- aquarius ascendants are the type of people you can never figure out. if you think you have, they are mirroring you. these people feel limited when being put in a box, they don’t like to be perceived in a specific way or have labels put upon them.

- libra moons tend to give out a lot of hot and cold behaviour, especially if they feel trapped or are in a period of indecision.

- those with asteroid wisdom (8402) landing in their 12th house hold a lot of answers in their subconscious. they feel as though their own memory blocks them from accessing the answers they need, and they may need to look into their past lives for answers.

- uranus retrograde natives tend to feel as though whenever something good is going on in their lives, it will crumble soon. they have a constant chronic uncertainty about the near future and the temperaments of the energies, may struggle with general anxiety.

- scorpio moon natives tend to take matters into their own hands whenever faced with tension in a connection, they ‘destruct’ the situation and try to get to the bottom of what created the uncertainty (the tower card). they want to make sure whatever is being built, is being built on a very strong foundation.

- natives with sun in opposition to the moon in their charts struggle to access their emotions when they are fully feeling like themselves. they feel as though their emotions are what hold them back from achieving their best self (unfortunately:’( u guys need a hug)

Astrology observations #1

Welcome to my first astrology observations!

I’m in no way a professional astrologer, this is purely for fun. Take only what resonates with you! I'm happy to discuss these points further in the comments :)

♦️ Leo mars live for the praise. They love words of affirmation, especially in bed 😏 They call the attention effortlessly when exercising, dancing or other mars-related activities. But they might not always like this.

♦️ Chiron 1st house can be very insecure about their appearance if they don’t work to heal this. I know someone with this placement that hates mirrors as they never liked what they saw. But it gives great potential to heal and help others regarding these issues.

♦️ Sagittarius mars people could regularly need new experiences in their sexual life. They might be open to try everything once “just to see”, and they might lean less toward monogamy than other mars placements.

♦️ Moon in the 6th house might be more sensitive to anxiety as their emotions lie in the house of daily life and routine. So they might have to deal with their emotions on a daily basis. They might need regular physical movement and consistent routines to feel regulated and content.

♦️ Pluto conjunct MC might hate posting on social media as they could feel exposed and vulnerable if they do. They might have an intense need to keep their life private.

♦️Mercury conjunct/square/opposite Pluto might swear a lot, or at least more than what they were taught was okay. If their education was very strict they might swear only when surprised, like if they get hurt or forget something.

♦️Venus in 10th house or conjunct MC can work in the fashion or makeup industry and be known for their beauty and sense of aesthetics.

♦️Saturn in Aquarius could have interest or talents in Uranian fields such as astrology or technology. They might be motivated to work towards social causes. They also could have an emotionally distant outlook on life.

♦️Lilith conjunct Ascendant create strong reactions everywhere they go. They are provocative without trying. People can get easily obsessed with them as they exude tremendous sex appeal. But they can also get very aggressive and negative reactions towards them without any reason.

♦️Mars square pluto absolutely need to channel their energy and anger into exercise and breath work. Martial arts is the best for them. If they don't control this energy it can get dangerous for themselves and even for others in extreme cases. But if they learn to control this tremendous force, they can achieve incredible things.

♦️Venus square Saturn can have a lot of difficulties with their self-worth, which affects their relationships. If you have a low self-esteem you will settle for less than you deserve. Once they have sufficiently worked on themselves and on their self esteem, they can find great love. This doesn't mean it can't come early but it might be more challenging. However, Saturn delays but never denies. They are not doomed and will find love (this depends also on other placements and aspects).

♦️Moon in Taurus can have a very calming and healing aura. People feel at peace when with these natives, especially when hugging. They are very grounded and stable, which is felt by others and is very reassuring. However, they can be stubborn at times as Taurus is a fixed sign.

♦️Mars in the 12th house could be passive aggressive sometimes as they do not recognise their own anger and never really learn how to control it. They might have sudden outbursts which can take the people around them by surprise.

♦️Sun opposite Moon can have a difficult relationship with their mother. They can feel that their mother's personality is the complete opposite of them and that they are not understood by her. Other aspects to the moon can come accentuate this or make it easier.

