in frustration as he made curt gestures with his hands.
“Get into what?” He gritted your name, stalking after you as you began to make for the door. He reached for you. “Dammit, what are you talking about?” You turned suddenly, slapping his hand away from you. The sound reverberated throughout the room.
You faced him with a pointed glare and a clenched jaw. Tension furrowed your brow.
“Stop acting like you care about me, Aburame!” The words poured from your lips like liquid poison. Your eyes widened as if the tension of keeping your comments in physically weighed down your features. Your vision began to blur, and you shook your head to dismiss the mounting tears. “I hate this. I hate this… this ignoring me for ten years like I never existed. I hate this disdain you’ve held for me all these years… Like the shit on your shoe… Then you have the nerve—”
You took a step back as you swiped a hand across your face.
“You did the same thing with that Sasuke stuff,” you exasperatedly noted. “And you think you have the right to act like you’ve been saving me? From the river? From the squad leader— who I now have to document, by the way, thanks a lot—” He scoffed, shoving his hands in his pockets as he hulked.
“Just drop the goddamn report shit—” You stomped your right foot, fists clutched straight at your sides as you stepped closer. You shook your head as you gaped to yourself.
“I can’t, Shino! I’m trying to get transferred!”
The room fell silent again. The ticking of the clock continued. So did the whirring of machinery. Shino recoiled an inch, unable to mask that your admission caught him off guard. His brow knitted as he wrinkled his nose.
“Here?” he asked with what sounded like a scoff.
“It doesn’t matter.”
“You want to get transferred here?” Something about his tone made you feel a pang of shame. Your imagination filled in his unspoken judgment. A judgment that you were cowardly for leaving. A judgment that you were sacrificing your dignity to work with men like Shou. A judgment that you were better than this place. He spoke a part of it. His voice was about as quiet and level as usual, but Shino couldn’t help the bite of disbelief that laced his tone. “Out here, away from your friends, in the middle of nowhere to be left to the likes of that creep—”
“Everyone’s moving on, Aburame! I know that’s not your strong suit—”
“Please.”
—“But I need to move on too. Being stuck in teenage drama is so… so… shit! We’re adults, goddammit!” You fought back the urge to scream, clutching a tuff of your hair and just holding your scalp under your fingertips. Your foot made swift contact with a nearby trashcan. With another shake of your head, you turned to leave. “Everyone has moved on. I at least need to try.”
Your name spilled from Shino’s lips in a low grumble, and as he reached for you once more, you turned in an instant and landed a firm smack across his cheek. His glasses flew from his face, hitting the floor and spinning off somewhere in the room. Before you could blink, the lights in the room went out completely.
Your hand stayed suspended between you as you stared into honey-colored eyes. Shino’s hand caged the light switch. The moonlight from outside did little to illuminate the room, but some reflected off of Shino’s bright irises. You had always expected them to be darker. You traced what little you could see into your mind, finally able to read Shino’s eyes after all these years.
Your left hand shot out, and before he could stop you, you tugged off Shino’s hood. His hitai-ate clattered to the floor. He caught your wrist, and as you attempted to hit the light switch, he caught your other.
You stood together in the darkness, trapped in Shino’s grip. You tried to jerk your arms away, but Shino held firm, studying you in the dimness.
You couldn’t help but stare. You couldn’t help but search for answers in Shino’s newly revealed face. When you tried to tear yourself away again, your movements lacked violence. Slowly, Shino let you go.
“You can’t keep doing things for me, Shino.”
“What things?” He was quick to respond, but other than his urgency, he gave nothing away. You stared back at his face, the answers you hoped to find nonexistent.
“Bringing me what I used to make you back then,” you said bitterly. You caught the small purse of Shino’s lip as his jaw clenched.
“I brought what I knew you’d like, that’s all,” he deflected with his usual frown. His hands returned to his pockets. He took a half-step backward into a shadow cast by a piece of machinery. You stood in the dim moonlight as he retreated.
“No, Shino. It’s your favorite. That’s why I brought it to you,” you snapped, although the admission came out softer than you intended. You cast your gaze off to the side as you played with the cuff of your sleeve. “I remembered. You told Kiba… that one time in Iruka-sensei’s class.” A moment passed you by, brought on by your brief reminiscence.
“Ah,” Shino hummed in a way that almost sounded deflated.
Another pause.
Another tick of the clock.
More machine whirring.
“You were working all night.”
“Shino—”
“You’re reading into things.”
“Shino,” you spoke his name in defeat. He didn’t answer, adjusting his jacket with a jerk of his shoulders. You crossed your arms. “You can’t just pick out aspects of a relationship and separate them into parts you want to ignore and parts you don’t.” Your nose jutted out as you accented your words.
“I’m not.”
“It’s selfish, Shino.”
Yet another pause passed. Somehow, the silence had become even more palpable than it had been before. You couldn’t help but notice how shut down Shino looked, eyes dead with lips curled into a complacent pout. He almost looked indifferent. His thumbs poked out the tops of his pockets.
“I just want to get to the next base tomorrow and go home.” The words stumbled out of your mouth clumsily. You squeezed your eyes shut, running your hands over your face. “Let’s just… Let’s pretend we don’t know each other or something… Or something like that.” You turned to leave the room for the third time, and this time, Shino let you.
***
You departed later the next morning.
Shino leaned against a railing outside of the eastern base. Through one of the windows, he could see you walk out into the hallway with the base commander. The two of you chatted. The conversation appeared formal but otherwise as if it was going well. You nodded your head. The base commander stroked the sides of his mustache. Shino’s eyes flickered up. Shou sat on a balcony used for sniping. His legs dangled over the ladder as he glared at Shino silently, scathingly.
When you emerged from the base, you came out alone. You paused for a moment outside the door, letting it close behind you. You said nothing to Shino, inhaling deeply and steadily as you squared your shoulders and marched forward. Shino followed after you, thinking about your admission from the night before. Wordlessly, you began your journey.
***
The trek was made in silence, only to be broken when the sun began to set.
“It’s getting dark,” was the extent to which Shino spoke over the rushing wind in your ears. He stopped on a nearby tree. The light of the sunset reflected off of his glasses. You landed on an adjacent branch just a bit ahead of him and didn’t spare him a glance. You expected a snarky comment to follow, but none came.
“We’re going to keep moving,” you ordered. As de facto captain, you held the right to push into the dark. With your simple decision, you departed with Shino not too far behind you. He scattered another part of his swarm into the forest as the dimness grew. Neither of you said another word. If it weren’t for the tension between the two of you, it would’ve already felt like a normal mission.
You could hardly see.
You maintained your speed as Shino continued to scout. He always had better senses than you. More used to operating in the dark than you were, Shino seemed to have no problem keeping up your punishing pace.
A branch narrowly missed your head, your visual radius severely shortened by the lack of light. It must’ve been a new moon. Another bundle of leaves appeared in your vision, and as you instinctively ducked, your foot missed the branch.
You fell in the darkness, twisting in the air as you dropped five meters down. The fall into the night made you dizzy and discombobulated as you swiftly calculated where up was. You threw together a random, instinctual calculation of chakra.
The branch you landed on shook in the dark. A piece of it snapped, falling onto the ground below. Shino appeared by your side, silent and barely detectable, even just an arm’s length away.
You kneeled for a moment on that branch, feeling the curve of it beneath your feet and the slow shake of it in the air. You remembered your very first squad leader telling you not to think about how high up you were when it came to canopy travel. He told you that shinobi work was about balancing thought with instinct. The crash below sounded soft. It told you exactly how high up you were.
You stood, your knees shaking just the slightest bit. Shino’s presence loomed over you, silent and watchful. He didn’t dare say a word to his benefit. You moved forward until the lights of the base came into view in the distance.
