I re-read some of the Villain Iris AU posts and yeah, Drayton would be DEVASTATED when watching the live stream

Like imagine he’s at home with either his parents or he’s with Drayden at the moment, just trying to stay warm from the ice Kyurem and Iris had placed across the region. He has no idea what to do or what to think, the figure who had terrorized the region, thrown Ghetsis to his death, ruined the ecosystem, made living in Unova actual hell, just revealed themself to be his older sister

And she looks different from how she presents herself in front of him, she looks tired, insane. And when he’s around she looks normal, stressed maybe, but always normal like she wasn’t trying to worry him

Imagine if after the livestream was over, Iris went to find Drayton to invite him to live in Team Plasmas castle with her. He was one of the few people who actually cared for her and looked up to her like she was a hero

And she was his hero

But she just can’t let Drayton live in Opelucid City where there’s barely any food left for the survivors, where it’s freezing cold both outside and inside every building. She wanted her adoring brother to be somewhere safe when she continued to force the region into submission. She wasn’t going to hurt one of the people who cared for her

Last thing but I would think that one of Iris’ goals would be to murder both Hilda and Hilbert. They might’ve been her friends but that was before the voices of Unova got to her, now all she sees is competition she was to be rid off

If the twins are gone, then no one can stop Kyurem from fusing with both Reshiram and Zekrom

And everyone will see Iris as the Hero she always was. As the God she will be

Also I am trying to make this coherent as possible but I’ve only gotten 5 hours of sleep last night and it’s almost 2:00 am rn.

Oh this is fucked up man this is so fucked up imagine how that must've went tho, how she's there trying to convince him to stay with her, I imagine it's like,, set after her fight w Hilda, like the one where Hilda broke her nose cause she punched her, imagine that. Iris telling the Shadow Triad to get Drayton for her, ofc, she wants to keep her brother safe too, he always adored her, always looked up to her, saw her as a hero even before she got Kyurem, why would she abandon him the same way everyone else abandoned her?

When the Shadow Triad returned, Drayton in hand, he was trembling as he staggered back, reaching out for his Archaludon's pokeball, only for it to not be there, seeing his pokemon at the hands of the Shadow Triad. And finally he sees Iris standing before him, Kyurem looming behind her, casting a shadow over them, making Iris' crimson eyes glow an ominous light. He could feel his heart pounding in his chest, as Iris was kneeling before him, the Shadow Triad disappearing. And ofc he expected the worst, Iris was covered in blood, the blood from her nose smeared all over her mouth, her jaw, even on her gloves. Removing her gloves, she reaches out to him, making him flinch as he felt her hand on his head, ruffling his hair.

Looking up at her again, he sees her smile, but god it wasn't the same one he's so used to seeing, this one feels twisted, sordid, it didn't feel right, her fangs were bared, as she said, "I'm glad you're safe, Drayton." And god he fucking hates it absolutely hates it how the one looking so adoringly at him isn't the same sister who used to tell him stories when they were younger, who gave him piggyback rides, who always believed he can achieve so many things despite his laziness; no, this wasn't his sister, this was a monster mimicking his sister, and god did he hate it, "I don't know what I'd do if anything happens to you."

Imagine her pulling him up to a hug tho, he can smell the blood on her, it made his stomach churn. Then she's there smiling again, god he doesn't wanna look at her anymore. "I can't just let you live here with grandpa, you know how he is, plus..." She looks down from the Frigate, looking at the state Opelucid is in, "do you really wanna live in this frozen death trap?" She then turns to him, "in the castle, you can have all the food you want, it's warm there too," she said, pulling him to her side. "You don't have to worry about going to school, not like you cared about it in the first place, right?" She laughed at that, Drayton just wants to run away from her

But can you imagine tho Drayton finally confronting her abt shit, why she became like that, she was a great Champion, she was his hero, everyone loved her. Then suddenly Iris' demeanour changed, she was almost glaring at him, staring right through him, almost piercing. Her voice was cold, bitter cold, "don't be naive, Drayton." She spat out, "do you honestly think they'd tell you they hate me right at your face?" Taking a step forward, he took a step back, "do you really think they'd tell you how much they hate me?" He took another step back, "do you really think that I don't hear about the way they wanted Hilbert to be the Champion, how much they looked down on me, how much they wanted me to lose?" His back had hit the edge of the Frigate, "do you really think I don't know how much this region hates me?"

Drayton tried to tell her that not everyone hates her, they shouldn't, she's doing everything for this region, then she just laughs as she shakes her head, pulling him to a hug again. God he hates the smell of blood. "You should know better, Drayton." Her voice was but a whisper, "you should know, our family looked down on you too," her grip turned tight, "I heard everything they said about you. How you can never be at their level. Can never be a Dragon Master." And she's there stroking his hair, "even when you became Champion of the academy, they didn't care." Then she pulled away, looking at him like how she looked back then, so softly, like the sister he once knew, "but I cared. Grandpa may never be proud of you, but I am."

And just hcmxbxn y'know Iris just low-key manipulating him, snapping her fingers and suddenly the Shadow Triad showed up again, handing over Drayton's pokemon, as she tells them to lead Drayton to the quarters, to let him rest for a bit, to give him food, as Iris herself will plan her next attack. Ofc, the twins being her next target. She already has Zekrom with her, already fused with Kyurem. Now she only needs Reshiram, and soon she'll have the Original Dragon by her side, submitting to her commands.

Soon, she'll show them just who the God of Fate truly is.

So Wednesday brainrot, right.

Reading the general wiki pages for the Addams family and found a fun little tidbit: the Addams family curse. Apparently, the reason why Wednesday and Pugsley are constantly trying to murder each other is bcuz they can't. An Addams cannot permanently kill another Addams, they just come back to life/regenerate themselves. (Also, Addams's can't die of natural causes, once the've aged they bury themselves and fall into a deep death-like sleep that rejuvenates them, hence why they have the game "wake the dead").

And this got me thinking, how funny it would've been in the show. Like imagine the chaos that could've been!

So Pugsley usually gets the short end of the dynamite stick--being younger and less cunning than his older sister--and has been victim of Wednesday's murder plots more than he's been able to kill her. But he hatches a plan for the next time he visists Nevermore to catch his sister by surprise.

And so it goes on the next Parents day or something, and everyone is in the quad and Wednesday may be just the slightest bit distracted by the new murder cases (and keeping an eye on her roommate for some odd reason) that she doesn't see the javelin before its running through her chest and she falls to the ground dead.

Its panic and chaos all at once. Weems and the teachers try to keep everyone calm, the students and families start bunching up, afraid of another attack, Yoko and Bianca have to forcibly restrain an incredibly distraught and crying Enid. Morticia and Gomez stare at each other in shock... until Pugsley comes whooping and hollering down from the balconies. "I totally gotcha sis!"

Morticia rubs her temples and Gomez turns to scold his son; this is a school yard Pugsley, where are his manners?! Morticia walks up to Wednesday's body and pulls the javelin from her chest, looking to Weems apologetically, greatest condolences, Pugsley can be a handful at the best of times.

Everyone is still incredibly perturbed, bcuz why the fuck are the Addams family having what seems to be a small tiff instead of freaking out or mourning over their now dead daughter?!

Until Wednesday suddenly sits up, and several people faint while others begin wondering if they should be running for the hills.

Wednesday rubs at the still regenerating hole in her chest, getting blood all over her uniform and hands, slowly coming back to her senses. Then, as it suddenly occurs to her that she should be dead but isn't, she slowly turns to look at her nearby family, eyes murderously zoned in on her brother.

Pugsley cowers behind Gomez, hands up in a plea. "W-Wednesday? Hey, wait, we're even!"

Wednesday gets to her feet, a set of daggers in her hands she procured from somewhere on her person. "You have 3 seconds... 1-"

Pugsley turns tail and runs, screeching his head off. Wednesday waits 2 more seconds before pursuing and they both disappear in the school. Morticia sighs and Gomez shrugs, surprised Wednesday actually gave him a head start.

Everyone else is left staring dumbly and incredibly confused. Wednesday returns 5 minutes later with an annoyed look on her face, more blood on her clothes, and carrying Pugsley's severed arm. Several more people pass out and a few get sick at the sight as Wednesday neatly drops it into the fountain, saying he can fetch it himself when he pieces himself back together.

Wednesday garners a new terrifying reputation among the student body. Seriously, don't fuck with Wednesday Addams.

Idk something like that would've probably been too goofy to have in the show but its still pretty funny to imagine.

(Also, personally, I feel like Pugsley wasn't accurately portrayed. Nothing against the actor, but where was the general Addams oddities? The flair and calamity of the bomb loving boy? The most unusual thing he did was throw grenades in a pond and eat potpourri. He just seemed so... normal? Maybe thats just me but I expected mischief at the very least)

Eden’s Gate: Aftermath Chapter 7 - Now That The World Is Ending

Warnings: Cuteness, Gabriel holding baby/toddler Daenerys

Summary: In the final chapter of Aftermath, as the bombs drop down to Earth above their heads. The Winchesters have a surprise guest living with them.

Far Cry New Dawn x Supernatural [crossover with OCs]

“Gabriel?!?” Kate mutters in confusion, and also in surprise. He looks up at the two sisters, with a soft smile on his face and weakly mutters “Surprise to see me?”. That question was directed towards Kate, and she smiles back in return.

Surprised and also happy to see her Archangel.

“How did you g-” Paige asks, before stopping herself when she realizes it was a stupid question, “That was a stupid question”.

They help him up, and take him to the main room. Sitting him down on the living room couch.

“Gabriel?!?” Mandy mutters as she walks into the room. In shock and surprised to see the wounded celestial, bleeding a little through his shirt.

Paige leaves her mom, sister and the Archangel by themselves to go get Kenny and the others. Mandy then stands up, and goes to grab a first aid kit, or something that can heal an Archangel. Leaving Kate and Gabriel alone. She takes a seat in front of him. They look at each other for a few seconds.

“What happened?!” she asks, opening his shirt, and cleaning his wound on his stomach.

He shrugs, and softly groans in pain “I’ve sorta lost my powers”.

She furrows her eyebrows at him, “Sorta?!?”.

He sighs, “I’ve lost some of my powers when I was cast out”.

She looks at him, confused, “Cast out?. What do you mean cast out?”

He looks at her, “I’m sure you saw the giant mushroom cloud in the sky”. She nods, “Yeah, we all saw it”.

He shifts in his spot on the couch, “Did you see what else appeared in the sky shortly after?".

Shaking her head, “No, we all ran down here. What else happened?”.

He looks her in the eyes, and says in the most dramatic way possible, “All Angels were cast out of Heaven”.

Her eyes widened, “What?!?. All of them? Everyone?". He nods his head slowly, she stands up from her spot, and paces. Worried about her boyfriend, her friends and everyone she got to know in Hope County. Playing with the bracelet Wheaty gave her. Her thoughts are interrupted by the wounded Archangel on the couch in front of her.

“A boyfriend huh?” he asks, chuckling and looking up at her.

She looks at him confused, “What?!?”.

“You got a boyfriend?" he asks, "Or had one".

She tries to hold back her tears, biting her lip “Not helpful Gabe” she mutters softly. Standing there in front of him, her hands resting on her cheeks, looking at the floor. Her anxiety builds up, and her hands become shaky.

Gabriel stares at her stomach, just something about it looks different to him. It looks slightly bigger, like she put on some weight. He can’t seem to put his finger on it, but whatever it is he can feel some strange essence, or some sort of energy coming from it, coming from her body. She has a slight glow on her face, but it could be sweat.

Kate notices him staring at her stomach. “Why are you staring at my stomach?!?” she asks, glaring over at him. Breaking his focus on her slightly bigger stomach.

He looks up at her, anticipating for her to slap him for asking the question, “Don't hit me for asking this but, did you gain weight??”.

She scoffs at him, rolling her eyes, and crosses her arms. Taking a few steps away from him, “You never ask those types of questions to a human Gabe”.

He tilts his head, curiosity getting the best of him, and motions her to come towards him, “Come towards me”. She heeds, and walks towards him, standing in arms reach. He places his hand on her 7 and a half week baby bump, and feels why his curiosity is concerned about her belly.

His eyes widened, he looks up at her with his eyebrows raised “You’re pregnant?!”.

Feeling somewhat hurt that his special human is pregnant with another man's child.

For a moment she forgets that she’s carrying another tiny human being inside her, she nods her head, “Yeah. I am”.

"And it's not mine?!" he jokes, totally not hurt that his human is pregnant. Moving his hand away.

She scoffs again, "We both know the outcome for that". Taking a seat next to him.

"You were there, you knew I'm pregnant" she tells him. He looks at her confused.

"I was where??" he asks, very confused. She looks at him in disbelief, thinking this Trickster is messing with her. "In my hallucination trip. A few months ago" she tells him.

He looks at her like he has no idea what she's talking about. Shrugging, "What are you talking about??".

She shakes her head, "It's nothing. Forget it". She drops the hold thing, she knows what she saw in her bliss hallucination a few months ago.

A few moments later, Paige walks back into the living room with Kenneth, Cody, Martin, Mark, Nate and Adrian.

"Gabriel?!?" the 6 men say in unison.

The Archangel chuckles, "Did you all rehearse that?!".

He catches them all up on what was happening in the world. Angels, all of them were all cast out of Heaven, God tried to wipe out all of humanity with a nuclear explosion. The Collapse. The Reckoning. The Apocalypse. The End. The whole world is up in flames. Literally. Heaven is shut down with no one but God up in cloud city.

May 2019. 7 months later

It’s been 7 months since the bombs were dropped. After several hours the bombs stopped falling, and you'd think everything would be safe to go back out. Nope, knowing that you're gonna have to live underground in a bunker with 20 other people for the next 6 and a half years. After 2 and a half months the world has now ended but it's only just begun.

No other bombs, or explosions have been dropped by The Man upstairs. The World was going through the route of regrowing, and being reborned. Starting over again.

On May 2nd, Kate gave birth to a healthy baby girl. A few weeks earlier on April 16th, Paige had a C-section giving birth to triplets, 2 boys and 1 girl with the help of Cody, his wife and Adrian’s wife Amanda delivered all 4 of them. Having all the right equipment in the bunker infirmary, stored away.

Jeffrey Dean Winchester-Smith named after her cousin, Dean. Weighing 7 pounds, and 5 ounces.

Thomas Sam Winchester-Smith also named after her cousin, Sam. Weighing 7 pounds, and 5 ounces.

Bianca Rhea Winchester-Smith because she's always liked the name Bianca. Weighing 7 pounds, and 4 ounces.

Daenerys Arya Brienne Winchester named after Daenerys Targaryen, Arya Stark and Brienne of Tarth all female characters from Game of Thrones. Being the smallest of the 4 infants, weighing 6 pounds, and 5 ounces.

Cristina is over a year old. 1 year, and 6 months old. She is now walking, she has almost all of her teeth, and can say 7 to 10 words. She is able to comprehend language, and know from right from wrong. From good from bad.

The triplets are a little over a month old now, Daenerys is 2 in a half weeks old.

During her pregnancy, Gabriel was very protective of Kate, even though they were all living underground in a huge bunker, and couldn't leave for another 6 in a half years.

Cradling her 20 day old daughter in her arms, Kate feeds her a bottle of formula. Gabriel was very cautious around her, afraid that he'll somehow hurt the tiny infant. Even though he has very little to no powers left in him.

He tried to keep a safe distance from her, Kate constantly reminded him that he didn’t need to worry about hurting the infant. That he and Daenerys will be fine. He is very fond of humans, of course, unlike most celestial beings. That was his one fear, hurting her.

"You wanna hold her?!" she asks him. He looks up at her, stammering. "Uhh, do-do you want me to?".

She smiles at him, "It's fine with me" she responds. She hands him the tiny infant. He holds her, cradling her and she starts to fuss in his arms. Making her typical baby sounds.

He groans uncomfortably, holding her away from him, stammering “Uhhh w-what is happening?!?”.

“She’s fine” she reassures him, fixing her baby blanket, “It’s a normal infant reaction”.

She starts to calm down, yawning and falling asleep in Gabriel’s arms with her finger in her mouth.

“What’s happening?!?” he nervously asks, “Is she dead?!?”.

She looks at him, chuckling, “She’s not dead. She’s asleep”. She takes the infant from his arms and puts her in her old bassinet.

Paige comes in holding one of her triplets. “Hey” she says, looking down at the one month old infant in her arms.

“Hey” Kate responds, “Which triplet is that?”.

She groans unsurely, and checks the diaper, “Thomas, and/or Jeffrey”.