♦️Pisces Mars often have a talent for dancing. One of my best friends has this placement and she is a professional contemporary dancer. Her movements are so graceful, it really looks like water moving. Mars at a pisces degree (12°, 24°) can have a gift for dancing also to a lesser extent.

♦️Pluto in the 9th house can bring transformations and soul evolutions when traveling overseas, studying a higher education or moving abroad.

Mini Astro Notes pt. 4 - Aspects Edition

[Btw, Libra season is making me contemplate if I was a little harsh here or not. 😂 So caution.]

🌌 Planets that aspect your midheaven [conjunction, opposition, trine, or square] can be visible in your interactions with the public. E.g, Venus square MC - your beauty can capture the eyes of the public. Or Uranus opposition MC - you have cool & interesting relationship with the public.

🌌 You are most likely to make the best of friends with people who share the same Sun-Moon aspect as you. E.g, Sun square Moon individuals make the best of friends with other Sun square Moon people. Sun opposite Moon individuals make the best of friends with other Sun opposite Moon people.

🌌 If you have planets that square your Sun, it could mean you contradict yourself a lot when it comes to conveying the traits of that planet. E.g, Sun square Mars - you contradict the way you should show your anger or even move your body (with any physical training/movements). Or Sun square Neptune - you contradict the ways to express your dreams, fantasies and even intuition, so you could be prone to being withdrawn about speaking those stuff, or just question yourself when it comes to your intuition and subconscious.

🌌 Any planets you have that conjunct your ascendant are planets that you feel and how you may want your life to shape up as well. And these are planets that are with you daily. E.g, Pluto conjunct ASC - you could feel power, occultism, and transformation daily, so that can be how you live your life as well, and you could want that kind of life as well (a powerful and transformational one). Or Saturn conjunct ASC - you could feel like maintaining patience, self-control, discipline and responsibility are important to you, and that's pretty how much live life and want your life to shape up; with structure through patience being the story of your life.

🌌 Planets that conjunct or trine your Venus are planets that benefit your relationships for the long run and ones that make relationships an amazing union for you. E.g, Venus conjunct Mercury - communication and expressing your views & opinions are what make a relationship last for you. Or Venus trine Moon - emotional security, receptivity, and being nurturing/nurtured really make you feel loved and give you a sense of stability, which you need.

🌌 If you have planets that square Jupiter, those planets could be planets you either hide or struggle showing off, and so they may be small or just generally don't grow large. (Jupiter rules success, pride and expansion. A square aspect is an aspect of some tension and takes discipline to run smoothly. Having planets that square Jupiter would thus mean it would take time for you take pride in the energy of that planet.) E.g, Venus square Jupiter - you find it hard to show off your love/romantic connections like that. Or Mars square Jupiter - you probably don't like to show off your body like that, and perhaps you have a petite body and could even seem young. The only way this works out is you consciously practicing that pride, until it becomes a norm, then you end up loving the showing off.

🌌 Planets you have that positively your Sun [conjunction, trine, sextile and semisextile] are ones you should use tap into to get to your higher self (the self that's confident and has the ability to reach their goals and live their best life). E.g, Sun conjunct Uranus - tap into your individuality, uniqueness and the changes you want to make in the world to get to your higher self. Or Sun sextile Mars - tap into your willpower, aggression and anger to get your higher self.

Synastry Notes: Sun/Moon

Disclaimer: these are just my personal experience with sun moon aspects in synastry. This is also essentially a rant.

Another Disclaimer: the conditions present in the natal chart such as signs, aspects and house placements can radically alter how one person experiences synastry aspects from another. As well as how developed someone is. I have moon conjunct mars and squared to chiron and widely squared to pluto personally. And it's in the 12th house. Please keep that in mind, I really don't like things poking at my moon. Also I am very sorry that this was so long. I did not think that I really had this much to say.