The southeastern base was surprised to receive you at the hour you arrived. With the velocity you approached, you and Shino had given them quite the scare. You blazed through the initial greeting with an almost recklessness. If the base’s leadership had been more trigger-happy, things might have gone differently.
The base was illuminated with lamps that cast harsh shadows upon your commanding figure as you made your way up the steps. Shino watched the symbol on the back of your uniform as you strode ahead. You moved with a determination and coldness he had never seen on you before.
Maybe this is what you were actually like on other missions, a stark difference from your energetic demeanor in your early years. The way you used to burst onto the battlefield, Shino always thought you liked mission work, or at the very least, a chance to show off your excellent mastery of the lightning nature. What Shino always thought was naive self-assuredness was all but vaporized by your blazing determination.
You introduced yourself to the base’s nighttime leadership as you had done with the eastern base. Shino continued to trail behind. He, after all, wasn’t the brilliant engineer they needed to speak with. The two of you were ushered inside. Shino was led to his quarters by a cadet as you stayed to discuss your assignment. He spared a glance back as he couldn’t help but note how well you fit in surrounded by other captains and leadership.
Shino hardly slept as his hive swarmed within his chest. He laid on top of the sheets, hands behind his head as he listened to you tinkering away well into the night. He turned his head on his pillow to stare into the reflection of lamplight in his glasses that were folded neatly on his side table.
You’d end up falling asleep at the installation site.
***
For as quickly as it started, it ended.
Shino wanted the mission over even before it started, but now, as the two of you began your departure from the southeastern base, he couldn’t help but feel a hint of apprehension. You exchanged a few words with the base commander before you were off. Shino didn’t even have to ask to know what you requested. With a shake of the commander’s hand, it was just like the day before.
Home was only a few hours away.
Shino didn’t often consider the passage of time. He was introspective but not to an existentialist extent. He, at least, liked to think so. But as the air hit his face and the orientation of the trees grew more familiar, Shino felt a stir within him.
He wondered if you even noticed the visible electricity radiating off of you as you raced ahead. The image of you served as a blatant metaphor as he thought back to what you said about moving on. With the prospect of Team 8 disbanding after Hinata’s marriage, he had been thinking a lot about things you’ve said as of late.
Shino felt blatantly aware of the humidity in the air and the hardness of the tree bark through his boots. The fact he should probably request new ones and that he had been thinking about replacing his boots for quite some time and never had.
It was barely mid-afternoon by the time the two of you arrived at the village gates.
Shino blinked, and the two of you entered. He blinked again, and you had arrived at the Hokage building. Time seemed to pile up behind him while the present hammered at him from the front, leaving him pinned and defenseless as only his own thoughts kept him company.
The two of you passed Shikamaru on the way to Kakashi’s office. He came from an adjacent hallway, stopping short in surprise as your paths missed a collision. As you continued, Shino wondered if you saw him. He locked gazes with Shikamaru, who tried not to let his concern show. Shikamaru gave Shino a firm pat on the shoulder before the two headed their separate ways.
Even Kakashi eyed Shino warily as the two of you gave your report. The sixth Hokage stared squarely at Shino as if to silently inquire about the undertones of your mission.
“I’ll submit full documentation by tomorrow,” you finished. Kakashi hadn’t said a word: not about the success of the installations and not about your incident with Squad Leader Shou. He hummed to himself, arms crossed.
“I see.” Your eyes flickered to his, studying his posture for the words he left unspoken. “Very well.” He said little else as he dismissed you. You turned, ready to finally return home. Shino followed. Kakashi cleared his throat.
“Shino.” The both of you turned your attention back toward Kakashi. He beckoned Shino forward with a finger. “A word.” Instinctively, you and Shino glanced at each other.
“Of course,” Shino muttered, and you closed the door behind yourself.
Thank you to all who liked, reblogged, followed, and otherwise supported. Your support means so much and is greatly appreciated.

Listen to your heart, when he's calling for you
Here it is. The most waited time of my life. I can now return to my home country and meet my old friends again. You were excited to return home from your work abroad. You are inside the plane, waiting for the plane to land, and in the meantime, you look out from the window at the beautiful scenery of your place. Though you were just given a 2-month vacation, it was a perfect chance to have fun with your friends before you resume your work. You wonder if they changed a lot after all those years. Of course, you also changed into a beautiful young woman. But the thing that you want is if they already had children, especially your best friends, Hinata, Ino, Sakura, and Tenten. And you wonder who married or caught Sasuke first, Sakura or Ino. You laughed at the thought.
As the plane landed, you can't contain the excitement. You are ready to leave and waiting for the pilot to say they can now exit the plane. You hurriedly sprinted outside the big flying vehicle and went to the port where your friends were waiting. After you got your baggage, you let a smile creep on your face as you exited the port. And there you saw them waving at you, your smile grew wider as you felt really really excited. You ran in their direction and gave your best friends a big tight hug. "I'm back!" You said happily. They all chuckled.
"Welcome home! We miss you!" They chorused. The five of you broke the hug and you looked at the males, Kiba, Shino, Choji, Shikamaru, Neji, Lee, and Sasuke were there, but you didn't see the blonde. You noticed that they all changed, the girls were more beautiful and the boys became handsome. "Welcome back [Name]..." Choji greeted as he munched on his cracker. "You never stop eating" You chuckled. "Here, I'll handle this" Lee grabbed the baggage from you and carry it by himself. "Thanks, Lee" You thanked him, and he just blushed slightly and nodded.
"Come on, let's go and celebrate your arrival," Kiba said then ruffled his hair. "Oh come on, you men didn't welcome [Name] properly on her arrival," Ino said, Kiba just shrugged. After your arrival, they went to their favorite ramen shop, the Ichiraku Ramen. You guys had fun while going there, talking some stuff about the [h/l] [h/c]-colored female's job and her relationship. "So, [Name]. You still don't have a boyfriend yet?" Sakura asked rather mischievously as she looked at you with a smirk. "Ah, eh... I still have none" You sweat-dropped.
"Aw... Too bad, some of us already had" Ino said. You looked at them as well with the boys, Kiba had his look of 'What's with us?'. "Really?" You raised one eyebrow as you looked back at the girls. "Yup!" Tenten replied happily. "I already had Sasuke-kun," Sakura said proudly as Ino rolled her eyes at her but smiled. "Oh? So Sakura won the contest?" You smirked. They laughed. "Yeah, but I already had a husband, I haven't introduced you to him yet" Ino stated then smiled. "Tenten-san is the wife of Neji-niisan" Hinata said shyly with a low voice.
Tenten blushed. "H-Hinata!" She stammered. The boys don't seem to be bothered by all the lovey-dovey of the girls and you, and you noticed this. "Oh? How about you, Shikamaru? Do you already have a wife?" The young adult asked the spiky male. "Temari was my wife and we already had a son. His name is Shikadai" Shikamaru replied to the girl's question. You turned to Choji while he was eating and he noticed your stare and looked at you.
"Hm...?" Choji asked as he continued eating his ramen. "Who's your wife by now, Choji?" You asked him with a smile. "My wife's name is Karui and we had a daughter named Chocho. She so cute" Choji replied with a smile plastered on his face. "Oh... I forgot! Naruto wasn't here, right?" Ino said and looked at all of you, now your heart pounded rapidly. "Naruto-kun wasn't with us when we went to the airport to greet [Name]-san on her arrival" Hinata informed the group.
"How about we call him to join us? We still have time to celebrate [Name]'s arrival and we will stay here for a while" Sakura said then grabbed her phone out from her sling bag. She dialed Naruto's number and put the phone on her ear, he waited for him to answer but he didn't pick his phone up. "Weird, Naruto usually answers his phone," Sakura said as she looked at her phone. "Maybe he's busy. Let's call him later" You told her. "Naruto has never been busy. When it comes to celebrations like this, he's always present" Shino said. You looked down at your food and then frowned.