“It’s Thomas!” Kenneth calls out from the next room over, “You’re holding Thomas!”.

She points in the direction where her husband's voice came from “The 2nd one. Thomas Sam”.

“How’s the scar?” she asks, referring to her C-section scar.

She groans uncomfortably, “It’s healing. Slowly, but it’s healing”.

Later that night, Everyone is in their own bunker rooms. Kate is in hers, changing Daenerys into her night onesie.

Talking to the infant in a soft voice. Gabriel, who is a few rooms over, can hear Kate and the tiny human with the very little powers he has. Leaning against the headboard of his bed, listening to her conversation.

He knows he’s Kate’s Guardian Angel, he saved her several times, he gripped her tight, and raised her from perdition when she was a somewhat innocent teenager. He’s her soulmate as well. He has had these feelings for her since forever. He knows she would be better off with her boyfriend before God dropped the bombs on humanity, but he’s most likely dead. John? He’s dead as well, and he knows damn well that Daenerys is his kid. He knows Kate is ashamed that she’s his kid, regardless she loves her.

He couldn't possibly imagine how Daenerys would've turned out if John Seed had lived. How he would've treated Kate, how that demented, psycho family would've treated a pregnant Kate. A premarital baby. How that sadist psychopath would somehow ruin Kate and their baby.

He gets up, and goes to her room. Walks down the hall and knocks on the door.

“Yeah?” she responds her voice muffled from behind the closed door. He opens the door and steps inside her bedroom.

“Hey” he sighs, “How she doin’?”.

“She’s doing great” she answers, taking a seat on her bed. Gabriel takes the leap of faith, not holding back.

“I just wanted to get us over with” he tells her. Kate looks at him confused, “What are you talking about?!?”.

He lays down on her bed, laying on his side with his hand prompt up against his cheek. Looking up at her.

He lifts up his free hand from behind him, and holds a diamond ring between his index and middle fingers. Her eyes light up, and gasps softly.

“You already know where I’m going with this” he chuckles, “Will you marry me? Blah, blah, blah. I love you. Blah, blah, blah. You could do so much more better than that idiot Yes man John Seed”.

She laughs softly at his comments, “So. In all seriousness” he continues, “Will you marry me?”.

She looks at him, “You already know the answer” she whispers to him before passionately kissing him on the lips.

Katella Evyanna Winchester is set to marry an Archangel. Archangel Gabriel. She always thought of herself as the human he had to protect. That’s all she thought she was to him. His human.

A few years later, November 2022, the children are all 3 years old, Cristina turned 5 years old that same month.

Daenerys, the youngest of all the children, wakes up at 6:00am, which is unusual for a child at her age to get up at, and feel energetic.

Her and the other 4 Winchester children share the same bedroom, across the hall from their parents rooms. She stumbles to Kate and Gabriel’s room, pushes the door open and climbs onto their bed.

“Mommy! Daddy!” she says loudly, waking them up.

Kate groans, as her daughter steps on her with her tiny feet. She sits on Gabriel’s chest and playfully slaps his cheeks. Waking him up.

“What?” he asks, half asleep. She giggles softly, “Wakey wakey”. He chuckles softly, slowly sitting up.

He looks over at the clock, “It’s 6 in the morning, how are you so energetic?!” he asks the 3 year old child.

She lets out a playful giggle, and jumps up and down on their bed.

She looks up at the child bouncing on the bed, having the same exact eyes as John. Those baby blue eyes that she got from him, a reminder that this little bundle of joy and happiness is also John Seed's daughter.

He gets up out of bed and carries the 3 year old child down the bunker hallway towards the kitchen.

Despite him being an Archangel with very little of his powers. He manages to get 3-6 hours of sleep, and eat solid foods. Not wanting to use his very little powers in fear that he’ll hurt any of the children living in the bunker, he manages to get by without using them, he knows the world above them is going through some change, a huge massive change that'll change everyone's lives.

But finally being able to marry the human he fell in love with, and fathering her child, he was more than happy to be a part of their lives.

Paige and Kenneth walk into the kitchen shortly after, her holding Jeffrey and Thomas in each of her arms. Kenneth holding Bianca, and Cristina following behind him.

"Here you go" Paige mutters, sitting the two toddlers in their seats at the kitchdn table. Everyone else wakes up half an hour later. Adrian, and his wife Amanda. Mark, his wife Dana and 2 kids. Nate, his wife Ellen and 3 kids, Martin and his fiancée Megan, Cody and his wife Brandy. Mandy, Barbara, Kenneth, Gabriel, Paige, Kate and their kids.

One bunker with 20+ people, and 1 Archangel living in it. 16 adults, and 10 kids. Having to spend another 2-4 years underground while the Earth regrows, and the radiation goes away. Its only a matter of time, and they can go back to their normal lives, or at least they think its their normal lives.

Hopefully, a new hope. A New Dawn. New Horizons will come their way.

I am having Thoughtstm about Bianca.

Have you thought about what her relationship would be with the rest of the Halliwell brood? Like does she get along with white!future Wyatt and Melinda? And what does she think of Henry Jr and his desire to make his Mark on the Halliwell Line?

Also I for some reason see her getting along really well with Dency? I know they don’t exist in the same universe but I could see them being friends? Maybe roasting Chris together and being good sparring partners? I think she’d dig Dency’s little detective thing she’d got going… and I know Bianca is with Chris but like… Bianca x Dency ? 👀 👀 Could be cute 😂😂

okay so for starters i think bianca gets along p well with all of the next gen but like. it wasn’t an immediate thing like. i think esp with wyatt because wyatt really is kind of like. like he's the kind of epitome of the next generation son of a charmed one and a whitelighter he's hella powerful blah blah blah and like. he kinda sits at the top of his class. which is like bianca. so i think bianca thought that wyatt would be like her because you know how like if you're only raised around people like you you kind of start thinking like how your brain works is how like everyone's brain works? i think bianca thinks wyatt is like her so she doesn't like him because well. you can guess. but i think upon meeting wyatt i mean he's just really like gentle really passive he doesn't like. like he doesn't hate magic. but it doesn't feel ingrained in him despite who he is he doesn't live for the battle like looking at him you see no markers that he's one of the most powerful witches of his generation and bianca's kinda just like huh. you don't have to feel the compulsive need to be the best at everything all the time and like make sure people know you're the best and also people kind of hate you for it because they'll never be as good as you so u decide to hate them first you decide you will be the bitch you craft a persona they're basically guaranteed to hate so when they reject you it's on your terms you wanted them to do that you basically forced their hand because the alternative is being genuine and that way if they do reject you it's not a mask they just saw you and didn't like you because let's be real there's not much to like. and wyatt's like hmm. no? i think she wouldn't really get along as well with wyatt as she would with chris because her and chris are very much both witches at heart you can feel it in everything they do but i don't think she like. doesn't get along with wyatt. i mean okay for starters wyatt kind of operates the opposite as bianca whereas bianca will throw up her stone cold alpha bitch mask before anyone can decide whether or not they like her again she kind of forces their hand because she needs this to be on her terms. wyatt does the exact opposite because again the elders almost killed him as a bebe and he's always kind of worried that some day they'll realize he as a person is just not worth the risk so he tries to be so super likable and genial and like. good witch!! at all times. and it's kind of like calls to like game recognizes game where both bianca and wyatt can tell the others wearing a mask no one's that nice and no one's that cold so like. i do think they like each other. they feel like they can be honest around each other (eventually. it does take wyatt a very long time to overcome that phoenix hurdle because again he's well read he knows what's up he knows they're like an organization of like superwitches smart deadly all of the above and he doesn't wanna be. giving up his secrets to them you know? much less the halliwell secrets. but i think once it becomes clear that bianca is her own person once she breaks from the phoenix then like. like you know they have to trust each other first. but once they do, they're buddies) i also think bianca's studied art history so i think they can talk about that and chris is like. okay? because like. no he gets it shure it's cool but also how long reasonably can you talk about a single painting like come on now.

as far as melinda goes i think like i think melinda comes off as really passive really kind a nurturing type like in her day to day life or whatever like oh she's such a sweetheart but she's kind of shy again like s1 piper is really my jumping off point for mellie that and she has leo's big heart That Being Said i do not think that shows At All when she's home i think she drags her brothers for filth like nail on the head baby she's like. if you're being a dick (which, between chris and wyatt, happens relatively frequently) she's gonna call you out on it!! in a very brutal and personalized, but at the same time still kinda funny way. she definitely has receipts. so i think just first hearing the way chris and bianca engage the way she like. like she respects chris's skills as a witch bianca does she thinks he's very talented she would trust him with her life but at the same time chris u fuckin idiot i think they have a very playful raport but bianca is very starstruck by him she's never lost in the layer and layers or fog that surround chris's identity i think like too many of chris's lis (not that he like ever does relationships really) are just kinda like. lost in the image. whether it's charmed one or brooding skinny brunet w daddy issues they are many images of chris u can see instead of the real one but bianca sees chris as he is which i think gives her immediate points from melinda melinda is also an empath and i do think bianca is protected against empaths but like melinda's like oh you two are In Love in love. as far as personal relationships go between melinda and bianca i think melinda would be the one who most consciously tries to make bianca feel like a part of the family like a halliwell. chris, respectfully, i love him, doesn't think of like. inviting her to some family events, especially not early in the relationship because like. he just doesn't. but melinda's like chris!! thanksgiving u gotta invite her 2 thanksgiving. because again. melinda can't feel bianca. but like. she's been an empath her whole life she knows what she's looking at and like. bianca needs a loving family. and she is totally willing to provide that!! and then for what it's worth i think despite all her skill bianca isn't nearly as good at reading mel as melinda is at reading her. like i think she sees the soft external melinda and then the melinda who roasts her siblings and is like okay i kinda get it. and like melinda want to be a nurse or doctor she wants to fuse her empath with a mortal career to best help people like sure. but i think like. but them on a solo mission together (i guess duo mission) and bianca'll fine she's just really misread melinda like in general what she thought she was looking at is not the witch melinda is and i think it's just because bianca's unaccustomed to seeing someone who has power like melinda who can fight like melinda who undeniably has her mother's unbreakable fierce spirit just be like how melinda is in her day to day life. like someone who's that great at what she does just choose kindness and gentleness daily not because the elders are breathing down her neck or like she needs allies or like she has some epic prophecy to fill she just like. chooses kindness because she wants to. she wants a kind world. and bianca's like huh. bc lowkey forgot that was an option. but it's difficult seeing all the shit bianca has.

in regards to henry i think henry jr and bianca get along famously because they just like feel really similar like. like bianca was never liked in the phoenix because well a) she's a bitch b) she's the best and c) like she was always clearly people favorite so like. others were it was jealously call a spade a spade this is like elementary era it's jealousy when you're eight and trying your hardest and the other eight year old gets praise the praise u really want and she didn't even try she didn't even care she didn't have to because she's just so much better than you. like!! yeah so kids at school never liked her, esp within the phoenix (ftr i think phoenix go thru a normal education system so like can like function/blend in real well in normal society and then Also go to phoenix academy, so kinda like what gen2 does with magic school). bianca's never fit it, but she's also wicked smart. so kinda like henry! like paige kind of runs magic school henry's sisters go there like henry's been at magic school. he doesn't take classes, but he's always there. he burns through the books in the library. he knows everyone just calls him the mortal, he doesn't care, because he also knows they know he's smart than them like if they could swallow their pride and ask him for help like most of these kids would become better witches but they don't because henry's a mortal. bianca doesn't care, the kid knows his shit. so what if he doesn't have powers, like, dude, he's basically a walking encyclopedia, and he's read the book of shadows cover to cover like a dozen times, do you know how rare that knowledge is? that's the sacred book of the warren line like that's a crucial ancestral item and henry's like. like in bianca's mind not only is henry a warren witch like he's Thee warren witch no other person alive knows that magic better than him. i also think they have similar senses of humor.

dency!! i mean i think if dency were born any later she'd be besties with like all the phoenix i think magic isn't at a stage where they're really integrated into society yet and there's still kind of that cultish structure but that's not the reason light magic doesn't engage right they don't deal with the phoenix because they're neutral so they will work with demons meaning working with them as a light magic practitioner is forbidden. and then for what its worth i think dency being demon/charmed one is really gonna herald in an era of just kinda like acceptance for those who are neutral or even born of dark magic but like. that hasn't happened. yet. but like. in regards to bianca specifically. i think they'd vibe. i think bianca would throw up her cooler than u bitch personality as she always does and i think dency'd be so into it. and then, of course, dency doesn't look down her nose at the phoenix like most other witches do, again, because she's the source's heir. from what vantage point can she judge others? i think for bianca just seeing someone who's so kinda unabashedly themselves like honest about it too dency's not like. a role model. like there's penn who's really put together and always trying to seem pristine and polite and then they're dency who like hasn't showered in four days because she's out of shampoo so she needs to buy some Then she can shower. there's like. an honest about being kinda uncool kinda a fuck up that makes dency like. cool. like because we all do it (maybe not specifically the shampoo thing, but) like we all have some elements of ourselves that are just kind of truly pathetic and dency doesn't try to cover it up with some shiny veneer she doesn't she not like wyatt with his perfect mask or even bianca with her bitch one dency doesn't wear a mask take me or leave me baby and i think bianca really loves her for that. it genuinely depends on were in the timeline in chrisbianca does bianca meet dency because like. dude. powercouple. i don't think it'd go anywhere i don't think we're necessarily hitting soulmatism or kinda the raw vulnerability we'll get from a latestage chrisbianca but like. dude. like. 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀. like. !

WWE Wrestlemania 37 Day 2 - Review

And we are back! Wrestlemania hit hard with Day 1, good shit and big moments fitting of the show

So let's see if Day 2 can match up to it, lots of big matches on the card, we'll see how it goes.

Spoilers for Night 2 and References to Night 1 included, you have been Warned

Pre-Show Like the last Night, no matches on the Pre-Show, just drivel and promos. So the same criticisms really, Lawler saying 'Wrestlerainia' doesn't make it any better than when Cole said it, his attempts at jokes were awful even when they were his material. When they recapped Night 1 though they should've shown footage of Ford celebrating with Bianca rather than just say it - a Picture says a Thousand Words. Standard Promo Package lies apply too, 'Rhea Ripley has brutalized everyone she's come through' ...except Io Shirai and Raquel Gonzalez, similar went down for the second half of HOF because Great Khali is only there to pander to India - also what did the Mayor of Knox County ever do for WWE? Sonya also popped up again, strangely to talk about the Nigerian Drum Fight - which Booker T talked about the most, if I wanted to watch a bunch of old dudes talk over Sonya Deville I'd be drinking bleach. She also stuck for Sami vs KO, and barely talked in that too.

Also the promo they had about Kofimania was rough to watch, considering how it ended and how Kofi fared on Night 1, all this to promote a cheesy Cricket commercial about him not touching the ground...

The 24/7 title even got a continuation of ads, but it was more a 'to be concluded on Youtube' - honestly the belt has run its course, Truth has ran out of jokes and it's been reduced to an Old Spice ad crossover.

Main Card Starting once more with 'America the Beautiful', replacing the boob window with a bright yellow hat. It was fine, as a Brit 'America the Beautiful' does nothing for me.

They then did the same intro package as night 1 just with some different clips, skippable. And the shoddy camera switching is still there.

Hogan and Titus came out again this time in pirate outfits, there was noticeable boos in Hogan's bits with cheesy pirate puns. In the end the host concept was wasted on them. Reminder that names in Bold are those I predicted to win.

Randy Orton def. The Fiend [w/Alexa Bliss] (Pinfall via RKO) Orton opened night 2 in white tights and a fairy long-winded entrance, the melted Fiend then walked through a corridor of fire LEDs as CGI burned away into his original Fiend look...but Alexa's Firefly Funhouse music hit. Cutesy Bliss approached a giant Jack in a Box commentary act like just 'appeared'. The Fiend arose from the box in a combat vest, posed then dove right at Orton. Red lights cover the match throughout, Uranage and a neck snap started the match as the Fiend continued to do his spooky thing, it looks like he was gonna set up the punt but Randy rolls out of the ring. Randy hits the back body slam on the Announcer's Desk but it's no sold into the Mandible Claw, rope break and apron DDT from Orton only staggers the Fiend but rebounding his neck off the ropes grounds him momentarily. Orton tries to methodically beat down the Fiend but the monster hits back hard, a missed Senton and a senton follows some head kicks and another apron DDT, he sets up for an RKO but the Fiend gets the Mandible Claw (which commentary no sold even though he has won titles with that move), he sets up Sister Abigail but the ring posts pyro like Kane and before Fiend is Bliss with new makeup, dripping in black goo she extends her hand to the Fiend from the jack in the box, RKO and...3!? Post match Fiend and Alexa stare down, the electricity shorts out and both members disappear.

