Kinktober Day 1 - Uniforms

GN Reader - Uniforms! Headcanon style post. Characters include: Ace, Marco and Kid

N/SFW Undercut!

Ace

He always had trouble pulling his gaze away from how the nurses were dressed, you always saw how he stared at their legs in the thigh highs, the shortness of the skirts, and the plunging necklines.

So you’d decided to see just how he felt about you wearing the uniform.

Sat waiting in your shared room for Ace you adjusted how the thigh-high boot fit against your leg, pulling the zipper of the dress down even more.

You didn’t dare stand up though, the heels were far too high for you.

The door opened and Ace stopped dead in his tracks when he saw you in pink and leopard print.

He said something, well at least you think he said something, it came out as a string of strangled sounds as his eyes widened, taking in your legs, your chest, and then your face as you winked at him.

“I- fucking damn, Babe, you look….” He shut the door and locked it behind him as he came towards you.

“Boner worthy? I’m flattered, Ace.” You batted your eyelashes when Ace strolled over, shorts tented from his erection before he pinned you down to the bed with a growl.

Marco

You always wondered why he wasn’t really phased by the nurses, how he was able to work around them and always maintain eye contact.

You’d asked him once, as a joke, if he would like to see you in one of the uniforms, to which he shook his head and shrugged.

He didn’t think the nurse's outfits were sexy, he was so used to them just being the standard.

So honestly, you wracked your brain for ages to figure something out.

Sitting on his desk one night, knowing he would be back with coffee any second now.

You were naked, except for the white lab coat he sometimes wore.

He opened the door, pausing as he saw you, his eyes widened, not by much but you could tell he was surprised.

Also, his hand wobbled and he spilled coffee on the floor.

“I figure maybe you aren’t into nurses but maybe doctors are more your type?” You said and adjusted on his desk.

“Hmm maybe I just like you in nothing but my coat yoi.” He set down the coffee and had you pinned on his desk in moments.

Kid

You didn’t think he was into uniforms, you even made some subtle hints and he just shrugged it off.

You had no idea what he would like and so you took a wild guess and prepared yourself to either be laughed at until you wanted to jump over the side of the ship or he would rip it off you and have his way with you.

Standing there in a maid's outfit, one of those frilly ones with lots of layers and bows.

The longer Kid took the more terrified you were getting.

What if he’d gone drinking with the others and you were sat here in this silly frilly outfit?

Before you could change your mind the door flung open.

Kid mid-rant to himself but his words died as he looked you up and down.

The frown on his face soon replaced with a smirk as he shut the door with the same force.

He chuckled and sauntered over to you, pressing you against the wall, boxing you in as he stared at the outfit.

“I got something you can clean…” Kid smirked and jingled his belt.

You blushed and decided this had been the correct choice.

An amused chuckle left your mouth upon seeing your lover, Eustass Kid still sleeping on his bed—hair messy, same as his room, and his face all calm and peaceful, unlike when he's awake.

But the most eye-catching thing on this rare sight is no other than this one part on his face. Specifically, his unpainted lips that is always seen in a red shade.

Shit. You said to yourself, a blush creeping up your cheeks. Kid—he just looks so beautiful like that, so how can you not fall in love all over again with this tulip-haired bastard?

“Oh my, Kid. I fucking love you, you damned tulip...” You whispered, setting yourself down his bed and caressing his exposed back riddled with battle scars as your eye wandered around his room before falling on his lipstick.

“Oh?” Raising your brows, you then took the make-up. Holding it up and looking at it with full interest, lips curving up to a cheeky smirk by an idea you had.

The perfect idea to surprise this pirate. And it is to wear his lipstick to see his reaction on this.

So now applying the red lipstick on your lips carefully, you then smacked your lips, finishing up in an instant while your lover groaned, shifting around, waking up.

“..Ugh.” He groans, brows stitching to a frown the moment his eyes cracked open, the light blinding him.

“Ah, Kid. Good morning to you, sleepyhead.” You snicker, painted lips smiling to the red head who looked at you blankly, still sleepy and confused upon waking up.