"Don't be so down [Name]-san. We're going to visit Naruto-kun later" Hinata cheered you up, and you smiled. The gang and you finished eating for an hour, Ino told the boys that they can go home and thanked them for accompanying you and the girls. They went straight home, carrying your baggage with them. Then, the girls and you went to the mall. "We don't have to do this, you know," You told them while walking. "We have to, [Name]-san. It's your arrival, after all. We have to keep you happy from now on" Hinata smiled.
You smiled back. It's true, you have to experience happiness too. But the only problem is, the blonde didn't come. The one that you liked since you were still a child, attending the academy where the two of you met. He was very troublesome when he was little, he was always being scold by your teacher, Iruka. In contrast to that, he was very kind and helpful. Like when you were being bullied in the academy by other boys, he always come to your aid. And that's the reason you found your crush on him.
You always watch him, his actions, and his behaviors in the academy. He always wanted to become stronger than Sasuke, but in the end, he was always the loser. But you don't care about that, at least he had a goal, perseverance, and determination. And that's what you love about him. He can be an idiot, but he has a big heart. You love the blonde that was known as Naruto Uzumaki. He was your inspiration, the one who helped you improve.
His parents are very kind, when you first come to visit at his house, his mother treated you like her own child. They always thought that you were Naruto's childhood love, which made Naruto very embarrassed when they tease him. After that first visit, he would always invite you to stay in his house. You sometimes had an overnight at his place when the two of you grew older. The two of you were called the best of friends. But that doesn't mean that Naruto would stop challenging Sasuke every day, that his crush on Sakura will fade even though she's in love with Sasuke, and that Hinata's feelings for him will vanish.
Those things doesn't break your friendship with him actually, but things were worse when the two of you were 16. You were very sickly when you were younger, and you would be sent to the hospital at least thrice a week. And this made your parents and your classmates very worried, at one time, you almost died because of your sickness. The others even cried because you were confined one time, especially the girls.
You didn't attend school for 3 months and missed a lot of studies. After you recover from your illness, your parents decide that you will start home-schooling because it will be easy enough to track your health. Your teacher approves of this, but, you don't want to leave your friends, especially Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Hinata, Kiba, Shino, Ino, Choji, Shikamaru, Tenten, Lee, and Neji. They were the best friends that you made during childhood.
As you started home-school, your parents would check on you every hour. They rented teachers to teach you at home, and it became better. At home, your health is checked, and you can still learn. It's a double win, if I will say. But you lost your friends in exchange for that. And that made you very sad and depressed. You know that home-schooling is a good idea, and you have agreed to this, but in contrast to that, you don't want to be separated from your friends.
During the night, you would cry yourself to sleep because of the solitude that you had during that time. And because of that, they once visit you at home. It was unexpected, your mother didn't have time to prepare food for them, but they brought some when they came. You were more than happy just to meet your friends again, just like now.
You still remember those happy times when you were with them, and now, you were. Although a certain someone is missing, and that's the reason why you're going to visit him later. "So... What do you think of this dress, [Name]?" Sakura's voice snapped you out of your trance. "Huh? What? Sorry, I wasn't listening..." You smiled sheepishly and scratched your temple. She sighed. "Somehow, you didn't change for a bit..." She stated as she put the cloth down.
"Hey! I changed a lot, you know!" You retorted back at her. "I don't see the difference. You still had your [h/l] [h/c] hair of yours, unlike us... Sakura's hair had become smooth and had soft edges, unlike her teenage self," Tenten said as she touched the pink female's hair. "Ino's hair had become longer and her bangs became long too. Hinata's hair was cut and mine grew a little bit longer" She added, you sighed. "Well, physically, I didn't change much, but you know that I changed emotionally and mentally, right?" You replied.
"I think so" Hinata answered, you sweat-dropped. "Okay, fine..." You muttered to yourself. The girls gifted you some things that you would need during your 2-month stay in Japan, which are make-ups, dresses, a new pair of jeans, a new pair of shorts, a lots of shoes and heels, gowns, t-shirts, jackets, and other things. You hate to say no to your friends when they offer you the stuffs, which will offend them. But you don't want their money to be wasted just for you.
After the shopping, you part ways with them. You plan to visit a shop to buy a needed thing, it is a red yarn. You wanted to gift Naruto a red scarf to replace his old and destroyed one. It was when the two of you were younger, you were always being bullied by other boys. One winter day, you were just walking to the place you usually go, but they saw you and started to bully you. You were known to be the child of the most popular authors in Japan.
When they bullied you, Naruto was near and sat on a swing. He came to your aid and then helped you, but he got beaten instead. And they tore his scarf, you offered yours but he declined and ran away. You just wanted to thank him for that time and plan to knit him a new one.
After you bought the things you needed, you went straight to Naruto's home with the stuffs the girls bought for you. You rode in a taxi and it is already evening when you arrived there. You arrived at his apartment and then rang the doorbell, a loud 'Wait a minute!' answered and suddenly, he opened the door. Once he opened the door, his eyes widened to see you standing in front of his home. The two of you stared at each other for a while and then you smiled.
That made him snap out of his thoughts. "Sorry, come in. I'll carry these" He apologized then grabbed the bags from your hands as you went inside. The touch lasted for a second but it still made you blush like an idiot. When you went inside, you sat on the couch as he closed the door and then placed the bags on the table. "So... What brings you here?" He muttered his question, not looking at you. "I just arrived earlier here in Japan, and then we had lunch at Ichiraku. When we noticed that you didn't come along, I came here" You explained.
"Oh... Sorry for not coming, I was busy" He apologized. "That's fine, but Sakura called you on the phone, and you didn't answer," You told him and looked at his figure. "I set my phone to silent because I don't want to be disturbed" Naruto replied then went inside the kitchen."Oh... So busy that you didn't come to meet me when I arrived?" You asked him again. "Yeah... Sorry," He apologized once again. "That's fine, at least I meet you again" You smiled.
He made 2 tea, one for him and one for you. He placed the cup on the coffee table and you thanked him. He sat on the couch next to the one you were sitting on and drank his tea. "What's with bags?" He asked. "Oh, that? That's what the girls gifted me for my arrival" You laughed, remembering how stubborn they are to waste their money just for you. "Huh? Why are you laughing?" Naruto looked at you and raised his brow. You looked away from him when you instantly made contact with his eyes, blushing.
"So... You've grown differently, Naruto. I've always thought that your hair will be like your father's, but it isn't" You compliment him as you drink your tea. "Yeah, but I decided to cut my hair short" He replied. Then the two of you looked at each other and then smiled. It's been years since the last the two of you saw each other, and it took you 2 hours inside his house, playing and chatting. It's already 8 in the evening, and Naruto escorted you back to your home.
"Thanks for accompanying me, Naruto" You thanked him as the two of you arrived in front of your house. "No problem" He smiled. You went inside the gate, opened the door, and then got the bags from Naruto. "See you tomorrow!" He smiled and then ran outside, you waved at him and then closed the door. You noticed that the baggage was inside. They really placed my baggage inside the house, eh? I should really need to retrieve the keys to my house from them.
It's already 2 months since [Name]'s vacation in Japan, she also knit Naruto's scarf during those months, and now, it's finished. A red scarf just for him, a sign of love. "Hey! [Name]!" A loud call on you made you awake from your peaceful sleep. You groaned as you rolled over the bed, hitting your face on the cold hard floor. "Ouch!" You screamed inside your bedroom, loud enough to make them hear outside. "Geez... Wake up already [Name]!" Sakura shouted.