The Conjunction: I have a love/hate relationship with this one. I thoroughly enjoy being the Sun person in Sun/Moon aspects in general. But with the conjunction as the Sun person I really tend to feel strong sense of protective care over the Moon person. I tend to take their emotions very seriously, it may not show up that way though since its in Aquarius but internally I feel a very strong pull to ensure their comfort and support their emotional needs. However, as the Moon person, i don't really tend to like it. All that attention on my Moon in the 12th? Ew. I feel really exposed and I often feel like the Sun person just seems to have no comprehension that they are trodding all over sacred ground. It isn't all bad though, I often feel like the Sun seems very accepting of who I am(no matter how weird or wacky) even if they do kinda feel like a bull in a china shop. I find that they usually do mean well, and they tend to be very good listeners, I feel very heard when talking to them about my feelings and thoughts.

The Opposition: Also a love/hate relationship I love being the Sun person but I genuinely loathe being the Moon person here. As the Sun person it feels very similar to the conjunction, I take the Moon persons feelings very seriously and go through great lengths to give them comfort and keep them entertained. Lots of gift giving?? Now that I think about it. Like LOTS OF GIFTS now that I'm really thinking about it. However there were times where I really felt like I was missing the mark and I didn't really get the Moon persons reactions to things. On the other hand as the Moon person, just no. I felt like the Sun person constantly rained on my parade, and they often required me to explain myself, like a lot(Virgo vs Pisces at its finest). I felt very judged and boxed in. Very uncomfortable for me, and for them from what I could see.

The Square: This one really depends. As the Sun person(in Aquarius) here I really tend to struggle with Scorpio and Taurus moons. They tend to find me fickle and I really, I mean really struggle to understand their emotional needs and even the ones I do sort of understand are so foreign to me that I am left baffled anyway(like I get it, but I don't get it. Like I get why doing XYZ is nice for you but I would never do that for 6 hours day, especially if I was ???sad???) and any attempts I make to have fun or do anything really are usually seen as threats to their person security. This aspect is REALLY loud for me. Especially because I have Saturn in Taurus. It's almost like I am uncomfortable with how uncomfortable I seem to make the Moon person just by being me. And if you live with them it's basically arguments galore. And getting a lot of the silent treatment. When I'm the Moon person it's sort of better, mostly because it's between mutable signs. Gemini and Sagittarius are light enough in their demeanor that I can ignore most of the friction but this also means that their Sun Squares my Mars and its very evident here, esp with the Sag suns. Like waaay more evident here than in the opposition for some reason. Like there is a general sense of interest in just meandering through the world together, like it's quite explorative in the physical world and in thought but most of the Sagittarius Suns that I've interacted with said they thought I was a bit of a bully(and I quote, "Do you even care about anything? Why do you always have to be so rude? And loud?") and too aggressive for their liking(I did ask why every time, I never really got a clear explanation so I cannot confirm the exact reason. My interaction with Sag Suns generally tend to be goofy and nice if it's kept short but long term its just goofy and confusing). And the Gemini Suns were great, had a lot of fun with them but ultimately it just fizzled out after many of the big clashes between us became evident. Overall as the Moon person the aspect wasn't too loud. But I prefer these two signs as moons signs.

The Trine/Sextile: actually pretty neat? Like both ways, especially with the trine. Takes me a while to notice the serenity of them but when I finally do take notice, I am hooked. Being the Sun is similar to being the Sun in the conjunction, just far less intense and more playful. And this is the only Sun/Moon aspect where I thoroughly enjoy being the Moon person. I love how light and almost airy it is, even when I'm dealing with a Scorpio Sun. Which seems crazy but it really works fine.

SUN-MOON Aspects

Sun Conjunct Moon

These people are very focused and driven, they set extremely high goals for themselves and make sure that they achieve them. They are great leaders, as they can be both assertive and gentle. They are not afraid to take the lead. They are more likely to take on projects that have great risks but also great rewards. These people are great project managers because they are able to recognize other people's strengths and weaknesses and distribute the responsibilities accordingly. They don't like working with slow people, they want to get done with everything as fast as they can and move on to the next big thing. It's important that they surround themselves with obedient people as they don't like their decisions being questioned. They don't know how to explain others their thought process, so people around them need to be on the same wavelength.