“...Huh? Uh, hey. Morning.” Kid mumbles, tone confused as his eyes remained fixated on your face, your lips. Processing what he's looking at right now.

“Are you gonna eat breakfast or you wanna wash up first?” You ask, scratching Kid's red hair as he sat up straight, facing you in silence before speaking up—

“I'd rather eat you up right now, darlin'.” Kid says with a grin, causing you to widen your eyes in shock, turning into a blushing mess. “W-Wha, wait, why don't you wash up first—mhph!”

Immediately landing his lips on yours, Kid hungrily devoured your lips, smudging the red paint on it by his ministrations.

“Fuuucckk..! Now this is what you call a good morning, haha!” Kid laughs, licking his lips that had some traces of the lipstick you wore.

“Mhmp, shut up, let's just get breakfast.” You grumbled, rolling your eyes playfully, causing the red head to sneer, leaning forward to you once again while his hand rest on your leg, caressing it. “..Yeah, sure. Now c'mon, let me have it..~”

it's so easy to notice just how much he loves you saying that. round cheeks tinted pink, eyes shut, and set of teeth shared to the world. he is always so animated with everything he does, and this is no exception.

this little rubber man is immediately engulfing you in his arms!! you are not allowed to leave until he says so.

scratch protecting him at all costs. he's gonna protect you at all costs.

if you tell him again, grab his cheeks and shake him as if he were a pupper. if he had a tail it'd be wagging 'till he flies. will probably make all types of noises while you do it.

her smile might be tender but she's giggling internally,, she's flattered!!

"is that so? i'm glad to hear that."

robin gained confidence growing up and she knew she was a gorgeous woman — but hearing it from your lips is still a surprise. sure, she gets compliments on the daily, especially by sanji, but... yours felt much more intimate. she's not blushing because she's flustered or anything, it's just because she loves you. and that comforting warmth in her chest propagated to her neck and face.

it's small moments such as this that remind her of saul's words. each day on the sunny is a reminder, but the little things reinforce those feelings. it was such a wonderful sentiment.

you had no idea what she was thinking about, but the way the corners of her lips eased, your heart jumped too.

she really did look cute while smiling.

his eyes widen and he just. stops functioning for a moment. his heart feels lighter and funnier than normal, and his smile returns, a bit more timid than before.

he doesn't even believe it— he did notice from time to time how you suddenly just,, softened when he did it but he didn't think you'd like it that much. he doesn't smile a lot, sure there are definitely various moments where he feels at peace with the crew, but they come easier with you

when he showed you his coin collection, when you both took a stroll or when you simply cuddled. law might look scary to those outside — but inside, he is still the small boy whose curiosity shined above all. he is very fond of those he cares about, even if he has trouble expressing his emotions and thoughts to others. the confidence he wore doubled for you and his loyal crewmates, but he deserved rest every once in a while. years of trauma dulled him, however, when he felt something, it was strong; almost as if breaking out of a cage. he kept them deep inside, only to burst and even tremble when he was pampered. he didn't know how to react, and only with time would he grow used to it.

so,, please be patient and take care of him,, he looks after himself with everything else, but he's a lost puppy with love and physical affection. if it doesn't show on his face, his heart definitely speeds up at every small thing you tell him, casual or not.

you see him smile a bit more now. give him any type of compliment, affection, or anything,, and the "cold" surgeon of death will be nothing but putty in your hands.

he's not really used to the sweet words and might think he's undeserving of them. sure, it's a simple smile... but that's exactly why it gets him so much. something so mundane and common yet you see a unique beauty in his and his alone. others can warm your heart too, but he does it in a different way — in a special way.

if you tell him this in the middle of the night and you're both having a calm and peaceful moment he might cry. (if it's daytime and he's feeling a lil sensitive it's tears of joy mixed with laughter,, please hold him)

he's so happy. he'll smile as much as you want him too. if that gets you to do so too, it's a win-win for everyone!

it's usually clear when he feels affectionate,, he is most of the time. but now it DOUBLES. that comment made his day.

yes. he's a bit mean sometimes but you know he means well. he's your little man. like, he made you a tiny metal butterfly once so that even if he was busy with designing and crafting you had something to remind you of him. (he sputtered profanities and became as red as his hair before storming off walking in a wall but he still peeked from a corner to see if you liked it. when he saw your pleased expression, he smirked like the lil shit he is.)

plus... deep inside, he appreciated it. you and killer always managed to calm him down.

he truly is grateful.

