i’m so scared shitless the way aftg fandom is reacting towards nora sakavic and TSC leads to her just… abandoning the project and not publishing anything ever again. why so much vehement hate and rage? why are you still here if you cannot tolerate her or her writing?

mistakes were made in canon aftg. not everything is perfect, not everything is greatly represented. so? it’s been ten years. was the author intentionally insensitive? intentionally hurtful? no. and that’s what matters. she’s been gone for god knows how long, because social media has been bad, and she’s right. good for her.

but some of you are already burning her at the stake before anything has come out. some of you have been spitting on her and her work for years. can’t a person grow up? can’t a person change? can’t an author change and do better?

nora sakavic is out there on twitter x defending palestine. i think that’s much more impactful and meaningful than some much more influential celebrities. and i think it’s very telling on her as a person.

i believe in her. i admire her, and respect her, and appreciate her. the same goes for her work. i wouldn’t be here without her and aftg, and i can never deny that, turn my back on that, forget that, and why would i even want to?

it’s not bad authorship. it’s not bad writing. it’s not bad media. it’s a story about fucked up people for fucked up people. nothing about that is going to be smooth or polished nor palatable to and approved by all. it shouldn’t be.

listen, i’ve got my own disagreements with some things in canon and EC. and? they’re just that. personal disagreement. i’ve got no right to tell an author that her writing and ideas are shit when they have consumed me every waking day, have boosted my creativity, my writing, helped me make long-lasting friends.

nora sakavic isn’t a poor fragile thing by any means, but she has spoken about social media not being good for her mental health. she has told us. we know. we know she sees our stuff. we know our stuff affects her. it’s not hard to get.

i’m not telling anyone to let go of their opinions and negative emotions. i’m saying that respect must prevail. that’s all.

Hey can we discuss the lack of sapphic representation on the tsc chronicles and why I think we're too harsh on cc for it? I'm a queer woman btw, nit that should matter tho

In the past I briefly entertained the idea of CC being bi and private about it bc being married to someone of the opposite sex affords you the assumption of heterosexuality and she just didn't want the public scrutiny.80% of the cast of swordcatcher being bi is what mostly made me think about it, but now I'm 100% convinced she's a a straight girl with a shit ton of queer friends and is a staunch supporter of the community and her work reflects that in many ways

She has a total of two sapphic couples so far, and I think there are two main reasons for that

First and foremost bc we live in a patriarchal capitalistic hellscape and male gay couples sell considerably more than female amongst an audience composed mostly of girls and gay boys, so she would be urged by her agent to favour that kind of rep, its only natural.

But the second and perhaps most important reason is that she, as a straight woman, doesn't understand what it feels like to desire a woman sexually, a relationship that doesnt involve a man is foreign to her (lets also not forget she is a gen x, shes fantastically open mided for that age bracket) so its not that she doesnt want to include it, but she has a harder time writing about it than, say, two men desiring each other, which is common place for her as a person attracted to men.On that note, that's why we should hype the works of queer women

Maybe it's naive on my part, but I genuinely think that woman loves the gays in general, she decided edwardian london wouldn't be homophobic anymore cause she felt like it, in her new world everyone is gay and thats not taboo.What I do complain about is the lack of female deep friendships and parabatai duos. She has plenty of female friends, she knows what it's like, so there are no excuses.I have high hopes for thais and dru, they are the all female parabatai duo we deserved ( Cordelia and Lucie weren't really friends.Matthew, who wanted to fuck her from day one, ended up being more of a friend to cordelia than her future parabatai, and if lucie had a bff in the series, that person was Grace, so yuck)

╰┈➤ Whenever one of them is sad, they will immediately pull each other into a big group hug. Saying comforting words to the other. Watching some movies. Drawing and/or animating together, and etc. Just doing everything they know it makes the other happy!

﹌﹌﹌ They also won't pressure the other to tell them why they are sad. They just want to be there for each other in their darkest nights. ❤

﹌﹌﹌ They will hear each other out, and will do their best to be there, not only for the one who is sad, but also for each other.

