thoughts about mingyu when you're on your period

this is like the perfect time for me to answer this rn bc i am suffering atm

this man is spoiling you and taking care of you on your period. also would kinda be slightly confused about you being moody and a little snappy to him but will understand and still shower you with love nonetheless.

you're in cramping and in pain? he's getting you a hot water bottle and reheating it for you as many times. "but baby this is still hot", he says when you ask him to heat it again. "it's not hot enough", you say, looking at him, buried under all the blankets. "but..it's still hot", he says, loooking at you confused. "it's not hot enough gyu", you complain and he just nods and comes back a few mintutes later. will also joke about why you're using a hot water bottle when he's right here, saying he'll be your personal heater and just be ready to cuddle and hold you.

craving something? this man is ready to whip up a 5-star course for you. but when you go to the kitchen and find out you don't have any more peanut butter you go back to find mingyu and tell him rather disappointed about the lack of peanut butter in the house. he offers to go buy some but you don't want him to leave and he's confused because you want peanut butter...but you also don't want him to go buy it. so he decides to make you some and it's worth all the praise he gets for it, seeing you happily eat it with a smile.

it's cold so you're wearing his hoodie and you find him sitting in his room doing some work and just pout at him wanting some cuddles. he says he'll come in 5 minutes, he just needs to finish this up and you're curled up in bed, scrolling through your phone and 5 minutes have turned into 30 minutes and you're getting a little moody and grumpy now. after what seems like an eternity mingyu finally enters the room and smiles while you're just glaring at him, ignoring his presence as you look into your phone. "i thought someone said five minutes", you tell, looking at him as the bed dips as he sits down, looking down. "i know, im sorry babe, i got caught up", he tells. "well i don't need cuddles anymore so you can go continue what you were doing", you tell, grumpy, crossing your arms and giving him an annoyed look. he understands you're a little sensitive and moody now. "come on, i know you can't resist my cuddles hm?", he prompts but you just look at him and shake your head. "i don't need them now", you tell again. "but i want cuddles, you'll give me some cuddles?", he asks. you look at him and finally give in. "fine...only because you want it", you tell and he chuckles, quickly but gently pulling you closer, placing a soft kiss to your forehead. "you're so stubborn", he mumbles. "and you're an idiot", you add, still not ready to give in but you were very happy right now because you really did want mingyu's cuddles.

if you're struggling to sleep because of the pain and cramps, he'll rub gentle circles on your back. is more than ready to make you a cup of hot chocolate at 2am in the night and will shush you if you apologize.

Ashtray sees you coming towards him, hammer in hand. Something about the way you look at him makes him shiver in sick anticipation, yet he can’t think of a single use for an Ashtray and a hammer. Only when you raise it, a gleeful smile on your face, he realises, leaving only a second of horrible understanding before the hard metal connects with his cheekbone.

Screaming.

His face snaps to the side, bones breaking into splinters digging into his flesh. His entire body crumbles into a loose heap, legs twitching and kicking against pain too great to comprehend.

Ashtray screams with his garbled voice, rough and breaking immediately, his mangled vocal chords’ protest going unnoticed. He writhes on the ground, dizzy and gone with fear, drowning in agony and the blood collecting in his mouth, dripping between his lips, mixing with big, fat teardrops rolling down his face.

It doesn’t take long for his voice to give out, for his pathetic screams to die, leaving only a breathy croaking only you and him know was once a screech. He can only look up in fear at you with round blue eyes, pupils like pin pricks. A hand moves towards his destroyed cheek, as if uncomprehending of the damage you did. As soon as he touches the impact wound, he rips his hand away again, flinching so hard his head hits the ground. There is nothing left in him, nothing he can do except stare at you, holding up shaking hands in a voiceless plea not to hurt him again.

He can’t break apart any more. Please no.

I am so tired of Ahsoka!

She wasn't needed and now she is literally everywhere. I go on on any social media and serach for Prequel Trilogy stuff and I can't go 1 minute without seeing something about her, when she wasn't even in the films. I honestly am so mad that I wasn't part of the fandom before Ahsoka was created because she kinda becomes "the most important person for Anakin (fuck you Obi-Wan and Padme)".