"I guess that they will not stop bothering me unless I wake up..." You muttered to yourself, face still planted on the floor. Then, you decided to fix yourself. They plan to have a hang-out with you again. It's the final day, you are going to leave later 5 pm. You go out of your room to have a quick bath and then changed your clothes into [f/c] T-shirt and black denims. You brush your hair and let it down for a while. After that, you went down the stairs then got the keys and your bag from the table, exited the house, and locked the doors.
"Wow! You are pretty fast when you make someone wait" Shikamaru said, you just grinned. Once you went out, you noticed that Naruto was with them. "I got this lazy one out of his house just for you," Sakura said as she pointed to Naruto, he just looked away with a blush. "That's nice," You said. "Yeah, let's go," Hinata said and then you went walking along with them.
Your destination was a mall, yet again. Once you and the others entered inside, they dragged you to a restaurant for you to eat breakfast. You didn't have time to eat because you were in a hurry earlier. After that, you go shopping with them, window shop, then play some games. It was almost noon, and they decided to take you home so that you could carry your baggage and then head straight to the airport. Once you arrive back home, you fix your things,  leaving some unneeded things, and carry the ones you want to have with you.
It was already 4:45, only minutes left to go to the airport. They accompanied you to the airport as Lee carried your baggage again. Once you were there, they bid goodbye. "So... Don't forget our souvenirs, [Name]" Tenten said to you as she hugged you. "Alright," You replied. "We will miss you," Ino said then hugged her too. "Bye [Name], and don't forget to buy Shikadai's request," Shikamaru said, you smiled. "Sure, if it's for your cute son, I'll do it" You replied.
"I will buy a new dress for your daughter, Choji. Don't worry" You told him, he nodded. "I'm gonna buy you guys the best gifts to thank you all for all the things you did for me while I'm here. Bye!" You smiled and then waved at them as you walked away. They waved back, but you heard a loud 'Wait!' then turned around. "Naruto...?" You muttered, confused. He ran up to you and then hugged you tightly. "Sorry. And thank you for the scarf you gave me earlier" He said.
"You're welcome, but why are you apologizing?" You asked him and he broke the hug. "When I heard the news that you returned here in Japan, I was excited to meet you. But I was also depressed because of the news that you got sick while working. That you were hospitalized for one month, I was afraid to lose you again. And when you visited me at my house, I was glad that you're okay. The only reason I didn't come with the others to wait for your arrival is because I don't know how to welcome you. I was afraid that you would not recognize me and already had another" He confessed.
"So you're saying that you thought I already had a boyfriend other than you?" You asked him, and he nodded slightly. You sent him a smile after that. "Naruto you idiot. You know that you are the only one I love. I am also scared that if you marry Hinata or some other girl. Everyone almost had children and spouses, you know" You laughed slightly. "I just don't know what might happen if you leave, I wanted you to be by my side all the times" He hugged you again.
"Don't worry, I'll visit again" You said then took a quick peek at his lips then the two of you broke apart. "Thank you for everything, Naruto!" You waved at him and smiled, and he waved back. Once your figure disappeared from his sight, he cried silently. Tears fell down his face while standing there.
Listen to your heart, before... You tell him goodbye.

She dropped her chopsticks to quickly grab his hand in hers and, yes, his hand was actually vibrating and whether it was in response to her touch, the heat of her hands, or Shino's perplexment to her grabbing him, or something else entirety, his hive, and therefore his hand, vibrated harder. I mainly created this blog to share my One Piece obsession. But I have watched other anime like Naruto, Bleach, DBZ, Attack on Titan, and Jujutsu Kaisen. However, I'm mainly a Bleach and One Piece fan. I also love other shows like Stranger Things, TVD, The Originals, Sherlock Holmes, House of the Dragon, GoT, etc
I think I'll mainly stick to writing about these characters:

Attack on Titan: Eren, Armin, Jean, Reiner, Bertholdt, Levi, Erwin, Porco, Zeke, and Colt.
---------------------------------------------
You can drop your request in the asks and I shall deliver!
----------------------------------------------
Apart from these characters, I can also write about ships from these shows. Although I have my own ships, I won't be opposed to writing for other ships.
My ships are: Zoro X Tashigi, Robin x Law, Sabo x Koala, and Sanji x Nami from One Piece;
Sasuke x Sakura, Neji x Tenten, Itachi x Izumi, and Kiba x Shino from Naruto;
Gojo x Utahime, Muta x Miwa, and Yuta x Maki from JJK;
Eren x Mikasa, Sasha x Nicolo, and Bert x Annie from AoT;
Ichigo x Orihime, Renji x Rukia, Kenpachi x Unohana, Yoruichi x Kisuke, and Gin x Rangiku from Bleach.
---------------------------------------------
I'm always here if you want to talk about literally anything! Just keep the conversations positive and free of any form of negativity.
----------------------------------------------

Shino x OC
2602 words
On a day out Aori notices something interesting about her little sister Katsura.
“I will not buy that for you, put it back”, Aori took the picture frame out of the basket she was carrying around and pushed it back into her sister’s arms.
“But I could use it”, Katsura said with a little pout, crossing her arms over the item protectively. “I just recently found that nest with the butterflies that have a rare colour on their wings. If I could get hold to one of the dead ones I could display-”
Aori shuddered a little and shook her head: “No more bugs. We have enough of them everywhere in the house.” She pushed on, knowing that she had to put as much distance between her sister and the picture frames as she possibly could. Katsura would find something else, an empty jar or glass or an empty aquarium and have ideas. Aori couldn’t have that.
She regretted even taking Katsura into this craft store. She should have known that her younger sister would find something that could be used for bug menacing purposes and really should have tried to prevent that. But Aori had only needed very little. Just a little yarn for some needlework. Just quick in and out, she had thought. Katsura can’t pick up something if she was just fast, she had thought. It was foolish. She should have known better.
Without turning around to look if her sister was following, Aori dropped the items she had bought on the counter of the store. “Bag please”, she yelped, a little out of breath from her power walk through the isles. The clerk looked a little concerned at her sharp breath, probably wondering how a person that was so quickly out of breath could also work as shinobi most days, but they never had tried to outrun a sister with bug fever. Aori would like to see them try.
The clerk rang up the times without a further word and packed them into the bag. Aori took it from the counter and for the first time turned around to look for her sister. It took her a little to find the mane of long hair between the displays of craft items. Katsura was standing with her hands still wrapped about the damned picture frame, but she held it so tightly that it looked like she would crush it any moment. She was speaking to someone that Aori could not see and her lips looked tense. Also, something that Aori did not see everyday, there was a lot of red in Katsura’s face.
Only upon closer inspection did she realise whom Katsura was talking to. “I think that would be a very good idea,” Shino said, voice as always muffled behind his high collar and shades on his eyes as he always did. “I think it will preserve their unique 6 feet structure quite nicely if you put them in this environment.”
“Uh-uh, thank you, I think so too. T-They are just too cute you know?” Katsura replied, pressing her fingers so tightly around the frame that her knuckles turned white. Aori realised they were talking about bugs of all things. This shouldn’t have been at all surprising, but she still wasn’t very excited about the revelation. “Do you think I should buy something bigger than a normal terrarium?” Katsura asked.
Shino shrugged a little more dramatically then he needed to: “Well if you don’t want them all to have an early, inhuman end- then sure.” Inhuman? They were bugs! Aori thought. Also they didn't have space in the house for something bigger than a terrarium. They didn’t have space in the house for any bug growing items. Katsura already had enough of those.
“I- I will buy something then. Maybe something I can build so they can flourish outside! I could double the population by winter”, Katsura bounced a little, up on her heel and back down, eyes looking everywhere but her opposite face. Shino nodded: “I’m sure you can.” She giggled. ”If not, you could always come by and look at how we do it,” Shino added.