That's it? That's what we got? The Fiend was burned alive and survived but 1 RKO does it? The Fiend no sold so much in his career and one RKO felled him. The fuck man, this was as bad as the last time these two went at mania, you'd think like the brilliant Firefly Funhouse Match last year we'd get some course correction. But nope, Fiend's story is just being taken over by Alexa and this daft-ass black goo stuff, I don't get the motivation either. Fiend helped Alexa straddle Orton for a 3 count at Fastlane, talked all big for months about how the Fiend was going to obliterate Orton and it lasted about 8 minutes, the entrances lasted longer! Last year the Fiend was great with a cinematic match, but WWE have somehow managed to systematically destroy one of their most inventive characters time and time again, not a good start.

Backstage once again Bayley gets buried by the Hosts and this time Eric Bischoff as she tried to push Ding Dong Hello and got jealous of them talking up Bianca vs Sasha from last night.

WWE Women's Tag Championship - Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax (c) def. Natalya & Tamina (Ref Stoppage Submission by Baszler on Natalya via Kirufuda Clutch) Not a promising sign to follow the opener with this match, the challengers entered quickly with Natalya having a slightly altered attire. Jax and Baszler came in with red, black and gold. Natalya and Baszler start the match with some mat wrestling, Natalya almost gets the Sharpshooter so Shayna tags Nia in, Nia shoves Natalya and demands that Tamina - her old tag partner - be tagged in. Both trade headbutts, Tamina almost lifts Nia but fails, she tags in Natalya for the double back body drop and drops the blind tagged Shayna onto her partner. Natalya tries a Sharpshooter but is schoolboy'd for 2, Natalya retaliates with a German Suplex, whipping Shayna into a Clothesline, then launch pad into a superkick. As Shayna strikes back an advantage she stiffs Natalya in the mouth with a knee (legitimately, there was a picture of a welt before) Nia brawls with Tamina outside, hitting a powerslam outside of the ring. Another knee strike floors Natalya for 2 as Shayna works on the leg, kneebar and then an ankle stomp, Nia follows up with a Legdrop over the injured leg, another kneebar and then combos of swing/knee strike and irish whip/powerslam. Nia runs into the turnbuckle as Natalya floors Nia with multiple lariat attempts, Nia though hits back with a Chokeslam/Powerbomb thing they called a Spinebuster but the pin is broken by Tamina. Tamina gets the hot tag against Shayna, Baszler tries to weaken the leg, then the Kirufuda clutch but Tamina powers into a Samoan Drop. She goes up for a Superfly Splash but Shayna kicks her, Nia looks to do an Avalanche Samoan Drop but Natalya pulls Tamina away, she lariats Baszler but Nia hits the crossbody on both opponents for 2, favouring the knee after. Talking trash to Tamina she gets hit with a slam, Nia's repositioning couldn't be missed by the wide shot as Tamina goes for the Superfly Splash, but nobody home. Natalya's tagged and she goes for Baszler in the corner, Baszler counters and blind tags as Nia lifts Natalya up, but she wriggles out, floors Baszler again and sets the Sharpshooter on the now not legal Nia. Baszler cinches in the Kirufuda clutch and the match is over.

The fact that this was more eventful than the opener speaks volumes. It was a match, I don't think there's many people who feel like Nia and Shayna deserve this spot. Shayna was great in NXT but she's not doing herself any favours stiffing her opponents, Nia's rubbing off in a bad way. I had the challengers to win because I'm bored of them still being champions - only briefly giving it to Asuka and Charlotte so Charlotte can add that to her list - they should've either dropped to NXT or let the Riott Squad win, there was nothing in this match to invest in.

Rey Mysterio is used to promote 2K22. A surprise since we thought WWE and 2K's partnership was done, I am a huge fan of Rey so it was nice to see, much nicer if he was actually on Wrestlemania and getting a push...

Kevin Owens def. Sami Zayn [w/Logan Paul] (Pinfall via Stunner) JBL is the guest commentator for this...for some reason. Sami struts to the ring in dark green trying to pull off a Che Guevara look, a mini tantrum at the ramp before heading to the ring and grabbing the mic to introduce Logan Paul, who walks to the ring as Sami dances super embarrassingly in the ring. Owens then charges into the ring with vigor to get the crowd amped up. The bell rings, Sami tries the Helluva Kick and gets hit with a Pop-Up Powerbomb. KO punishes Sami in the start, dropping Sami gut-first on the ropes, corner clothesline and Cannonball as the camera awkwardly keeps cutting to Logan Paul. Sami gets a suplex on the apron to get back some momentum as he demands for Owens to be counted out, Owens rolls in at 8 but Sami continues to club at KO's head. Cole calls a Michinoku Driver a Blue Thunder Bomb but this time gets called out on it, pinfall is 2 and Sami gets into the ref's face. Attempted Superplex leads to a fistfight in the corner, Owens headbutts him off and Frog Splashes for 2, tries the Pop-Up powerbomb, Sami leapfrogs, Sami tries the Michinoku Driver but Owens reverses it into a meaty Pumphandle Neckbreaker for 2. He goes for the Package Piledriver but Sami hits the corner exploder, tries for the Helluva Kick but misses, KO tries the Stunner but it's reversed into a Blue Thunder Bomb for 2 as well. Two Exploders and a Brainbuster for 2 frustrates Sami further, brawling in the corner, he tries for a Superplex but gets hit with an Avalanche twisting Fisherman's Suplex. KO hits Sami with some corner clotheslines but as he runs to bounce off the other corner he runs into a Helluva Kick, Sami catching his collapsed friend as he sets it up again, 2 Superkicks from Owens and a Stunner finishes Sami off as Logan Paul applauds. Post-Match Logan checks on Sami and congratulates Owens, which Sami takes umbrage with. Logan shoves Sami as he storms off, Logan holds KO's arm in the air to boos, cheers start to rumble as Paul is hit with a stunner to a pop.

KO and Sami rarely disappoints, I don't think they really got to get out of second gear but it was still a good match. The Logan Paul stuff though was stupid and unnecessary, sure we got him to eat a Stunner but the ends don't justify the means. Also why was JBL there?

Backstage Riddle scooters across to Great Khali, stoner comedy doesn't land as Khali no sells it, RVD shows up to wish Riddle luck. Segment was meh.

US Championship - Sheamus def. Riddle (c) (Pinfall via Brogue Kick TITLE CHANGE!) Sheamus arrives blinding white but no special gear, Riddle scooters down in an Evil Knievel jacket, hologram doves with pirate hats and eyepatches adding to the cheese. Sheamus uses his power to start, but Riddle comes back with some chops, Sheamus hits back in each of his attempts; knee to the gut, then driving Riddle's sleeper in the corner, then a reversal swinging slam. Irish Curse gets 2, Riddle tries a Tarantula Armbreaker but Sheamus hits his Beats of Bodhran, he goes up high but Riddle reverses with a Spanish Fly Belly to Belly on the top turnbuckle. Riddle rallies with strikes, hits a Pele Kick and a Senton, to slight Goldberg Riddle hits the Jackhammer on the second time of trying but only gets 2. He tries the Bro Derek but Sheamus rolls back, Riddle kicks Sheamus away but in his slingshot lands into a Brogue Kick, 1, 2, No. Alabama Slam, 1, 2, No. He tries a White Noise on the Apron but gets pushed into the Ring Post and then German's on the Apron. An Apron PK and Moonsault keeps Sheamus down enough for Riddle to hit the Twisting Moonsault, he locks in the Reverse armbar but it's reversed into a deadlift powerbomb, Riddle then latches the sleeper for the rope break. Sheamus tries again for a Top Rope White Noise, Riddle tries to Sunset Bomb but fails, Riddle tries the Spanish Fly Belly to belly again but Sheamus grabs him. A stumble means that the two hop off the Turnbuckle for a normal White Noise, Sheamus goes up with a Knee Drop but it only hits 2. Sheamus calls for the Brogue, gets rolled up but catches the Knee strike, Riddle dodges the lariat, goes for a Springboard Moonsault but lands into the Brogue, 1, 2, 3. Post match Riddle is bleeding from the mouth, he angrily stares at the gleeful Sheamus who leaves with the title.

A good title match and much deserved from Sheamus, who has delivered in many matches on the later stages of of the Wrestlemania year, shame he was on the wrong brand to complete the set, he only needs the IC title to win everything. Riddle doesn't do it for me in this gimmick (which as I gather is mostly himself stoned) but credit where it's due, he put a good performance and that was a strong finish.

An odd package followed where Triple H handed Bad Bunny a golden briefcase with a skull microphone, which he opened atop his truck. The briefcase says Tour 2022 to promote his future tour.

Nigerian Drum Fight for the IC Title - Apollo Crews def. Big E (c) (Pinfall via Dabba Kato Chokeslam TITLE CHANGE!) The promo really hurt my ears to hear Apollo's accent devolve into this foreign heel gimmick. Wale though performs to enter Big E, more questionable camera cuts to E and the Fireworks. E's jacket represented Feeding Tampa Bay as a nice nod to the food bank, Apollo came out in Nigerian colors with his scarf and Spear. Commentary's line saying 'this isn't about percussion' falls kinda flat when there's drums around the ring.

Both men roll out to grab Kendo sticks, trading blows which E gets the power advantage over. E grabs the giant cymbal but Apollo knees it away, hits E with some more Kendo Shots back into the ring. You can hear the WAFT of Apollo's missed shot as E knocks him away and then does the out-of-ring spear. E sets up the lower steps near the apron but gets hit with a DVD on the apron, pinfall gets 2. Crews grabs the top half of the steps, lays E on the one he sets up and throws the other steps at it, but E rolls away just in time. On the apron Apollo hits a big boot, but on the second attempt falls into an Uranage onto the flat steps (which Cole called an Uranage Suplex for some reason...), after some trash talking E gets a table set up in the ring near a corner. Apollo kicks back and flurries E with a Kendo Stick, he rolls E onto the table to go for the frog splash, but E rolls away sending Apollo crashing through the table. E hits the Big Ending, but Dabba Kato/Babatunde in a military jacket breaks the pin, a sorta Samoan Spike and a Chokeslam leads to him dragging Apollo onto E for the win. Apollo gets a lot of unnecessary pyro and shakes his new comrade's hand.

Bit short that, the gimmick didn't really come into play. I mean, I'm glad Apollo gets a chance to hold another title and E can look towards the top of the card but I don't think this was really the way to do it. It didn't need to be a 'Nigerian Drum Fight', could've just been a No DQ, Dabba Kato gets his third repackaging since Greatest Royal Rumble probably as Apollo's 'General' which is kinda no different to what AJ and Omos are doing just with more foreign heel-isms. But yeah, bit disappointing on the means of it but the outcome was right, just...kinda stop faking a thick accent it's getting you nowhere acting like you're on the set of Black Panther.

Again we look back at Night 1, this time with minor clips of Ford congratulating his wife, but should've been a segment on its own rather than a flash-through recap. Stone Cold Mania 38 Texas promo and the HOF promo they did on this Pre-Show happens again which is unnecessary but the hologram of a ghost ship was cool, the HOFers come out and Kane gets the entrance, he does his pyro and that's it - that's how you do it, Hogan.

Raw Women's Championship - Rhea Ripley def. Asuka (c) (Pinfall via Riptide TITLE CHANGE!) THIS IS MY BRUTALITY! performed live as Rhea wastes no time coming out, leather biker outfit this time, no Vegeta costume. Silly camera cuts to Rhea and the Singer AGAIN though, stop it WWE it's distracting. Asuka dances down the ring in a bit of a Jason mask, but the camera keeps cutting to Rhea which is off-putting. Also commentary on 'she has never seen Rhea Ripley up close and personal', they were in a tag match together a week and a half ago and in Survivor Series 2019 she faced her in Team NXT as part of Team RAW, seriously WWE...

Asuka starts hot with her athleticism, dropkicks, rebounds and rollups met with more shoddy camera cuts, Rhea leaves the ring to take a moment as Asuka taunts her, she baits Asuka out of the ring as she rolls in but her leg is caught, pop-up knee strike returns Rhea to the ring but she misses the hip attack, gifting Rhea the slamming facebuster for 2. Rhea wears the champion down and taunts her with leg scissors and hits a couple of clotheslines, Asuka reverses the third into an ankle lock but Rhea rolls into a Release German Suplex. Rhea grinds away at Asuka's back and sets up for a super German but Asuka elbows her away and lands the Missile Dropkick, Release German, Hip Attack, a strike combo, another Hip Attack but it only gets 2. Asuka goes up top but is dropkicked to the outside, Asuka tries a PK on the apron but is caught into an Electric Chair position and dropped chin-first onto the apron. Trying to roll Asuka back into the ring, the champion returns to hit a DDT from the apron to the outside, after breaking the count Asuka only gets 2, stomps at Rhea but her running knee gets caught, Rhea stomps at Asuka and sets up the Texas Cloverleaf, Asuka rolls out and into the Armbar but Rhea swings Asuka into the bottom turnbuckle. Deadlift suplex back into the ring for 2, Asuka reverses a waistlock into two armbar variations and then an Asuka Lock, Rhea rolls back for 2 and the hold to break but gets gutted with kicks to the chest, Rhea demands more so Asuka runs to the ropes, Rhea catches her, Riptide, 3!

That finish came out of nowhere, which was not a good thing. We were having quite an enjoyable match which ended around the 15 minute mark, it wasn't short but the narrative wasn't quite there yet. I'm happy for Rhea, who I predicted to win but like Sasha/Bianca it came with the heavy heart. Like Sasha, Asuka has often been slighted especially at Wrestlemania, she deserves her moment too, especially Asuka who carried the Women for most of the Empty Arena era.

WWE recapped the opener which was a bad idea, Hogan and Titus thanked all the viewers at home and the fans but were interrupted by Bayley who demanded and got her pyro, then out came the Bella Twins. Bayley got a good zing by calling them Elmo but then Nikki slapped the mic away from her when she says 'John Cena isn't here tonight', Bellas said 'Ding Dong, Goodbye' and beat down Bayley. This was shite really, Bayley had been buried across 2 nights and her 'comeuppance' is the Bella Twins, not the woman beginning with B I was hoping for, and the John Cena comment was heavily forced, fans know they broke up ages ago Nikki has a kid with her husband who is not John Cena, fans aren't stupid WWE.

WWE then promoted 'Wrestlemania Backlash' for May 16th, a whole month away. They say it'll be a whole new season for WWE so I'm wondering if it's just a storyline reset...y'know how Wrestlemania is supposed to be, slapping Wrestlemania on other show names doesn't make it Wrestlemania-tier guys.

Universal Championship - Roman Reigns (c) [w/Paul Heyman & Jey Uso] def. Daniel Bryan and Edge (Pinfall on Edge and Bryan via Con-Chair-To) To the Main Event, one of the few storylines in Mania's card that was consistently good in build. Bryan comes out first, camera angles flashing during the YES! chants. Huge pops and smoke rage for Metalingus and Edge enters in white and Red (bookending with Orton), fireworks camera shots though. For once, Roman Reigns enters the Main Event without a chorus of deafening boos, but he takes his time to come out, in his red wreath flanked by Jey Uso and Heyman, cameras cutting to each opponent's faces a bit too much, especially to Bryan. Bad call not to bring in Justin Roberts to announce Edge either. Roman makes sure to hoist the belt while facing both his opponents before the bell.

