i know im quite late but this has been stuck in my head and i need to get it out so here are my 12am impulse thoughts,,,

Josie I'm sorry I haven't written a comment on your yt au, I read it this morning before work and it was a great day to start the day, too bad I was quite busy to give you my thoughts but here I am!

This is now one of my favorite fexi au fics, full of fluff and just so cute overall. I really liked how you described all of their backgrounds, not only for fexi but also ash, rue, and even Faye. They all felt like a family since the nye scene.

The thought of fez watching lexis videos and trying to bake her recipes had me all blushing and giggling.

I really loved the fic, but if I had to choose something that loved the most it's probably ash and fez interactions, they do act like brothers and ash giving him shit for watching lexis pride and prejudice review was golden and the whole "I was talking to God last night, and he said to stop being a lil’ bitch face and ask her out alread" favorite line hands down!!! I laughed out loud with that scene, I find that writing comedy/funny parts is always the hardest but you nailed it here. ASH IS HILARIOUS what are you talking about fez?

And you also gave us jealous lexi, one of my favorite tropes tbh, it was small but I loved that fez reassured her immediately that he wouldn't be flirting with her if he had a gf💜💜

Lexi and Faye is also something that we don't get enough on fics, it just made me so happy having them together in her vlogs, maybe a collab in the future for them too?

And the ending, everyone together having dinner, and ash calling lexi her sis, it was just so wholesome.

what are our favorite aaa couples doing this valentines day?

i actually discussed how each of them feel about V-Day once before so i have the necessary lore in my head to answer this hehe, so i’ll just give the general rundown!

as you can imagine, valentine’s day is one of dylan’s fave days of the year period end of the story. it might be his favorite holiday. not even bc he has a boyfriend who is the love of his life but more so because he just... is love in such a compact form and so he thrives on a day that’s just about appreciating All the people in your life and celebrating the concept of love. like he FLOURISHED in elementary school giving out valentines to all his classmates in their little desk mailboxes and i think he carries that instinct with him even now. he makes all his friends handmade small cards and a little baked goods care package (so all the techies get one, riley gets one, his brother and dad get one), he Always does a vlog video to post on valentines thats like about love or related to preparing for the holiday etc etc. he just... loves it. its his day.

(he’s also the only person who can get lucas to acknowledge the day. lucas is like fuck vday its fake i dont know what that is and then dylan swoops in with his valentine and is like here lucas!!! i love you happy valentines day!!!!!!! and lucas is like........ okay fine i will accept this but thats IT otherwise its fake *takes bite of cookie*)

as for asher and dylan specifically, i feel like valentines day isn’t necessarily... here’s the thing like they’re appreciative and kind and thoughtful towards each other all the time so in that respect vday is just another day lol but i feel like they do make an effort to mark it in some way, but lowkey ways? like they definitely always go on a date of some kind, not super fancy but they make a point of doing it on that day, and i also think they exchange small gifts that are particular to their relationship on that day. like for example one time i saw this post talking about how a gf made her bf a scrapbook of all the things he had baked for her and like wrote little notes about what she thought about them + something she loved about their relationship on each page with each baked good and thats the kind of thing asher would give dylan one valentines day. you know what i mean? that’s the kind of thing they do

on the flip side, riley and lucas don’t celebrate valentines day. they’re of the thinking that having a day specifically to acknowledge your partner is kind of stupid since you should be doing that every day, and both of them are very lowkey people in terms of stuff like that i don’t think they like... want or need to do anything. and as we know they both have such weird relationships with romance in general bc of watching their parents implode in different ways, so i think they both are somewhat averse to traditional “love” things? i mean lucas is the dude who doesnt even want people to acknowledge his birthday, holidays just are not his thing. time is fake. but i think if they do acknowledge it at all its just in something really small and simple, like a quick “happy valentines day” after a kiss before they part ways for the day. maybe lucas gets her her favorite pastry again, maybe she makes him lunch. you know? nothing intense

