Tumblr search isn't working great for me so I'm sorry if I missed this, but do you have a post about travel between fo3 areas and new vegas? My courier is the same as my fo3 character and I've ignored the logistics of that for a long time.

It has been…geez, over five years since I was last in the Mojave - COVID put paid to the last trip I had planned - and this makes me want to go back soon.

If you are curious about/have questions related to any specific irl equivalents to fo3 or fo76 map areas, or have travel route questions about those areas, please feel free to ask if it would be helpful to you! I live/work in the region and have no qualms about answering questions like “…where can I find the closest IRL manhole cover to the Jefferson Memorial?” or “but how do I get from DC to Point Lookout by /land/?” or “show me the metro station at Farragut North?” or “can I go to Raven Rock IRL?”

@twosides--samecoin and I both frequently travel through irl-equivalent areas to the fo4 map these days too (she has much better irl experience with fo4 map territory than I do, and she is getting quite familiar with the greater fo3 map area as well). I’m sure I wouldn’t mind an excuse to make a detour!

I started a sketch when I watched the first episode of his minecraft series and decided to finish it. I love the cherry biome, and his house and little bridge is really cute, so I figured it was a good excuse to practice backgrounds and also having people in scenes.

#their culture is built around observation of a completely mapped/explored timeline #if a narrative is Untrue it is either an innacurate history or a history of an event in an alternate timeline #but they don’t make up narratives outside of intentional deception #it’s why all those fucking. gallifreyan nursery rhymes turn out to be True