Reigns starts by suckering Bryan and then going after Edge. He throws Bryan out of the ring where Jey superkicks him and sends him into the steps thanks to Triple Threat rules. Edge eats a superkick from Uso too when he's thrown out as Roman cleans up the announcer's table, as Edge is grabbed by Uso, Reigns is hit by Bryan's suicide dive but eats an Uso superkick, this gives Edge time to throw Uso into the steps, pinballing Reigns against the barricade and apron until bouncing off of the ring post. Edge then sets his sights on Uso, hitting a DDT on the steps to take him out of the equation, medical team swarm Uso as Heyman halfheartedly looks concerned. Edge chases Heyman away and enters the ring with Bryan - a moment which would've been sold better if the camera didn't cut to a close up of Roman alive and well on the outside. Bryan gets the Yes Kicks in the corner but his Super Rana is reversed into a sunset flip, Edge-o-matic but it's only 2. Roman comes back on the apron both men attempting to suplex the other, Bryan slides under Roman and cuts Roman's legs from under him - jawbreaking Edge on the ropes - he hits the Missile Dropkick on Edge, kips up and hits the uppercut, after dodging the lariat he tries to suicide dive Roman but he's caught by the champion and hit with a belly to belly suplex. Edge brings Roman to the ring but gets hit with a clothesline, Roman sets up the Superman Punch but Edge turns it into an Edgecution. He sets up the Spear but Roman knocks him down, Roman sets the Spear but it is reversed in a Sunset Flip, both men collide with spears to take each other out. During a wide shot Bryan goes up top, he lands a diving headbutt on Edge, then on Roman, he pins Roman but only gets 2. Yes Kicks to both men, Roman dodges one and pushes him towards Edge, but Bryan ducks the Lariat and hits the Buisaku Knee, Roman tries the Superman Punch but is kicked in the gut, Buzzsaw Kick! 1, 2, No! Bryan stomps on Roman's head and sets up the Yes Lock, but Edge breaks the hold, so Bryan puts Edge in the Yes Lock and Roman breaks the hold, clubbing at Bryan and powerbombing him onto Edge. After dumping Bryan, Roman pauses before setting up half the steps near the Announcer's Table, he's incited by the 'Roman Sucks' chant and powerbombs Bryan through the Announcer's table, but is then blindsided with a Spear! Edge goes to bring in a chair but Roman keeps his foot on it, he pulls the chair away and tries the Guillotine but Edge locks in the Crossface, as Roman powers out Edge grabs a part of the chair leg that fell off and uses that in his Crossface - a humorous face from Reigns as I pause the vid as well XD - he's about to tap but Bryan grabs the hand, and locks in the Yes Lock! Annoyed that his win is stolen, Edge demands he break the hold, but Bryan refuses, leading to a headbutt fight and Bryan pounding at Edge. Bryan then stomps at Edge's head and looks for the Buisaku Knee, but gets hit by a Spear! Roman tries a Spear but Edge hits one of his own! 1, 2, Bryan pulls the ref out of the ring. Furious, Edge introduces more chairs, hitting Bryan and Edge one after the other. He sets up Con-Chair-To to both men, hits it on Bryan but Jey Uso returns to attack, eats a Spear and a load of Chair Shots, Reigns hits the spear on Edge, hits the Con-Chair-To, drags Edge over Bryan and pins both for the win.

The show closes with pyro and Fireworks as Roman talks trash on his opponents and holds the title aloft, ending Wrestlemania 37.

It was a very good back and forth match, Roman of course relying heavily on Jey's interferences and the animosity between Edge and Bryan to come out on top. Keeping the Spear and the Con-Chair-To for last was the right move and the latter was definitely impactful enough to ensure that Bryan could sleep for a few minutes, especially with his and Edge's history of neck injuries. I bet on Roman because of his past record, how after finally turning heel he gets the right heat and because in Triple Threats involving a Heel Champion and 2 Faces, you either bet on the third man or the heel champion, since the story was that Roman could lose without being pinned I chose the latter, the heel often finds the escape. All three men had great chemistry together and I hope for more, SD's world title scene having an absolute slew of competitors waiting to challenge the head of the table.

Conclusion Overall another good night of wrestling...just not better. There were some super baffling and poor moments in the first half of the show and 3 title changes in a row (as well as 2 live performances in a row) was probably not the best card layout Night 2 could've done. Overall it was still a good show though and as a whole Wrestlemania 37 was a success, if not without its glaring flaws. But it goes to show that a 2-Day Wrestlemania continues to flourish as a new season of WWE kicks off.

first of all i relate heavy to the way this was worded, you’re so valid bro and secondly, lemme think of some! this is my first time doing angst so please bare with me! (this one is very long and you have my utmost admiration and thanks if you read it fully (if it’s too long and you can’t just know you’re so valid and i still love and wanna thank you) and to whoever requested this, thank you bc it made me really feel something and made me appreciate these characters even more!)

- percy will personally never in his life touch alcohol and he won’t dabble in drugs, he knows firsthand the vile effects of it and wants to be in control of his faculties. let it be known he will legitimately murder any abuser in sight, on sight.

- leo and percy often talk about their terrible home lives and percy gets really upset when leo mentions his foster homes and how he’s ran away multiple times, he talks about how much he misses his mother. he feels like it’s his fault and percy won’t hear any more of it, he’ll hold leo close & tight and let him cry into his shoulder and percy will also cry while leaving kisses on leo’s head and running his fingers softly through leo’s hair bc they’ve gone through so much hurt and pain and it’s unfair. percy in a silent pang of guilt is so grateful for his mother and that she’s safe and alive and just wished that the same could be said for leo’s mother. he wishes that gabe never existed and that their mother’s weren’t thrown into the bs they have to be thrust into just by virtue of being a demigod. he wants the gods and goddesses and monsters to just leave them alone and let them just find peace and rest

- piper talks to leo about her life and how she just wishes it was all normal and that they didn’t have to have such difficult lives, and how she just wanted everyone to be safe and leo just has his arm around her shoulders and lets her know that she isn’t alone in that feeling and they have a new found family and that’s what matters

- nico will sometimes just shut down in his bed and feel numb and realize that there’s water coming out of his eyes and he’s realizing he’s crying and is confused. he really misses bianca and just thinks about how she reincarnated and he shadowtravels the world trying to find her, but to no avail. there’s a sense of bitterness and betrayal in him but that quickly fades bc she was just a child that had to be a mother to him, and he starts feeling guilty and sobs uncontrollably bc he misses her and just wants her back and wants to hug and hold her again. hazel comes in bc she senses nico’s upset and just holds him so tight and whispers softly and sweetly that it will all be okay, that she’s there for him, that she’s his sister too and she loves him and she knows that nico loves her too

- he’s also never sleeping due to his nightmares of tartarus and he decides for a while just to not go to bed and stay awake, and around camp he might have a sense of dread and power roll off of him into waves that the campers feel and the hairs stand up on the back of their necks - jason & will notice this and quietly take him into the hades cabin and just sit quietly with him in his bed. eventually, nico dozes off and his hands are held both by jason & will - there’s an unspoken but understood communication between the both of them

- frank also always is missing his mother, he’s never not thinking about her and he has identity crises about how he can be the son of mars while he feels a strong connection to apollo and why did his mother fall in love with mars? his burning stick also is always looming in the back of his mind and still gets nightmares about it which he wakes up in the middle of the night from, in a cold sweat. fellow ares campers know that feeling and clarisse tells frank to come with her and they both sit down at the lake and talk about all the issues and heartache that comes from being the child of the god of war. clarisse lets him know the other kids know what it’s like, and she & they are always here for him, they’re always there for their own. frank starts to cry and clarisse holds him quietly knowing this is what he needs

- will is the resident doctor and while he’s saved countless lives, he’s lost a few too. they were his friends, his comrades, his brothers and sisters and some days it just eats him up - he feels guilt settle so deeply that he just goes outside bc he feels a sense of claustrophobia. piper & nico see him and sense this and they hold him up and take him to an open field that the demeter children have that is full of green grass, strawberry patches, and is filled with sunshine. they sit him down and will rests his head in nico’s lap while his legs are on piper’s and he just lets out everything he’s feeling while they both quietly listen and he talks until he can’t anymore bc he’s about to break down. nico kisses him very softly and let’s him know that everyone he’s saved is good and well because of him and those who were lost were granted elysium and are eternally grateful to will. nico said he’d even take will to the underworld to show him and make him realize the difference and good will has done in the world - the entire time piper is holding will’s hand and uses her charmspeak to calm him down in a way she knows will needs

- sometimes jason and annabeth just sit in the zeus cabin talking to each other about anything and everything. annabeth quietly speaks about tartarus with jason whenever she doesn’t want to talk to percy about it, because she knows it’ll bring him into a spiral as well and she doesn’t want to do that. jason feels a pit in his stomach as deep as tartarus bc how could she have survived? he knows how much will power she has, how capable, intelligent, strong she is but he can’t help feeling unbelievably frightened for her bc she’s not a child of the big three. big three kids are powerful and look at the wreck percy & nico feel - and while she is too, there’s just so much fear in her eyes and her voice falters and jason just holds her. she just sobs into his shoulder and he just holds her so tight in a silent gesture of “i’m here for you.” he rubs her back, let’s her get everything out, she doesn’t have to put on a strong facade and simply lets all her fears and worries out into the open air. jason hears her out, gives out advice and wisdom right at the perfect times, and he reiterates that he’s always here for her. the genuine thankfulness in her eyes is something he holds dearly

- jason will talk about how heartbroken he is that his memories were wiped. his own life feels like a game that’s being played by the gods and all the other demigods can relate to that notion, and percy hears him out and has jason lay his head on percy’s lap and just talk about the hurt. percy knows what it’s like, while it may be on a smaller scale, he can attest to the sadness and confusion jason feels and agrees w everything he says. sometimes jason just goes quiet and forgets to talk, and percy has to run his fingers through jason’s hair to let him know that he’s here, he’s alive, he’s making new memories and that he’s here for him.

- something reyna and jason have in common is the fact that both their parents descended into madness. they talk in hushed voices and tears softly fall down both their faces, they are both holding each other’s hands to make sure they’re tethered to this earth and that they’re here for each other bc they know what the other person is going through. reyna told nico this and she tells jason this too, and she speaks about how she’s afraid bc committing patricide is one of the biggest sins in the roman camp, and she’s afraid of what that means for her fate. jason tells her that pluto will be kind to her, he reminds her that nico & hazel have both talked to their father to guarantee elysium for them all, and while she appreciates that there’s always that sense of what if she doesn’t? jason eases her worries and tells her it will all be okay and reyna nods and looks into his eyes and makes sure that jason knows that it will all be okay for him too

- percy will sometimes just be alone in the poseidon cabin and will start uncontrollably sobbing. he furiously thinks to himself that if he’s a son of poseidon can’t he control his tears? to make them not fall? he thinks of how much he misses bob and constantly tells the stars that he says hello & he’s made a promise to himself that he would get him out of there one way or another. then he spirals about tartarus and how frightened and powerful he felt when choking the goddess of misery. he goes numb for a bit and then forces himself to think about the goodness in his life and the friends he has and the mother he so dearly loves and like a gift from above he sees tyson comes in and tyson is wondering why his big brother is crying? tyson tells percy to please not cry and holds him so tight and tyson’s eye is filling up w tears and his voice is wobbly and percy holds tyson’s face and tells him that him & tyson are going to be alright and that he loves him so dearly and he’s so thankful for him. tyson has the biggest smile on his face and percy just wants to protect him and he just hugs him so tight, trying to convey his love, admiration, and adoration for his lil baby brother

- leo and hazel will just sit together near the forest and hazel puts her head on his shoulders speaking about how much she wishes she had a normal childhood, how both her & leo were forced to make sacrifices for the greater good, and how the people she loved were hurt by her powers. leo stays quiet for a bit and tells her that they’re both the same and that their bond and friendship is strong because of that. hazel holds his hand so tightly bc she knows they’re both scared but they’re both alive and they’re here against all odds, and that’s what matters

- i know nearly all demigods deal with not only survivor’s guilt, but they had to deal with the loss of friends/loved ones, they’ve had to deal with horrific family situations and they’ve had to be thrust into war - it takes a physical, emotional, and mental toll and i just want them all to go to therapy, get necessary medication, and have people tell them that they love them

Differently Morphous Headcanon Dump: Bianca x Victor

So, Bianca had this big crush on Victor for a while, but she didn’t have the courage to talk to him. After her friends encourage her to have a conversation with him, she’s stuttering and fumbling with her words.

Like “H-Hi, Victor. Um, I heard about what happened in the reports. Y-You know, those bloodthirsty fairies? I-I’m really glad you and Adam are o-okay. W-Well, I’m glad that Mia is o-okay too, but-”

Victor, being his usual jerky self is like “Oh brother, stop stuttering so much and make a proper sentence.”

“Ah- I-I’m sorry! I just- Um... My friends kinda- Ah...”

It was just awkward all around. Bianca is trying to talk to her crush, but failing while Victor is tapping his fingers on the desk watching this girl make a fool out of herself.

Eventually, she had to excuse herself to run to the bathroom just so she doesn’t die from embarrassment in front of him.

Mia watches the whole thing from afar and is like “Do I really have to babysit this girl? As if Catherine wasn’t bad enough...”

And so she, along with Alison, accompany Bianca to talk to the pyrokinetic. More awkward bumbling ensues.

Meanwhile, Mia and Alison were like “So... How was your day?”

Eventually, with time, they graduate to walking home together after work. Bianca tries to talk to him some more, but it was mostly small talk on her part.

Meanwhile, Bianca is trying her best to look good for Vic. Make sure her hair looks good and there aren’t any blemishes.

She would be stressed out beyond all belief because she wanted to look good for him. She would be constantly worried that the slightest imperfection would make him think less of her.

Catherine keeps telling her that Victor is not that shallow. Bianca knows it, but, you know, anxiety’s a bitch.

One day, while getting some breakfast with Victor, she bumps into someone and gets her breakfast sandwich all over her shirt. She was unable to contain herself. Now, Victor will laugh at her. She will never hear the end of how the girl from the Ministry made a complete fool out of herself in front of the field’s top agents. Overwhelmed, she ran to the bathroom away from Victor’s sight.

Fortunately, Victor’s not that big of a jerk so he waits for her outside the bathroom. Bianca was crying pretty loud so some people asked him if everything was alright. He responds with “Lady problems.”

Later, she comes out and is surprised to see Victor waiting for her.

“Victor!” She looks away from him. “I-I thought...” She starts tearing up again, but Victor shushes her.

“Shh. We’re in a public place. With how loud you’ve been crying, people thought your dog died or something.”

He passes her a tissue which she accepts.

“Here. I got some spare clothes back at my place. We can stop there real quick and you can get changed.”

“Huh? B-But-”

“No buts! There is no way you’re going into work looking like that.”

And so, they go to Victor’s apartment and Bianca changes into some of his spare clothes.

And that’s where she got her trenchcoat.

When they both arrive at work, Mia asks her why she had Vic’s clothes on.

“Oh, I accidentally got some of my breakfast sandwich on myself, so... Victor gave me some of his clothes to wear for today.”

Mia looks at Victor, smirking. “Really. He did, huh?”

Victor gets all defensive, his cheeks turning red. “What?! My place was much closer to the Ministry than hers, so it was much faster than going half an hour to her house!”

Mia just goes “Mmm-Hmm” while Adam side-eyes him a bit.

While all this was going on, Bianca totally forgot to get breakfast. Luckily, Victor is right on it and gives her some food from the dining hall.

“Oh, thank you.”

“No problem. Don’t expect me to do this all the time.”

“Ah, don’t worry. I’ll pay for my own food. I’m not cheap.”

Now, notice that Bianca isn’t stuttering anymore. Something about the way he said it... It made her confident. Like, she finally has the courage to speak to him without getting nervous. After what happened at the sandwich shop, she realized that she was getting worked up over nothing. Victor waited for her while she had a breakdown in the bathroom and even brought her over to his apartment so she can change. If he was being this nice to her...

“Again, thanks for the food. It was really nice of you.”

“Hey! Don’t get the wrong idea. I only did it because I didn’t want you to starve. Again, don’t expect me to do this all the time.”

“Hehehe. I know. But maybe if we go somewhere. You know, like a restaurant, you can pay for your half of the meal and I can pay for my half. You know, split the bill.”

Victor is absolutely floored. So is everyone else and Mia is like “Oh my god, did she just-?”

“D.... Did you just ask me out?!” He sputters.

“Well, not exactly. It was just a suggestion. Although, if you want to...”

Victor takes a second to regain his composure. “Of course. Maybe we can make time for each other in our schedules.”

“Hmm... Are you free this weekend?”

“Hm, I guess so. If those Werewasps don’t come back to wreak havoc again, we can go somewhere.”

“Alright. Sounds like a plan.”

After that conversation, Bianca later realizes what she just did.

She mentally freaks out, “Oh my god, I just- Oh my god, I just asked out Victor Cassen! Holy cow, how did I do that?!”

Their first date was at a restaurant. It was nothing fancy. Just a small, little restaurant. Bianca and Victor are happy with it regardless. Neither of them are really experienced with dating or love, but they are willing to learn.

Now, a thing you need to know about Bianca is that even though she is not allowed to use magic due to her heart condition, she is allowed to go on missions as long as she doesn’t overwork her heart. She and Victor are in two different groups. Bianca goes with Catherine while he goes with Adam and Mia.

Whenever she goes on a mission, she always brings her gun. That way, she still has a way to defend herself.