for zc, i think charlie has a really complicated relationship with the day because of how he was raised. like on the one hand, vday should be charlie’s day, because i think charlie is the most hopeless romantic of the front nine. but i think they talked about it in such a different context at catholic school where its like yes this is about christian love (which is nice!) but this love can only be valid and christian in the context of one man and one woman and after a certain time / commitment etc etc (i read a couple of websites to see what the general catholic perspective on it is lmao) so i think charlie is just... all turned upside down and around internally about what its actually supposed to mean / where he fits in that and it just. is a mess. so pre-zay i think he just spent the whole day avoiding girls who were praying he’d give them a valentine and then went to bed all torn up and then laid in the wistful meadow in his head until he fell asleep LMAO but. as for how they approach it as a duo, i think they’re somewhere between rl and da... some years its like lets do something, lets go out, and other years its just not the vibe and they choose to just brush it off and be lowkey. but i think even tho he knows charlie is so conflicted about it, zay will find SOME way to appreciate charlie on that day in the sense that he knows he’s such a romantic and deserves a day like that so he’ll... order in their favorite meal, or theyll go on a picnic (like their first date) or something like that. you know what i mean? like zay personally doesnt care that much bc he’s less of a romantic intrinsically but he tries to read the mood of how charlie feels that year and then match it

Don’t let what other people say about you get you down, yes, it sucks to hear people speculating about you and your private life, but they have no idea what’s actually going on, and they’re just curious . The fact that I gotta do well and get good marks in order to get into a good uni course… and the fact that i just want to keep getting better,, and i don’t want to disappoint people and i also don’t want to do badly bc yikes its real competitive at my school so like lowkey fear of failure

What time do you do your best studying? Tbh it really depends, it’s either the morning not long after i wake up (esp if it’s holidays or the weekend), right after i get home from school, or like late at night if i get a burst of motivation (like sometimes i’ll end up studying from 10:30 to 1am which isn’t sustainable if i have to get up at 7 for school)

Best self care tip for exam season? Don’t spend your time around people who get really stressed out. It only makes you more stressed, and you don’t need that extra worry. Positive vibes only. Stay chill!

Do you listen to music when you study? Yeah. I just listen to music with no lyrics and I’ll use @studyquill’s playlist :DD

Where do you do your best studying? I do pretty much all my studying at home so.. home?? but i have this spot at school that i like to go to in the mornings when no one’s at school yet because it’s super quiet and i can get some quality work done there

The way i needed to relax like release anxiety but then i was like i wanna watch common room vlogs and....now its higher than ever.

Like guys i love them :((( i want that :(((( its da soo simple and achievable like theyre so cute thats kind of exactly what my friends look like. Like the way i JUST said i wanna be main characters at the beach and then they did that with the CUUUTEST soundtrack like vibes were immaculate and now i have anxiety

They are just so pure and my age and fun. And not like over the top fun which is caitlyn at this point just chill fun. Although discovering them feels like discovering caitlyn and i hope it has the same implications.

And i hope we go to the beach.

Its just insane bc theyre such pure friends with their vibe which i feel like doesnt come off a lot with an authentic group of 4. Like 4 is so interesting and rare for theyre family vibe.

And i genuinely love brooke averick like shes just one of my faves and as a fan i know she LOVES new girl so seeing her live a life that is that. I couldnt be more happy for a person :(

Theyre so cute they just ride around in a convertable seeing California sunsets and listen to good music and order takeout and eat together at their dinner table and drink on the weekends and :(((

Its also like i know theyre just so regular like theyre doing tiktok but theyre lives are so regular and east coast so seeing them go to LA is so adorable because i know theyre just living a fantasy. And i love them and i have anxiety.

Hello friends so I went to KCON this past weekend……… Here’s my story.

HELL ON EARTH i made a cute kcon vlog and made vanessa sit down with me for a kcon chat about the first day but its too long and do i have time to reedit that? No. so here’s my kcon experience my bros.

