#guess who fucking fried 3 very fucking expensive machines today. me. i did #bc a fucking cabled decided to burn out and there was only one little symptom so i switched out the sensor head and inadvertently fried #another instrument. then when i was wait. hang on wtf happened here? and i was trouble shooting. i fried another one. so im down to one #machine. fucking holy christ. one mother fucking cable. a problem i cant fucking control and then i just fucking spred the problem #god dammit. which means i either have to do 20 additional days or we cut the number of reps to 7 or 8 #and because of this. ive Disrupted the plans of 4 different labs bc it takes at least 3 months for them to do calibration #ugh. i was so angry. whatever. its fine. these things happen in labs and u kinda just have to deal with it. i dont really feel bad on a #personal level bc ive been working with these things for like 4 years and if i mishandled the problem something was pretty fucked up #bc ive fixed a lot of fucking problems on those machines. bleh. and as im like simmering with rage my family is texting eachother like #yayyy vacation soon ☺️ #ugh. its just so frustrating bc i onlu had like 7 days left and i could have got thru all 10 reps. its gonna b maddening on one machine #ans ill have to do more when i fucking get back from vacation when i want it fucking done now but whatever ive bought #my fucking plane tickets and i leave in less than 2 weeks. plus ill get to spend at least one day at home #god im gonna be such a fucking bummer tho. im gonna get of the plane and my fam will b like how r u? and im gonna b like not fucking great #i am barely a functional person and im sure ill b so stressed abt thr fact i have to come back here that ill b on edge the whole time bc #thsts what happened over winter break. whatever. next weekend ill b fucking outta here for like 11 days #and just a few more months until i can leave for good. never walk into thst fucking building again. not that i have anything ready for thst #move. bc again. im barely a functional person #god. now i have to fucking ask for thr stupid bottom of the chamber for this last machine. i swear to christ if i have to fucking drive #down to [redacted] i fucking dont even kno #unrelated

#started my student teaching experience this semester #and holy shit #im not even taking over everything or most yet and im so dead #how tf do actual teachers do this like #also had my first really hard convos wirh kids today who were opening up about really tough stuff. #and like I've just been wanting to cry and think about them and kt all day #all is fine now but there was a whole thing the past week that culminated last night #and then we got some details from guidance and then some from other students who wanted to talk about it and were involved #and like anyway so many more details i cant say obv and again everyone is fine #but the whole thing was just so fucked and sl traumatic #and i just. wish they could be normal teenagers. #and my heart just aches so much for them #and then i was triggered and kind lf ignoring it until i got back and couldn't figure out why i was so affected #bc the content was potentially triggering but i could tell there was something else #then I realized i couldn't stop thinking about how much it sucks that they just couldn't live any semblance of a normal teen life recently #and i was like well #that was me in middle and high school 24/7 #and i just seeing these kids today was like seeing myself i think #idk of that makes sense #but i want to give them a hig and give past me a hug #and i just want better for all of us traumatized and abused and grieving and etc kids #and for adults to literally actually do literally anything ever #and guidance counselors to get a raise bc they truly keep schools going #but anyway they have homecoming this weekend and i hope they can all have a fun and normal teenage time there #sorry huge rant but like. i cant stop thinking about these kids and i think thats the main reason why I'm so exhausted #like i knew this stuff would happen eventually but the amount of constant emotional labor and pain teachers esp woman ones have is WILD #and i just. god im gonna need ectra therapy just for this part of teaching

#getting real fucking sick of this job i haven't even started yet #it's an agency job and teaching related so should be perfect for me (a phd student who wants to teach) #but the guy who is meant to be pairing me up w jobs is just so bad at it #i was like 'this HAS to be part time i cannot do full time bc i am doing a phd' #and he was like 'yeah np i can totally get you part time' #and then he gave me my first job last week and said it was part time only to tell me it was full time the next day so i had to say no #which he got an attitude about #and then he's gotten me this job which he also said was part time #it's cover teaching so i go in when someone calls out sick #and this is actually worse than full time bc if i take this job i can't make plans bc i apparently have to have 24/7 availability for it #so i could end up working 0 hours but need to keep the whole week free just in case #or i could end up working full time hours anyway #and he said there would be an interview and gave me the info today #it is a full day of work #that's not an interview #i'll get paid so like... at least there's that #but it's minimum wage #barely #bc i'm getting £90 for the day and working 9 hours which works out at 10 an hour and the min wage is about 9.50 an hour for me #so now my choices are going into the 'interview' AKA FULL DAY OF WORK and being like 'heyyyy so i can only do part time' #and looking like a knob as i try and negotiate a day or two per week where they don't call me in #or just... not going? after i already turned down one job from this guy and the school has said they're expecting me #i mean maybe if i do the inconvenient job now i'll get a better one later #but if i get hired as a permanent cover teacher w this place that won't happen #and i have another job that i'm waiting to hear back on that starts inn february and is only 2 days a week #but if i have to be on call for this one that's not possible any more #but i can't turn down this job on the basis that i might get a better one #but he's also throwing me in front of not 1 not 2 but 5 whole entire classes of 30ish teenagers on day 1 #so 150 kids at various levels of education #which... i've never done anything like this before