Now, she might get into some trouble with a lake monster. She and Catherine are called to take care of it. They thought it would be a simple extermination and Catherine likes to be a lil’ gremlin. But, things go south really fast.

The monster would try to kill Bianca by grabbing her and pulling her down underwater, essentially trying to drown her.

Luckily, Victor and the gang were in the same area and they came to the rescue.

Even more luckily, Bianca didn’t drown, otherwise it would be really bad. (Although it would guarantee some mouth to mouth action. Dammit, Victor!)

After that, she and Victor begin to hang out a lot more. They always come to check up on each other after they get banged up on the job. Don’t even get me started on the aftercare!

Like, they bandage each other up when their wounds aren’t severe and they bring each other food and stuff. It’s great!

While all this was going on, they start to go on more and more dates. Victor had no idea what to do, but he had help from Adam, Mia, Alison and surprisingly, Dr. Diablerie.

Fun fact: The sapphire heart necklace that I imagined her having was a gift from Victor.

It was when they were strolling along the beach that they had their first kiss.

It was sweet, tender and, for Bianca, it was like a dream come true.

They would come over to their places frequently to hang out. At some days, they would be at Bianca’s place and they would definitely be at Victor’s on weekends.

Their favorite activity to do is watch movies, although Bianca watches those really trashy romance movies that Victor nitpicks at and Bianca is not a fan of horror.

One time, she got scared when someone was killed onscreen and Victor comforts her.

“You know, if it makes you feel better, Mia dared me to watch those Saw movies with her and... I almost threw up.” He says to her.

“That sounds like her, all right.”

So, to compromise, they decided on suspense thriller. That way, Mia won’t be scared that easily while keeping Victor’s interests in mind.

Sometimes, when things get too intense, they would have someone there. At Bianca’s, she would have Catherine and her pet Fluidic over as moral support. (Catherine named her Fluidic Kat, by the way.) At Victor’s, Adam is there.

Despite that, they really enjoyed it and eventually went to the local cinema.

Soon, Bianca lost her virginity to him.

It was after the usual date at the cinema. They are hanging out in his room, giving their thoughts on the movie. Adam’s out shopping for groceries, so they are technically alone. Then, Victor asks her a question.

“So... Sorry if this is awkward for you, but... Have you ever... had sex?”

Bianca’s face went completely red. Sure, she had heard of it, but she never had it with anyone. Victor sees her reaction and immediately starts to apologize. Like, “I-I’m sorry! It’s just that I thought about it and I just wanted to make sure that-”

“N-No, no! It’s fine. I totally get it. Well...” She pauses. “I’ve never really... dated anyone before. You’re pretty much the first person I’ve ever been in a relationship with.”

“Ah... Well,” Victor scratches the back of his head. “Adam and I never really gone out with any girls before either, so I could say the same thing.”

*Silence*

“Well... Have you?”

Bianca shakes her head.

“Me neither. I mean, if you want to...”

“Um...” Bianca nervously fidgets.

“We don’t have to do this if you don’t want to. I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”

“But... I want to.”

Victor looks at her, surprised. “You do?”

“Yeah... Although I am a bit nervous. I’ve never really done this with anyone, so...”

Victor holds her hand. “Don’t worry. I’ll make sure it doesn’t hurt. I don’t know what I’m doing, but... I’ll do anything to make you happy.”

Bianca was nervous, but this is Victor. They’ve known each other a lot by this point, so she trusts him.

And oh my god, the way that Victor makes her comfortable during the foreplay is glorious!

Like, he is so sweet and gentle with her that Bianca relaxes and lets him do whatever he wants to her.

(NSFW ahead!) Whether it’s him giving her hickeys, sucking on her breasts, or fingering her, Bianca is turned on.

At one point, Bianca grows impatient and tells him to just be inside her already, but he doesn’t. He wants to be absolutely sure that her body is ready so as to not accidentally hurt her.

Eventually, she is wet enough for him to enter easily. After putting on a condom, he enters her. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but Bianca doesn’t mind. Victor has been very gentle with her, so it doesn’t matter. Their first time doesn’t have to be perfect, that much is obvious, but she is so into the moment that she doesn’t care if there is a little pain.

So, while they were doing it, Bianca’s moans of pleasure and saying his name sensually turn him on as well. ;33

After that, they are closer than ever before. The other agents noticed that Victor seemed to smile a lot more now and Bianca is becoming more confident in herself. Everything just seemed to be perfect.

But things begin to change when Bianca starts acting... odd.

Now, you see, the events of the Fluidic massacre are still felt around the country, especially the Department.

Nita is still going around, trying to be all “progressive” and all that and that starts to take a toll on Bianca’s mind.

One day, she was yapping on about some “offensive” things that have been going around. Everyone is just sitting there, listening to her go off and suddenly, Bianca snaps.

“Oh my god, just shut up! No one cares about your f̶u̵c̶k̴i̴n̴g̵ ̶p̶r̵o̵p̶a̸g̵a̶n̷d̸a̵, okay?!”

Everyone is stunned into silence, including Victor. No one had heard her swear before, but they were more concerned about the fact that Bianca’s voice changed...

Bianca suddenly realizes what she just said and runs out. They are all confused. What’s going on? Why did Bianca talk like that?

Victor eventually discovers that Bianca is a person possessed by an Ancient or as Nita calls it “A person of dual consciousness”.

Victor does not take the news well at all at first. I mean, who could blame him? He almost died to an Ancient himself. But, he calms down and remembers that’s his girlfriend in there. Despite what happened, she is still his girlfriend.

After work, he confronts her about his discovery. Bianca is scared out of her mind. She’s afraid that Victor will leave her for having a creature inside of her and that leads to them arguing.

Although, Victor gives her a comfort hug and tells her that he’s gonna trust her, Ancient or not.

“God, I hope I’m making the right decision...”

Still, that would’ve put a huge strain on their relationship.

Things continue to go downhill from there. Bianca starts to get more ruthless on her missions and is starting to use her magic more often, causing her to collapse many times.

Richard Danvers talks to her in the infirmary after an emergency regarding her.

“God, Bianca... What are you doing? You shouldn’t be using your magic so frivolously. If you continue to do that, you’re going to die!”

“Well, I’m sorry, Mr. Danvers, but I’m going through a really tough time right now, so can you please leave me alone?”

“What’s gotten into you? You never talk back to me or Elizabeth. First, you snapped at Nita, then you’re using your death magic and now, you’re talking back to me?! Bianca-”

“Look!! I don’t wanna talk to anyone right now!! Especially someone who has daddy issues with The Hand!! Now leave!! Get out!!”

Everyone is both appalled and scared by Bianca’s behavior. Something needed to be done soon or else Bianca will either die or be punished.

Soon, everyone starts having dreams about Bianca. And they are... horrifying to say the least.

For Victor, he, Adam, Mia and Alison discover Bianca crying in the hallway and when she turns around... She is bleeding from her eyes. Like, full on crying tears of blood. She immediately starts screaming and tries to murder Alison and Victor ends up having to...

For Danvers, he dreamt about Bianca, but her appearance was... different. Her hair had turned snow white, she had the blood tears and she had angel wings, but they were dripping with blood. The glowing halo above her head was... blinding to him.

“How do I put it...? She was beautiful, but terrifying at the same time.” Danvers recounted.

While this was going on, Victor and Adam start to learn more about Bianca’s past.

It eventually culminates to Bianca writing a letter to everyone at the Ministry, apologizing for her behavior as well as saying that she will resign. But as the letter goes on, the handwriting starts to become more jittery and illegible. They even start to see spots of blood on the paper. As the letter nears its conclusion, she writes to Victor, apologizing to him for everything - For keeping her Ancient secret, for getting in his way, for being weak... She tells him to forget about her and be happy. They then look at the back of the letter. There, written in blood, are the words

PLEASE HELP ME

That gets everyone worried so Victor, Adam, Mia, Alison, Danvers, Diablerie, Catherine and Chris all go looking for her.

They eventually find her at the beach and Danvers realizes something. She’s sweating, wobbling like she’s dizzy - She looks like she’s going to faint...

“Bianca?” He calls out.

She slowly turns around. “Guys...? Why...? Why are you here?”

“We were really worried about you, what with your concerning letter and such. Please... Come over here.” Adam says.

“Why...? Aren’t I just a burden to you...?”

“You weren’t a burden to us. You helped us with every mission and you've made everyone here so much happier, especially Victor. He hasn’t smiled as much before he met you.” Alison starts to talk. Bianca looks down. “I can see that you mean a lot to him. He’s willing to be with you, flaws and all. So... Come over here and we can talk this out.”

“...........I can’t.”

“? Why? I-I know the things Nita says were harsh, but I promise you, the world’s not that bad. I had to learn about that the hard way, so...”

“That’s the problem, though. The world is full of terrible people. Robbers, murderers, rapists... This world is full of sin.

She started to breathe more heavily as her shaking grew heavier. Everyone could see that she’s sweating bullets now. Her breathing started to get labored as she began to cry. But, it wasn’t normal tears. No, there was blood dripping down her face. Her heart was beating a million miles an hour as she was thinking ‘No... Please no... Not again...’

She wanted to say something. Anything. To Victor, Mia, Adam, anyone. When she tried to speak, her voice wouldn’t come out. Her throat was closed.

She then felt searing pain in her back and she collapsed, screaming in agony. Her back was starting to bulge and blood started to seep into her trenchcoat. Danvers tells everyone to step back despite Mia and Alison wanting to help her. Victor could only stand and watch as his girlfriend transforms into something monstrous.

And then, “Please.... Don’t do this to me!! I.... I don’t wanna die!!!!”

With grotesque cracks, angel wings burst out of her back, spraying blood everywhere. With a flash of white light, she is transformed into something different.

Her hair was completely white, the whites of her eyes have become red, still streaming blood from her eyes and her clothes appeared to be torn. A bright halo was floating above her head and she started to fly.

Everyone was in complete shock, Danvers saying “No....”

She attacks them, but Chris was able to block the blow with his shotgun.

She goes to attack again, but this time, Victor attacks. Since he has an ability suited for combat, he overpowers her with little effort. However, when he is about to finish her off...

“P̴l̴e̶a̷s̵e̴.̸.̷.̸ ̷D̷o̶n̷'̷t̴ ̸d̵o̸ ̴t̷h̸i̵s̵ ̶t̴o̷ ̵m̵e̸,̶ ̸V̴i̶c̷t̸o̶r̸.̷.̶.̸ ̴I̸.̵.̵.̵ I love you....”

Victor hesitates. What is he doing? Here he was, ready to win an easy battle. A chance to redeem himself after he let himself get motivated by Aaron’s stupid speech. But... He couldn’t bring himself to do it. Because this wasn’t Jessica Weatherbee. This is Bianca Walker. The first person he had ever fallen in love with. He had been given a chance to not repeat the past and yet... In the end, he couldn’t do it. He could not bring himself to kill the person he loves.

It was only for a second, but in that moment, the Bianca Ancient attacks him with a concealed weapon, hitting Victor.

“Victor!!!” Adam shouts and runs to him despite Danvers telling him to stay back. He gets him up and realizes the damage she had done. There was a massive wound on the side of his torso and his head and nose was bleeding. He needed medical help, fast.

They look up to see that Bianca is holding some kind of sword. Its blade was glowing a tint of blue. Now, the second round begins.

Everyone gets to fight her individually. Chris tries to shoot her with his gun, but Bianca puts up a protective shield to deflect the bullets. Then, he tries to send his animals, but she pacifies them and frees them from Chris’ control. Next is Dr. Diablerie.

Now, Diablerie actually put up a good fight with her. It surprised everyone. Well, except Mia who already knows who he is...

But that wasn’t enough because soon, he was defeated.

Catherine tries to use her telekinesis, but she couldn’t bring herself to hurt her best friend.

Same with Mia. She tried to use her magic, but Bianca was able to break her with a simple sentence. “C̸̠̍'̷̺̆m̴̲̾o̷̰͗n̷̘̊,̸͇͗ ̷̧̑n̵̝̏o̷̯̚ẘ̴̦.̸̫͛.̷̱͂.̵̭͆ ̵͔̈D̷̡̛ỏ̴͕ ̴̯͝ȳ̷̱o̴̤̓u̸͇̎ ̶̨̎r̶̥̅e̸̟͌ą̸̛l̴̙̔ḽ̴̐y̷̛̩ ̷̮͑ẃ̴̱a̴͕͌n̵̟̏t̸͍͗ ̴̠̇ṭ̷́o̶̼̅ ̵̤̂ḩ̵̆ṵ̴̍ŗ̵̀t̷͇̒ ̸͕̏y̴̛͙o̷͈͒u̸̡̓r̸̦̆ ̶͇̃b̸̠̐ê̵͉s̷̞̒t̴̩́ ̷̭͠f̵̲̆r̵̙̕i̵̠͝ê̸̗ń̵̮d̷̢̎?̷̜͒“

At one point, she swoops in and picks up Alison, lifting her high in the air, and dropping her with the intent of her falling to her death. Luckily, Diablerie catches her in a nick of time.

Meanwhile, Adam is trying to get everyone to safety, especially Victor since he is bleeding a concerning amount. But he is resistent, saying he can still fight.

At some point, the sapphire necklace falls out of Victor’s coat pocket and onto the ground. The Bianca Ancient stops and picks it up. The moment she does, memories start to flood back to her. Memories of her time with Victor and her friends. How happy she was. She starts to shake once more, telling everyone that she’s sorry. Sorry for everything. Then, she starts to transform back to her normal self. Her hair turns black, she stops crying blood and the feathers on her wings begin to molt as they disappeared. Her eyes go back to normal and her skin goes back to a normal pale color. As soon as she’s back to normal, she collapses on the sand.

Danvers and Alison run over to her as Adam tends to Victor.

“Are you okay?” He asks.

“Yeah. I’m alright. Nothing that a little stitching can’t fix.”

“Um..... Guys....?” They hear Alison say to them.

They look over to see Alison looking at them with a worried expression and Danvers almost panicking. At that moment, they realize...

“Oh god.... Bianca!!!”

The pain that he was feeling a moment ago vanished. Adrenaline was rushing through his body as he got up and ran over to his motionless girlfriend. Adam shouted for him to come back and ran after him.

He gets on his knees and shakes her. Nothing. Her eyes were closed, her face was ash grey... ‘Don’t tell me...’ He puts his fingers on her neck, trying to look for a pulse as Adam does the same, holding her wrist.

Nothing. No heartbeat. No breathing. She was as still as a corpse.

That thought shot through Victor like an icy arrow through the heart. Bianca... She’s...

Bianca suddenly finds herself in a void. There was nothing around her as far as the eye can see. After a while, a figure appears in front of her. He was bald and he appeared to be wearing a red, tattered robe...

“Bianca?”

“Who are you? W-Where am I?”

“Go back, Bianca.”

“What? Go back? W-What happened? A-Am I...?”

“Dead? Not yet. Not fully. Your mind and soul are drifting apart from your body, but with enough power, there is still time to pull them back. But you must have the will to return.”

“The will to return...”