"urgh. c'mere. let's go get killer 'n the others to raid a store."

bonus after the raid: he does your makeup and uses a great lipstick he stole found to really make you pop with the looted new clothes he got for you. hyped you up and grinned like an idiot. he's doing your nails next. killer gave you a thumbs up before finding more products himself,, raiding stores sure is fun!

CALLING THEM MY LOVE + ONE PIECE MEN

characters: law, sabo, ace, kid, killer, bartolomeo

warnings: not proofread, some might be a lil ooc so sorry!

trafalgar law raises an eyebrow at you. "did you sleep today, my love?" you murmured, hugging him from behind and pressing a soft kiss on the nape of his neck. 'hm?' he looked at you with surprise in his eyes. he turned around and pressed a soft kiss on your forehead 'yeah, i did'. in secret, he would think about that all the time and smile to himself.

sabo adores to use pet names to call you. honey, sweetheart, baby, angel, love, anything is fair game for him; he always says these things without being phased. but whenever you compliment him or use pet names to address him, he simply can't take it. "my love, where did you put my coat?". after you said that out loud, your shared place went completely silent. looking for your boyfriend, you found him in the kitchen, his eyes wide and focusing on a random spot on the wall. you approached him and his head snapped towards you, almost startling you. 'what did you just call me?', before you could even reply, he hugged you tighly and started pressing a lot of kisses on your face. 'my love!'

portgas d.ace smirks when these words leave your lips. 'can you repeat that for me?' he says, trying to hide in his voice the fact that he heard you loud and clear. "don't forget your hat, love". instead of picking up the hat from your hands, he simply stood in front of you; the widest smile slowly creeping up on his face. he held your face with both of his hands, his palms engulfing your cheeks. 'i love you, so much', he murmured so softly you almost didn't hear it.

"aren't you tired, my love?" eustass kid barely acknowledges you and growls softly at your question. if it was anyone else, they would take that as a obvious 'get away', but you stood still as the man took off his boots. "aren't you tired from running around my mind all day?" he groaned loudly and hid his eyes with his hand. you jumped on his bare back and kissed his skin. "i love you, grumpy." surprising you, he softly held your arm with his calloused hand. 'i know, my love.'

killer doesn't know how to react at any affection you show towards him. "do you want me to brush your hair, my love?", his baby blue eyes go wide and he almost starts choking on his own spit. 'l-love?' he reached out and held your hand, in a way that almost seemed like he was afraid to break you, 'pet names... do you like them too?'

bartolomeo starts dramatically crying when the words leave your lips. "have you seen luffy's new bounty, my love?", that phrase was like a bomb that you simply dropped on his lap and acted like it was nothing. his cheeks turned red and he started crying, trying to act like your words did not affect him. as he did a little dance, he watched you place the new bounty poster on the wall and he felt himself fall a little harder for you.

orange peel theory 🍊

summary: you ask your lover to peel an orange for you to test how much they really love you

notes: saw someone else do this, so i wanted to give it a go :) ft. sanji, zoro, luffy, nami, ace, law, and kid!

if sanji is the one who got you the orange, you don’t even have to ask the question. he already peeled it for you before even handing it to you. on the off chance you brought it to him, he takes it from you to peel it before a word can leave your lips.

roronoa zoro is confused when you’re moaning on about how badly you want this orange. “just eat it then,” he replies, not even batting an eye to help you. after explaining that peeling it was your issue, he sighs a very heavy sigh and takes it from you to do so. could be worse, but definitely could be a lot better.