KCON DAY 1

Wowie so we had like p5 tickets so we kinda just walked around the convention. We sat in on Joan and Edward’s panel for a while and then we stayed for GoToe and Sunny’s panel and GOTOE IS SO CUTEEE I honestly only used my camera to record him he was…. Adorable. But the panel was so quiet and awkward bc of the language barrier and Sunny wasn’t even talking she was just quietly doing his makeup. And there were only… like 30 people there? It was interesting. Then we bought a few albums (Vanessa bought 2 svt albums and a poster and I got Eclipse and we got AL1 for a friend). We went to this photobooth where you could take a picture with a drama background and they had this wall to vote for your fave dramas and leads and INNOCENT DEFENDANT DESERVED BETTER IT HAD HARDLY ANY VOTES. Anyways we were in line for the picture and we chose the Strong Woman background. As we were walking towards the green screen for our turn we were cut by a bunch of Korean businessmen and they turned around and apologized “I’m so sorry. He’s the president of __” and we honestly didn’t hear what company we kinda blacked out from the shock of these men talking to us. Anyways we were at the green screen to take out picture and I motioned to the photographer like “I am going to pick her up like a baby” and his eyes got so big he was like “Y O U?”. now let me tell you, Vanessa is 5’8 and I am 4’8….. He was like “There’s not much time…. How long can you hold?” anyways we took the worst/best picture ever and he was not amused at all lmao he looked so done with us. So we sat down at food street to wait to be picked up and I opened my EXID album to look at it. Two girls were sitting at our table and were like “Did I hear EXID?” so we started talking about the gorls then they asked if we were here to see VIXX (I was wearing a VIXX shirt) and we were like “No, seventeen” and one had an epiphany and said “WAIT i have a seventeen audience pass” AND WE WERE BOUTTA CRY she only had one tho bUT she also had a red carpet pass so I Took svt and vanessa took redcarpet for $20 each (People had been selling them for $200….) AND WE WERE SHAKING SO MUCH it felt so unreal we were both going to SEE SVT and honestly Eclipse it… the bible… a sacred album tbh, blessed. Then we got some FOOD and ended up sitting with these 3 ladies and they liked my pants and BECAUSE THE LIKED MY PANTS they offered us a bunch of free passes!! They had like 2 oh my girl, 4 Astro, 2 SF9, 1 Kard audience passes and this was literally like 20 minutes later we were SHOOK. We took Oh My Girl and gave them to Mely and Vanessa :^) But honestly we went in expecting NOTHING and the day was so crazy Its been a few days and I still can’t believe how kind people are and how lucky we were it all feels like a dream.

