Just a thought
I don't know much about men or boys in how they articulate things but one thing I know it takes a real guy to be open enough. Men right now are the endangered species coz they are not motivated or even looked after because the society expects too much from them and we forget they to need guidance, love and role models to be the kind of pple we need them to be.. I know this is odd coming from a lady but until we realize we are losing our men to things we can handle then our children will face a lot of challenges.

I’m a quarter of the way through reading this book that arrived from Amazon or Saturday. It is seriously fascinating. You may exercise for an hour or two each day consistently. What I’m learning from this book is that it is the amount of sitting and how you sit that can damage your longevity expectations. Apparently Sitting without regular breaks promotes inflammation in the body. Maybe I am fortunate because I’m autistic and I have a history of fidgeting. This fidgeting helps me to use up more calories than Remaining stationary. But this doesn’t mean I shouldn’t get ripped up regularly and stretch my legs.