So, she has a choice. She will either return to her body or go into the afterlife. She is faced with a heavy choice.

chloe’s mother started training the girl the day she was born to follow in her footsteps as a future miss south carolina. despite having the perfect blonde curls and the big blue eyes, the pageant lifestyle didn’t come easily to chloe - she didn’t have the edge, that certain bite needed to slice someone open with a razor-sharp smile.

however, in this training chloe realized that she truly loved the stage, the spotlight, the adoration of the crowd. it didn’t take her long to channel that energy into acting.

though chloe struggled in school, acting made her feel at home. it gave her an outlet, a place to shine, unlike the classroom where she felt awkward and slow. as she grew, she learned to channel the confidence acting gave her into her social life, and suddenly she was the center of attention. being a pretty, rich blonde didn’t hurt either.

as chloe approached college age, it was practically a given that she would go to hollingsworth, rush kkd like her mother, major in something safe like communications or pr, marry a good southern boy, and return to charleston to continue the family legacy. however, she went against the wishes of her family and instead applied to nine different schools, all for their drama programs. she got into all nine, but ultimately decided to go to hollingsworth anyway.

hollingsworth proved to be a place chloe could thrive, that provided her with tons of opportunities. one such opportunity was a short film, written and directed by a semi-famous hollingsworth alum. chloe auditioned and got the lead role, filming over the summer before junior year.

she thought it would be nothing, just a bit of experience for her resume after she finished college and started the hard stuff. but when the film was shown at the new york film festival, it got surprise rave reviews and a lot of attention. suddenly, chloe was a hot commodity, and she’s had offers from major film studios, including a signed contract for a role she’s supposed to play just after she graduates from hollingsworth.

just as chloe’s fortunes were going up, however, her family’s were going down. the summer before her senior year at hollingsworth, the family business was exposed as having corrupt practices, and is on the verge of shutting down. though chloe’s father claims he knows nothing about it, he’s being investigated for fraud.

she’s very VERY nervous about interviewing, press appearances, and the general business of being a rising star. although she acts like a social butterfly and is a very charming girl, it doesn’t necessarily come easy to her. deep down, she still feels like the awkward kid in class, who doesn’t quite fit in or get it, no matter how hard she tries.

despite her high social standing due to being in kkd, she’s one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet. she definitely doesn’t subscribe to the idea that kappa girls are better than anyone else -- unless you cross her, she would never hurt a fly and in fact goes out of her way to be nice to people. she truly believes in the idea that everyone’s fighting their own battle and you don’t need to make it any harder for them.

despite that, if you do cross her, and do something major, the claws can come out. she’s not afraid to stand up for herself although she tends to wait a little longer than she should to speak out.

she’s a hopeless romantic and falls in love so fast. she loves being in love just as much as she loves the person she’s with. mostly, she loves being in a relationship and she gives her heart and soul to the person completely.

she’s not the brightest but she is truly kind and sweet.

she’s probably super involved in kkd! she lives at the house and like... probably is that girl who wears her letters everywhere and constantly talks about formals and frat boys. idk whether there’s like ‘positions’ in the rp but i could def see her as recruitment chair or social chair!

chloe is HEAVILY inspired by serena van der woodsen, cher horowitz, elle woods, and bianca from 10 things i hate about you !! she’s a bubbly blonde who has this magnetic appeal you just can’t say no to.

And so we run (ch.8) - Traumathicc

A/N: This... took longer than I thought it would. Anyway! The disscussion over if backpacks are acceptable weapons is totally valid discourse.

”Courtney! Did you find something?”

Bianca waits for a few seconds but Courtney isn’t responding. Gia watches her all too familiar routine of automatically reaching down and grabbing the gun at her hip as she casts her a worried glance.

Just as Bianca’s about to call a second time, Courtney finally reappears. It doesn’t take long for the both of them to figure out that something’s wrong.

”Are you alright? You look like you just saw a ghost or something.” Bianca tries in a softer voice that doesn’t really suit her.

Courtney stays silent for a moment. Then she takes a deep breath.

”It wasn’t anything important. Just… just a dead deer. Let’s keep moving.”

She walks past Gia and Bianca and starts powerwalking into the woods. Bianca sighs and follows her. Gia has to get into a small sprint to catch up with the both of them. She makes sure that Courtney is far away enough that she doesn’t hear them. Then she tugs at Bianca’s sleeve.

”There was a voice”

”What the fuck are you talking about?”

Gia had no idea there was such a thing as a loud whisper up until this moment. Fascinating. She rolls her eyes.

”Back with Court. I swear I could hear someone talking that wasn’t her.”

”You sure it wasn’t that deer?” Bianca snarks.

”Deer don’t sound like… like that.”

”That? How that?”

”I dunno… in… agony?”

Biancas jaw clenches. She looks at Courtney. Then Gia. Then Courtney again.

”Look, let’s just- let’s just say it was a deer, ok? And please. Never bring it up again.”

”But-”

”Please.” Bianca gives her that vulnerable look she had back at the tree again. “Don’t do it for me.”

Courtney suddenly turns around.

“What’re you two whispering about?”

She has a little too much forced optimism in her voice, and her smile is a bit too wide for someone who saw a dead “deer” five minutes ago.

“Just talking over the plans for a potential raid. Y’know, point A to point B stuff.” Bianca ensures her.

”Oh, good!” Courtney beams and turns back to the road ahead. Bianca starts biting her lip. Gia decides against pushing the subject and just looks down at her feet for the next ten minutes.

Then Bianca stops and Gia almost trips over herself trying not to bump into her.

”Do you guys see that?”

”Smoke” Courtney confirms. ”Yeah. Let’s investigate.”

They take a detour around the clearing where the trail of smoke is rising up from behind the trees. Courtney finds a large rock and they all huddle behind it, weapons drawn. Bianca, who’s positioned in the middle, perks her head up to get a better look at the situation. When she ducks back down, she has a smug look on her face which Gia knows means they just struck gold.

”There’s food, packed meals, supplies, clean water, all unattended!” Gia really needs to teach Bianca how to whisper like a proper human being. ”This is- it’s almost too easy!”

”Exactly” Courtney whispers back (at least she knows how to, Gia thinks) ”There’s a huge risk that this is actually a trap. But we still shouldn’t pass up this opportunity. We need to be careful.”

They slowly get up from behind the rock all at once and start walking towards the unattended camp in what Gia likes to call “the starfish formation.” Bianca walks forward facing the front, while Gia and Courtney walk with their backs turned to her, facing the back and sides. Gia can practically smell the food when, sure enough, a bush to her left starts to rustle. She sighs. Of course this was a fucking trap.

Bianca breaks up the starfish immediately and goes to investigate, gun in one hand and pocketknife in the other. It’s like the bush tenses up, and Gia swears she hears whispering coming from it.

What follows is basically a blur of red hair bursting from within the bush like one of those aliens in old horror movies. Bianca points her gun at the head of what appears to be an unarmed girl, safe for her backpack which she could technically swing at someone’s head if she so wished. The fact that this girl literally brought a backpack to a gunfight doesn’t really matter though, as another girl suddenly pops out from the thick vegetation and draws a bow at Bianca’s back before either Gia or Courtney can do anything.

“Drop the gun.” Her voice is calm, but tense with worry. Clearly the unarmed girl means a lot to her.

”I’m sorry, I didn’t quite hear you. What w-”

”I said DROP. THE. GUN.”

Well, the girl is officially pissed. Why does Bianca have to be such a cunt now of all times?

”Ivy, please.” The girl with the backpack suddenly speaks up. ”They clearly just want the food, same as us. And there’s more than enough to to around! Besides, we can hunt if we run out, maybe they can’t?”

Ivy sighs. ”You’re right. But I won’t drop my weapon until they’ve dropped theirs.”

”And why should we trust you?” Bianca snaps.

”Just drop them. Please. For your own sake.” Gia can’t help but snicker. Backpack girl is clearly more than done with Bianca’s bullshit.

Bianca groans and actually puts both her knife and gun down. Gia and Courtney follow suit. Ivy looks pleased and puts her bow on her back. Then she walks over to her friend.

”I’m Ivy. And this is my partner, Jinkx.”

Courtney, Bianca and Gia all introduce themselves. Of course, all of them already vaguely know each other from the training period, but back in that place opening up to strangers was generally frowned upon. Both by the organizers and the contestants.

Probably because you could be talking to your future murderer.

A more than awkward silence ensues before Bianca speaks up again.

”Why would you even jump out like that anyway? You’re not armed! I could’ve killed you!”

Jinkx’s face grows red with embarrassment. “We were going to try peaceful negotiation at first…”

“... And it didn’t exactly work out. Well, I’m glad we’re all still in one piece.” Ivy fills in.

“Well, that’s about the stupidest thing I’ve heard today.” Bianca mutters.

“Also, for the record, I’m not unarmed.” Jinkx reassures. “I have knives in the bag!”

“Then whY WOULDN’T YOU TAKE- you know what? Forget it. Let’s just grab the stuff and get out of here before whoever set this up gets back.”

Ivy and Courtney have already walked over to the camp and started piling up on food and supplies. Gia is about to join them when she’s almost impaled by a knife thrown seemingly out of nowhere. She lets out a small squeal and reaches for her gun.

”Looks like we’ve got company… Again.”

Everyone draws their weapons in silence as Roxxxy and Detox step into the clearing. A chill runs down Gia’s spine when she realizes Alaska is missing.

”What? Not even a ’hello?’ That’s rude.” Roxxxy smirks and points her spear at Bianca.

Gia’s heart almost explodes out of fear when she hears Bianca sigh. The fact that she just scolded Jinkx for having an apparent death wish suddenly seems very hypocritical.

”Y’know, I’m getting real tired of you people pointing shit at me all fucking day. Do I look like a fucking landmark to you cunts?”

Bianca’s right hand is ghosting the handle of her gun. But she steadies herself.

Not yet.

”She’s right, she doesn’t” Detox snickers. ”Although I reckon she’d make a nice pincushion…”

Roxxxy laughs a little too hard at that joke. Detox proceeds to take out both her guns at once and spin them around on her fingers by the trigger like some sort of cliche action character. The guns both stop spinning at the same time, perfectly synchronized, and pointed at Bianca.

What did she just tell these two bitches?

“Where is the Reaper?” It’s Ivy who speaks up. She already has a bow loaded with three arrows pointed at Roxxxy.

“She’s off dealing with our little… provider.” Roxxxy gestures towards the now dead campfire. This results in Detox giving Roxxxy a look dripping with annoyance and mild disappointment.

“What? I figured we’d let them know since they’re ‘bout to die anyway!”

Detox just sighs and curses under her breath. In another life, her and Bianca could possibly have made very good friends.

”Well, speaking of which, this has gone on for long enough, wouldn’t you agree?” Roxxxy takes a step forward, her eyes practically nailed to Biancas. ”Any last words before we release you from this miserable shitshow?”

Bianca’s hand is gripped around her gun now. Her finger grazes the trigger.

Not yet.

”Nothing? How about you?” She turns to Ivy and Gia. Then to Courtney. ”Really? Fuck, you guys are boring. What about Firefox in the back?”

Her eyes lock on Jinkx, who’s standing in front of a pile of packed sandwiches with a knife in each hand.

“... leave.”

Detox raises an eyebrow. “What was that?”

“I… said… LEAVE”

Now.

Bianca draws her gun, without taking her eyes off Roxxxy. She’s about to lunge herself at this bitch with everything she has when, suddenly, she hears a strange *woosh* to her right.

Then what sounds like someone getting stabbed.

Her and Roxxxy turn at the exact same time. Bianca’s eyes don’t even have time to take in what she’s looking at before she hears Ivy whispering.

“That… that wasn’t me… I didn’t make that shot…”

Detox’s guns are at her feet. Her hands are instead clasped around the arrow that just buried itself in between her ribs. Her eyes are glazed with shock and confusion. She turns to face Roxxxy, who has dropped her spear and is just staring at her friend in disbelief.

”oh…”

Roxxxy lets out a strangled sob as Detox hits the ground with a sigh.

”NO!”

Everyone, including Bianca, stand frozen in position as Roxxxy practically throws herself over to her fallen partner and starts cradling her lifeless body. She gently presses their foreheads together as she half sobs half mumbles incomprehensible nothings to ears that will never hear again.

It’s horrible to watch. Gia has her eyes closed and head tilted down, and Courtney is covering her mouth with her hands. Jinkx is still paralyzed from the shock of it all. She hasn’t moved an inch since she gave them the warning.

As much as Bianca would love to turn around, she has to remind herself that they’re all still in relative danger. Grief does not only breed sadness, it breeds anger. Hatred. Spite.

A lust for vengeance.

*creak*

The sudden and unfamiliar noise fills the campsite. Bianca barely has time to register it before Ivy shouts ”EVERYONE DUCK!”

Another *woosh* whines past Bianca’s head, and another arrow hits the ground just two feet away from Roxxxy. This causes her to look up, and suddenly her expression changes.

”You…”

Something red flashes behind the trees left of them, and the sound of footsteps now has everyones full attention. No one says anything as Roxxxy grabs her spear and bags and starts running after the assailant. No one moves as the noises of their heels hitting the wooden floor fades into the wilderness.

Jinkx is the first one to walk over to the abandoned corpse. She gets down on her knees and strokes the hair out of her face. Then she presses her fingers against her eyelids, closing them.

”She looks so tranquil… it’s awful.” Jinkx whispers as she lays Detox down to rest.

”Should we… bury her?” Gia asks hesitantly.

”It isn’t safe to stay here. We should take everything that we’ve gathered and leave before Roxxxy eventually comes back.” Courtney replies.

”You’re right.” Ivy puts a hand on Jinkx’ shoulder. ”We’ve done everything we can already. Let’s move.”

Bianca stuffs as many bottles of water into her bag as she can. No one else says anything for the remainder of the raid. As they set out into the woods again, the sun is already setting.

They know they shouldn't have left their Dragons, but Kyurem was out in the field as well, so for them it's a fair fight, and they trust N and Cheren to stop Kyurem as the twins stop Iris. Plus, if anything, they can just call for Zekrom and Reshiram and they'd be at their sides in an instant

So imagine just as Hilda and Hilbert got to the frigate, Hilda hopped off of Hydreigon and just punched Iris square in the face, breaking her nose, and Hilda pulls Bianca close to her, w Hilbert at their side. Bianca just clings tight to Hilda, scared as fuck, and Hilda's there w Hydreigon on her side, Hilbert was still preparing who to call out. And Iris was trying to stand up again, a hand over her face, blood covered her hand, dripping down her palms and her mouth. She was growling at them, eyes glowing bright, flaring with a rage that they were all too familiar with. She looked like Ghetsis.

Finally back on her feet, she glared at them, her other hand was shaking as she took a pokeball from her belt. But she looks at Bianca, and for a moment, just for a split second, her gaze softened. Then her gaze shifted to Hilda, and god Iris just wants to break her face too. But,, she laughed at the sight, forced, she finally removed her hand on her face, they saw her licking the blood on her lips. "You.. are so unfair, Hilda."

Hilda took in a sharp breath when Bianca flinched at her voice. That really pissed off Iris tho. Watching her queen, her goddess, her future wife, cling to someone else, hold on to someone for comfort. Why? Was she not enough?

"why do you always have to take everything from me?" Iris said, standing upright, her grip on the pokeball wasn't as tight as before. She was eerily calm. "You said whoever Bianca chooses, we'll still support each other. There will be no bitter feelings. And here you are, taking her away from me too. You're so fucking unfair."

"she isn't yours, Iris. You're forcing her to do something she doesn't want."

"liar! She said it herself! She said she loves me too!"

But damn her demeanour fucking broke. Her mind was spinning, thoughts running here and there, voices going on how she's always been a shadow of the twins, how people wanted Hilbert to be the Champion, how people only saw Hilda as the Hero. Why can't they ever get the hate she gets??? She doesn't understand. She did what she was expected to do, she was a strong Champion, she was kind to the people, she did everything in her power to keep Unova safe. And still all the credit goes to the twins, and she fucking hated it. Now Hilda's w Bianca, and smth in her snapped.

"give her back to me. She's mine."

Hilda gritted her teeth, calling forth Hydreigon. "No. She isn't a toy you could claim as your own. Bianca doesn't want this."

"of course she's not a toy, she's my queen, my equal, she will rule Unova with me. We're destined for each other."

"..don't make me hurt you, Iris, please." Hilda pleaded with desperation, pushing Bianca behind her, and Hilbert was at her side, Emboar out in the field, both the twins shielding Bianca from whatever it is that may happen.

Iris laughed, smearing the blood on her face, dripping clean from her hand, she bared her teeth at them, fangs and all, sneering, "you already have."

Finally Nico was not alone.

Percy's pov:

Today I will do it. Today I will ask my crush out on a date, or I will try to...what you think the son of Poseidon would be a little more brave? haha you are talking to the wrong person here. It's just when ever he looks at me or talks, my heart just goes *does jazz hands*. Yes so I am ready to tell everyone that the prince of underworld has stolen my aching heart and I am going to ask him out, you can do this percy.

HOW HARD CAN IT BE?!?!

Narrator's POV:

As things turned out, it is safe to say...it could be pretty hard.

But then again, what ends well is well, right? let's just jump on it. The romantic thought that had occurred to our boy in the morning, had taken...approximately...six hours to come up with the plan but then again self doubt creeps in, and as the sky whispers the glow of twinkling stars, it is about to be night time. Percy has to buckle up those nerves to ask out the raven head.

But today is not only special to Percy but to nico as well, today was the day he came out to his mother. And it didn't go well. He always had his sister to talk about this. But she is not there...no one is. The prince is siting under the rock cliff on the beach with light unshed tears cornering his eyes. Nico surrounds his knees with his hands, hugging and seeking for affection. but he has always been a bit unlucky in that department.

His heart had a slow pace, mind playing the memory of that hideous night once again. Even his fingers where shaking, the brave son of Hades fond himself alone...once again. His eyes which had often brew the shine reflecting off a sword of celestial bronze where right now holding the sorrow of a forgotten stone, why did she react like this, why is hard to believe that a boy can love a boy. Was he so wrong that the people who should support him by birth stood against him with just one statement. Was that all the motherhood was only about, why is this universe so unkind that he who already found himself to be distant that everyone else had to be...different. When will life stop playing such a cruel joke?