I MET KAYLA WHAT A SWEETIE HI KAYLA IF U SEE THIS UR CUTE AND YOUR DRESS WAS CUTE!! ALSO I MET MELY LIKE UUUHHHHHHHHH ITS BEEN 5 YEARS AND VANESSA DIDNT FIGHT ME THANK GOD. SO we didn’t have many workshops we were planning to attend so my Vanessa and I watched Mely and her Vanessa learn how to dance DWC and Mely was talking up how she wanted to do all these dance workshops AND SHE DIDNT EVEN TRY Mely u looked like a limp noodle. Vanessa was better than u. Then Vanessa and I got some food with Kayla and Sophia (HI SOPHIA NICE MEETING U) and we noticed that it was about 12:30 and the line for SVT’s artist engagement was already forming so we waited a bit and ate as we watched that damn line grow. We eventually got in line and waited for an hour in the sun and it was abuse KCON im suing u. But Vanessa waited TWO HOURS in her line for saturday’s red carpet but she’s got more melanin than me. AND we talked to some really nice people in line IDK who ya’ll are but I lvoe you!! Anyways. We were like? In the 3rd row in the audience and there were a few people letting me get in front of them because I’m TINY and one really nice girl who was just a bit taller than me was trying her best to help me get by tall people and she was so sweet I wish I could have thanked her a million more times ;-; So there were like 3 people from a fansite to my left that wouldn’t let me by (of course) and then THESE TWO LADIES who when we asked they just looked down on me and shook their heads AND THEY WERE SO EXTREMELY TALL I WAS EFFENDED. I didn’t tell anybody this but they were playing DWC mv and i actually almost cried bc after all that anticipation I thought I wasn’t even going to be able to see them and I was so hurt. BUT After a few minutes I decided it wasn’t worth being so hot to not even be able to see SVT so I went to the back and watched from the projectors and WOWIE were they beautiful. Everybody was screaming so much /literally/ the only thing I heard was Joshua say “number two!”. But Scoops was so bubbly and had such prominent dimples, Vernon was a sweetie pie, Blond Jun looks better irl, Mingyu: an angel, Jeonghan????? BEAUTIFUL and dainty he really did look like an angel, Joshua is fkn pretty boy nerd he was just happy to be in LA. DK was his sunshine self and Mingyu…… is so cute?? I wish I coulf give much more descriptions on all the boys but I didn’t have a very good view :^( But let me tell you…. Lee Jihoon…………….. The most beautiful man I’ve ever laid eyes on like he honestly made it all worth it he’s absolutely drop dead gorgeous and I felt bliss amongst the chaos he’s truly a walking miracle on this earth. And omg he’s so tiny.

While we waited for Vanessa to finish the red carpet we got some bomb ice cream i loved that man. And OH BOY WAS VANESSA ZAZZED WHEN SHE RETURNED.

And now here are Vanessa’s thoughts about the red carpet: Ok so the red carpet was really GOOD but I was talking to the girls I met while waiting in line we all kind of agreed its kind of not worth it if you’re in the way bc fansites (I think I saw Jihoon’s fansite mintbreeze there). Also it was really cute seeing all the different fans there. I had a VIXX stan standing in front of me and she was just adorable. SF9 were really cute and one of them said “ITS LIT” before they left and I was like wow same. Donghae and I made eye contact for like 1 second and it was so awkward I had to look away. Cosmic girls were ADORABLE and Xuan Yi kept smiling and waving at fans which made all the fangirls scream and that made Xuan Yi smile even more. When VIXX greeted they greeted and all of them bowed except for Leo who had his hands together as if he was praying and I was like wow that is the most Leo thing i’ve ever seen. Girl’s day…. When I saw Minah’s outfit the girl I met while in line offered her hand for emotional support and i took it so fast bc oooooooh man I lost it. Minah kept posing so….. Suggestively like she knew what she was doing. Also I was super gay for Yura. When SVT came out ho boy I almost fell to the floor bc Jun was first and he was fcknin handsome and really tall????? Vernon is a work of art and Seungkwan is an actual baby. Mingyu was gorgeous I legit couldnt take my eyes off him man. I witnessed Wonwoo be a meme. He just looked at Minghao and had his hand on his shoulder, nodded a few times and looked away and Minghao just laughed to himself. Woozi saw some girls next to me who kept going crazy for him and I could tell he tried so hard not to laugh out loud and looked kind of embarrassed or shy about all the fangirling they were doing for a few seconds it was so cute. But tbh out of everyone except for Mingyu and Jun, Woozi kind of stood out to me the most. He was just so?????? Unique looking??? Idk how to explain it but he was beautiful. Chan was almost the last one to leave the stage bc he kept waving at the fans and doing the finger heart thing and he just looked so happy :’)))) Like Jun had to push his arm a little to make him go forward since Chan was the second to last. Also I had my banner up while they were about to leave and I saw Woozi look up a bit when I did and did a half-smile laugh mainly bc of the way I was holding it and doing a :| face ya know what I mean. So he basically laughed at me and it was an honor.