It's a bit sad since she could have been a cool character. Just make her master someone else and don't make her the most special and powerful Jedi. And if they wanted to make her a padawan of a "special" master than maybe introduce a new Jedi who idk maybe left the Jedi Order long ago and now they return because of the Clone Wars. This would mean that: a) Ahsoka still has a "special" master b) because she is trained by a master who only recently returned to the order she has training different than any other padawan c)due to her master she has controversial opinions on some Jedi customs. This could be a good point of conflict for her character (do I listen to my master or the Order) and also doesn't make unnecessary changes in the story of film characters (Anakin, Padme, Obi-Wan and others).

Honestly, I think that when you do a serial for a beloved film you should ensure that the characters you fit with what the films tell us. The Jedi Council didn't want to make Anakin a master, so why would they give him a padawan. As ignorant as they could sometimes be, I think that connecting "Anakin is not mature enough to be master" with "Anakin is not mature enough to have a padawan". It's really something I think they would notice.

She is COMPLETELY unnecessary to Anakin's story and always was. Every story beat she supposedly fulfills is already fulfilled by another character. I kinda wonder if it was an attempt at whitewashing Anakin's character (Lucas was involved in TCW and apparently wanting Anakin to be more appealing from what I heard, and this was back when the prequels and Hayden were NOT as loved as they were now because my generation wasn't as huge a fandom voice as the old OT-loving guard) and making him more appealing but no. Anakin is a human garbage can and that's what makes him such a compelling and interesting character!!!

I honestly would probably be a huge Ahsoka stan if TCW was envisioned as its own thing and focused on her as a character on her own instead of making her Anakin's Most Specialest Beloved Padawan Who Is Best At Everything (She Can Even Fight Grievous omg!!!). Back then we were so starved for female characters, we had Leia and some Padme mainstream but that was it (you only knew about Mara Jade in Legends and she wasn't in the mainstream merch or anything from what I recall), and much as I love a good dies-of-sadness joke, Padme is often simplified to that and shoved aside even though she's a really cool and complicated character in her own right. I will give Ahsoka credit for blazing the way for female characters to be more included in Star Wars, but it falls flat when she's just propped up as Coolest Wisest Bestest Jedi-but-not-a-Jedi-actually-she's-better-than-the-Order Girlboss. Now we're back to Only One Female Character Above All Others. (Rey and Rose were ruined with bad writing, Hera and Sabine are wonderful but definitely not mainstream (and probably being butchered in the show), Gina Carano ruined our chances of any more Cara content, Peli was just a cameo last season, and Bo-Karen also got the Always Right Beloved TCW Girlboss Treatment.)

Imo the Council was pretty much always on the money with Anakin (at least with what they knew of him - they didn't know of the Tusken murder spree for example) and there's no way Anakin was ever ready for a Padawan or that anyone in their right mind would give him one. In MY episode III fanfiction when Favored Main Character Got A Padawan, Obi-Wan got the Padawan because he had more experience teaching, even at 12 I knew Anakin had no business teaching anyone. Also, it was NEVER previously canon that Padawans were assigned. Masters chose them as in the Jedi Apprentice series. I will NEVER let that go. Ahsoka being assigned to Anakin was so contrived.

your and wonwoo's breakup wasn't the best. it was rushed and hasty and both of you still clearly haven't gotten over each other. so when wonwoo sees the new book release that you had been waiting for, he immediately thinks of you. he remembers how you would talk about this book, counting down the days to its release. he loved seeing you so passionate about it and he had even promised you that he'd take you and buy it for you on it's release day. but here he was, without you by his side, still thinking of you.

so he snaps a picture of the book on the shelf and sends it to you. "this was released today, i remember how much you were waiting for it".

when you saw wonwoo's notification on your, you were excited for some reason and even hopeful. when you opened it and saw the text, you couldn't help but smile a little. of course he'd remember something like that. so later that day you plan to stop by the bookstore to buy the book.

you reach the bookstore, only to be disappointed because you were too late and all the copies sold out, and you'd have to wait atleast two weeks till more copies arrived. you're walking away, defeated when you hear someone call you.

"y/n!", you hear and turn around, seeing wonwoo running up to you. your heart gets nervous and you give him a small smile.

"wonwoo", you say as you look at him. "i saw your text", you tell.

