Simply had to do a study featuring the Rajasaurus from Prehistoric Planet, absolutely in love with the design and patterns on this one.

Abelisaurids were a group of theropod dinosaurs characterized by short snouts, bony ornamentation on their skulls, tiny stiff arms, and stocky legs. Known mostly from the southern continents of Gondwana, they were the dominant predators in these regions and are thought to have been specialized hunters of titanosaurian sauropods.
Rajasaurus narmadensis lived in what is now western India during the Late Cretaceous, about 67 million years ago. Around 7m long (23'), it had very rough-textured thickened bone on the top of its snout, along with a short rounded horn on its forehead that was probably used for display or headbutting behaviors.
India at this time was an isolated island continent located off the east coast of Africa, and Rajasaurus' ancestors probably island-hopped across from then-nearby Madagascar – where its closest known relative lived, the very similar-looking Majungasaurus.

Rajasaurus
Tumblr media
Rajasaurus is a genus of abelisaurid theropod dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of India. Typical to abelisaurids, it had four fingers and short arms. It made up for with its heavily-constructed head which was the primary tool for hunting. Rajasaurus measured about 7 m in length, and had a single horn on the forehead which was probably used for display and head-butting. Like other abelisaurids, Rajasaurus was probably an ambush predator.

SunDown Dance!
Tumblr media
Another one for inktober. This one being Blue Moon's dinosaur companion. Who finally has a name and official color palette. Sundown dance is a dinosaur blue moon found on their first travels. They came home with them as a little baby but unfortunately lost them due to pest control. Roxy found them later and Blue Moon was reunited with his pet.
Sundown dance is a fakeasaur. Related to dinosaurs like Majungasaurus, Rajasaurus, carnotaurus. But looks like it's cousin Ceratosaurus with its crest orientation. He has big long feathers connected to his highly maneuverable arms. Able to wave and ruffle them for displays.
I love this little fakeasaur. Others should make fakeasaurs.

Quetzalcoatlus and rajasaurus are so so so important to my WIP book that it is still surreal to me that they're BOTH in Prehistoric Planet.
Velociraptor and tyrannosaurus are important too but rajasaurus seemed like such an obscure dinosaur to me that it was an absolute JOY to see one (and have it look so beautiful). And then to have the return of quetzalcoatlus?! In the same show?! In the same season?!
Honestly, throw in an awkward human screaming about his trauma between the two of them and that's the book right there.

Rewatching some prehistoric planet 2 material and with that momentum the rajasaurus is totally going to fall off that cliff.