when you have food in your hand, you best believe that luffy would not hear a word that comes out of your mouth. the second you stand near him, just mentioning this orange is enough to earn his attention as he yanks the fruit from your hand and swallows it whole. peel and all…

if you should be so lucky that nami shares one of her tangerines with you, it’s an unspoken rule that you do not ask any stupid questions. but when you explain that you don’t want to peel it, she stares at you like you’re the dumbest person who ever crossed the grand line. she snatches it from you, removing all the peel and continues to look at you with the same condescending expression. she’s definitely judging you, but hey, at least she peeled it for you.

when you come to him with this question, ace lights up. with a smile on his face, ace gladly takes the orange from you, plucking each individual slice and offering to hand feed them to you. he mumbles something about how it’s “his pleasure,” honestly just showing how head over heels this guy truly is.

as you knock on law’s door, surely disrupting his work, you know he’s not in the mood for any of your antics today. when you hold the orange, explaining your dilemma, there is nothing but a blank stare behind his eyes. law is fed up, truly, out of all things you could’ve said he wasn’t expecting this. after a few seconds of silence, he holds out his hand for your orange.

eustass kid wasn’t even listening to you were explaining your orange situation. when you come with the fruit in your hand, very similar to luffy, he takes it for his own enjoyment and eats the thing whole. if he notices you’re still standing there, he mumbles out a “what?” with his face covered in the sticky juice.

reacting to their s/o being pregnant I Corazon, Doflamingo, Law, Smoker, Sabo, Ace, Kid

Corazon, the gentle and caring soul he is, would notice subtle changes in your behavior and appearance before you even realized you're pregnant.

He'd probably start by making your favorite meal or fetching things you might need without even asking. Not because he knows exactly what's going on, but because his maternal instincts are subconsciously strong.

One day, he returned from work to find you asleep in his feather coat, nestled on your shared bed with a positive pregnancy test on the sideboard. Shocked, he slipped, inadvertently waking you up. As you opened your eyes, you saw the tall giant on his buttocks in front of the bed, all teary-eyed.

He'd approach you with a sweet smile and a gentle touch, hugging you in a warm embrace and assuring you that he's there for you no matter what.

"Mi amor, you've given me the greatest gift of all. I promise to be by your side every step of this journey, just as you've been by mine."

Doflamingo's reaction might be a bit unexpected. He's not known for his compassion, but the news would still surprise him since he's always keen on protection.

He'd likely raise an eyebrow and give a smirk at the news, questioning you with his signature teasing tone, "Well, well, how unexpected. Don't tell me you forgot your pill on purpose."

Despite his initial demeanor, he'd keep a close eye on you, ensuring your comfort and well-being, even if he doesn't openly express it. Despite trusting Diamante and Trebol with his life, he would keep them at an arm's length away from you.

His soft side might manifest through subtle actions like providing comfort during late-night cravings, secretly getting things you wish for, or wrapping you in his pink feather coat.

"Well, well, well, it seems life has thrown us an interesting curveball. Don't think I'm going soft now, but I'll make sure you're taken care of. After all, I wouldn't want anything to happen to the future ruler of Dressrosa."

Law, with his cool and collected exterior, might take a moment to process the news before his emotions catch up. He had already guessed what was up from your antsy behavior and Bepo telling him about your frequent late-night kitchen visits, but reality hit differently.

He'd likely pause, his gaze softening as he looks at you nervously biting your lip, almost certain he would react with disdain. Instead, a small, genuine smile would grace his lips, before he placed his hat on your head and embraced you in a warm hug, reassuring you of his stance.

Not much phased by obstetrics, he would start researching everything about pregnancy and childbirth, wanting to be as informed as possible to support you. Naturally, he would deliver the baby himself, his Room providing a secure and painless environment for you. He's too protective to let anyone else handle it.

While he might not show it outwardly, he'd be incredibly protective and make sure your needs are met, especially health-wise. Regular check-ups are a must, and if Shachi and Penguin annoy you, they can be sure to experience some rearranged limbs.

"You're amazing, you know that? I'm not sure I'm quite fit to be a father, but if we're going to navigate this together, I promise to do everything in my power to ensure you and the baby are safe and healthy. We've got this."

