Anger is a healthy emotion.

It's a sign that someone has crossed a boundary and that something needs to be done about it.

The bigger the anger, the more important the boundary that was crossed.

It means it's time to see if your boundaries are reasonable, if you're making them clear, or if they need to be enforced.

And by the way...enforcing can absolutely mean removing yourself if you aren't being treated with care and respect.

#i dunno i've been thinking about grief lately #and i think the nature of humanity is everyone's grieving something #it might not always be as straightforward as the death of a loved one - sometimes it is #but sometimes you're grieving a life you never got to live #the person you used to be #hell an old toy you just realised you lost years ago and are never going to get back #we're all just a little bit sad all the time #and i think looking at the world like that makes it a lot more friendly place #because everyone is someone who needs a bit of comfort - or just someone to say hey its okay to be sad and angry and confused #and when you're finally ready to let whatever you're grieving go the world will be a happier place #and you'll find a new thing to grieve because there's always something to be a little bit sad about #but the world keeps getting better for every one you get through and every friend who helps you through it #and sometimes you just need to throw a dumb joke in there at the end #that's what it means to be human #the good place #tgp

when the two of you were alone, he'd kiss marks up the seam of your ribs, all while his hand would make you lose your mind. he would always somehow manage to get you to sit next to him during parties, so his hand would be able to wander up your spine, a constant reminder that he's there. nobody would even attempt to try and pair up with you during assignments, because mattheo would be there, dark eyes drilling into the side of your head until you would turn and smile at him. on trips to hogsmeade, he'd always be between you and the other people, even if it's just by half a step.

nobody would know why, but there'd be an underlying sense that you're his. like an instinct, like a born knowledge. he'd never outright place his hand on your thigh, or leaves marks where others would see them. but the way he conducted himself around you, the way you seemed to rotate around him like a planet in orbit... people knew.

feel totally okay, totally normal about badlands rumble’s wolfwood thinking he couldn’t save vash, he only got the grip on his glasses, which he kept, had to say the bad news to millie and meryl, and when he got back to his room he gently put his hand on the only red thing in the room and then destroyed it in a wave of anger / sadness, then spent the rest of the night smoking by the window until amelia got to him, at which point he took vash’s glasses with him and put them on himself (boyfriendsm) (and thankfully he was able to return them, but oh man oh man he was definitely feeling so guilty and suffered on the inside alone. painnn)

When I say don't touch my wheelchair this includes doctors, nurses, and med techs. It also includes when I'm not sitting in it.

I am so fucking angry about this atm. In hospitals I usually have to transfer to special medical chairs or tables for things. The medical professional will then proceed to move my chair out of the way without asking. And if they don't ask they are annoyingly stupid and don't unlock the breaks when they move it, that fucks with the tires— stop it.

All it takes is a "can I move this to right over here?" that way I can say "yes, please unlock the wheels and move it" or "I need something out of my bag first" or anything of that nature.

I don't care who you are, I don't care if you are medical staff—don't touch a person's mobility aid without permission.