"oh...sorry for texting you out of nowhere, i just remembered that when i saw the poster", he explains. you still weren't over wonwoo, you didn't want to really break up.

he reaches his hand out with a paper bag. "here, for you. i thought the copies would get sold out so i bought you one", he explains and you smile. "wonwoo....you didn't have to", you exclaim, taking the bag and seeing the book, smiling.

wonwoo loved your smile and he'd do anything to make you smile. "y/n...can we maybe talk about us?", he prompts a minute later. you nod. and that's how you both end up having a real talk and getting back on good terms with each other.

BUT OF COURSE, I'M GOING TO DELIVER >:)

Unburied - Tell him that he can't be friends with Barbara Gordon anymore. That's his bff, the only one who understands him.

ZY - Okay, this was hard, I honestly don't think much would make him cry. You could try by telling him that he is NOT alpha male material. That his bloodline is weak? Something that shouldn't make anyone cry somehow hurts his feelings bad.

Dano - Ruin his plans, whatever they may be, not just Riddler stuff.

YJ - Tell him he's the worst at being a Riddler. That he has never blazed a path of his own, and therefore isn’t a Riddler.

Gotham - Tell him that he's never going to be loved by anyone. That he's going to be alone, because all he does is push people away in pursuit of his selfish interests. (Why would Skye expose herself like this)

Arkham - Get his puzzles wrong on purpose. Especially the most obvious ones. He will start to think that there is something wrong with the riddle/puzzle, and when he can't find the problem, he'll have a mental break.

BTAA - Tell him that he's the worst villain in Gotham. If you're really aiming to make him cry, have an itemized list prepared as well as a PowerPoint.

BTAS - Continuously make a mess. He will get so frustrated that, if he doesn't trap you in a video game first, he will absolutely have a breakdown.

Telltale - Tell him that despite everything he's done, every mark he's left on this world will eventually be erased. And no one will remember the Riddler. (oof)

Notice a theme? Stick and stones may break their bones, but words will absolutely obliterate them.

The first time you use Ashtray as a cuddle toy, he barely knows what is going on, yet he can’t help but melt into your touch. It’s so unlike his training, even as he is laying in your lap, your hands playing with his golden locks, he keeps searching for a cigarette, for a familiar, comforting smell of soot and ash.

It doesn’t take long for all of the coddling to become overwhelming for him. You can feel your Pet flush under your hands, his breath quickening. Within one day, Ashtray is experiencing more contact than in his entire remembered life and it is taking a toll on him, a burning foreign to him, making it near unbearable. Thankfully, he knows how to take pain, even though Ashtray can’t comprehend why he is feeling like this.

When you eventually put him back into his cage, he feels thankful, though he’d never admit that –even to himself–, laying his head against the cold bars to cool down. As he falls asleep that night, he vows to learn his new role as a lapdog or a toy or something in between. He will learn to please you, learn to form himself into whatever shape you desire.

The next day, he awaits you happily, eager to train himself and secretly hoping that maybe, if he is an especially Good Boy, you might even allow him a cigarette burn. Anything to show his belonging to you.

Goofy little question, but how would the ROs react to being gifted a plant by an mc with a green thumb? Who would be the best at caring for it/kill it the fastest?

Atlas: Is incredibly confident that he’ll keep it alive, ends up forgetting about it entirely and panics when he finds it dead, accidentally freezing it over in the attempt to fix it. Comes to MC a few days later totally embarrassed, and reluctantly asks for help on how to keep the next one alive.

Puck: Keeps it alive and very well, positions it perfectly within their apartment to get the most sun possible and even gets higher quality soil. They name it, bring it up often almost to brag about keeping it alive, and take great interest in MC’s green thumb and their garden interest. Want to learn about MC’s expertise and asks if they can take care of more.

Skye: Gets really excited about it at first and does a very good job at keeping an eye on it, but one day just forgets she was given it and only remembers when someone reminds her and it’s too late. She gets a new plant for MC as an apology but begs them not to let her plant-sit again.

Reese: At first veryyy resistant to receiving it, basically finding it to be more trouble than it’s worth and warns MC that under his care, it’s more likely to burn than live long. Surprisingly though, he takes incredibly good care of the plant to the best of his ability, it looking a little rough but still healthy, despite his warnings.