╰┈➤ They are all really dramatic. Not in a bad way, but like- They can speak, but at the same time they are speaking they are also doing many movements and motions as they speak because they are dramatic like that lol

﹌﹌﹌ Alan can't hear them outside the computer, and since Orange is the only one who knows how to talk to Alan, the rest of the group just does many moviments and motions so Alan could understand what they are saying.

﹌﹌﹌ Alan doesn't understand a thing, so Orange often speaks for them, but at the same time Alan doesn't really mind and, instead, finds it adorable xd

╰┈➤ Green didn't taught only Orange how to sing - even though it didn't really work well xD - He taught the others how to sing, too!

﹌﹌﹌ Red is a quick learner, so it wasn't too difficult to teach him how to sing.

﹌﹌﹌ Blue was a lil' more difficult, but it wasn't that hard, either. - Green suspects Blue used potions to learn how to sing, though...

﹌﹌﹌ While with Yellow, surprisingly it was harder to teach him, but he got the hang of it eventually.

﹌﹌﹌ So- Basically; Orange is the only one who can't sing;')

╰┈➤ Yellow is the most intelligent of the five(5), but he also often uses only one(1) braincell when doing shenanigans with his friends...

﹌﹌﹌ He's such a genius when it comes to technology and redstone engineering, but when doing shenanigans with his friends... Oh boy.

╰┈➤ Blue and Yellow are the epítome of; Work Smarter, Not Harder.

﹌﹌﹌ In summary; They are all pretty smart, but they'll often lose braincells whenever doing shenanigans with each other. But can you really blame them? They are kids, after all. They just wanna have fun and fight and just be silly

╰┈➤ The group can often pays a lil' visit to Orange and Alan when they are animating. Either to just watch their father figure and best friend-sibling doing work, or to try to help them with their work.

﹌﹌﹌ They are like lil' kids watching their parents work lol (I do not mean this in a Alan x TSC way...... Plz don't take this the wrong way-)

╰┈➤ It might be a canon thing, or maybe not, but Green loves attention. Any kind of attention is good for him.

﹌﹌﹌ Talking good about him? Awesome! Talking bad about him? Awwn shucks, but cool. Just mentions him in only one single part of the conversation? He's instantly the happiest stick in the world.

﹌﹌﹌ For Green, just talking about him just proves how cool he is. Cool enough for people to even bother talking about him. (and he's so right omg i love him sm)

╰┈➤ Since it wasn't confirmed how tall they actually are, then for me; From Tallest to Shortest; Yellow, Blue, Green, Red & The Second Coming!

﹌﹌﹌ It's not that much of a difference, though. Like- Only a few inches of height difference.

﹌﹌﹌ They will playfully tease each other for their heights though. ;)

╰┈➤ Probably a canon thing, but; They can sometimes get carried away and ends up hurting each other, but they will always make up in the end.

╰┈➤ They have some trauma, not only from The Dark Lord fight, but also from when they fought King Orange and when they got betrayed twice by Purple. They can get a lil' paranoid about it sometimes.

╰┈➤ RYGB are all very forgiving, not just because they are kids and kids usually forgive pretty fast, but because they were unwillingly taught to forgive.

﹌﹌﹌ The StickMans were created to fight, and while it can hurt sometimes, especially when a player gets too carried away, they will always forgive and forget, because they did not have any other choice but to keep fighting.

﹌﹌﹌ If they know they were created to fight, and will keep fighting for the rest of their technology lifes, then what's the point of holding grudges because a Stick got too carried away?

﹌﹌﹌ Most of the time it wasn't even their fault, but the player's.

╰┈➤ Even after RYGB met TSC and finally got freedom from their site, they still can't help but to keep going doing what they were created to do. Old habits die hard, after all.

﹌﹌﹌ They do not dislike fighting, though. They still love having battles with each other, be competitive, and etc. It's kinda like a comforting nostalgic thing for them, to keep doing what they were initially created to do.

﹌﹌﹌ And because being competitive it's fun.