MORE PYRAMID HEAD BRAINROT WOOHOOO— Hell yeah brother. Anyways OH MY GOD I was getting pissed off from this app bc I couldn’t edit this when I had it in my drafts for some strange reason BUT IT’S ALL WORKING FINE NOW. Yay. He would’ve come back from patrolling around the town with some things like quarters, some pieces of jewelry, or weird little trinkets like teeth or small animal skulls, and those kinds of things if you’re into that.

He also likes receiving a few small gifts from you every now and then as well. Small things like little paper cranes or also some weird little trinkets you’ve been finding around Silent Hill, mainly bones, and you would craft into little charms. Gifts from either him or you would’ve all went into some ragged satchel you found so you could carry them with you at all times and you wouldn’t lose them.

Physical touch was never your forte, never something you enjoyed. Of course he knew this, and he understood this. You were never touchy with friends or with him. He had never seen you hug your best friend let alone give her a high five. Yet he was patient, he knew you didn’t need reasoning for something like this. It's not like you didn't show him love. You showered him in love in your own way. Usually in the form of giving him gifts with the tagline, "this reminded me of you" or simply sitting in the same room as he studies for an upcoming exam, or going to the shops with him, just being by his side.

He still remembers sitting next to you on the train, sharing a pair of earphones after a long day. You were dozing in and out, falling asleep as time passed. Before you rested your head on his shoulder, murmuring something to him. He couldn’t recall what you said, too taken aback from the little movement of affection.

could you write fluff about dad kylian?

Maybe he has a newborn baby or two daughters

kylian has such girldad vibes i can’t explain..:( i wrote headcanons and a little story too! i have some problems with the grammar bc english isn’t my first language:/

( you have two daughters, twins!)

- when you find out your pregnant he says he just wants the baby to be healthy, and that he doesn’t have a gendered preference.. but cmon he is dying for a baby girl.

- and then you give birth to TWO girls. his heart just can’t take it.

- he takes your daughters everywhere with him. i’m talking absolutely everywhere. to interviews, to games, to red carpet events, to award shows. he’s holding their hands 24/7 and when they start getting tired he takes them into his arms, or lets them hop on his back.

- in every single interview he finds a way to start talking about them! ..: “ oh and my daughter actually learned how to walk this week!”

- shows everyone around him videos of you and your daughters. its cute in the beginning but then after some time everyone gets bored of him. he doesn’t care tho and just chases his teammates around with his phone in his hands, pointing at the video he took of his daughters.

- hes an amazing father. im talking exceptional. hes kind, and somewhat strict but in a completely normal way. he never ever raises his voice, he never scares your daughters.

- his social media is just you and your daughters. he’s posting about his daughters 24/7.

- he scores all his goals for his daughters, pointing up to them on the stands as his celebration.

its been a tiring long day, you had to take care of your daughters and yourself, as well as keeping the house clean. such simple tasks as showering, doing the laundry have become more difficult, the tiredness just completely taking over your body. it was now 9am and kylian still hasn’t gotten back from training. you were laying on the couch, cuddling with your daughters and cats, reading them a nighttime story. your daughters snuggled close to you, dozing off to sleep, yawning and blinking slowly up at you. they were so close to falling asleep ( finally! you thought to yourself… you spent the whole day running around and playing, it was just the time for some rest) when you heard the car park into the driveway and kylians keys turning in the lock. your daughters jumped off the couch the minute they heard him enter the house, running into his arms in the hallway. you get up and walk towards them, amazed by your beautiful family. kylian is holding his kids close to him, squeezing and hugging them with his eyes closed.