He knew it was irrational to be jealous of an inanimate object. Law knew that it’d be childish to use his Devil Fruit to take it out of your hands and claim your attention for himself. While he had enough restraint to not do that, the temptation to do so was still there. His eyes zeroed in on the book in your hand. He glowered and wondered if it was really that good, did it really deserve such intense, rapt attention that you were giving it. Your eyes were alight as you took in the words, your fingers already tucked behind the next page and ready to turn it as quickly as possible. Law watched you carefully, almost praying for your expression to turn to one of sudden boredom but it didn’t come.

He supposed he was to blame this time, a lot of this was new to him. While your relationship had only turned to a romantic one recently, you’d both been close for a lot longer. Long enough for you both to be able to spend time together while doing entirely separate things. You only pulled your book out because he had medical charts to look over and update. Law made a mental note to try a bit harder from now on to make the time you had together one of quality.

Finally he sat back in his seat and rubbed his eyes, letting them relax from pouring over the extensive pages now neatly piled on his desk. Slowly he stood and walked to the sofa you were perched on, unmoving and seemingly unaware he was approaching. Law tried to bite back his jealousy once more, wondering how annoyed you’d be if he ‘accidentally’ sent that blasted book out into the depths of the ocean.

When he sat down in the space beside you, he smiled softly when you leant back so you were against his side. One of your hands dropped to rest on his arm that was around your waist, your fingers lightly making soothing patterns against his tattooed skin. Law supposed this did count as quality time since it meant he could relax with you in a way he couldn’t with anyone else. He allowed himself the time to settle further against the cushion and press his lips against the back of your head. “Don’t forget you and Bepo are on duty tonight.” He reminded you, still having to act as your Captain when necessary.

“Yes, love.” Your answer was light and casual that he didn’t realise what you’d said at first. Then it echoed in his head ‘love.’ His eyes widened and he peered at the back of your head. There was no way he misheard that. You’d called him love, not Law, not Captain. Love. There was no mistaking the way his heart skipped a beat in reaction. It sounded so right, so effortless the way you said it and he found himself wanting to hear it again. It was also clear that from your lack of reaction, you hadn’t realised what you’d called him because you were partially distracted. Law smirked and for a moment reconsidered his earlier distaste. Perhaps your book wasn’t so bad after all.

KID

Kid didn’t want to admit it but he was powerless against you. He was stubborn and hotheaded and did what he wanted even if someone had sound logic to convince him whatever he had planned wasn’t wise. If anything if someone did attempt that nonsense with him, he’d be even more extreme with his conviction to do as he wanted and would even think of a way to make his actions even more outlandish and dangerous. Even Killer had a hard time keeping the captain in a somewhat mature state of mind. You however were a different story. Anything you wanted, it was yours all you had to do was ask.

Kid just never knew how to let you know that was the dynamic between you both. He was never afraid to speak his mind, if anything he yelled it to ensure everyone knew his thoughts. Yet he seemed to bite his tongue from confessing how he truly felt with you. He’d much rather have you beside him every day and enjoy the playful teasing and jokes than make things real and risk you not seeing him that way. Killer had told him one night to just confess already and trust that you felt the same. Kid had rolled his eyes and promptly kept his feelings buried in his chest. It was better, they were safer there than spoken out loud and unable to take them back.

He walked into the kitchen one evening to see you and Killer preparing the crew’s dinner. You looked over at the sound of his naturally heavy steps coming closer and smiled in greeting to see him stop in the doorway. “Here to help, Captain?” You asked, already knowing the answer before it came. Your smile grew when Kid let out a loud laugh and made a show of folding his arms across his chest and leaning against the doorframe.

“Not unless you want me to poison the crew.” He smirked.

“You’d nurse us back to health if you did infect us though, right?” You joked before looking back to the food you were meant to keep an eye on instead of getting distracted by your handsome Captain. You had to keep reminding yourself to behave and actually respect the chain of command. To let yourself imagine he may genuinely feel the same as you did would only lead to heartbreak in the long run but still you flirted and teased him whenever you could. You supposed you were just a glutton for punishment. You slowed in stirring the food and looked around for the seasonings only to see the small jar on the counter near Kid.

