I am not a robot 🤖 I am human and happy to be alive even if the world is shrouded in darkness and looks super ugly right now but there is still a light within my heart and I refuse to give up faith and I refuse to give up hope. I still believe in human kindness. The media doesn't show it so we have to show it. We cannot depend on any govt to care about our wellbeing. We need our own communities to care for each other, neighbors helping neighbors. That's it. Human endeavors are not all evil, there are still good people trying to make a difference, they don't yell or make a scene they quietly move amongst us as hidden angels in human form.

I had a breakdown this morning. A breakdown I haven’t had in a long time. And I kept trying to fight it because it felt like I was going backwards in my recovery. But the more I did that, the worse it felt. I actually began to question whether I could even keep trying.

And then I let myself feel it. I told myself that it’s okay if things aren’t okay right now. And things, somehow, began to feel okay. Like even if they aren’t okay right now, they will be. And this will pass. Admitting to myself that I wasn’t okay was key to me being able to realize that I would be okay.

It helped. And it showed me my progress. My progress was there in the way I reached out for help. In the way I bounced back and overcame it. My progress was not undone by the fact it happened.

I don’t know. I think the point of this is to say that your progress doesn’t come undone when things get hard. And that it’s okay to feel things. It’s okay to break. And it’s okay to not be okay. You’re still going to get through this.

Kakologophobia is very misunderstood because it is one of the most rarest anxiety disorders in the world and when people with Kakologophobia simply request, ppl bombard them with ableism and swear more and that is definitely not the answer. Kakologophobia is forgotten way too much, even by the most trained humanists and they even deny Kakologophobia like we don't exist...

Kakologophobia deserves as much love as every other disorder and Kakologophobia is valid. Period.

I don't know how to explain it but I feel… disconnected, from all of everyone i've ever met. Maybe I'm stupid, maybe I'm smart. All i know is that there is a rift between myself and those that I surround myself with. I know things, I know about space and I feel. As a species, humans are the only ones that create for the sake of it, and every time I paint or write i tend to become emotional because I am creating, i am a creator i am a creator i am a creator just as everyone else is but i do not feel like everyone else. I feel like there are people who just don't understand me. I don't feel like everyone i've ever met has understood me. I feel… and I hate to say this because it makes me feel like an ass hole, but i feel intelligent. I feel able to grasp complex concepts that some people I know wouldn't even be able to imagine. I feel, too I feel human I feel like this universe in a literal sense is mine and ours and belongs to us and nobody I know understands me when I speak it. I feel like I am meant for things that are bigger than reality and I don't know how to understand or grasp or come to terms with it. I am human and i feel like i can change the nature of reality and i just don't understand maybe i am too stupid to understand or maybe it's the plight of humanity i am disconnected from. and every night i look at the stars and i physically cannot pull my eyes away from them i have to look i have to look i have to look because those are entire worlds that I cannot even imagine to understand because my brain and consciousness is not meant for such large numbers and i feel,,, daunted by my future and reality and i feel like i can't show it and i do not talk about it enough