Aori raised a brow and looked from Shino’s content smile to her sister's red face, white knuckles and moving heels, and then back at Shino. She blinked and then it suddenly hit her what was going on. These two nerds were actually flirting. For them, talking about bugs was the same as that. Aori shuddered again. Good for them, but ew.
This was when Shino noticed her. “Aori-san”, he said and bowed his head just a little deeper than necessary. “I hope you’re having a nice day.” He was always friendly with her, always polite. Maybe a little too polite, now that Aori thought about it. She smiled to herself. Maybe he was trying to make a good impression on her, which was charming when one thought about it clearly. “Shino-kun”, she replied, “I hope you are not talking my sister into wasting more money on bug stuff.”
“I’m not wasting-” Katsura protested immediately, but it was Shino who cut her off: “I think she has a good handle on the animals, so I would not say she is wasting money- or time. It’s rare to see someone outside of the Aburame clan to be so knowledgeable.” He gifted another smile to Katsura and Aori thought her sister might faint right there at that compliment alone. Sage, Aori hadn’t known the crush was that serious.
She sighed: “That is very nice of you to say, but I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t encourage her. For my own sanity.” He put his head to the side and then took a look at Katsura, who averted her eyes from his face instantly. “Well, I can’t promise that, Aori-san, but I will have to leave you for now. I still have some things for my students to buy” Shino shook a bag full of green cotton and then turned to Katsura: “I see you around.”
“Yeah! I see you around!” the girl replied, a little louder than necessary and waved as if Shino was departing with a ship for many months. He shyly waved back as he exited the store.
As soon as the last of his coat was out of sight Aori burst into laughter. “Shut up,” Katsura said, face still red as if she had accidentally painted it, though her hands finally loosened around the frame Aori was definitely not going to buy for her still.
“Ohh, don’t be like that~” Aori sang and threw one hand around her sister’s shoulder.
“I said ‘Shut up’”, Katsura repeated in a frown. Aori took the frame out of her hands and put it back into the shelves. “Let’s go for a walk, hm? And we can talk about what happened here.” She led her sister out of the shop into the sunlight outside.
Outside the street was still lively, though the sun was already setting for the evening. Soon they’d have to hurry home so that Aori would be able to get dinner finished for both of them in time. “So tell me”, she grinned at her little sister, “have you had that crush for a while?”
Katsura marched on forwards, her eyes locked onto the road in front of her as if she was determined that if she ignored her older sister, Aori would just drop the subject eventually. What a childish belief to have, and also meant she didn’t know her sister that well. As if Aori would ever drop such a wonderfully cute and interesting subject as Katsura having a crush on someone.
Aori wasn’t going to give up now that she stumbled into this: “Come on, it’s cute, you can tell me, I promise I won’t tease you about it.”
“You’re already teasing me about it”, Katsura said shortly and then bit her lip realising that this could be understood as her admitting that it was the truth, that she did in fact have a crush. She made a “tss” sound like she used to do when she didn’t want to eat her green vegetables as a kid.
The elder woman stopped abruptly and held her sister by the arm: “I’m sorry if I come off like I’m trying to make fun of you, I am not. I really just want to talk to you about this- be supportive you know? Because I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but I’m pretty sure Shino-kun has a crush on you too.”
Her face changed from a frown to bright red cheeks in what felt like the snap of a finger. Eyes wide, Katsura replied a half stuttering: “S-Shut u-up” but it sounded much less snappy as the ones before.
“No I’m serious” Aori insisted, trying not to grin at her sister’s embarrassed reaction. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile as much as he did around you. Like- he was positively giddy.”
“He smiles all the time”, Katsura said, trying to keep her voice low and unimpressed, but Aori saw right through it. She laughed: “When you are around maybe.”
Maybe the laughter had been a little much, because Katsura turned on her heel and marched on through the evening sun without looking back at her older sister, hands as fists to her side. Aori scrambled to keep up, the bag swinging dangerously open and close on her arm. “Come on, don’t run like that”, Aori pleaded, once again being reminded that somehow, if she wasn’t completely dressed in her fighting gear, her condition seemed to be worse than she would have liked.
She caught up to Katsura in front of the door to their house. Her sister had suddenly stopped, crossed her arms in front of her chest and turned around to look at Aori. Her face was bright red now, a little pout on her face. “You didn’t mean that, did you?” she asked.
“Didn’t mean what?” Aori said and tried to catch her breath a little.
“That he has a crush on me too…” Katsura replied, but her voice seemed very thin and trailing off. The last time Aori had seen her sister as embarrassed was when she had failed a written exam in the academy on the history of the village even though both of them had studied together for days. “I’m sorry, I tried so hard and I failed anyway…” tiny Katsura had said and Aori had wrapped her up in her arms and told her it was fine. Aori now just barely could stop herself from doing the same.
“He complimented you several times. He defended you when I didn’t join in the compliments, plus the way he smiled….” Aori put her head to the side, blue hair falling into her neck and curling at her back. She was trying to recall the scene that she had witnessed. “Also, he pretty much told you to come over to his house as a guest to talk about -” she showed her disgust “- bugs. So I would say I’m like 90% sure.”
Katsura stared into her sister's eyes as if she was trying to figure out of this was a joke or Aori was being serious with that assessment. “He invited me to his house before”, Katsura said then, finally stopping the pout to look at her feet. “That means nothing.”
“Oh god,” Aori said and suppressed the urge to laugh. “How many times has he asked you?”
“This must be about the fourth time,” Katsura said and added, a little panicky: “Well, why…? I thought I would impose on him so I never took him up on the offer.”
It was hard now not to laugh, but Aori kept herself composed. She couldn’t stop herself from putting her flat hand against her forehead. Wow, Shino had tried so hard. “Poor boy”, she whispered and thought of him, asking Katsura to spend time with him alone four times and she still wasn’t getting it.
“What?!” Katsura asked a little louder now, letting her arms fall to her side. While Aori was still trying to figure out the way to explain this situation without embarrassing her sister too much, Katsura figured it out on her own. “You mean to say”, she said slowly as if to calculate two things together, “that he asked me….out?”
Now Aori couldn’t contain the laughter. She chuckled and immediately pressed her hand in front of her mouth when she saw the look on her sister’s face. “I’m sorry”, she said and coughed a little. “Yes, I think that was what he was trying to do.”
Katsura’s jaw fell down and her eyes opened wide. “No,” she let out an Aori nodded: “I’m afraid so.” The younger girl took in sharp breaths and her cheeks heated up even stronger than they had previously. Aori really wanted to give her a hug. Love really was difficult. It didn’t come easy to Aori either, who turned into a mess when she had a crush on someone. Luckily, there was nobody currently.
“You should tell him”, Aori said. “I think he’d be delighted to know that you return his feelings.”
Her sister shifted her weight from one foot to the other, seemingly undecided: “I- I don’t know.” Oh, why was she always so darn cute. Aori was suddenly reminded of the time in which Katsura, just four, had told her “You’re my best friend in the whole world” and made her entire life worth it. Now she looked exactly like she did back then, full of love and a little embarrassed about it. There could not be any cuter version of her.
“That’s up to you, you know. I just think it would be a good idea”, Aori insisted again and put a hand on her sister's shoulder for moral support.
The other woman sighed and shook her ponytail out: “Maybe-  maybe someday.” She spoke quietly, voice a little quivering and nervous as if the idea alone of telling him made her feel insecure.
Aori finally gave into the urge and pulled her sister into a hug and held her tight: “Someday is alright, just don’t wait too long.” They stood there in the evening sun for a bit and then they walked into the house together to get ready for dinner. Katsura remained quiet for the rest of the day, seemingly completely distracted by her own mind.
Maybe Aori had thought that it would take her sister a little longer to make up her mind, that the insecurity needed a little time to be overcome, but she was absolutely dumbfounded when the literal next day Katsura came storming out of her room, a little box of a rare sting beetle pressed under her arm and a smile plastered on her face and said that she was going to the Aburame clan compound.
