PLEASE HELP ME MOVE MUCH SOONER THAN LATER

Hi, it's Tea.

Long story short: I originally made this ko-fi goal (that has been up for a while, I just never got around to making this post here) to gradually save up to move out in 2024. However, things have been extremely stressful and frustrating ever since my abusive father moved in with us back in 2022. And NOW things have escalated to the point where I no longer feel safe in my own home. I just can't do it anymore.

I was originally planning on moving later in 2024, around August-October, but now I'm looking at moving closer to May/June. I have a job that pays decently, but I've had to periodically dip into funds to pay off other expenses. Thus, I set the goal of $5000 to have as a cushion in addition to my current income. Depending on how things look for me in the next few months, I may or may not raise the goal, but this is a good start for now.

In addition, I plan on making adopts again (and still have a couple left up for grabs), in addition to opening my commissions back up to offset the expenses, but donations help the most.

After a dead 8 year old tablet and a used fill-in tablet that I don’t trust, it got me thinking about upgrading.

After comparisons, weighing the options(express keys, good lighting, NO PARALLAX YESSS, plus the good stand) I found a great bundle, but it’s nearly a month’s income and I just can’t manage that on my own right now ^_^;;

Please consider throwing a dollar or two towards the campaign, or boosting the heck outta it, I’m hoping to get it before the bundle vanishes, or the exchange rate tanks not in my favor ahah ^_^;;

I could write pages about why I need to get out of my current place I’m living at (I might actually do that when I have time. even though it’s scary to think of telling everything to the world). My family is poor and the inflation and economical crisis caused by the war currently going on in my neighbor country made it very hard to make a living. Both my parents work full time and additionally on weekends, and I just managed to get a part time job next to school. Which altogether is barely enough to pay the rent monthly and buy some food.

Emergency Funds Needed

I usually despise doing something like this, but I have very few places to turn in times like these. 

2022 was financially devastating for my family. Countless vet bills, my father left his job and is having major trouble getting a new one. My low-wage job can only help so much. And I hate seeing my mom work herself down to the bone with constant overtime.

Hi guys, there might be some good news around the corner for me.

So good news I have applied for and will soon be moving into a new apartment by Thursday or Friday (December 8-9), so horray!

But unfortunately I may not have sufficient funds for the first month’s rent and I won’t get any help from my family at the moment. So I’m asking for some help paying at least half of the deposit plus first month’s rent so I can no longer be homeless!

I currently have a Ko-Fi open to get the funds necessary, so please either reblog or spread this around so I can get some help!

Need help replacing my "Lemon" Pro!

I'm a huge pickle no thanks to my lemon of a computer. It has a serious flaw of which I cannot update or turn it off or else it glitches out. And sometimes, it may do so anyway when introduced to new devices like yesterday. When it does, I have to rest it. Thankfully, my art is on a different device so it is safe thanks to me backing up frequently. But this can't go on. I have had to resets so many times that I have lost count and as all of you know, a good computer is essential for making good art.

I’m starting a goal over ko-fi to get a new computer and tablet!

 My current computer is over nine years old having major issues, that along with the inability to complete the projects I would like to do make it frustrating. I want to upgrade to a desktop and drawing tablet but I don’t have the funds to get them without taking a good chunk out of my savings.