So the concerto. He was a good man. The venue wasn’t as huge as I thought it was going to be so our seats actually felt really close! Preshow: Of course Jun Curryahn was a good man when isn’t he. Then Korean Effects did some BEATBOXING and he was SO GOOD I felt the bass of that man’s voice in my chest. A girl that I do not know the name of came and sang blood sweat and tears to his beatboxing and that was the first time that night that Vanessa turned to me and screamed “IM SO GAY”. The show: Leo and Minah sang a song from Lalaland and it was beautiful. THEN JOSH VERN AND MINGYU came out as the MC’s and I was SHOOK I didn’t expect those boys. I don’t know SF9 but they were good I was amazed they got the stunts! Cosmic Girls were OF COURSE adorable and amazing. Then the screen was showing 17’s intro and we were like “OH SHIT BOY” but THEN it said “special unit performances” and we SCREAMED We didn’t think they would perform unit songs!! It was sad seeing Swimming Fool without Hosh but they did very well those boys. Habit OF COURSE WAS AMAZING I CRY THINKING ABOUT HOW I ACTUALLY HEARD THOSE ANGELS. And OHHHHHHHH BOYYYYYYYYY the day came. As soon as the first notes of Check in played Vanessa and I held on to each other and started screamiING. Check in is oUR JAM OOOOOOHH YEAHH. Then Girls Day performed and they were T H E hottest group there honestly these girls were RUDE. During their stage vanessa informed me 3 more times how gay she is. She was so angry at Minah for doing that^™. Then Cosmic Girls performed I Need U (boy) and SF9 & Cosmic girls performed Sorry Sorry AND GUESS WHO WAS NEXT THE KINGS EUNHAE. Now let me tell you a story. Super Junior was the first group I ever learned and I became friends with Vanessa and Mely because of them. Oppa Oppa? Vanessa and I have been dancing to that for 5 years and u bet we went HARD when they performed that. I’m still so angry that Eunhyuk made us say “LA oppa”. AND THEY PERFORMED I WANNA DANCE I WANTED THEM TO PERFORM IT BUT I DIDNT THINK THEY WOULD SINCE IT WAS A JAPANESE TRACK!! But the whole time they performed I was screaming about how much I hated their hair. Then Vixx performed and I could tell that a lot of fans were there for them (as well as Eunhae) they got the loudest screams. HYUKS ENGLISH WAS SO CUTE I HAD TO HOLD VANESSAS HAND MY BABY BOY. Im really lowkey glad they didn’t perform chained up tho I was blessed that night. And then………...it was SVT’s stage. I had no idea they were the headliners and OH BOY did those boys rock it. There was one VERY RUDE FOCUS ON JIHOON DURING DWC AND I CRIED INTO VANESSAS SHOULDER. I never didn’t think I was going to scream during this concert… but wow did I surprise myself. Even Vanessa was like “WOah”. But SVT performed a super sick remix of Rock and AND they had a little random play dance time which tbh they didn’t even try that hard but then they shot some tshirt cannons and I saw Jihoon rush over for one and honestly I was terrified for my life. He exudes such a different aura on stage that Jihoon really is “El Woozi”. AND HE STANDS WITH ONE HAND ON HIS HIP BOY WHAT IS THAT SASS FOR. During their ment Boo was being his lil Diva self he was so funny and Dino……. A man? He was so handsome I can’t believe. And Minghao got so many screams I was so proud and happy he deserves them all!! Really all the boys Looked amazing and performed so well I could go on for hours. I heard Seungkwan do the Boo airhorn sound effect and i shed a single tear. Dino was so stunningly handsome like??? He really actually does look older than Mingyu he does not look like the youngest at all what are they feeding him. At one point Vernon was like “Wow Josh, I can tell why you hype up your hometown so much” And JOSH gave him THIS LOOK it was so funny he looked offended, disgusted, and sassy I don’t even know who that man is. Good news: I personally caught no signs of butt touching but I /could/ have missed something. But really the whole concert was absolutely amazing, even if you don’t know all the groups the stages are all so great and I think it was just an excellent concert overall. And the next day we dropped off Mely and Vanessa at 11 for their Oh My Girl audience.. That started at 11. Im sorry Chicas but I’m glad u made it in time. ANYWAYS this has been my kcon experience I had a very good time and TBH I would probably consider going again if Seventeen never fkn comes to california.