“For what?” their father had asked half heartedly, as always not interested in anything their daughters did.
“Studying,” Katsura had replied so quickly that Aori knew she must have thought of the excuse in her own room. “They are after all the leading experts in the field career field I am interested in.” Their father frowned at the box with the sting beetle and then turned his face aways. As always, he only cared very little.
Katsura pulled on her shoes and then turned around to match eyes with her sister. Aori pulled an eyebrow up as a question and Katsura smiled a little wide and then she winked before leaving the house.
And though it was not Aori’s business at all, she couldn’t help but feel her heart flutter with excitement for her sister.

Fic authors self rec! When you get this, reply with your favorite five fics that you've written, then pass on to at least five other writers. spread the self-love ❤
Ahhh!!! This is a very difficult question!!!Thank you very much for dropping in my ask, they are always open!!! And also appreciating that you make me think so much
Hmmm right now I would say that both first parts of the comic that I am doing are two of my favourite things so far!!! It may not be full fanfic, because it is not a 100% writing but it is both writing and drawing. https://www.tumblr.com/onmywaytofanfic/720942200190566400?source=share
Then hmmm.. I ll say that BAND AU I just love, adore, whatbit is going on in this AU!!! I love what it is been made and all the people involved that allowed me to use their OC's in thid AU to create this story!!! Here is the first chapter if you want to read it!!
https://www.tumblr.com/onmywaytofanfic/714254201001213952/it-has-been-a-preassure-that-you-have-allowed-me?source=share
The third is Eiko and Ibiki!!! This one is hard, I may not have much in here but I have it in my mind and in my safe files!! My friends have suffered a lot of it. One of the most painfuls here is the Pain Arc Scene...It is hard, I can't phantom one without the other. They were born to be together
https://www.tumblr.com/onmywaytofanfic/717017820056207360/ibiki-x-eiko-pain-war-arc?source=share
The fourth one is a hard one but Chaoter 3 from Untold ):
As it can be seen I have stopped writing about Reina and Shino, this ship is getting hard to deal with. I am having problems, feeling odd about them and sad when I write about them. I believe that this cahoeter in which a huge misunderstanding leads to Reina having a broken hesrt, soeaks volumes about how I feel about them and how she feels with him. As a huge mess, unworthy and broken. She feels that she can't be with him and so do I feel like I can't or shouldn't publish them nor work on them. Luckly Reina has found someone that really iluminates her and makes sense...it just makes everything smooth, loving and charming. A clue about this new partner? Maybe...even the nee cannon ship for her? Who knows! But...here is the clue @succikko-nebulae wonderful Jirobo!! ( This is not a clue this is directly who he is)https://www.tumblr.com/onmywaytofanfic/722578140260646912/my-baby-look-at-him-he-is-just?source=share
And here is the chapter
https://www.tumblr.com/onmywaytofanfic/699494802338775040/untold-shino-x-oc-chapter-3-girls-night?source=share
Although it is not longer the main cannon...I wish to go back go it and study it better, I think there are lots of things that can be saved, or so I believe. On top of that...I want to explore it better I think I can give this some proper development. Here is part of what it used to be Reina. I believe, that although it is no longer what I pay more attention to nor work properly... It is my origins, ny beginnings in the fandom as a creator (although I believe that this word is quite big for me). I may not be as proud nor invested on it as I used to, like with the Untold stuff but still...it is the beginning. Of what? Who knows how Reina would end.

Sarada x Boruto. A Boruto Fanfic
Boruto arrived at class with Shikadai, and Mitsuki. They were really late because they were searching for ghosts on the way to school. Shino sensei called Hinata, and Temari. Boruto and Shikadai were scared to death. Meanwhile in the back of the class….
"Cho-Cho. Don't you think you eat too much chips?" asks Sarada.
"Potato chips are my source of strength. I have to eat them" answers Cho-Cho as she puts another chip in her mouth.
"You must know more than Sarada, miss class rep" says cho-cho
"Y-yeah! Eat as much as you can Cho-Cho!" replies Sumire
"We should check the boys and rate their appearance. That way we know who we are working towards." says Cho-Cho
"WHAT!? Cho-cho what happened? Your acting so unusual!" replies Sarada angrily.
"I dont quite know. Maybe those potato chips i ate yesterday. They were almost expired!" says a curios Cho-Cho
"Stand!" yells Sumire as Shino sensei walks into the room.
"Alright! Today we will start training in 3 man teams, so when you graduate, we can put you into a team that is compatible with you" says Shino sensei
Boruto whispers to Shikadai, "Im not sure if HE even graduated!"
Shikadai says "Hmph. I bet"
Shino sensei finished talking and everyone went outside to the training course and picked their squads. Boruto and Mitsuki were an automatic match. Mitsuki suggested Sarada, because she was an Uchiha. Boruto sighed and nodded at the same time. They walked over to Sarada.
"Hmph. What do YOU want Boruto" said Sarada.
"Me and Boruto were just wondering if you wanted to be in our squad" said Mitsuki, smiling and pinching Boruto's ear so he could sell it well.
"I guess we could form a team.." replied Sarada as she examined the area.
"Hmm. I guess. BUT ONLY BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE IS TAKEN!" she yells, blushing at the same time. They all passed the course, with 20 seconds left on the clock. They were the only ones who passed along with Sumires group. Shino sensei had dismissed them for 2 hours.
Sumire went on turning people into ghosts, carefully going trying to hide her identity. Boruto, Mitsuki, and Sarada found out. They were now battling.
"I MUST AVENGE MY FATHER!" yelled Sumire
"You don't have to Sumire. You can have your own path!" says Boruto
"My father died… because of this wretched village. He entrusted me the mission of destroying it. I will fulfil my duty no matter what!" says Sumire
"Boruto, we have to kill her!" says Mitsuki
"You? Kill me? Haha.. you crack me up.. " says Sumire, as she covers her eyes with her hair.
Sumire extended her hand and Sarada levitated
"Let me go!" yelled Sarada as she struggled to get out of Sumire's grip
"You don't have to do this Sumire" says Boruto
"I have to do it… for my father.." said Sumire
Sarada levitated higher and higher. She was about 200 feet from the ground.
Sumire counted.
"1… 2… 3… 4…"
She stopped. She took a deep breath and said
"5"
Boruto somehow knew why she was counting.
Sumire wanted to drop Sarada. But for some reason she couldn't bring herself to do it.
Mitsuki extended his arms and managed to hit Sumire, but she dropped Sarada when she was hit. Boruto ran to where Sarada would fall. He caught her, but he fell down. Sarada was fainted.
"I'll apologize later" says Mitsuki. They started to hit Sumire until she gave up. Boruto ran to Sarada.
"Are you okay?" asks Boruto, worriedly
"Bo.. Boruto?" she asked as she adjusted her glasses. She blushed along with Boruto.
Sarada stood up. She blushed again. Boruto smiled at her. She walked slowly towards Boruto.
"Sara-"
Sarada kissed Boruto.
"Thank you for saving me, Boruto" said Sarada.
"Your welcome" said Boruto smiling.

The Aburames (Shino x Reader)

Tumblr media
Word Count: 1.6k
Tags/Warnings: Married Couple, Fluff, Minor Original Character, No Reader Pronouns
Notes: I’m drooling for the married team. There’s a super long note at the end with lore, way longer than I planned oops
Tumblr media
You could usually tell when a squad captain was new, especially when you and Shino ended up on the same team. It was an oversight that you would always try to correct ahead of time, but bureaucracy didn’t always work in your favor.
“Eh? What do you mean?” Arata’s glasses had fallen crooked on his face as he stared up from his disorganized mission notes. You and Shino exchanged glances, both of you with your arms laxly crossed over your chests.