On the other hand the prince of the sea was getting more and more anxious with every passing minute. He took in a deep breath..now or never.

Inside he went in the training are, the woods but he was no where to be found, the boy he wanted to see the most...where was he? Then..as Percy liked to say it..a little fishy told him that the boy of underworld was sitting under the rock cliff.

The waves splashed on the drowning sand in a mocking tone making percy go faster. He was nervous to say the least. through out the whole time his eyes where on the ground, so obviously the pretty clumsy ass gets hit on his head when he made it to the rock. "ououuch" the slow but loud grunt made nico look up from the dark corner he currently occupied like a ball. With an instinct his palm lingered on his sword but he knew the voice, he knew it dam well. "Percy?..That you?" the small boy whispered.

"yep now for the love of sea don't take your sword out." The tan boy said with both his hands in front of him in defensive position. Nico re-positioned himself and sat upright his weight on both his hands, waiting percy to talk. And our boy..more like a stuttering idiot.

"Ni-I..um..we--yo-...me..Can I sit?"

"Free country water boy." Nico said rolling his eyes.

Percy slowly laughed at the nick name and sat beside him in the same position. His eyes looked the boy beside him. "You-you um like-" The said boy was trying hard to focus on the so formed words but was finding it hard to. Percy then noticed the hesitation, he observed that the usual crescent surface laced with softness was tonight layered with drop tracks of rubbed tears, with the slight tint of crimson on the cheeks. It erode a resentful feel in percy's heart.

Nico crying was something worse than no fish talking to him, but nico crying......alone.

That's worst.

He wanted to, he really did, to comfort the boy. But Percy was familiar with the feeling of 'not close enough', over the years and after the death of bianca, he always had a slight hesitation with the small boy. He had done nothing to win nico's trust. They were close when Bianca was there, but did they still share the feeling of togetherness? Percy didn't thought so, Maybe he was foolish to even think he shared a place in Nico's heart, why would he?

For percy, the son of hades was the definition of courage, bravery and mystery. he saw the boy with love and admiration, he still remembers the day he found the boy. It felt like a lifetime ago but since he met those wedge coca eyes he knew he is going to protect the joy in those orbs with his life, but yet he failed.

So why? why would nico feel close to percy?...ever.

But maybe...just maybe nico didn't saw him with disappointment. maybe he was still his friend...maybe more?

With that last strand of hope, he slowly tugged the raven locks behind the pale yet red ears, making the prince of his heart look up to him. "You have soft hair." He whispered, nico just..blinked.

"Is...that what you wanted to say?"

"No..but they are. Like you."

"I am not soft jackson."

Percy smiled softly "There is nothing wrong with it."

Nico scoffed looking ahead. "With being sof-"

"No," Percy cut him off "With showing emotions."

The tender boy knew at that moment that the percy knew he cried, so he looked at the ground.

The sea waves were slow and calm, as if trying not to whisper in the glow of affection that floated between the two demigods. Percy gracefully slipped his arm around the other, not touching just yet.

Nico emotions were too tiled up to focus on what the other was up to, also he trusted percy so he wasn't worried what the he was up to. He just looked up the sky focusing on the breeze left off the waves. Somehow the son of Poseidon made them seem more..soothing. Some how without doing anything percy made it better, just being present there, Nico who didn't really like being around people right now in the moment felt.....

better.

Percy didn't say anything for a while, he just sat there debating on how to strike up a conversation. "So nico why are you here?" Nico would tell him easily but how can he explain that his cabin made him feel too like himself, something he hated, he wanted to run away from who he is but the only thing he could run away was his room. so he did he ran away to a place that made his calm, the sea.

"I just feel good here."

Then suddenly percy reached and brushed the small boys cheeks but awkwardly put his hand back. Nico just looked at him confused. "You are really pretty." The tan boy slowly whispered.

The crimson color on the smaller boys cheeks now replaced for a rose pink glow, eyes wide and dilated pupils. "W-What" he squeaked. Percy was not backing away he needed to do this.

"You are beautiful." he leaned in and whispered, "and whatever you were thinking that made you sad is not worth at all" Nico licked his lips and focus his eyes on the green ones who he admired with all his soul.

He scoffed and said, "Why does the hero of Olympus care?" he thought percy was joking or maybe wanted to prank him because him pretty?

Percy sighed he expected this, ofcourse he doesn't believe him.

"I just..." he took a deep breath. Now...nico needs this...now.

He turned to coco eyed prince and held his arms, tight. Making their eyes lock.

"You..you have no idea how much I search for you everyday, with my eye because I don't know nico, looking or just knowing that you are close by gets me going, I like seeing when you smile and look down to hide it, or cough so no one will know that you were happy. I wish I had half the strength you have on your weakest day, your determination with your sword renders me speechless , but when you use your weapon my heart starts beating faster, scared that something might harm you. I hate it when you don't come to eat in the dinning, don't think that I don't know you only eat pomegranate,-" Percy's eyes were like the slow hitting waves of water on a rock, the tears threatened to fall, thinking about those times when he might have not been there for him made his heart crack in billion small shredded pieces.

Then a thin smile appeared on his lips as he closed his eyes "and nico you have no idea, my heart just does a dance when it sees you, and when you look at me you make me nervous, like good nervous. And when you speak to me, you make feel special, when our hands accidently touch, I think about that for the whole night. I-" The pools of love were falling off of those green eyes.

Nico's eyes forgot to blink, his thruot went dry and his fingers numb, never had he ever thought that someone will think about him this way....in a lovely way. His soft fingers made way to the wet cheeks and wiped off the tears, and his face got closer. He leaned in and slowly brushed his foreheard with the other. Percy joined them together.

"I--I like, like you a lot." Percy finally whispered after blissful silence.

"Me..too" there he said it, the prince of underworld couldn't deny it,

Percy opened his eyes and leaned back, taking a deep breath he whispered "Would you go out on a date with me."

"Yes." nico said without hesitation,

their arms locked around and only one thought circled Nico's now calm mind.

The day he hated, the day he louted.

might just have became the most blissful day for him, because of the green eyed prince of his....heart.

After a few days, Nico woke to a day that was not sunshiny with birds chirping and kids screeching happily as they ran through fields and climbed trees. That morning, Nico awoke to rain pattering on the glass windows of his guest room and an ugly grey sky stretching above him. He sighed, knowing how much Will would miss the sun as they were forced to stay indoors for the remainder of the day, waiting for the sun to come out again, a rainbow filling the sky.

Sill, Nico enjoyed rain. Getting dressed quickly, he walked over to the window and threw it open, letting the rain cascade down around him, wetting his face, arms, and shirt. It left a fresh smell in the air that almost reminded Nico of his own home in Hades’ kingdom. He could practically hear Bianca’s laughter as they danced in the rain, their clothes caked in mud, but then they didn’t care. They were only children and didn’t a fear in the world. But just like a storm fades away, so did those memories, but instead of bringing a rainbow afterwards, the sky still remained its dull grey, no longer holding a hint of sunshine.

But even on days like that, sometimes just a bit of light forces it’s way through.

“Nicooooooo,” Will calls from outside of his door. Nico sighs and closes the window again, opening his door to let Will inside.

“Yes your Highness?” Nico says with hints of sarcasm creeping into his voice. Will grins.

“Are you up for an adventure.”

“What? Running away from your kingdom not enough for you?”

“No I mean a fun adventure.” Nico gives him an odd look. Will sighs and leans close to Nico, his breath hot on his neck. Softly, he whispers in his ear, “I found a secret passage.”

Despite himself, Nico feels a small grin curling at his lips.

“Shall I let the queen know?”

“Eh. A note’s fine.”

“You are an awful human being.”

“I know,” Will says, walking over to the desk sitting in the corner of Nico’s room and grabbing a sheet of paper. He quickly wrote a note explaining that they’ve gone to explore the castle and he left it in the room, grabbing Nico’s arm and pulling him out into the hall. Nico barely had enough time to grab his sword.

They barely made it five feet without running into someone.

“Where are you two going?” Annabeth asks, raising an eyebrow.

“Places.”

“That’s a very vague answer.”

“On an adventure,” Will corrects, his eyes lighting up.

“What?” Annabeth asks, tilting her head a bit.

“C’mon,” Will says, taking both Nico and Annabeth’s arms and leading them to this mysterious passage. He smirks at their confused expression as he leads them to a wall, then finds a small latch neither of them noticed, revealing a door.

“What are you doing?”

“Something fun.”

“I don’t know if that’s safe…”

“It’s perfectly safe.” Annabeth looks a little hesitant, but then she nods.

“Well I guess I’ll come with you and make sure you don’t die.”

“Okay?” With a loud thump the door swings open, revealing a dark passageway that seems to go on forever and ever. Flashing one last smile over his shoulder at Nico, Will runs inside. Annabeth gives a shout of warning and chases after him, her flats slapping against the stone. With a sigh, Nico brings up the rear, walking behind them at a steady pace.

“This is by far the worst thing I have ever done,” Annabeth says, eyeing the shadows cautiously as she sees something skitter past her feet. She suddenly had the urge to leave the two boys behind as she runs away from all the creepy crawly things that were waiting to jump out at her, including spiders.

Annabeth shivered.

“It’s going to be fine,” Will assured. “I’ve done this dozens of times.”

“But not at a haunted palace,” Nico said with a cough.

“What?”

“What did you just say, di Angelo?”

“Nothing, nothing just–” Nico gets an evil smirk on his face– “You know, the Phantom of Kronos.”

“The w-what?”

“Haven’t you heard? The ghost of Kronos lurks the halls of a few of the kingdoms. He really had it out for my dad, but sometimes he drifts over here to take his next victim.” Nico says it like it’s no big deal, as if it is completely normal to have ghosts waiting to jump out and kill someone. Will on the other hand, was hanging onto his every word, his heart beating faster with each one.

“Oh please. That’s just a tale meant to scare children,” Annabeth says, crossing her arms and narrowing her eyes.

“No. It isn’t,” Nico whispers, “I’ve seen him myself.” Annabeth scoffs.

“Please. If ghosts were real we would’ve known it by now. That isn’t the kind of thing that goes unnoticed.”

“Or people just think that they’re crazy and move on. You can’t prove anything.”

“Oh yeah–” They’re cut off by a loud thud. It echoes through the halls, ringing in their ears, and the scraping sounds that come next are even more horrid.

“W-what’s that?” Will says.

“Calm down it’s probably just the mice.”

“Those aren’t mice…” Will says, and he’s right. The scratching isn’t coming from many claws against dirt and stone, but one distinct source, scratching like nails on a chalkboard.

“It’s the ghost…” Nico says, looking a little pale. Well, paler than usual.

“Oh please. You two have just been telling too many ghost stories. Let’s just get out of here.” Both boys nod their heads, and then look at the different hallways spread out before them.

“Um Annabeth? Which way do we go?”

“Oh great.” The scratching comes again, this time closer. Making a split decision and trusting her instincts, Annabeth pushes them down the hall to the left. There’s a loud thump and a grunt, so close it’s like it’s right behind them, about to reach out and snatch them. Under her breath, Annabeth let’s out a few choice words and darts right, looking around frantically for an exit. “We’re all gonna die.” “No we aren’t.” There’s silence. The only thing they hear is their quick footsteps slamming on the ground and water dripping somewhere far away. They come to a halt, catching their breath. There was no sign of the “ghost.” "See? It was nothing. Probably just one of the chefs dropping something while we happened to pass by. There’s no ghosts, Nico.” “Whatever.”

“Door,” Will says. “What.” “There’s a door.” They all turn to where he’s pointing, and sure enough little slivers of light are peaking through almost invisible cracks. “Thank god. Let’s get out of here.” When they push the door open, they do not see what they expected to see. They did not expect to see blood dotting the surface of the pristine throne room, nor did they expect to find the castle empty. They did not expect to see the big, elegant wooden chair that Queen Athena sat on just the day before cold and empty, a large “R” carved into the back of it. Will stifled a gasp. “What happened here?” Annabeth says, inching into the room, almost as if she was scared of it. Nico and Will share a look, knowing exactly where they saw an “R” like that before. Both of them gulp, telling each other their worries with their eyes. “Mom?” Annabeth says, half expecting her mother to come rushing out into the room, murmuring apologies and assuring her that everything was alright. Nobody came. “Your Highness,” Nico says, losing every bit of his informality from before. “I’m afraid we have to go.” “What?” “All of us.” “Why?” “It’s… not safe…” “Not safe? What do you mean not safe?” Nico plays with the helm of his tunic. “That symbol…. it was the one on the arrow that killed Prince William’s brother.” Annabeth looks back at them, her expression unreadable. “Is this true?” Biting his lip, Will nods his head. “Oh dear…” “We need to get moving. Grab the necessities and get out before the assassin comes back.” “What assassin?” “I’ll explain later. Princess we need to move…” “Not until I know what happened to my mother.” “I–” But Nico’s words were abruptly cut off as an arrow whizzed through the air, missing his face by a mere millimeters. Everyone’s eyes widened. “Run.”

I LOVE ✨Bianca✨ too ! What do you think happened to her in the Dark Future after Chris left ?

Wyatt probably went after her and kidnapped her to force her back in his side. I always tought that she was ready to Die rather than betray Chris. But she had to « turned » when Wyatt mentionned sending assasin after Chris. because Bianca would rather have Chris Alive in the dark Futur than dead in the past.

She seems so gentle, sweat and supportive in their scene during the proposal, or when they said goodbye. (Still super deadly when the situation ask for it). The difference when she is in the club in the past, all Leather and Cold Attitude is 💔

Also : Chris proposing hours before going in a suicide mission. What a dramatic emo bitch 🖤

okay their relationship is definitely like 100% emo bitch moments like. like!! okay like it’s both be they’re so like uh you know like intense would die for each other type shit but you know it took them Forever to get there bc again piper and leo were set up as soulmates and chris got to watch that deteriorate so he’s definitely not big on the concept of love and phoenix of course don’t like. have romantic love per se that’s just not a part of their culture you have a family and it’s your fellow phoenix and you can have flings or whatever but no that they will never see you as you truly are know that they will never understand you they will never accept you not like the way you family does so like. you know bianca’s been really conditioned into that but like. like!!! aaaaaaa!!!!! They Fall In Love With Each Other!!!! which quite frankly bc i personally think chris leads the underground resistance against wyatt which actually operates out of the underworld because wyatt did you know go on a killing spree in his first move for power as his Big Statement so yes he earned some demon’s respect but other demon’s are like hey fuck this guy so the resistance is really a mixed bag like there are demon allies with is why chris like. know the underworld in s6. but the point is. he’s a figurehead. bianca was sent to kill him, chose differently (this is what i’ve written in the past) so she also kinda sits high up in the power spectrum. and the two are obviously close. the point i’m making is i think the resistance as a whole gets invested in their relationship bc like hell they’re really out of good things to focus on they don’t even get cable down here so this is really about all the entertainment they’ve got. and bless both chris and bianca as they never really grew up around healthy, stable love (but what about piper and leo? well um :/) so they don’t know what it looks like but other people remember and it’s just like. the two of them definitely always speak in hushed voices bc it’s Top Secret information leaning in close to her each other and they fight together so they tend to cling together for safety just the way they move together is like very balanced like um. like you know those half yoga balls you can balance on for exercise? and like. you gotta kinda counter every motion understand you center of gravity otherwise you’re gonna eat shit in front of the whole pilates/yoga class? the way they move is like that keeping a solid center of balance completely aware of the other and keeping guarded and it’s like the softest brush on the back of the arm and a quick flick of the lashes and they’ve immediately id’d the threat and are ready for a fight and everyone else is like oh : ) u r in love : ) which is true!! but they don’t know it! until they do :’) they r in love

but in regards to like. after chris went back in time i think wyatt had been closing in on the two of them for like a minute now which is why it was kinda a mad dash to the past and they knew only chris was going back and bianca didn’t tell him but she definitely made a potion or spell that wiped her memory of almost everything that had happened bc like. she didn’t want wyatt to have access to that. and it’s like. yeah if chris comes back they’re gonna hafta notebook it but she’s not 100% sure he will make it back and she knows wyatt is hot on their tail so it’s a risk she’s willing to take so i think she is captured immediately after the manor like she kills that demon and takes the potion that damn near knocks her out so when the next demon shows up she can’t really fight him and she goes under but Lucky For Her there’s a no kill order bc again she’s been like a leader in the resistance for like. a couple years? like two ish idk? the point is she has a Lot of useful information if wyatt can access it. but psych, he can’t. not for lack of trying he does try to bring back bits and pieces until he realizes that he can work with this situation bc again. bianca’s entire time w the resistance is erased. she’s basically back to her phoenix assistant self. so wyatt can basically do a take two here, and this time not let her defect. so i think like. they more time passes the more wyatt’s magic has an effect and bianca’s memories slowly resurface but they really just come in waves. she pretends like they don’t. and wyatt makes sure his power is constantly on display like lmao see how you could never betray me? see how much it would fuckin suck if you did? and like. bianca knows she betrayed him before. this is common knowledge. you don’t just wipe out two years of your life bc you were employee of the month. but wyatt keeps going on about how merciful he is to give her a second chance, and how he can also give chris a second chance. because he’s acknowledging their power. he thought chris was just a lil bitch (which, granted, he still does kinda think that) but clearly he’s proved himself. so if he can get chris and bianca at his side, well, like, that’s a power move. not to mention it basically annihilates the resistance to like see your leader defect like you know. -100 morale. and i think when bianca goes back, she’s still not 100% what she’s gonna do. she will take wyatt up on his offer. she also will betray him. it’s too soon to call she doesn’t know yet. but i think was coming into contact again with chris he memories definitely start coming back more and more (all the flashbacks we see poised as chris’s are actually bianca’s) and kinda the more the episode progresses the more she realizes that there’s no way they’re going with wyatt.