idk man i just felt like these fit really well with the boys (featuring sr16g)

-okay so first off i just want to say this is just my opinion and please don’t come for me if ur fave isn’t who you thought they would be

-lets begin

- johnny and ten would totally be a prank channel and its always a full blown war no one is safe even their apartment neighbors fear they might get dragged in by the odd duo

-haechan and chenle would be hella chismosos and have a drama channel always spilling tea and indirect people they are also bffs with ORL (lol just scroll)

-sr16g would be a collab channel similar to O2l (Our 2nd Life) but ORL (Our Rookie Life) with the girls posting videos with a theme each day of the week

-yuta is the wokest youtuber always calling out other channels or celebs bs he even makes conspiracy theory videos (Proof Mark from MarksAbsolutelyCapableGaming died and was replaced by a clone)

-winwin would somehow be featured in an ORL video and the fans liked him so much he ended up creating his own channel dedicated to beauty (haircare, makeup, skincare, etc.)

-jisung oh lord this lil boy would have a toy review channel but he also reviews games, foods, places, etc. and occasionally rants when the stores are sold out of a new plushie

-taeil and doyoung have a music channel where they do covers and will play music games like 1 second song challenge, whisper challenge, hum only, etc.

-taeyong is a lifestyle youtube who does hauls and goes to cafes he also enjoys making videos with his friends (Shopping in Myeong-dong with Sicheng from BeautyWinWins)

-jaehyun has a reaction channel and often over edits his videos like pewdiepie bc he thinks he is a meme lord he also does occasional gaming with MarksAbsolutelyCapableGaming which is just 10 minutes of them screaming at each other to revive one another

-mark does gaming and comedy and although his preferred method in winning is to “scream until the buttons listen” he is really shy at meet and greets and his comedy is mainly centered around bad puns that he makes on twitch with JungJaeOfficial

-jaemin has a lifestyle channel which mostly consists of vlogs and stationary (he has a HUGE collection jeno thinks he has a serious problem) but he is most well known for his boyfriend tags where he drags jeno in once a month to mess around

-kun has an art channel and is hella loved but only uploads once every 3 months and forgets he has an instagram 80% of the time

-hansol has an anime review channel but 50% of the time its actually him bashing on everything he wanted to happen instead and screaming at the producers for killing his favorite character (How Akame Ga Kill! SHOULD Have Ended) he is also friends with lots of other channels and often collabs with dancers on the dl because he uses a different name when dancing

-lucas and jungwoo have a baby channel maybe only like 1K but they upload hella quality so their fanbase is super dedicated they like to call themselves a mature channel but they literally uploaded a video called Becoming Fairy Princes and Finding the Love of Our Lives (it was halloween and they just handed out candy while petting every dog in sight)

-renjun has an art channel which mostly consists of him doodling and making videos like How to Be More Productive, The Best Watercolor Techniques, Where I Buy My Fineliners, etc he also does fashion like the artsy lil shit he is giving tips on how to thrift and where to go

fiction

inkwyrm [sci-fi] is the devil wears prada: gays in space edition. an intergalactic magazine with a super diverse and representative spread of characters. this is a podcast made by folks who are fans of podcasts, and decided to make their own. (there a few of these on this list!)

dead serious [supernatural] is about two teens who discover that the local haunted house is actually Haunted and talk to the ghosts living there about their lives and deaths (another small podcast)

hello from the magic tavern [comedy/fantasy] is an improvised comedy podcast, that might not be to everyone’s taste, as it can be a bit slow at times, but its super cool to see the characters grow and develop each week

jim robbie and the wanderers [sci-fi?] is a great, very queer podcast about a surreal post-apocalyptic america. the quality of season one is rough, but it gets better and better over time. (summary thanks to a wonderful anon!)