╰┈➤ For me, pronouns do not define gender. So like- I like to think that the ColorGang are all genderless, or atleast they identify as genderless, but they feel more comfortable with he/him/his and they/them pronouns? Gender is something really unimportant to them. xD

﹌﹌﹌ It wasn't important before, and It won't be important now.

﹌﹌﹌ They are, overall, neutral about She/Her pronouns, though. They don't mind it, but not really their preference.

Weell- I think that's all the headcanons that I have about them so far. There will probably be more, though. But, for now, that's all! <3

Now.. I'll probably share my headcanons that I have so far about the RainbowGang(ColorGang + Purple) and HollowHead Bros someday! But, for now, that's it.

It's already 1 am from where I am now so- XD

Welp! I think that's it..? I might do a part 3, since my imagination is endless and I would love to do as many ColorGang content as possible, but, for now, that's it!

TSC X RED!!!

Okay okay so i am currently trying out my writing skills and wrote a tsc x red story. Its just that one moment after their fight where they land in the lush cave! I also wrote a little about Purple which ill post later

The two sat on the wooden boards, as one patched up the other's arm. Red looked around. After their little fight they had ended up in a lush cave and as he took in their surroundings more, the more he came to appreciate its beauty at the very moment. The orange hollowhead had handed him a glowberry after their quarrel and he had eaten it immediately. That's why they fought in the first place. Starving, at the brink of death they started blaming each other for losing sight of everyone and ending up where they are. Hell. The guy had punched a creeper K.O. he admired his partners strength but he was therefore also terrifying. Speaking of, he stared at TSC. Said stickman was busy wrapping up his arm, there was clear worry displayed in his body language but there was also something else. Guilt. Over the years Red had learned to read his partner like an open book and he knew the telltales of the man. Suddenly the hollowhead sighed as he finished patching up his arm. "I.. I'm sorry Red. I shouldn't have done this, it was stupid of me to start this fight. I'm sorry I bored you guys but these outside places are all so dangerous and I'm just so worried about losing you guys, I-" TSC's breath hitched as he was caught in a kiss. It was short lived but had a meaning behind it. "Shut up, will you?" Red tilted his head, taking his lover's hands into his. "Look we both messed up okay? We shouldn't have fought but it happened. But we're still here. And we will get out of this together. All of us. We're strong and you know that. I don't blame you, none of us do. So stop acting like a big tough guy! We'll do this together." He lightly punched him in the shoulder, offering him a gentle smile and before he could think of any more words his lips were caught in a passion-filled kiss. "I love you, Red." The orange stickman sighed as he held his lover in his arms. The embrace was nice and warm and he cuddled up to the man greedily. "I love you too." Red muttered as they sat there, enjoying each other's presence in the peaceful moment.

…Suddenly they heard footsteps, they perked up to look over to where the noise came from. There they saw a blocky figure, building a few blocks down carefully. A player! .. alexcrafter28…??? What a lame ass name Red thought. TSC suddenly shook him "Hey! Hey what's that about!?" He shouted. "Dude! This is our chance! Our gateway back!! If we're in this guy's game that means we're in his computer! Which means.." He looked back at Red expectantly "Which means we can take his Minecraft.. and port ourselves back … TSC YOU GENIUS!!!" Red exclaimed, jumping up and excitedly flapping his arms. The hollowhead got up, leaving the warm embrace behind and rushing towards the player, his red friend following closely behind. The player, obviously confused by the two stick figures running at him, tried hitting them with arrows. Red caught the arrow flying at him, giving his partner a confused look as they rushed into the players screen. And as Red took the minecraft icon away from the desktop, TSC opened the emails, emailing themselves back to Alan's computer. Finally, they could find the rest of their lovers.

The 'Never Have I Ever' Project

Hello Heathens,

So, I've been meaning to work on this one for a while. It's quite similar to my 'Yours with Love' project in the sense that it's a writing experiment I'm doing to push myself, test boundaries, and have some fun.

Never Have I Ever is a series of short (ha!) one-shots that intentionally focuses on "out of character" (OOC) behavior. So, each story will be about something they will NEVER do. For instance, what if Alec cheats on Magnus? What if Magnus decides to become Asmodeus' apprentice? What if David chooses someone else over Max?

