・ Let's just say, chaos is an understatement for this relationship. But who said chaos was an inherit bad thing?

・ You never thought Angel could loosen up with the whole slut persona he has on constantly, but turns out it is possible. When you aren't around people, just you, Husk and him, Angel actually finally loosens up for once.

・ The three of you usually hang out at the bar of the hotel. Why? Why not.

・ Husk isn't the biggest fan of touch, but he's not touch repulsed. You want cuddles? "…Alright, but tell nobody." Well, besides Angel obviously. Did that stop you, though?

・ Every night is either full of laughs from stupid jokes, (maybe some about your supposed dick, anything is on the table with these two,) something related to some substance, or something completely different, and you've learnt how to deal with hangovers for Husk when morning comes if it was the second option. He used to not accept help, but he's learned to just relax around you. You weren't out to hurt him. It took him awhile to realize that.

・ On the contrary, the night after the fight with the angels was just a quiet night. Enough screaming and bullet noises had already gone through, so it was just a calm night of patching each other up and making a cuddle pile. Despite what you'd think, there were no tears. Just content to be around one another.

・ On a more funny note, either you or Angel would get the three of you matching sweaters. Corny ones at that. Husk would refuse, but eventually you guys wore them for a holiday or something.

・ You three always sit together when the hotel is sitting around for the TV or during one of Charlie's… therapy sessions? Intervention sessions? I don't remember what they're called. Not like you guys are gonna fuck around, even though you might, but you just enjoy each others company.

・ The difference between the two of them telling you they love you is WILD. In the relationship, I mean. Husk probably took a bit to warm up to saying those three words to you, but now is more comfortable telling you just how much he loves you. Angel, on the other hand, probably still struggles to say it, even if you're five years into the relationship. He'd probably slip you tiny notes instead, maybe start the system where three squeezes means "I love you". Whatever you were most comfortable with.

・ How you guys got together probably started with you making some joke about the two being gay (they're probably already dating), then a few more minutes of joking lead into an accidental confession. The rest you can imagine spiraled from there.

・ They're both protective of you in their own ways. After all, you were in Hell. But, hey, you know you mean too much for them. Too much to risk losing you due to some stupid mistake. ♡

what is the order of regions we will see Dawn and Paul travel through together in safe travels? SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU UPLOAD AFTER SO LONG GDSALKJGFG

Hi!!! I'm so, so, SO happy to be back, too!!

I can reveal the first three regions to you. I am hesitant to mention the order of the other regions, but I will list all regions that will be featured in no particular order in the story: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, and Galar, with two regions being grouped together in one of the parts. Yes, I mentioned at the start that Safe Travels will be 6 parts, but it actually became 7 i lied sorry i just love these two too much.

As you know, we start off with Part 1: In Abundant Relations - the title comes from the meaning of the word Hoenn, "abundant relations." That is going to be 12 13 chapters long, which is actually the longest part in the series. The second longest will be Kalos.

Without spoiling much, Part 2 will be set in Unova (so based on what you know about Part 1's title, try to guess Part 2's title), and will be only 1-3 chapters long. Unova as the next destination lines up with the timeline of the Pokémon anime, when Dawn is in Unova for the Junior Cup. This also should indicate to you that the timeline of Safe Travels follow the anime canon except for the fact that they're all like 10-13 years old and that the anime spans over only like a year or two I don't believe in that cus these characters are too damn mature to be kids traveling unsupervised.

Now, Part 3. If you recall, in the anime, after the Junior Cup, Dawn leaves the BW gang to participate in Johto contests, as she mentions the Wallace Cup. So, that brings us to Johto. I'll tell you straight up, the Johto part is only one chapter long.

That's 3/7 regions you now know the order of.

Now, you mentioned Paul and Dawn travelling through regions "together," but Paul is not with Dawn for the Junior Cup in the anime, nor is he with her when she leaves for Johto . . . so, where is he? You'll have to wait and find out in Part 2 and 3 when we get there.

Originally, Galar was not going to be part of the Safe Travels Saga, at all. I took so long to craft and outline the story on a part-by-part, chapter-by-chapter, basis, and now I had to figure out how to add Pokemon Journeys into the story with both Dawn and Paul making cameos? How was I going to make this work? I was stubborn that I would not take into account the story of Pokémon Journeys, but in the end, I decided to bite and watch Journeys. After seeing Paul's episodes, the inspiration struck so ridiculously, that I outlined the addition of Journeys plot into the story in the following hour.

I promise, I'm working hard to crank out the Hoenn chapters. I plan to upload Chapter 9 of In Abundant Relations around the holidays - it's a big one as we get into the Rubello Town Contest and its aftermath - and then, Chapter 10 after the New Year.

Summary: Part 2 of the Safe Travels Saga. Secretly believing her to be a distraction to his goals and unable to handle their growing closeness, Paul parts ways with Dawn in Nimbasa City, though not before sharing some moments together. While he travels throughout Unova to earn his badges, she attends Elesa’s fashion shows, and participates in contests as well as the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup, meeting old and new friends. It is only a matter of time, though, until their paths are destined to cross again — ikarishipping.

Notes: Welcome to Part 2 of Safe Travels! (If you have not read Part 1, I would HIGHLY suggest you do so, or else you may be left very confused.) This part is only 2 chapters long, which means the other parts are closer than you think. Part 1 sets itself apart from the rest of the story in terms of tone and plot - as we move away from the anime-style story telling and slice-of-life of Dawn and Paul's travels, things start to get a little heavier from here. So, yeah, I am both so nervous and excited to finally be heading deeper into this story! Paul is not a guy to fret over many things. 

But the feelings that grip over him when it comes to Dawn is something to fret.

“Admit it, Paul. She’s been helping you learn new things and you enjoy her company. She’s far from a distraction."

“No, but . . . she eventually will become one.”

It is just till Nimbasa City, he promises himself, as he attempts to clear his previous conversation with Reggie out of his head.

Almost as if she can read the tenor of his thoughts, she asks him, “Are you coming with me to Nimbasa City?” 

“I am,” he answers immediately. “I will challenge the gym leader and then head off to defeat the others.”

Ask to come with me, a small voice in his head suddenly pleads, and it takes him by surprise.