lesser gods [fantasy] is a sort of modern au for greek gods set in the future. (another small podcast!)

death at a low price [sci-fi] is follows SlotSpot through its store announcements, phone calls, commercials, and walkie-talkie conversations, which are filled with dark humor and varying characters of many origins. (another small podcast!)

special mention: under pressure is another new podcast from procyon podcasts (the strange case of starship iris) about life aboard the underwater research station amphitrite. only the teaser is up at the moment, but it should be good is the strange case of starship iris is anything to go by!

non-fiction

focused.af is zach valenti’s (doug eiffel in wolf 359) daily audio vlogs where he sometimes has special guests, poetry readings, meditations, discussions about mental health and lgbt issues as well as other random stuff.

shmanners is about different manners needed for different events, and is super useful to dip into if you need some advice. also travis and teresa are so sweet and very lovely to listen to

rose buddies is about the show “the bachelor” but you dont need to watch it to know what is happening each week, as griffin and rachel guide you through the events. its hilarious and griffin and rachel’s relationship is adorable

the land of desire is about all sorts of odd french history, told by a huge history nerd. she just gets so excited about france its very cute, and super interesting

loose canon is discussions about films. i’ve just started listening bc julia and amanda from spirits did an episode on she’s the man (my fave film ever) but its super rad bc i love talking about films, and the problems and positives they bring up

we got this is debates about what the best __ is and is great to dip into, rather than marathon, as i normally choose a topic that interests me, like which is the best monty python song.

til death do us blart is just a bunch of blokes talking about how bad the film “paul blart mall cop 2″ is. thats it really.

Long Distance with Jimin

And now it is time for the first member of the maknae line, half of the Busan line, the other half of Yoonmin, our angel who looked s o fucking good with the pink hair cotton candy!chim was one of my faves it was so cute while it lasted, he always looks so good tbh, Park Jimin aka chim chim

So this series is gonna be about a long distance relationship (ldr for short) with the boys, this post is gonna more focused on the online relationship aspect but it’ll still be ldr!!

This is gonna involve youtuber!Jimin (here) to sum it up, he has a channel where he uploads anything he wants, covers, dances, vlogs, tags, just anything he’s in the mood for that day

So the story of how you two meet is that you meet over social media (youtube) you see one of his dance videos, mention how much you loved it in one of your videos, the subscribers tell Jimin and then shit just goes from there

He’d already been a fan of your channel and you loved his so the two of you start talking online and he’s s o friendly and sweet and you two get to know each other really well

The first two months of your relationship is long distance until you two can finally meet up

At first everything is platonic, you're considering doing a collab together or just meeting up but you're both too busy to fly out at first bc college and you'd need to figure out where you'd stay if you did fly out to see him

Like would you stay with him??? Is that okay with him?? Or should you find a good hotel nearby? Is that something you ask him, you don’t know what approach to take to it so you save it for when it comes up

But then things start getting more flirty bc chim can be a lil flirt when he wants to be, he’s shy and smol and cute but he goes from shy giggles and looking away to avoid people’s gazes to ripping his shirt off

So at first, he’s just being friendly, asking how your day’s going, what video you’re filming/editing, what your favorite movies are bc he wants to get to know you and you do the same with him

And slowly but surely, more flirty lines start up like he asks about your ideal first date, what you look for in a significant other and he starts telling you about his crush and it’s pretty obvious he’s trying to hint at you being the crush

“Actually, my crush kinda looks like you haha how ironic right??”