Sun Opposite Moon

I have noticed that a lot of people with this placement have identity issues, they have difficulty in balancing their sun and moon. Studying psychology can be really helpful for people with this, as studying other people and their behaviors can help them apply those things in their own lives. Learn to trust your intuition, do self hypnosis and meditate. I have also noticed that people with this placement have trouble choosing one pile from pac readings. These people lean more towards logic and science and this weakens their moon, so meditating and practicing hypnosis will make you more comfortable with the more "mysterious" themes of life. Find a balance. These people learn their lessons by projecting their emotions and issues onto other people, this is how they understand themselves. For ex - if they're facing a problem, and someone else is facing the same problem, it's easier for them to solve the other person's problem but have a hard time applying the same solution in their own life as well.

Sun Square Moon

When people say "the head and the heart are not working together", they are referring to this placement. It's better if these people start their own business as it's not easy for them to listen to their bosses. If they are in a group project, and they work on a specific topic, they have this urge to tell everyone that they were the ones who worked on that specific topic, it's really difficult for them to share credit. They can fight with people who they think don't deserve what they've gotten. It's difficult for them to stay at one place for a long time, as they're always looking for better opportunities, many times these opportunities will turn out to be too good to be true. This placement wants you to carefully think about the pros and cons of a decision before immediately making a change based on appearances. This will ultimately help you balance what's in your heart with what's in your head and make you more successful, but you may need to face a lot of setbacks before that happens.

Sun Trine Moon

These people are popular and social, and at the same time they also know how to keep their life private. People love being friends with them, but the downside is that these people don't like being friends with everyone, they have very few close friends, others are just acquaintances. They have this talent of letting others know about their achievements without seeming to be boastful about it. They have a very strong intuition and they use it to climb the social ladder. This, in my opinion is one of the best placements to have in the birth chart. People with this placement have the potential to go from rags to riches. I have noticed that they are emotional in such a way that instead of being seen as pushovers they are seen as angels, like.. Its really surprising sometimes. These people are so lucky, the type to help an old woman cross the road and then she turns out to be the owner of a huge company and has no heirs so she adopts them and boom... Fantastic life.

Sun Sextile Moon

Very similar to the Trine. They could also have a strong intuition just not as developed as the Trine. It's easy for them to make friends, the type to still be in contact with their kindergarten friends. The mediator in a group project, other people love to have them on their team. The only thing that can be considered bad about this placement is that these people doubt themselves a lot, they think they don't have the resources and the talent but they do, be practical but also be willing to take risks, you are the only one who's holding yourself back. It's okay to ask for help. With Trine, the people have an easier time taking initiative, with sextile it's a little hard, but you are still able to do it. It's literally the same as Trine, you just need to SEE It, that's it. Oh and also, these people can be really good child psychologists, this is just an observation.

Kpop Idols and Their Placements as Astro Observations

Note: As always these are just personal observations but with Kpop Idols and their placements.

Leo placements in general have no trouble stealing the spotlight but especially Leo moons seem to be effortlessly noticed. Something about their personality or appearance just stands out in a very good way. They are usually the ones with the most popularity in their respective groups. Add a little bit of Air placements and they are just super vibrant.

Examples: Sooyoung, Tiffany, Yoona (SNSD); CL (2NE1); Taeyong, Haechan (NCT)

People with their Sun opposing their Moon usually have a very playful and child-like energy. Initially could come off as slightly immature (amplified if Fire and Air signs are involved). These individuals also have an amazing duality to them.

Examples: Jackson (GOT7); Hyunjin, Han, I.N. (Stray Kids)

Men with Venus in Aquarius or Capricorn seem to be the most prominent placement for being the ultimate “ideal type”. They are also extremely heavily biased in their respective groups. This effect is only amplified if they have a stellium in one of those signs.

Examples: Kai (EXO); JB (GOT7); Kun, Jaehyun, Lucas (NCT)

Women with prominent Aries placements (especially stelliums) usually stand out for being very genuine. More than the aggressive stereotype, they just seem to be very chill, unique and honest. They are also super popular with other women.

Examples: Hani (EXID); Ryujin (ITZY), Irene (Red Velvet)

Your Mars sign is pretty under looked when viewing at what aspect of yourself brings you fame. Most idols are very well-know for working hard on the traits that their Mars sign represents.

Examples: Venusian Mars (Jeno, Jaehyun - NCT) - Known for their visuals, their positive interactions with other members and their sense of style. Also very adored by the fans.

