I have found my summer nail colour! I love love love wearing nail varnish, for me it’s rso therapeutic and relaxing to put on. This time I decided to try a different brand called Mavala Mini Colour Nail Polish, £6.40 each. I’ve never used it before but when I saw a colour I like I knew I had to give it a go.
I picked up the shade 319 Brighton, which is so ironic because Brighton is my favourite place and I didn’t even check what the name was originally because I just liked the colour. The colour is a gorgeous pink toned lilac shade which I am obsessed with. The nail polish formula is really good because it tries really fast and if you apply 2 coats of polish you get this almost gel like finish.
I’m usually really fussy trying out nail polishes because I find some brands chip so easily but luckily this one is working out really well for me. There are so many summer shades I want to try from this brand so keep an eye out for future posts!
As always all products mentioned in my blog post are linked above.
If you ever feel dumb just remember that I once coated my whole hand in blue nail varnish just to call myself a smurf, and then spent about 2 hours trying to get it off my hand.

Here's two not very good copies of this picture: 1) my scanner washed out a lot of the colours and depth, 2) my phone did a bit better but the lighting in our house is rubbish.