“Could you pass me that?” You asked nodding your head at what you needed. Kid followed your gaze and immediately pushed himself away from his comfortable position to lift the tiny item. He stepped forward and passed the seasoning into your waiting hand, hating and loving how the brief moment of his fingers skimming against yours brought him such a burst of joy. “Thank you, darling.” You smiled, turning back to the stove. While you hadn’t noticed what you’d said Killer did and he stopped cutting the vegetables to look Kid who was frozen in place, his eyes wide and cheeks turning the same bright red as his hair.

Darling? The fuck did you mean darling?! Kid’s mind was short-circuiting as he scrambled to gather his wits together and make sense of it all. Had you called him that subconsciously because was it possible that you felt for him too? God he hoped so because getting to hear you call him something so sweet again would be perfect.

SHANKS

One of the great things about sailing with an Emperor of the sea like Shanks was the fact that there were many islands under his protection. Any time you landed at one for a visit or even for the excuse of resting from a long stretch of sailing, the locals welcomed you all so warmly that it turned into one big celebration. None of you needed to worry about night watches, chores or other duties and could just sit back and enjoy the peace until Shanks decided he wanted to get back on the waters again.

As a crew, you were all used to just passing out and sleeping wherever you were at that time and waking up with aches from the uncomfortable positions you’d all ended up. However the town you were staying in was large enough to provide some rooms for you all in one of their inns. Some of you still needed to double up but the beds were extremely comfortable and who were you all to refuse such generosity? One night when the drinking and partying was only just beginning you slowly rose from your seat with a stifled yawn and forced yourself to finish your drink. Shanks was first to notice your movements. “Going for another round of drinks already?” he asked, coming across casual but he knew you weren’t yourself.

“Nah, I’m turning in early.” You announced, playfully flipping off the crew when they started to boo you for being boring. “Yeah, yeah, yeah. Blame Beck, alright. I haven’t slept the last two nights. Goodnight.” You gave no further explanation and disappeared up the staircase to claim a room to sleep in. Shanks looked towards his righthand man with a small scowl. He hoped you hadn’t implied what he thought. Beckman could sense his Captain’s silent interrogation and waved away his worries. “Calm down Cap, you know I’d never make a move on them. It’s just been bad luck we’ve had a share a room together and I snore…apparently.” He explained with a shrug and long drink of his ale.

Shanks had accepted the answer, knowing Beck would never lie to him. Yet as innocent as it all was, he couldn’t ignore the way he’d felt sick at the thought of you being with another of the crew. While nothing had exactly happened between you both, it was painfully obvious that there was something there. A playful dance you both engaged in without making an actual step forward into committing and admitting you’d had feelings. Roughly Shanks rubbed his eyes, now wasn’t the time to be thinking on such things, not with alcohol in his system and you not being there to talk to like the adults you were.

The rest of the night had helped to take his mind off things but it was all undone by the time he entered the room he’d been staying in the entire stay and saw you sleeping soundly in his bed. He was the only one in the crew that didn’t have to share his room with anyone else so why were you here? He approached the bed and shook your arm, watching your eyes crack open and he immediately felt guilty. You really did look exhausted. “Why’re you in my bed?” He asked, trying not to laugh as your eyes slipped closed again.

“Furthest room…no snoring. Please honey, lemme sleep.” Your voice was thick with sleep and your breathing was growing deeper again. Shanks might have appeared calm but that was the first time you’d ever called him something like that and as far as he knew you’d never called anyone else on the crew something similar. That all but cemented his decision that things needed to be talked about when you were both awake and rested enough to deal with things. Finally he let out a sigh and climbed into what would be his side of the bed while keeping respectable space between you both. “Fine, only because it’s you.”

