I see your Evil Timkon and raise you Evil Timbern. We all know Bernard is easier to make evil than Kon. And we <3 him for it
He is but also this would feel way too much like I'm picking one ship over the other which considering I'm pretty they're both grand I'm not gonna do that

is it weird that as a former truther that i feel uncomfortable speculating about sneeg's marriage. like i get it's the same concept as any other relationship, but idk i feel like it's more serious, and whatever happens in a marriage is between the people participating in it. this also goes for other ccs too, like i'll bash phil all day but i wouldn't feel comfortable theorizing if him and kristen are fighting or something

I wish people tagged their stories as POV 1st person or POV 3rd person.
Nothing disappoints me more when I read an interesting synopsis but open it to see it's written in 1st person. Ugh

he says i hate everyone except you and that is addictive and that is kind of romantic and beautiful because you're young and you're kind of a sarcastic asshole too and you don't like bad boys, per say, but you don't really like good ones either. and you like that you were the exception, it felt like winning.
except life is not a romance book, and he was kind of being honest. he doesn't learn to be nice to your friends. he only tolerates your family. you have to beg him to come with you to birthday parties, he complains the whole time. you want to go on a date but - people are often there, wherever you're going. he's just so angry. about everything, is the thing. in the romance book, doesn't he eventually soften? can't you teach him, through your own sense of whimsy and comfort?
at first - you know introverts often need smaller friend groups, and honestly, you're fine staying at home too. you like the small, tidy life you occupy. you're not going to punish him for his personality type.
except: he really does hate everyone but you. which means he doesn't get along with his therapist. which means he has no one to talk to except for you. which means you take care of him constantly, since he otherwise has no one. which means you sometimes have to apologize for him. which means he keeps you home from seeing your friends because he hates them. you're the single exception.
about a decade from this experience, you'll type into google: how to know if a relationship is codependent.
he wraps an arm around you. i hate everyone except you. these days, you're learning what he's actually confessing is i have very little practice being kind.

@ ur hare tags YES ive seen ppl call hares (esp jackrabbits) scary & ugly 😭😭 ive seen a handful of ppl who like genuinely despise them & im like NO!!! leave my beloved lagomorphs alone!!! also fun fact when my dad lived in america he got to see a wild jackrabbit & im v jealous
god thats so sad. like idk maybe thats just me but i largely prefer hares to domestic bunnies i think they're very unique and cool-looking (i like bunnies too but hares... idk something about the way theyre shaped just hits different - imagine not appreciating that - couldnt be me). anyway that aside i think i've seen wild hares as well!! not rlly sure tho bc they were too far to properly see them so maybe they were just wild rabbits but still!!! neat to look at! wishing you all the lagomorph seeing in the world <3

while I do like the added dialogue between Sally and Percy in the minotaur scene, namely Sally's speech to Percy telling him to hold fast, I really wish the scene had more of the urgency that it did in the book. Like Grover's heavily injured to the point of incoherency, Sally and Percy literally have to drag him up the hill, and that's when they're overtaken by the minotaur. In the show, having them all come to a grinding standstill and Grover being fully alert like "sorry I know we're being chased by certain death but your mom's human so she can't come :/" was kind of adflksadfjasdf
oh and in the book Percy doesn't immediately pass out. Instead, Percy doesn't let himself until he's hauled Grover over the boundary line and all the way to the big house because he needs help and it's only then does Percy finally collapse. and idk just the imagery of it all -- Percy crying for help, for his mother -- it always stuck with me and I wish they hadn't taken it out.