“We can’t use our jutsu at the same time,” you said sheepishly, at a loss for what to do or how to explain the clear mistake that was made. While you hoped that you could’ve sorted the team roster out before you were standing together at the village’s gate, you supposed there was no time like the present.
“What do you mean you can’t use your jutsu at the same time?” Arata turned his attention back to his notes in a panic. He flipped through them, even turning the whole ensemble upside down as his eyes darted across the pages. “Aburame utilizes an insect jutsu, and you use plants—”
“Carnivorous plants,” you swiftly corrected with a sigh. Arata gaped up at you, not entirely understanding the problem. You cleared your throat. “Plants that eat bugs—” Arata’s mouth formed a round shape as he studied his notes more closely. —“We’re also married, so people don’t usually put us on the same squad. You might want to refer to us by our first names.”
“Aw, jeez,” Arata huffed with a drop of his shoulders. “And here I thought I was being clever.” Your hands hovered in the air as you instinctively moved to give him a reassuring pat. You recoiled your touch at the last second. No matter how young your temporary leader was, he was still your captain.
“No worries, Captain Arata. I’m sure there’s time to switch one of us out!” You glanced at Shino, making eyes at him to signal that he should say something. He grunted, nodding to himself.
“Yes, these things happen.” He continued to nod.
“Actually…” Arata trailed off. “There were only enough people for the minimum amount of squads this period. That’s why I put the two of you together when we made our picks because I assumed with the bugs and the plants…” He buried his face in his hands, rubbing his eyes under his glasses.
“At least he didn’t add Ōtori,” Shino muttered. You gave him a sharp nudge.
“We’ll make due, don’t worry, Captain.”
“Please don’t call me that…”
Arata looked as if he’d be sick any moment.
Only when you reached your destination did the green in Arata’s face seem to fade—poor thing. You remembered leading your first squad, although you couldn’t say you were as much of a wreck as Arata. He was hard to watch. He could hardly get a word out even as he met with your clientele. You wondered if he knew all he had to say was that you were in town to do the requested work. Clearly not; he said everything but that.
The three of you sat together on a tree branch overlooking the small trading town. Shino had sent his beetles out into the night. With their superior surveillance and tracking capabilities and nocturnal abilities, you sat back and allowed Shino’s hive to smoke out your target.
“You guys look like you’ve done this before,” Arata remarked, staring down at the lit lights of the houses below. Ironically, it had been Arata’s order to station the beetles across the rooftops. You leaned against the tree trunk, admiring how the quint village glowed warmly in the moonlight. Stalls lined the streets, lighting up the night with pleasant lantern light. A small group of children shared an oversized confection below.
“Unfortunately, bandits hit these villages a lot,” you mused. Shino nodded. “Lots of people come through here. Lots of trade, lots to steal. Serial thievery from one place doesn’t surprise me.”
“It’s the geography,” Shino said curtly.
The streets below you continued to bustle with life. Even into the night, trade continued throughout the small town. Arata’s eyes widened in awe, an apparent brightness in them as he listened.
“Ah, I see,” he hummed, standing on the branch to survey the land. “Can I ask a personal question?” You couldn’t help your slight expression of surprise, a hint of playfulness and curiosity swimming in your face as the corners of your lips tugged into a gentle grin.
“Shoot.” You nodded. Shino hardly said a word as he stood at the end of the branch. He shoved his hands in his pockets, pretending not to listen. You were always the talker in the relationship anyway.
“You’re married, right?” Arata glanced between you and Shino. You offered him a gentle and slow bow of your head in acknowledgment. “How do you live together if, you know, your plants eat… you know.” Your laugh was light and resounded nicely through the breeze that ruffled the treetops.
“We make do.” You bent a knee, holding it close to your chest as you assumed a more comfortable position. “The Aburames are known for their Destruction Bug Implantation. I’m sure he could tell you more about it than I could—” You craned your neck to look past Arata at Shino, who continued to pretend he wasn’t listening. Arata followed your gaze. —“It’s a permanent summoning, I suppose. Mine is more traditional, so keeping them apart isn’t too difficult when there’s a dimensional rift.”
“I suppose that makes sense.” Arata chuckled, scratching at the back of his neck. “I guess I just assumed you’d have a few lying around the house. I know a lot of people like to keep their summons close.”
“Sometimes I like to go back with them to tend to them in their own realm.” You held a finger up to your lips with a wink. “But you didn’t hear that from me.” Arata held his expression of awe but didn’t have time to be impressed for long.
You heard shouting below. The crowd filling the streets at various stalls parted like a crack in rock. A woman fell, pushed to the ground as a few men gave chase to a figure you couldn’t quite see.
“Theif!” one of the men cried. They made for your direction. The thief could escape into the forest within moments at the rate the men were chasing.
“Shino, can you grab him?” Arata barked. Shino grumbled, gritting his teeth as he labored, straining the muscles of his arms as he conducted his swarm.
“Too bright, too many people… I won’t make it!”
Arata called out your name.
“Your plants!” he called out, his voice sputtering as he struggled to grasp his words quickly. “While Shino’s bugs are far enough!” Despite the lapse in communication, you knew precisely what his orders were.
“I got it!” You jumped off the branch as the invisible thief grew closer. The blood you drew from your finger sailed into the air, falling with you. “Summoning Jutsu!”
Several snapping heads shot out from the white cloud of smoke that flooded the forest's underbrush. The traps snapped as the petioles weaved around the treetrunks, following the vibrations of footsteps on the leaf litter on the ground below. Arata had stationed himself at the forest’s entrance, arms held out as he stopped the pursuing men from getting caught in the crossfire.
You heard a sharp cry, one of our traps rising into the air in your peripheral, a pair of legs kicking against the teeth before the trap was sliced cleanly in two. You gasped in horror as the whole trap shriveled, turning crispy and brown down the petioles. The thief left into the darkness of the forest.
With the fight over, you ran to the rhizome, taking out your tantō to cut the dead head off the rest of the plant. The other traps surrounded you, shaking.
“Aww, poor baby,” you cooed. “That must’ve been so hard. I’m sorry.” One of the traps thrust itself into your arms, nearly knocking you to the ground. You gave it a few gentle pats. “I’ll give you attention soon, I promise.”
The plant disappeared into another puff of smoke just as Shino’s swarm passed overhead. The beetles traveled together, covering the forest like a blanket as they blotted out the moonlight. Arata, who had been running toward you, stopped in his tracks as he watched the swarm pass.
“Are you okay?” he yelled to you.
“Yeah! I’m alright,” you sighed. He walked over to you in defeat, hands on his hips as he looked deep into the forest's darkness.
“Well, so much for catching him.” He frowned. “Sorry about your plant.” You shrugged, glancing over your shoulder toward your husband, who trailed a short distance behind you.
“It’ll be okay. That one’s just a big baby, really.” You walked forward into the dimness, as did Shino, much to Arata’s surprise. “It’s actually a good thing. The scent from the trap is a real good insect attractant.” You shot Shino a cheeky grin. “That’s how I trapped you, isn’t it?”
He hummed, knowing that a lack of acknowledgment would’ve spurred you on even more. You pivoted on your heel, walking backward deeper into the trees as you waved for Arata to follow.
“C’mon, Captain Arata. This was your plan, wasn’t it?” Arata’s face wrinkled in confusion for only a second before he perked up in surprise. He ran after the two of you.
“Right! My plan!”
Thank you to all who liked, reblogged, followed, and supported. Your support means so much and is greatly appreciated.
Fun facts about the piece if that’s something you fancy: “Arata” means fresh/new. I feel like married couple Shino and Reader would have worked out how to battle together, but I’d imagine it’s stressful for the bugs. Not to mention Reader’s plants may shut prematurely, causing the plant to use up energy.