MARCO

Your relationship with the ship’s doctor was a fairly new one. You had both known each other long enough to know the general likes and dislikes and the atmosphere on the Moby Dick among the crew was always one of familial harmony so there was never any uncomfortable tension. You were both content to just take things easy and enjoy things as they developed naturally without needed to force things into a certain timeframe. Marco’s personality being so relaxed and carefree was infectious in general and it was no different in your relationship.

Marco stood from his desk and stretched, ready to find you and enjoy the rest of the day with you now that all pressing tasks he’d needed to complete for the day was done. He was just about to leave when Izou entered to talk about organising a banquet for Ace’s birthday. As the two were discussing everything you appeared and smiled at them both before entering the room.

“Babe, did you see my-” Anything else that came out of your mouth was unfortunately drowned out by the increased heart rate in Marco’s ears. Instead he could only watch as you were busy looking for whatever it was that you’d lost. “You called Marco, babe.” He explained. You rolled your eyes and let out an amused laugh. As far as jokes went, it wasn’t the worst one he’d told you but he could do better. Suddenly you became concerned when Izou’s smug grin wasn’t slipping and you had to think. What had you said to Marco when you entered the room? Slowly you pulled your gaze to your boyfriend and he nodded. “Well looks like you two lovebirds need some alone time.” Izou all but sang as he left, no doubt hurrying off to tell Ace and the others about Marco’s new nickname.

“So…” You cleared your throat nervously and gave a small laugh. “Want to forget that happened? I swear I didn’t realise I’d even called you that.” The last thing you wanted was to make Marco think you were forcing him to a point he wasn’t ready for. Thankfully his broad smile was enough to make you relax, his naturally warm aura soothing your brief worries before they had a chance to escalate. Marco stepped closer to you, settling a hand on your waist. “Well even if you stop now, I bet all the others will start. Honestly I’d much rather hear it from your lips. Can I hear you say it again?”

ZORO

Zoro kept a firm hold on your shoulder as you stumbled, trying to twist weakly out of his grip. Any other instance he would release you if his touch made you uncomfortable but this was a completely different situation. After defeating a group of lackeys, one managed to make one last attack before falling unconscious. You’d been quick enough to intercept whatever it was he threw towards you and Zoro but when it was destroyed it still released a cloud of strange smelling gas. Zoro had been a safe enough distance but you weren’t so lucky.

At first you’d insisted you were fine but after walking a few paces your balance started to sway and your mind was beginning to cloud. Zoro became concerned by the glazed look in your eyes as you tried one more time to pull out of his unwavering hold, glaring at him. “Jus’ let me go! I don’t know you.”

His eyes widened at your declaration, not only because you sounded so dazed and confused. It was not like your usual bright and familiar way of speaking that made him happy to hear but it was also because hearing you say you didn’t know him filled him with more concern than he was willing to admit. He needed to find Chopper quickly to treat whatever it was you’d been hit with. For now he had to try and keep you calm and prove you were safe with him. “Course you know me. We’re crew-mates, remember? It’s Zoro.”

Abruptly you stopped and bumped into his chest, lifting your head to stare at him, trying to force yourself to focus on his face. Your hand reached out and clumsily gripped his face, tugging him forward enough for you to see his features better. Zoro could see your pupils were blown wide, whatever had been in that vial was some sort of hallucinogenic and he hoped that that was all it was. It could be better dealt with than a poison. Not that seeing you so wary and untrusting of him was any better. Your suspicion didn’t subside when you finally let go of his face and shook your head.

“You’re not Zoro.” You finally declared, trying once more to get away from him. This time you succeeded only enough to make it a couple of steps but without him there to keep you stable you fell forward. If Zoro hadn’t been there you would have landed face first into the pavement but he caught you swiftly around the waist and lifted you to settle you over his shoulder, deciding that this way of carrying you was the best option. “Definitely not Zoro.” You weakly grumbled into his back as he began walking again.

“Oh yeah, why’re you so sure of that?” He asked, deciding to at least play along.

“You’re too grumpy…” You explained and added as you fell unconscious. “Zoro’s grumpy but he’s a sweetheart. My sweetheart.” Immediately the back of his neck heated and he froze in place but he couldn’t say or do anything else because thankfully Chopper, Usopp and Nami appeared to regroup and find Luffy. Zoro quickly explained to Chopper that you’d been hit by something but offered no further details.

