Some more old Halloween art from a year ago.
When I was looking back at a few of my older arts, I noticed that I doodled this pose a lot.

Have I really not posted about Zan before?? Ohmygosh
They鈥檙e (formally) the leader of a funerary cult in ancient Egypt who foresaw the fall of the empire. They tried to warn the Pharaoh and other leadership, but they only saw Zan鈥檚 counsel as ridiculous, bordering on blasphemy. So they decided to take matters into their own hands. They devised a plan to preserve their own life to see past the fall of their homeland. Their plan is a success, but they wake a handful of centuries after the planned time. But they are awake nonetheless, with a new world to explore.
I鈥檝e got so much art of them, I鈥檒l try and queue some up

Zahur the Mummy Warrior
Here's number 9 of my monster, Zahur the mummy warrior out for revenge against the ones who raided his pharaoh's tombs.
Zahur was once a mighty warrior and personal guard to his pharaoh who swore to protect his pharaoh for this life and the next. He did everything to ensure the safety of his ruler, right down to guarding his sarcophagus until he too passed away. He would be buried closely for his service, and in the afterlife, he would serve him well. Then, one day, he found his pharaoh, missing! Along with all his treasures, food, and pets. It could only mean one thing: grave robbers. Enraged, he begged the gods to return to life and not only reclaim the treasures, but any lives who stood between him and his goal. With blessings received, his eyes would be opened right as his tomb was moved to a new location by archaeologists making a 'generous donation' to a history museum. Those same men and women would be found strangled and the tomb left empty. Many assumed it to be those black market robbers looking to make a profit like they did with the treasure in that tomb. None realized that Zahur roamed free, undying until his pharaoh's treasure was returned.