Reader Ōtori is also the bird user from my very first (very bad) Shino series. She has Shino in an alternate universe, I guess haha. I think aside from the Uchiha!Readers, she’s the only one I gave a last name (and a gender). Let’s keep it that way haha.
I don’t usually picture what Reader looks like, but I do on maybe 1/8 of my works. I pictured Reader to look like Pieck Finger and Arata to look something like Floch Forster or Izuku Midorya. Not that it matters who I picture. Shino is just... Shino haha. Always Wedding Era Shino though.
Also, it took me a solid 10 minutes to think of how these two abilities could possibly be compatible it was a struggle

The Real Treasure - [Shino x Tenten]
An enthusiastic but hurried-sounding yell stole her concentration for only one moment before her attention was solely back on him. The sheathing of her short sword in her left hand made Shino take on a more defensive stance widening his footing and raising his sword higher.
“I wish I had time to dance, Captain, but duty calls,” her hand reached around her and into the leather pouch attached to her thigh, a cunning, knowing look on her features, “try not to be too upset.”
Duty was laughable; she and everyone she knew wouldn’t know duty if it shot her with her flintlock pistol.
An opaque sphere appeared in her fist that took up her entire palm to hold it; for only a moment, her chocolate eyes both determined and hopeful before throwing it at his head.
On muscle memory of duelling practice drilled into him since he could hold a wooden practice sword and years of hand-to-hand combat ingrained into every part of him meant he sidestepped and diagonally slashed from bottom left to the upper right cutting through the dark glass-looking material in a single strike without blinking long before it could hit him.
The air in front of him turned the same seaweed green shade as the sphere. It contained some sort of gas. Thick and vile smelling, it obscured his vision. It made a layer of something clogging and slimy invade his throat, choking him, making his skin feel hot and clammy as if needles dragged across his body but only for a few countable seconds before the ever-present breeze started to disperse it on the air.
When the air cleared enough for him to see her again, she seemed astounded he managed to be still standing.
“What,” Shino’s hands and arms violently shook against his wants so severely he dropped his sword, the metal clanking ominously off the wooden deck below; his eyes could barely understand that his hand flinched violently to the side when his brain told it to stay “what; is; this?”
“How are you still awake?”
“A-Awa-”
His knees hitting the wood made her release a relieved breath and lowered her weapon-holding arm, which he could barely hear over the pain in his legs. Straight after, his hands slapped down hard against the deck as his entire body violently jolted then; the only thing Shino could do to avoid hitting the floor completely. His laboured breathing made his chest burn, and his vision swirled in front of him like he imagined lesser men saw when they had too much rum.
As his consciousness started to fade, the fringes turned black as his arms gave up the rest of their strength, slumping to the deck like nothing but dead weight. Shino cursed her.
She has evaded a fair fight and resorted to underhanded tricks to win. She was a true pirate.

Therefore, this piece takes the setting of a snowing Konoha :DDD It doesn't snow in Vietnam but the weather is much cooler, which gives me Christmasy vibes :DDD Thank you for the request, your idea is brilliant and I just realized that I wrote something similar in "Yes, Sunshine", it was unintentional LOL >< This one follows the same idea but the reader and Kiba are not in a relationship yet :DD Hope you like it still, enjoy! And yes, I don't know how to name my pieces properly :')))
Tumblr media
The whole morning passed by in a blink of an eye and you were preparing to leave the training ground. At least that was what you thought before you spotted a handwritten note shoved underneath your bag. And it read:
“Meet me at the Hokage Tower after you’ve read this. Don’t tell the others.
-K.I.”
Your face contorted in annoyance, and a vein popped up on your forehead. Having to just return from a week-long mission, you were desperate for a sloth-like day. Spending your day off in peace under a thick blanket and a cup of hot chocolate in hand was your original plan. But due to a very specific person, your supposed-to-be a relaxing time was about to go wild. You crumbled the note and hauled your bag onto your shoulders after Hinata and Shino left, marching out of the training ground in fury. You swore Kiba would taste your fist in no time.
It did not take you long to find him dangling his legs off of a branch, whistling lively to a tune that suddenly became very irritating. “You have five seconds to get down here and explain this.”
With ease, Kiba gracefully hopped down onto the ground and held up his hands defensively. “Wait. I do have something for you.”
You squinted your eyes, trying to decipher his ambiguity. “It should be something—no way!”
Your pupils dilated, and your jaw dropped, ogling at the vouchers to a barbeque shop you especially loved. These were vouchers reserved for customers who must visit the place at least thrice a week, not to mention that having grilled food in this chilly weather sounded much more warming than a lone cup of hot chocolate.
“Yes way,” he mimicked your expression and waved the vouchers in the air, holding them out of your reach. “I thought someone was ready to chop my head off just a second ago. Where did she go?”
“Fine then, it’s not like I really wanted your vouchers—”
You were cut off curtly when your stomach growled, immediately clasping your hand over your belly in embarrassment. Kiba was trying his best to remain expressionless, but the sight of your face growing redder put him under a cackling spell. “It seems to me that your stomach is more honest, Y/N.”
“It wasn’t like I wanted it to be like that!” You rambled, stomping your feet angrily before turning away. “That’s it, I’m going back!”
“Wait, sorry.” The brown-haired was quick to capture your wrist, pulling you back to where you were standing with an apologetic smile on his lips. “I have too many vouchers, and I can’t use them all alone. Besides, they will all be expired today. So…”
“So what?” You blinked your eyes and shook his hand off of your wrist, still abashed by the earlier incident.
“So, um, would you like to join me?” Kiba’s voice was a muffle—and it was a rare occasion for someone as loud as him to be speaking with an almost inaudible volume.
You stared at him again before bursting out, laughing. This time, it was him whose cheeks tinted red. Patting him on the shoulder, you piped, “You could’ve said it earlier, baka. Hinata and Shino could’ve come, too.”
Kiba could feel smoke rising out of his head at your remark. Having to decide that he was no longer going to keep up with how dense you were being at the moment, the Inuzuka did not wait for your consent before yanking you in the direction of the restaurant. Fortunately, you complied due to the salivating vouchers he waved at you earlier—at least you tried to convince yourself that it was because of those vouchers.
For a moment, you thought your eyes were fooling you. “Are you insane, Kiba?” You glanced at him and back at the eligibilities for the vouchers to be applicable on a board that they hung in front of the place. “It literally says that we need to be a couple.”
“I thought you already saw the descriptions.” He casually shrugged and looked away.
“That’s what you thought.” You smacked your lips in doubts, “So how are we going to get in?”
“Hold my hand and pretend that we’re a couple.” He instructed and intertwined his fingers with yours, leaving a tingling sensation on your appendages. You immediately tensed up from the interaction and were about to give him an earful, but Kiba huffed. “Just treat it as an undercover mission with me as your partner, Y/N.”
“I would do just fine if you’re anyone else—”
Kiba felt insulted. “What is that supposed to mean?”
“It’s weird.” You choked, retracted your hand from his warmth, and shoved it inside the pocket of your jacket. Your voice grew quieter as you spoke, “Because, with you, it doesn’t feel like an undercover mission. I don’t want it to b-be one.”
After a long silence that made you want to disappear into the thin air, he responded. Kiba could not look into your eyes—for he was too embarrassed to do so—when he reached into your pocket and pulled out your hand again, this time, shoving both of your hands into his pocket. “Is it weird if I say I feel the same?”
You felt as if the cat just got your tongue, and you stared at him in bewilderment. In response to your perplexion, he gently smiled and led your way into the busy restaurant. You guessed this winter wouldn’t be like any other ones because your hands no longer needed the artificial warmth of those gloves, and your heart finally found its lasting glow.
