"Vide cor meum" by the irish composer Patrick Cassidy.

A true masterpiece. So full of love and longing.

No wonder Filmmakers use it in highly emotional scenes. I might mention "The Kingdom of Heaven" or - "Hannibal".

And believe me - they know very well why.

To me it's also a perfect wedding song.

Not for mine. I was married once and found the experience was more than - sufficient.

But if you make up your mind (and think of all the kitsch you often hear on such occasions) - i think this would be an excellent choice...
