Nadcab Labs Spearheads Growth in Olympus DAO with Innovative Staking Solutions
In the rapidly evolving landscape of decentralized finance (DeFi), innovative solutions that offer sustainable growth and security are in high demand. Among these, Olympus DAO stands out as a groundbreaking protocol aimed at creating a stable and profitable ecosystem for its users. Recognizing the potential of this platform, Nadcab Labs is at the forefront of enhancing its capabilities through Olympus DAO Development, introducing unique staking and bonding dynamics that promise to redefine growth within the DeFi space.
Olympus DAO operates on the principles of decentralized autonomous organization, striving to achieve financial freedom and stability for its participants without the control of centralized entities. This is achieved through its novel economic and game-theoretic dynamics. However, Nadcab Labs believes that even the most innovative platforms can benefit from continuous improvement and adaptation. Their focus on developing Olympus DAO revolves around integrating unique staking and bonding mechanisms designed to optimize the platform's growth and stability.
Staking, in the context of Olympus DAO, is not merely about locking up tokens to receive rewards. Nadcab Labs is enhancing this process by implementing strategies that incentivize long-term holding and participation. This approach is aimed at reducing the volatility often associated with DeFi projects, thus providing a more stable yield for stakeholders. The introduction of dynamic staking rewards, adjusted according to the protocol's performance and economic indicators, ensures that participants are fairly compensated for their contribution to the ecosystem's security and success.
Bonding, on the other hand, presents an opportunity for the protocol to accumulate its own liquidity. Nadcab Labs innovation in this area involves creating bonding strategies that are not only beneficial for the protocol but also for the users. By offering discounted tokens in exchange for liquidity provider (LP) tokens or other assets, Olympus DAO can enhance its treasury and ensure its autonomy, while participants receive an attractive entry point into the ecosystem.
The synergy between staking and bonding, as developed by Nadcab Labs, creates a powerful dynamic that encourages both growth and stability. This dual approach allows the protocol to expand its treasury through bonding, while staking reinforces the value of its native token by encouraging long-term holding. The result is a robust economic model that is less susceptible to market volatility and more focused on sustainable growth.
Moreover, Nadcab Labs expertise in blockchain and DeFi development ensures that these innovations are implemented securely and efficiently. Their commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in DeFi, combined with a deep understanding of the Olympus DAO framework, positions them as a key player in the evolution of decentralized finance.
In conclusion, the development efforts by Nadcab Labs aim to significantly enhance Olympus DAO by introducing unique staking and bonding dynamics. This not only promises to accelerate growth within the ecosystem but also to establish a new standard for stability and profitability in the DeFi sector. Through such innovations, Olympus DAO is well on its way to becoming a beacon of financial autonomy and resilience in the decentralized world.
TOP 10 BOOKS & LITERATURE ON AO3 BASED ON NUMBER OF FANWORKS, SINGLE CATEGORY ONLY VERSION (2009-2022)
If you want to see the Books & Literature bar chart with the multi-category fandom tags included, please check this post.
To make these bar chart race, all series titles in the Books & Literature Category on November 21 (or the closest date to it) of every year were copy-pasted from Wayback Machine to Google Sheets, rearranged according to number of fanworks, manually filtered for fandoms belonging in only one category, and then inputted to Flourish to turn into a bar chart race.
Locked fanworks aren't included in the count because Wayback Machine can’t view those, only Ao3 users can.
The Harry Potter tag is used in multiple categories (Books, Movies & Games) so it has been excluded in the list. If you check the bar chart linked above however, you’ll see that it remains firmly in first place even when all the other multi-category fandoms are included.
Author - Works tags have also been excluded since it makes the list very redundant, especially when Good Omens rose up in the Top 10 in 2019 onwards. Good Omens is a subtag for PRATCHETT Terry - Works and GAIMAN Neil - Works. When Good Omens resurged in 2019, so did these 2 author tags, taking up 3 spots in the rankings. Good Omens accounts for 90%+ of RATCHETT Terry - Works and GAIMAN Neil - Works’ fanworks in 2022.
Here are the list of authors who would have made top 10 sometime in 2009-2022 if Author - Works were included: Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Rick Riordan, Stephen King, Alexandre Dumas, Lois McMaster Bujold, Tamora Pierce, and briefly Cassandra Clare before her author tag was removed from the Books & Literature Category in 2015 onwards. J. R. R. Tolkien also ranks high but would’ve been excluded from the list since his author tag is also turns up in the Movies category.
Fairy Tales & Related Fandom was in the Top 10 in 2013-2014 until much of the movies and TV shows in its subtags where removed in 2015, reducing its fanworks to 23% of its size in 2014. Some of the removed subtags were: Frozen. Tangled, Maleficent, and a bunch of other fairy tale movies. I’m excluding this tag from the list since it clearly would not have made top 10 without those subtags.
In 2013. the Mythology tag was removed from the Books& Literature list and Religion & Lore - Ambiguous Fandom tag was created. Mythology fanworks showed up in the latter’s filter instead.
Clearly, a novel tag’s fanworks increases more when it gains a movie/TV show/comic/cartoon adaptation. However, it’s hard to say if it’s because more people become interested in the reading the novels again after its adaptation was released, or if people who have seen the adaptation also tag the original novel when they post fanworks of its adaptation.
