Yeah I ship them:3 they aren't one of my favorite pairings but I do love their interactions in tfp. They are so so so cute it makes me sick. Their connection and love for each other is just so cemented in all of their scenes together ;---; I love them, especially just how happy Bulkhead visibly gets whenever Wheeljack shows up. And how soft Wheeljack gets, but just for Bulkhead:)

Ahhhh i know what you mean when you exhaust all the content for a character or pairing (ive done the same repeatedly). Its one of those situations of either making it yourself or holding out hope that someone will please do something. I feel you, i really do.