“ - okay babies lets give papa some space..” - you tell them, hugging and kissing kylian. he hugs you tightly,while whispering into your ears.

“ i missed you so much”..- he mutters.

you give him another kiss on the cheek, and grab your daughters hands. you reheat the dinner you made kylian, and when you turn to give him the plate him and your children are already sitting in their chairs at the kitchen table. you smile and give him the food ( knowing he will only eat half of it, sharing the other half with his daughters..) he starts eating his food, or at least tries eating it because your daughters are non stop asking him questions. they want to know everything about his day, how the training went, how many goals he scored, how many fouls were at the training, who did good today on the team and who played badly.. he answers every question with a huge cheeky grin on his face, his eyes sparkling. he loves football so much and hes so happy that his daughters are interested in it too. you love seeing them like this, your daughters looking up at their dad with stars in their eyes and huge smiles on their faces, so lost in their own little world.

cod dudes with a nurse y/n but make it lowkey realistic: bc lets be real, after a 12 hr shift you do NOT want to hang out with friends, party, or socialize. ur feet hurt from walking and standing all day, your ears are tired from hearing the IV pumps beep all day, and the smell of C.diff makes u want to vomit. nurse y/n just wants to sit down or lay on the couch and be non-verbal... Gaz, price, and rudy are the sweetest. they pick that up real quick after mistakenly asking "hows ur shift" and y/n trauma dumped them for 5 hrs straight. they don't immediately ask for hugs and kisses bc they know u overwhelmed. they just pour u a cup of wine and sit next to you until YOU talk to them first. you lowkey gossip with them on ur day off or randomly be like "omg look at that dude over there next to the parking spot its giving edema". and then theres soap and ghost. Soap is clingy, yall really think hes gonna survive 12hrs of not seeing you? this man was waiting by the door at 7:15 pm. on the dot. wants to hug and kiss you and tell you about his day. but ur just so. fucking. tired. you tried to be as responsive but it always ended up with a tired "mhm". He legit got upset a few times but he'd be a good sport about it tho. eventually he caught on a couple of weeks in and now he just comes and hugs you from behind, kisses ur face, and cuddles you silently (AFTER you throw away ur dirty scrubs and shower. that C.diff smell is yucky yucky). Tells you he appreciates your care and effort for the patients every day :). Ghost.... omgg he said something lowkey offensive to you right after u got home from the worst shift of ur week. and he didnt even know WHAT he said/did, hes kinda bad a picking up ur cues. nurse y/n just turned around slowly, gave him the NASTIEST side eye, and stared at him for a good 2.5 min. This man immediately retreated from ur couch to wherever he was b4 like a hermit going back to its shell lmao. 2 hrs later you find a small written note and ur fave gurl dinner on the dining table.

Alejandro..... this man is SO PROUD of his s/o being a nurse. hes showing you off every chance he gets!!! He takes Nursing week SERIOUSLY. give you massages, spas, gifts, ect. but he doesnt get how tired and overwhelmed you are. you have to physically tell him to stop asking or letting his family asking medical question. "No ale. I will NOT look at auntie's mole on her stomach. when im off the clock im OFF THE CLOCK :("

Valeria threatens to beat up the management for you lol. she hates how you get treated by them sometimes. you didnt get the recognition you deserve. Def bosses her cartel men around to buy you gifts and such. one time she organized a whole day to spoil and pamper you. she gave you her own version of Daisy Award 🥺💞 Konig observes and internally analyzes ur every move. he panics tho. like "OMG she home but she already has a bottle of wine its different from the one she had yesterday.. omg omg she didnt even say hello that means her shifts was extra shitty today.... why is she sipping on the wine for so long and the last sip is longer than all previous sips........" He eventually learned you just need silent company. you were laying on the bed feeling burned out when he came over with some soup, kissed ur hand, and wrapped you in a blanket burrito :).

ah, realistic nurse!y/n. this is a breath of fresh air for me.

they're all trying their best. and honestly, what better pair? they also have an overstimulating, kinda gross (blood and bodily fluids), exhausting career !!

it's a match made in heaven !! (aside from the whole... miscommunication and barely seeing each other thing. but what's a good ship without some gut-wrenching angst?)