Thanks for understanding and hopefully I didn’t mess up anywhere! 🙏
Launched in 2016, the DAO was a pre-existing independent organization (DAO) aimed at operating as an investor-led firm. Recommended as a transformation project, DAO raised ether (ETH) to $ 150 million USD and was one of the first large-scale fundraisers and high-profile projects built on the Ethereum blockchain – then one year old. Less than three months after the launch, the DAO was hacked and 60 million ether stolen. The Ethereum blockchain, on which DAO was built, was later put on a fork to recover stolen funds, which were returned to investors.
Features of DAO
Flat and Fully Democratic
Members vote to implement any changes
No intermediary is required to tally the votes and implement the changes
Automatic Decentralization for offered services
Transparent Activities
The DAO Hack
The sale of the tokens was scheduled to last for 28 days, during which the tokens were “closed,” after which the DAO would take effect. In the three weeks of the sale of the token, the DAO had raised more than $ 150 million from more than 11,000 investors, making it one of the largest fundraising campaigns in history at that time. However, even before the token sale ended, a few observers expressed concern about the dangers of the DAO code. Specifically, computer scientists were concerned that the error of DAO’s wallet smart contract would allow them to be released. While the planners were trying to fix the error, the attacker exploited the risk and began withdrawing funds from the DAO.
Meanwhile, the Ethereum community discussed how to respond to the attack. The failure of DAO would not only mean financial losses for investors, but also negative consequences for the newborn Ethereum network. DAO had become such an investment project that its contracts contained about 14% of all ether (ETH) distributed at the time. In just one year, the promising technology of Ethereum and the community was facing a real threat.

I'm wondering with my buttons over how to wrangle the religious cosmology of JttW with a realistic leaning, and I think I have an idea.
Trying to transpose the Dao-Buddhist cosmology to the real world 1:1 is not going to work no matter how you slice it, and making do without it feels rather wrong and too hard of a pivot from the source material for me to handle by myself. So, I'm doing a multi-level dimensions angle. As in, the tangible, mortal world and the godly worlds exist in the same space but in different "layers" of reality, and they never quite match properly. Measures of time and space as well as directions are ever so slightly askew, so what might be "east" in the Four Continents, is say, "northeast" or even "southwest" in the physical world, depending on where and even when you're standing. And what's "two thousand miles" in the real world might in fact be a few paces in the spirit world.
Likewise, as there are layers of Hindu, Buddhist and Daoist cosmos, and they intersect and overlap depending on their range of influence in the tangible, mortal world, so do layers pertaining to other religions. Some powers may follow you when you cross those blurry lines, and some don't, kinda like GoW rules. Powers and artifacts from outside one cosmos can supersede or overrule the rules of the cosmos they are currently in, which makes Sun Wukong's multiple types of immortality even more of a wild card.
As such, divine and spiritual beings like yao and immortals in the mortal world maintain their powers and can move across their layers of influence at will, sometimes even blending the two (ie the Havoc in Heaven could have been experienced by mortals like a terrible, unseasonal monsoon or other weather-related natural disasters). To move to a layer of influence they have no "rights" over, like say Wukong going to Mt. Olympus, he'd need to be somewhere in the mortal world where that spiritual layer has influence over, ie the Mediterranean. This works just fine, as Wukong is said to have communed and made friends with multiple heroes and deities in a glossed-over way, but leaves ample room for plenty of mischief!
It also helps to keep the mortal world under the jurisdiction and influence of divine beings according to the religions and beliefs of the time and area, while also keeping it a somewhat grounded realistic fantasy. And with the divine realms being ever so slightly askew when it comes to translating them to real-world locales and timeframes, it gives me leeway to place parts of the story where they'd best fit in without getting bogged down by taking things too literally and coming up short.
The greatest of these protocols is probably OlympusDAO, which is run by a pseudonymous founder called Zeus (colorful character!), has a group of loyal investors called OHMies, and at its peak offered yields of 7,000% and was worth $3 billion, according to a CoinDesk article titled “Olympus DAO Might Be the Future of Money (or It Might Be a Ponzi).” Since then it’s lost about 99% of its value, so there’s your answer.

Hello! You can call me Jin. I write sfw tickle scenarios, fanfics, and headcanons but I also post some nsfw nonsexual irl content which will be tagged nsfw tickles, so I ask that minors filter out the nsfw tickles tag. Feel free to send me asks, headcanons, questions, and dms.
As my username suggests I am a lee, and I am open to teases as long as they are nonsexual since I am extremely acearo (asexual and aromantic) and sex repulsed. If you send me sexual asks or dms, consider yourself blocked.
In addition I am transmasc, polyam, queer, and poc so I also ask you do not follow me if you have an issue with the aforementioned information including me being acearo.
Possible trigger warnings: mentions of eating disorders, self harm, suicidal thoughts plus general mental health issues
Fandom List: Fandoms that I will not write fics for will be marked with a *. All written work will be tagged Jin writes, scenarios will be tagged Jin's scenario writing, fanfics will be tagged Jin's fics, and headcanons will be tagged, you guessed it, Jin's headcanons.