“Oh hey my crush has that same necklace what a small world”

He eventually gathers up the courage to Facetime/Skype you and ask you out and he has this whole date planned out in his head, he wants to fly out to see you and have the first date in person and he wants to explore your city with you

You say yes when he asks and he gets s o happy, you know that smile Jimin gets where it’s all teeth and most of the time he laughs and his eyes are so bright his entire face is just lit up and it’s so precious, that’s the smile he gets

You two were gonna meet up either way but the date is an extreme bonus

He sends you clips of his journey on snapchat, packing up his bag for the week he’ll be with you, heading to the airport with kook driving him, the both of them singing in the car on the way over, Jimin in the plane bc he plans to take a nap the entire time and wants to let you know that so you don’t text him and get !!! when he doesn’t respond

But he was lowkey up all night editing and packing and was way too excited to go to sleep how does one sleep when such exciting things are going on

You pick him up at the airport bc he obviously doesn’t have a car/ride in your city yet and he also doesn’t know his way around and you’re in awe at how handsome he is in person, cameras don’t do him justice tbh

He gives you a hug and it definitely lasts longer than a “friend” hug but he also doesn’t wanna make you feel uncomfortable bc you two had just met so he doesn’t stay in the hug as long as he would’ve liked to

It feels so comfortable with him like there is that first hour where you two are figuring each other like how close you can sit near each other without the other being uncomfortable, how affectionate you can be with each other, stuff like that

But Jimin’s a really affectionate person so it doesn’t take too long before he’s hugging you and laying his head or chin on your shoulder or leaning on you when he laughs and the relationship feels really natural, nothing is rushed or forced, everything happens at its own pace

You two spend the week together and he’s so much sweeter than you could’ve ever expected and he makes you laugh a lot and he’s always so giggly and smiley which makes you giggly and smiley and you both wish he could stay longer but he’s got school to go back to

The goodbye hug lasts a l o t longer than the first hug did and you can see how much more comfortable you two are with each other

My head canon is that Jimin is a nuzzler when he hugs people like you know how some people bury their face/nose in the other person’s hair or neck or shoulder, that’s Jimin all the way

His hugs are really tight and warm and just overall lovely and he would make such a great cuddler don’t even get me started on this shit

You promise to fly over to him in a couple weeks so it’s not gonna be too long until you two can see each other again but you’re in that honeymoon stage where you wanna talk to them and see them as often as you can so going long distance after you two just started to figure each other out is ouch

He leaves one of his favorite rings with you so you have something of his to wear and he gets one of your necklaces so you two have lowkey couple items

Jimin makes sure he calls/texts you everyday and he never ever (e v e r) forgets the good morning/night texts

There are so many nights where you two stay up way too late texting each other and you’re both smiling at your phones and Jungkook keeps teasing Jimin about it bc that’s the job of a best friend

He is a king of selfies, even his “ugly” selfies are cute like how he makes the weirdest angles that should not make anyone look good actually look really nice is beyond me I don’t get it I’m fully convinced he’s a secret model

He sends tons of selfies bc he wants you to know he’s thinking about you and he sends lots of pictures with Jungkook’s dog bc two puppies in one shot that’s a good deal

He also takes lots of pictures with the rabbit Tae gets and that’s equally as cute bc he keeps calling her his niece and he sends this one clip of her hopping around and you can hear his giggle in the background

Skype sessions with chim though, he’s in one of his really huge hoodies and he’s got a snack bc your Skype/Facetime sessions normally last a couple hours

The two of you will do anything from watching the same movie at the same time so you can watch it together to just talking to listening to music together to eating meals together, it’s always really chilled out but it’s nice to be able to spend that time together

He gets s o excited when you tell him you’re flying over, he just about cries bc he’s so so so happy

He makes sure his apartment looks cute before you get there bc the last he wants is for you to walk in and see a pair of his boxers on the bed

He’s just really excited and kook and tae are officially in charge of teasing him about it but they’re of course excited and happy for him

He buys a bouquet of your favorite flowers to greet you with and some sweets and he has this whole day planned for you bc he’s so ready to show you around Busan

“I’m on my way to the airport, I’ll be waiting!!!! I wore the shirt from my last video, you said it was cute, don’t worry I washed it”

“Jimin, my plane hasn’t even taken off yet”

“Well tell the pilot to hurry, I gotta hold my bby asap”
