Workouts done: 5/5 + 1 extra running session (yay!)
Calories consumed: 15 107/14 000 (+1 107, WHOOPS)
This week was crazy as shit. I literally was on my feet all the time lol. But today I’m resting a lot so it’s good. Maybe it explains why I ate so so so much. I was mainly focused on passing my classes at Academy and working out. Also @ashtaros (who kinda took photo for this post) decided to go sugar-free with me for a week. Might be fun, starting tomorrow.

This day was so so long. I've had online classes whole day, I'm glad I cooked the day before. I couldn't stop looking at trees, leaves, squirrels and birds at the park today, so happy I went there. I have to buy some nuts or squirrel-snacks and feed them soon, they are so cool.

This product is total lifesaver here in Poland ^. It has no added sugars, fills you up for a little while and is tasty as hell. Also not expensive. It can be useful when you stay afterhours at work unexpectedly without snacks. Today went pretty well, I think I’m slowly getting back on track - even though I had a little bit of sugar withdrawal again, which makes me wonder if it’s a good idea to even have cheat meals.

I hate early mornings with online lessons. What’s the point of this like for real? It would be good if we finished early too, but no way Jose.
This day is kinda crazy as I'm occupied all time but at least I'm active. I’m gonna try to cut out added sugar (again) from tomorrow on, gonna be fun. Also academy just switched to full-online learning and I’m gonna have a little bit more time. I’m starting to get tired with all this pandemic-thing.

Okay so I actually got up earlier today to work out even though I had a rough af night - I woke up all the time. And I must say I missed my work outs. I’m glad my rest days are over for some time. Next longer rest after 2 weeks :D 
God I miss like real summer. With all the adventures. Chill. Temperature was right but the summer’s not hot without it.

Today I did well (yeah  I know I’m humble). I can honestly say my body rested from training and I’m physically ready to start a new challenge. Am I mentally ready? I remember taking these photos at November ‘17. I always liked September (or maybe even Autumn all in all) - every september is like new begining. First day at school every year, when you could just get any new form you liked - person you were year before? Screw it, let’s be who you want to be right now. People usually say that spring is a time of world being reborn, but for me it will always be Autumn.

Okay so everything I ate today was healthy and clean but chocolate. I ate 135g of freaking chocolate, for real. So I guess I had my weekly cheat meal. I must say it showed me that my plan is not managable for me atm - and it for sure wouldn’t be managable when I start my new work-out challenge. I need to get a better plan so this is my task for this evening - to come up with a managable fitness nutrition plan.