It's chaos. It's a mess. I'm excited.

Some quick things about this project:

Applies to both tsc characters and my OCs :)

Only one story per character!

It could be set in a canon world or an au but it can't be about a specific fic (for example, what if alec never divorced magnus - we're talking about 'ooc' fics not 'what if' fics).

I will be working on this after lbaf - along with the rwrb au

It's very subjective. I've seen many fics about cheater alec and 'bad warlock' magnus so like remember these are 'ooc' work from my perspective, not the fandom's.

Also, please don't say shit like 'what if Alec was straight' - I can only change a person's behavior and values, not their intrinsic identities.

I need your help with ideas! You can send me prompts or thoughts or ideas about what YOU think is an "out of character" behavior/value for a tsc/lbaf character. I might not necessarily agree with it or use it (like if you say 'oohhh what is alec kills a child? uhhh that's not very ooc (to me) my friend') but please do feel free to share your thoughts. I won't be responding to these asks individually just to keep the suspense hehe

This is purely an experiment. And it might not work out the way I want it to and I might not be able to write ooc stuff. But where is the fun is not trying? And who knows what adventures this might lead to, eh?

Feel free to send prompts now or whenever you think of them! I'll be taking notes anyway :)

Okay so I’ve been sitting here for like an hour and now I randomly feel the need to talk through my stance on the whole Jaime/Dru situation

Firstly, I don’t dislike Jaime’s character — I find him really interesting. Ever since we met him in TDA I’ve been intrigued to see where his character goes! I think he has a lot of potential for the TWP gang and I cannot wait to see what greater role he plays!

I just can’t get behind Jaime and Dru as a romantic ship — firstly, because of the age gap between them, but secondly, because I see them with a more platonic bond. Dru and Jaime as best friends who do not have a lovers arc, I feel, would suit them much better. It would also be nice to see a male/female friendship in TSC that doesn’t have a “kind of lovers” phase or a full blown romance. (Don’t get me wrong, I love best friends to lovers, but I feel like not every friendship has to become a romance! Just because it can doesn’t mean it should)

I may also just be a biased Morgenthorn shipper but none of my disliking of Jaime x Dru as a ship is because I dislike Jaime as a character! I like Jaime and Dru as characters individually (Dru is one of my favourites) but as a ship? Not for me!

what are your thoughts on sophideon? i'm rereading tid rn and they're so sweet together. also, what are some of your ideas for tlh filler eps if you have any? i would love to see them doing an escape room or something.

My thoughts on Sophideon is that they're my 4th favourite TSC ship after Thomastair/Herondaisy/Wessa. They are literally the sweetest little love story imaginable. I love what an awkward himbo Gideon is and how he tries to come up with ways to see her, and how he announces their engagement without proposing. I love Sophie's headstrong nature and how it makes their relationship develops as it does. The whole "I see it, and it is just part of the most beautiful woman I have ever known"??? Yeah, that lives in my head rent-free. It cannot elude me that like Alastair, Sophie has a lot of trauma. It's a different kind, but it is definitely there. And both Thomas and Gideon were the perfect people to grow with them, okay? And ugh I love Sophideon they're so cute and funny.

Some TLH filler episode ideas I have:

Escape room. I totally fuckin agree

Matthew and Alastair must team up to find a missing Thomas (he is hanging out with Anna)

It's Christmas, and James and Cordelia go shopping together for Christmas gifts for friends. The plot is them being unable to find something for (x friend/family member) and having to chase it down.

Cordelia and Alastair cooking contest face-off with James, Thomas, and Matthew as the judges. They spend the entire time catering to Matthew because he is the deciding vote no matter what

More Ari and Anna heists. I think there should be one Ari/Anna centered heist episode per season, kind of like the Halloween heists in B99.

Thomas and Alastair decide to have a small party. Christopher blows something up in their house and they have to contend with it (no serious damage is done) while also contending with other guests being weird. It's basically a Thomastair centric episode while they solve stupid, funny problems together.