As usual, this is just a preview of every single match of the night. There isn��t too much to add here, but it is quite useful for those who don’t follow the weekly WWE shows.

Natalya vs Liv Morgan

Interestingly entertaining, the first match of the night has the seasoned Natalya fighting against the new Liv Morgan. After going through the Riott Squad phase, Liv has been getting a name for herself. This match started as a training match between both of them and feeling as if Natalya was helping Liv. It escalates and we see a technical Liv fighting toe-to-toe against Natalya until she beats her.

Not even close to being the best match you’ll see, but it was a good start for sure.

Main Show

We start the main show with Stephanie McMahon welcoming fans again. Along with the cinematic intro from yesterday. It was amazing yesterday. It still looks great. I was expecting something different today, though.

NXT Women’s Championship: Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley

We start the match with both measuring each other. They are going slowly, calculating their next move. This is certainly a battle between the best. Sadly, Rhea is failing and every time she is attacked, her response is “Really?”

The entire match is in Charlotte’s favor. She focuses her attacks on Rhea’s injured leg, keeping the champion down most of the time. Rhea is able to counter a couple of times, hitting some nice punches and kicks, but it doesn’t feel like it is going to be enough to get out of this match as champion.

We see submission holds, chained pin counts, a lot of aggression coming from both contestants. This is turning out to be a really good match. They are screaming a lot, possibly increasing their ki.

In the end, Charlotte wins via submission. What a shocker…

Aleister Black vs Bobby Lashley

This may not be the well awaited Lashley vs Lesnar match we’ve all been waiting for. However, Seeing Aleister Black against Lashley might be what steals the show tonight.

The fact that there’s no trash talking during the first minutes of the match makes it feel real. We hear the punches and kicks. Aleister’s breathing is loud as well. They are here to fight. Luckily, that’s what I’m here to watch.

We see something real: Lashley brings strength to the mat. Aleister brings magic. Every time Black hit a kick, Lashley went down. It takes a few punches to keep Aleister down. In the end, with a beautiful Black Mass, Aleister defeats Lashley, and Lana seems to not be happy at all.

Otis vs Dolph Ziggler

This is a soap opera now. But WWE made me worry about Otis. Who doesn’t like Otis? I love to hate Ziggler now. I don’t get excited about these stories, but there’s something unique about this one. No idea what it is, but I hope Otis wins.

Otis was dominating the match, but Ziggler being the heel he is used Sonya Deville as a distraction to hit a low-kick on Otis. Mandy appears, attacks her former best friend and hits a low-blow on Ziggler. Otis wins the match and recovers Mandy!

Last Man Standing: Randy Orton vs Edge

Long stories have proven to be quite good in wrestling. We’ve had Miz vs Daniel Bryan, John Cena vs Randy Orton. Now, Randy is trying to get Edge to retire shortly after he returned.

One of the best things that happened during Royal Rumble was Edge’s return. Tonight, we may see Edge’s last match ever. This is going to be epic for sure.

The match is off to a great start when Randy hits an RKO “outta nowhere!”, followed by a second one. This doesn’t feel like a Last Man Standing match, though. Edge gets out of the rin and Randy hits him with a camera. Now we’re talking!

Randy takes Edge to the gym, and this is awesome since they are at the Performance Center, there are a lot of possible weapons around. The fight is great; however, they don’t get to use too much from the environment. I am completely into this match at this point and it feels like a “kill or die” sort of scenario.

If there is one thing to hate on this match is the camera work. It is certainly tough to handle those big and heavy cameras in this place. But cameras were on the way of the wrestlers to a point where they had to ask them to move. Even, at one point, they hit a cameraman. It felt like an amateur move instead of something good.

I’m now in this match for way longer than needed. It stopped being interesting and I can’t wait for it to end. This is the worst Last Man Standing match I’ve seen. Edge jumps from a weird balcony and hits Orton with his elbow through a conveniently placed table. Now we see blood on Orton’s back, but still, this needs to end.

Finally, Edge gets emotional, but hits a “Con-chair-to” on Orton to get the win.

RAW Tag Team Championship: Austin Theory & Angel Garza w/ Zelina Vega vs Street Profits

Street Profits made an entrance showing how every entrance should’ve been: with wrestlers acting for the camera, instead of the empty arena. The match starts and they are fired up! This is what I want to see on every single match now.

In a weird ending, the Street Profits retain the titles.

After the match was done, though, the losing team attacked the champions with the help of Zelina Vega. Only to get Bianca Balair to help the champs and take Zelina out.

SmackDown Women’s Championship: Fatal 5 Way Elimination Match

This match may be interesting. No disqualification match with 5 of the best wrestlers SmackDown has. Not sure who am I rooting for, though. It is still funny for me to listen to Bayley’s entrance music, sounds like one of the standard generic songs from WWE 2K games.

The match starts as it was expected: everyone against Tamina. As soon as she was out of the equation (momentarily) it was time to fight. In a choreographed chain of moves that don’t fool anyone, the champ and her best friend are taken out, only for Tamina to come back and start dominating again.

It took every single contestant to be on top of Tamina at the same time to get her eliminated. Why do they put a super strong person in a match just to have this done? Beats me!

Sasha makes Naomi give up in the fastest submission ever. People have been enduring the “Bank Statement” for so long that having Naomi tap out within seconds makes no sense. But we all knew this was going to happen, didn’t we?

This whole match feels like a waste of time. Why did they make it a Fatal 5 Way only to have Sasha vs Bayley at the end instead of having it as a 1-on-1 from the beginning? Dumbest drama on WWE for a while. Luckily, we get Lacey Evans to knock Sasha Banks out, and we have a different ending now. Let’s hope we get a new champion.

Remember when Lacey was the best thing ever in NXT? It feels like an old memory nowadays.

Bayley tied Lacey’s right arm to the corner. Badly. Lacey isn’t even trying to oppose to being tied, or untie herself. Soon after, she does untie her arm, though.

Sasha comes back, attacks Lacey and gives Bayley the win. Of course.

Firefly Fun House Match: John Cena vs The Fiend

We are expecting nothing less than a direct competitor to last night’s Undertaker vs AJ Styles match here. Let’s see how it goes.

Apparently, the Fun-House is just boring as hell. We go through different phases of John Cena throughout the years, there’s a lot of talking and no fighting at all.

I was right. There was no way to top the Boneyard Match from yesterday. This is boring! You can skip this whole thing, not even Titus O’Neil knew what happened. Seems like The Fiend won, but there was no match to begin with. Way to destroy everything that went well last night. Kudos to whoever puked the idea of this “match”. 15 minutes of my life that I will never get back.

Main Event

WWE Championship: Drew McIntyre vs Brock Lesnar

This is weird. After the fiasco that was the Firefly Fun House, I don’t know what to expect. Brock wasn’t presented by Paul either. The match starts and Drew hits a Claymore but Lesnar survives, now it is time to visit Suplex City. Lesnar hits 2 F-5 and Drew kicks out both times. Lesnar hits a third one. Drew is still alive!

Lesnar was about to hit another F-5 but Drew hits him with 3 consecutive Claymore and wins!

My final thoughts about Wrestlemania are simple: I should’ve stopped watching at the end of Night 1. Let me know if you disagree, and why.

Austin Kingsley: Star Prodigy in “The Silicon Supertrain!”

“Okay,” Mitzi Klingfeld smiled indulgently, propping her chin up on her palms, for what she knew would be an extended lecture, “make me understand what the big deal is about the Supertrain.”

“The Silicon Supertrain,” Austin Kingsley corrected her, even as he strained to maintain a non-critical tone in his voice, “named after the original Silicon Valley, in the Santa Clara Valley of California.”

“So, San Jose,” Mitzi recognized, before positioning her straw to take a discreet sip of her vanilla-flavored Prof. Pym Pop soda. “And you said it was, what, 1979?”

“When the train line was started in earnest, yes,” Austin nodded, as he used his small plastic spork to slice off a bite-sized piece of his Dutch apple pocket pie, before holding it up to Mitzi’s mouth. Mitzi beamed briefly at the awkward yet gentlemanly gesture, before chomping at the proffered pie, even as Austin continued on, without even appearing to notice her blushes. “It eventually grew to include stops at 33 cities in 26 states, but it all started with San Jose, California, and Charlton, Delaware.”

“Charlton … isn’t that where Bianca has her super-science school, or whatever?” Mitzi checked, brushing strands of her voluminous hair out of her face, as they were caught by the gentle desert breeze, while she and Austin sat on the flat warehouse roof of the Bookhouse, to share their fast food dinners (courtesy of one of King Tut’s Food Pyramids) under the summer-warmed night sky.

“Arkwright College of the Sciences,” Austin confirmed, “where, even before Bianca Yong successfully defended her doctoral thesis, the collective brain trust on campus was burning brightly enough to draw the notice of like minds on the opposite coastline, and vice versa.”

“So, what, they wanted a more tangible connection than just …” here, Mitzi wiggled her fingers in the air, mimicking the action of typing, “clacking away at their keyboards?”

“Each side of the country was generating a world’s fair worth of technological innovations on a weekly basis,” Austin chuckled as he shook his head. “It was becoming a bit much to sum up in electronic mail correspondence, even with the frequency of their exchanges.”

“And all nerds love trains,” Mitzi teased with an affectionate smirk.

“That is a stereotypical characterization that is only … mostly true,” Austin faltered in the midst of his objection, before waving his hands to refocus his thoughts, “and that’s not the point. Instead of simply transmitting these people’s words, or crude visual depictions of their plans, over phone lines, the Silicon Supertrain would essentially supply them with a rolling expo on rails. Rather than tasking developers with trekking to a succession of annual conventions, far from home, the Silicon Supertrain would bring the next generation of computers and accompanying consumer technology TO them!”

Mitzi couldn’t help but bite her lower lip with giddy glee. Moments like this reminded her why she loved Austin. She might not have otherwise shared his interest in what she initially considered a rather sterile subject, but his escalating enthusiasm as he spoke was infectious, and his passion made up her mind that she was going to ravish him later that night.

“You’re looking at me that way again,” Austin observed curiously, cocking his head to one side like a clockwork bird. His tone and facial expression were placid, not at all offended, and yet already skeptical of the denials he knew were forthcoming from her.

Mitzi blinked and cleared her throat. “What? No, it’s fine. Don’t worry about it,” she sought to dismiss his concerns, before seizing upon an aspect of his explanation that had stood out to her. “Okay, so, we both know I’m no engineer, but I gotta think that a tricked-out, high-tech, high-speed supertrain is gonna cost a lot more than what even an Ivy League college and a bunch of boy wonders soldering circuit boards in their garages can scrape together between them.”

“Especially after the tech centers in those other cities I mentioned heard about the Silicon Supertrain during its brainstorming stage, and decided they wanted stops of their own along the way,” Austin dipped one of his tater tots (branded by King Tut’s as “Tater Tuts”) in ketchup, then used it to smear sticky red streaks in a rough loop across the wrapper of the soy burger he’d already eaten. “Incorporating them all meant creating three connected train routes — Boston to Dallas, Dallas to Seattle, and Seattle to Boston — with 10 more cities as stops in between on each route. Just to accommodate the size of the train, the stop that was planned for Charlton had to be placed in Dover instead.”

“Even still, none of those cities would have rolled the dice on funding a boondoggle like a supertrain for uber-nerds, especially back in the late Seventies,” Mitzi scoffed, before she squinted at the messy ketchup loop, with its extra-heavy dabs of ketchup at three of its corners, and quickly realized it was meant to be a map of the Silicon Supertrain’s three connected routes within the continental United States, with Boston, Dallas and Seattle represented by those extra-heavy dabs.

“Okay, Mister Kingsley,” Mitzi grinned, getting into the spirit of Austin’s playful lesson, “so, if this is Dallas,” she dipped a tater tot of her own into the southernmost dab, “and this is Seattle,” another dip, this time in the northwest dab, “then that makes this curve the Pacific coastline,” she smeared her tater tot along the ketchup streak, “but in between what I’m guessing are San Diego and Phoenix, the line goes all jagged,” she frowned speculatively, before chipping at the edges of her cherry red nail polish with her teeth out of subconscious habit.

“And what does that tell you, Mitzi Klingfeld?” Austin gazed at her adoringly, not only genuinely impressed with what she’d discerned so far, but eagerly anticipating how she would tie it all together.

“Well, I spent enough time growing up in Las Vegas to spot where it sits on a map, so that’s why the line zigs so far to the north, coming from Phoenix,” she picked up the uneaten tater tot she’d used as her pointer, “but if it was just heading west, from there to San Diego, the line would flow a lot smoother, so for it to zag back down south, as sharp as it does? That means somebody was awfully invested in getting Apex City on that route,” she leaned back and finally popped the tater tot into her mouth triumphantly. “And nobody else but your dad would have been both loaded and nerdy enough.”

“Technically, it was an investment by the Athenæum, but yes,” Austin couldn’t help but nit-pick, even as he tossed a tater tot into his own broadly beaming mouth. “My family basically bankrolled the project, and Pournelle Propulsion Systems was brought on board as a partner, to help design and build the train itself.”

“And I take it that the Silicon Supertrain has been bringing together overgrown whiz-kids like a Love Boat for Trekkies ever since,” Mitzi lifted her tall plastic cup of soda in a mock toast.

Austin twitched slightly, in what Mitzi had learned was his equivalent of a wince. “For the most part. But there’s been a problem. Very recently, some high-profile passengers on the Silicon Supertrain have been found dead — on board, in transit, NOT of natural causes. It’s been kept out of the press so far, but given the names involved, I don’t expect that to last.”

“So, the clock is already ticking,” Mitzi nodded, her tone growing muted to match Austin’s subdued, utilitarian exposition, before her lips curled into a rueful smirk. “And this is why our last meal of the weekend was drive-thru.”

“Because we have to wake up early tomorrow, and I didn’t want either of us to have to do cleanup duty after a fancy dinner. Sorry,” Austin ducked his head sheepishly.

Austin felt Mitzi kiss his cheek before he saw that she’d scooted her chair around next to his. “Don’t be,” she patted his cheek. “How many other gals who work in admin can say they get to solve bona fide murder mysteries on the job? It’ll be like we’re riding the Orient Express … only, you know, for dorks,” she snorted, before she narrowed her eyes mischievously. “So, what time do we have to be at the Crossroads Transit Center?”

Austin shrugged. “The Silicon Supertrain pulls out of the station promptly at 8:20 a.m. Why?”

Mitzi suddenly slung her legs around Austin’s hips and sat on his lap, facing him. “Because that gives me at least a few hours to eat you alive, Mister Kingsley,” she breathed, affecting her best attempt at a husky Brenda Vaccaro voice, before she tore open the front of his shirt, causing his buttons to spill onto the rooftop beneath them with an audibly tinny clatter, and began licking his downy, peach fuzz-covered chest.

“D-do you want me to — ah!” Austin gasped, trembling reflexively as Mitzi moved hungrily to devour his exposed neck. “Do you w-want me to haul out the guest bed for you again?”

“Oh, honey,” Mitzi cooed, resting her forehead against his, as she stared into his eyes, “it’s so cute that you think we’ll be using a bed this time.”