Pisces Mars (Ten, Jungwoo - NCT) - Known for their creativity, flexibility and being very open and in-tune with their emotions.

When we are talking about fashion, I think Pisces Venus is extremely underrated. Venus is exalted in Pisces and these individuals are just so aesthetic in the eyes of others. They are widely appreciated for being elegant and exquisite.

Example: Jennie (BLACKPINK)

More than any other signs, I feel like prominent Sagittarius placements have the most athleticism. They just look like they will do good with sports and they actually do. They also seem to enjoy working out very very much. Bonus points if they also have Aries placements. These individuals also tend to eat very well. On the other hand, Leo placements seem to look at it more as an obligation.

Example: Minho (SHinee); Jeno (NCT); Victoria [f(x)]

Venus in Scorpio are the type of individuals who tend to pour their all into relationships and are very devoted. And if the relationship comes to an end, they need to put in twice the effort to just move on. But once they are done, they are done. They don’t look back (More true if they have an Air Moon).

Example: Krystal [f(x)]

Gemini Moons are more than capable of being very introverted and closed off but they really can’t hide their Mercury energy. They really rationalize their emotions but in such a hilarious manner. If you want to make them feel better, try making jokes or just let them rant (depending on the situation of course). The standard emotional approach really does not work with them. Also all the Gemini Moons I have seen are like super smart and they know it.

Example: Doyoung (NCT)

I have heard so much about Cancer Sun (especially men) being traditional, boring or over-emotional and yet I haven’t met a single Cancer Sun like that. Although other placements are vital as well, these individuals are so funny and even savage. I think the stereotypes tend to be more prominent in Cancer Moon/Mars individuals.

I’m going through a Sun opposite Moon transit and all of a sudden my dad has beef with me lol. Me and my dad are close and things between us was fine but he suddenly started acting hostile with me out of nowhere a few days ago. He ignored me all day yesterday and this morning he answered my call with an attitude and said he was busy yesterday. But my mom told me what he was really “upset” about. He says he doesn’t wanna talk to me over something so minuscule it doesn’t even make sense.

This triggered tf out of me and made me think of my childhood. When i was younger, my dad would do the same shit he’s doing now. He would give me the silent treatment when he was mad at me and force me to be the one to reach out and apologize. Instead of just telling me what the problem is, he ignores me and leaves me scrambling trying to figure out what i did wrong.

In my natal chart, my Sun is in the 8th house so my relationship with my dad will always have its ups and downs but i’m not doing it this time. I swear i didn’t do anything wrong so im not gonna be the one to amend things.

Full Moon in Leo: Sun in Aquarius Opposition Moon in Leo, Pluto in Aquarius Opposition Moon in Leo

Full moon: Things come full circle.

Today the Sun moves into Aquarius. Tomorrow Pluto moves into Aquarius. On 25th January There is a Full moon in Leo so here's what.

Pluto and the Sun will be in conjunction which means they will be moving together. Look at it like matching each others step, not footprint. You can match your step with someone on the pavement but you don't have the same foot size, your hands can interlace perfectly, but your hands are not the same size. The Sun and Pluto will work together at different intensities (one transforming and the other highlighting) on particular aspects whilst also opposing the moon hence resistance.

Pluto is about transformation and change(read my Pluto in Aquarius insight here and here to know how this transit will affect you)

The Sun is a spotlight, highlighting something. But remember, just because the spotlight is on something doesn't mean there is nothing outside the spotlight.

The moon majorly rules emotions and I feel called to mention the tides of the ocean.

So here is the reading. I'd like to mention that whenever I post these general readings they always target people who are past 23 years old unless I state otherwise(which I sometimes do in those many paragraphs of insight I put out here). This is because 24 year olds and above would find more resonance and help from reading these. Come back when you're above 24 to see that you find resonance. Also, I don't like the under 24 year olds being hooked on spirituality when they barely know themselves so they are always being taken advantage of by many spiritual practitioners. Do I do readings for younger people? Yes, and I will tell you exactly what is meant for you and not a false romance or billionaire come up reading. I guide, that's part of my work.

Okay.

