Suzy’s Diet

The first diet I’ll be experimenting with is Suzy’s diet. Suzy is a Korean actress who has starred in the kdrama start-up. From the looks of her diet I think I may need to make some slight adjustments to the meals because I don’t have some of the produces she uses and because I have a higher basic metabolic rate than her. As of right now, I’m 164cm and 66kg and I’ll be doing Suzy’s diet for 7 days to see weight loss results. I’ll start the diet tomorrow and will start off with only eating 1500 calories, with regard to the fact that I have just binged today and need to do a high calorie deficit. I’ll update you guys tomorrow on day 1 of Suzy’s diet.

Day 1 fast weighed 55.7kg weighed myself again before I slept weighed 54.8kg
Currently on day 2 weighed myself cw 53.7kg
Drinking coffee with soya milk and one small spoon sugar 🤭 going to try workout today tho
Hehehe pretty happy thooooo can’t wait to be skinny omg hopefully I don’t fuck up and binge
What’s been helping me is drinking black coffee and watching People do kpop diet
Thinking of doing the wheesung 13 day deadly diet next week I’ll keep updated not sure if I’ll be doing the workouts because I’m lazy but I’ll try but defo restricting hard tryna lose this weight ynaaaaa

The original IU diet consists of one apple, one sweet potato and one protein shake per day, which is about 500 kcal. I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one who has been thinking about this diet, but because it just didn't suit my lifestyle, especially because I'm still a student, I decided to change it up a bit and show you my result. I will be doing this for a month, but I would like to remind you, that this is not a healthy diet and you probably shouldn't do this. :3 Here is what the meal plan looks like and behind the '>' are the products that I'll be eating. Also don't forget to drink a glass of water half an hour before your meals and don't drink any sweet drinks! Breakfast (max. 150kcal): -any cereal at around 100kcal >melting flakes with spelt and oats; 25g, 88kcal -almond or soy milk, around 100ml >almond milk; 100ml, 24kcal -black coffee, without any milk or sugar it has 0kcal Lunch (max. 110kcal): -one big or two small slices of bread, about 70kcal >whole grain toast; 25g, 63kcal -one slice of low-fat cheese, about 40kcal >cheese slices light; 12g, 33kcal -any vegetables that you like, don't bother about the calories >pepper, cucumber, cherry tomamtos, broccoli Dinner (max. 100kcal): -vegan or low-fat yogurt, around 80kcal >vegan soy yogurt; 100g, 50kcal -diet-friendly fruits >strawberry, blueberry -one cup of tea, without sugar it's 0kcal Snack (twice a day, between the meals): -nuts and other healthy snacks, max. 150kcal >cashew, peanut, almond, hazel mix and raisins; 30g, 156kcal All in one: about 500kcal >for me it's about 420kcal but i tend to eat a bit more ;) Wish me good luck, I'll start tomorrow!