“Did you get hit too, Zoro? You’re looking really red.” Chopper asked in concern. Quickly Zoro cleared his throat and shrugged as he laid you on the ground so Chopper could treat you.

“Uh yeah, might have been. Don’t worry about it though.”

Falling in love wasn't at Kid's bucket list when he set out to sea—but it's almost funny on how he is right now, sitting across the deck, eyes focused on you, and only you.

“Oh... Them? Yeah, just last night, when we were about to leave the previous island, they were with Y/n—who asked 'em to join when we were partying on the bar, if I'm correct..” The first mate mutters, voice getting smaller and smaller the instant he had realized what he said to the red haired captain who is now frowning.

Big mistake, and he knows it.

“Oi Kid, you better not think about it—” “Shut it! I'll do whatever the hell I want and you can't do a thing about it!”

Fuming away, Kid then walked towards you and the crewmate you had recruited, eyes burning in anger.

“Ah, Kid! Hey, I forgot to tell you, we have a new member on our cre—BANG! oh my god!” You gasped, eyes widening the instant Kid pulled the trigger, immediately killing the recruit.

“C-Captain, why—why did you kill them!? Oh my, oh no...” You sighed, shaking in panic and fear as Kid averted his eyes back on you.

“I never gave you the permission to recruit anyone, did I?” Your captain grumbles, taking your wrist and effortlessly dragging you with him to his room. “C..Captain..!”

“Captain, Kid, I-I'm sorry, alright? I didn't know that that would upset you..!” You shrieked, being thrown to his desk with such brute force, causing you to wince.

“Upset? Pfft, Y/n, Y/n, darlin'... You're mistaken. I'm not upset..” Kid says with a husky voice, his metallic arm making contact with your neck, giving it a light squeeze before he—

“I... Damn it, I thought you were loyal, to me, Y/n..” Kid mutters, loosening his grip on your neck, letting you breathe in air once again as he spoke. “Y'know, I let you in my crew 'cause you were loyal, and I fuckin' like ya, a lot.”

“..Captain, what...?” Eyes widened by his words, you then looked at Kid in shock, not believing what he was saying.

“Yeah. You heard me, didn't ya? I said I like you, a lot. A real lot to the point that..” Trailing his words, Kid looked at you, a big, devilish grin on his face, sending chills down your spine.

“To the point that I killed, for you. Anyone who had dared get way too close to you are all dead by now! You know, Y/n, my darling, I even fuckin' killed the members of this crew of mine! Hahaha!”

Confessing his crime with a maniacal laughter, you were then left stunned, unable to mutter a single word out, also unable to pinpoint what you're feeling.. Is it anger? Shock? Sadness? Disgust? Joy? Who knows..

“Say, Y/n, do you at least appreciate what I did for you? I killed people for you, you know. That's how much I love you, Y/n..” Approaching you, Kid snickered, lifting your chin up so you can look at him, eye to eye.

“I love you.” He repeats, caressing your cheek that burned red, akin to his hair. “Now, darlin', do ya love me too, mhm?”

Serving silence, you pondered what to answer. Is it a yes? Or a no? It doesn't matter what you answer, because you knew that you're bound to be doomed either way..

“..Answer me, Y/n!” Kid demands, hand slamming loudly on the table, losing his patience with you...

“You better give me a ‘yes,’ or this bullet goes in your fuckin' head.” Pulling out his pistol, Kid aimed it at you, your head, threatening you, dead serious.

“C..Cap... K..Kid.” You stammered, squeezing your eyes shut as you gulped, feeling the firearm pressed firmly on your forehead.

Fear is surfacing in you, yet no answer left your lips. So silently praying, you waited for how things would turn for you, prepared for the worst to come, but—

“Pfft... Heh, hahahahaha!” Kid laughs, dropping the weapon to the floor before he continued, “I knew it, I can't bring myself to kill ya, it'd be such a shame if I were to lose you anyway...”