So first of all, this energy should be utilised well for your highest good until the new moon in Aquarius(February 9th) because new moons symbolise new beginnings. I will do a follow up post on the new moon in Aquarius because Sun,Moon and Mercury will be in Aquarius then.

First house ♌/Leo rising ♌ ⬆️: Your character, who you are is fully loaded. But you will be met with a lot of resistance, that's how you will feel and your feelings are valid. You don't have to go against the current, just pretend to go with the flow then change course because in the words of Abraham Hicks "Nothing you want is upstream, everything you want is downstream".

It's going to be challenging especially with how social Leo's are, but you've got this! Find creative outlets even if it's just playing word puzzles or candy crush.

Second house ♌/Cancer rising ♋ ⬆️: You should have learnt about your valuables by now.

Can you talk about the difference between the sun opposite moon aspect and the sun square moon aspect in a natal chart?

absolutely!

opposition and square energies are quite similar (since square & opposite signs are of the same modality) - their key difference is that opposite signs have far more in common than square signs. for opposite signs, it's kind of like they're on a scale together (if they're putting in equal work/weight, they can balance together perfectly); or two sides of the same coin. for square signs.. it's more like, siblings in the same family. inherently, they have a lot of similar traits, but, at the end of the day, they can be drastically different with totally different goals/wants/etc).

hopefully that provides some clarity into the general difference of those aspects!

if we go more specifically to the sun-moon aspects; i think it's best explained by using specific signs as an example. let's try using sagittarius. sagittarius is opposite gemini, but squares virgo/pisces. sagittarius and gemini have a lot of similarities - they are both talkative, outgoing, free-spirited, travelers, non-committal; they enjoy learning and expanding their knowledge. but, there's some small differences: gemini likes details and sagittarius likes the bigger picture; sagittarius teaches, gemini learns; gemini is very flexible and open-minded, but sagittarius is very firm on their beliefs and can even develop god complexes on their opinions, etc.

if we compare sagittarius to pisces; we get a more harsh comparison. sure, both like travelling, are outgoing, free-spirited, focused on expansion of the self, etc. but pisces craves comfort and familiarity; sagittarius craves change and newness. pisces wants a sense of "home"; sagittarius does not care for those concepts. pisces tends to build identity through connection with others; sagittarius is firm in their own identity and prefers to preach their ideals onto others instead; pisces likes to care for others and tends to people-please, sagittarius puts the self first and couldn't care less about what others want/expect of them.

when we take these comparisons, between sag-pisces and sag-gemini, we really see the highlight of the opposition versus the square. the opposition has minor differences and stress points, the square has major differences and stress points. if someone had sun opposite moon, with gemini sun sagittarius moon, for example. their sun/moon flow together relatively well. they may have some issues throughout life in finding the right balance between these opposite energies (ie: when to prioritize the small details versus bigger picture; a lot of their wants versus needs are a bit different which can lead to some stress and confusion; sometimes feeling pulled in two different directions in life), but i personally don't think it's too intense of an aspect as a lot of people point out (however, it is still definitely not an easy aspect and can cause a lot of lessons/struggles).

then we have sun square moon, such as a sagittarius sun with a virgo moon; things get way more messy. their sun wants freedom and independence, travel, change; their moon wants stability, connection, peace; their sun does what it wants, doesn't care about "norms" or traditions, their moon cares about their image and thinks about others before acting - enjoys tradition; their sun acts before thinking; their moon overthinks to the point where they can't act at all. the ends of expression are totally different, not just slightly different.

the sun square moon individual is pulled in two VERY different directions. there's often more differences than similarities when it comes to wants/needs; and how to express emotions, the self, etc. these individuals constantly feel torn between two different versions of themselves, and can't feel out which one is the "true" them. here, it's not even about a balance of small differences, it's about working through two very, very different energies in the same mind.

in terms of aspect "difficulty" or "harshness", i find the worst is inconjuncts, followed by squares, followed by oppositions.

eclipses are not like other full moons. they feel like a full moon but *more* of it. it's inherently volatile, unstable. this scares a lot of people. but ultimately the things that boil over needed to be acknowledged. so pay attention to any chaos, not that you'll be able to help doing so, and adjust your life accordingly. individual effects are quite variable but checking your horoscopes for details is a good start.
